✓ Scam! Will not delete account willingly.GotIt is a scam, so be aware! The company after multiple email attempts will NOT delete my personal information off their “servers” claiming their servers are “secure” claiming I do not need this information deleted. They mentioned that all credit card information stays on this same exact server so watch out! I do not care if the are “secure” I WANT MY GOTIT ACCOUNT DELETED as I do not use this scam account at all. I regret ever signing up with this company for an account with my email! Consumer be aware of this, as they are most likely just trying to collect your personal information!! This app will not cooperate with my second request to delete this account at all. ✓ Missing a order and they wont respondI ordered 2 of the exact same items and the merchant sends them both at the same time with the same tracking number. When the order arrived i only received one item and when i go to track the other one it still say delivered since they both have the same tracking number . Im missing a item i feel i was cheated out of 45 dollars witch is the price for each item . I am very dissatisfied..Thats3DVersion: 5.15

✓ Worst support by farI was selling on the platform for a year then I got a false claim for a custom that clearly didn’t Check her email for the tracking number for her item and said never shipped her or contacted her even though I called her and emailed her. Long story short I had the customer provided me with the proof that she got her item gave this information to the support item and the never fixed my account they don’t respond to emails and when they did I gave them everything they asked for and was told I would be able to sell again at the start of 2018 it’s a week before 2020 now so that shows how much they care about their sellers the worst.Saj jonesVersion: 5.11.1

✓ Only good when you get your orderThe app is great... If they actually send you what you ordered. I’ve been buying clothes for a while and I’ve taken the risk of the clothes not fitting But the one time I got the completely wrong order (women’s heels instead of a shirt) I followed the directions for the return, sent it back and now the seller isn’t responding to my messages as if they never cared to look for it. ✓ GOTit Don’t Value There CustomerWhy is that this app don’t have a direct customer service phone number!/? Not having a direct line to Customer service is a super inconvenient! I recently had a name last name change. I didn’t think about when I placed my order. So this is the matter in nut shell. I tried to update my current info and did all that was advised to do. I was told by sale rep it’s out of is their hands! I been spending money with my same credit card for a couple years with this company and never had an issue till now and they wouldn’t rectify the matter! Way to go GOTit store. ✓ Important notes on qualityIf you plan on buying things from this app, you must know that although the merchandise looks really cool, the quality and reality of what you receive is really sad. The graphic sweaters look great on the phone, however when you receive it, it looks like a 480 pixel stock image version. The biker pants I ordered were also very low quality, the pockets were shallow, and the overall material was very cheap. ✓ WORSE EXPERIENCE EVERI ordered and they sent it through zinc shipping never got it. They claim to have sent it twice never got anything. Then they said it’s called AMZL shipping. I ask them for a contact info for the shipping company because they said they confirm with them, but they refuse to give me an answer keep saying there’s nothing else they can do.
