This app is simple, and thats why it works. Not only does it encourage me to journal more often, it also actually teaches you about CBT way better than my previous psychologist ever did. Even if you don’t pay for the premium features, it still has enough to do. I have felt better after using it, which is something I cannot say for other apps of this genre. While I am saying this app eliminates the need for an actual therapist, this is good for if you need an outlet but you don't have anyone to talk to at the moment..Version: 5.4.54
