✓ DownloadingMy only real complaint is that when you download episodes, they're in reverse order. If I download the whole first season of Camp Camp, it lists the episodes from last to first and plays in that order too. ✓ Love this App!I would give this app a full 5 stars, except for one thing that happens to me all the time. When I come back to the app to finish a video after texting someone back, the video will warp out of it's original dimensions and be too large and cut off. The only way I've found to fix it is to completely close the app and have to try and scroll to find where I was in a 2 hour long podcast. Which is also difficult because scrolling is a bit hard. Otherwise, VERY HAPPY with this app and love this company..Version: 1.3.1
✓ Upload Issues?Every couple of weeks the app will not add videos that are uploaded to the RT website, it usually lasts a day or two and then it starts operating properly again, however the videos that were released during the period that the app wasn't updating never appear on the app, I've checked the website and the Xbox one app and neither of these experience these issues. Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution? Besides that the app operates well, although not overly user friendly, I'd like to be able to change the video quality but it's hardly a big problem..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Bluetooth IssueI've been a huge fan of Rooster Teeth ever since they were created and this app has been a tremendous help in providing me a much easier way to keep up to date with all of their content. The only thing I've been noticing, aside from all of the other people requesting a fix to the scrub bar, is that for some reason while I have a Bluetooth device connected while using this app, the audio will randomly stop transmitting to my device, even though my Bluetooth device is still connected, and the video will continue to play, but it still won't play the audio even just through the phone itself. ✓ Long lasting problems in a modern looking appI was told commenting on the app has a major bug due to Apple’s iOS dark mode. I can’t see what I am typing when I commenting. And I am disappointed to not see the app with support for tablets. I mainly watch everything on my iPad Pro. ✓ So many functions that don’t workThere is a download tab but no way to download videos, the apple background play and pause buttons don’t work still. Only recently did the comment boxes get fixed. Background play all together only works some of the time. And will take multiple tries of loading a video for it to play in the background it would be nice it just the download thing got fixed I spend days away from cell signal and this feature which is already in the apps just need to add a button the videos. ✓ Notifications and black screensI was trying to look at a notification about a live stream but all it said was “Error” and showed that I had no notifications even though I had just received one. Also I’ve experienced a black screen in place of what was supposed to be shown. I don’t know how to fix it so I just turned my phone off and tried again. Also putting the watchlist somewhere that’s easier to access than having to click your profile and go from there, that would be really nice..Version: 2.1.7

✓ Love the app so much, but there’s one issueI have been using this app for probably a few years now and I love it. I’m a long time First Member and I love all the perks and convenience of the app. The one issue I have is now whenever I try to comment on a video, there is a black bar covering the text box that doesn’t let you see what you’ve typed until you submit it. It’s kinda annoying since you have no idea if you made a mistake until the comment is posted and then you have to delete the comment and try all over again. ✓ I Think Im In Love 😂When I was about 10 or 11 years old, my brother showed me RWBY and i absolutely fell in love with it. I tried to find everyone and anyone who knew about it. I stopped watching episodes after the first season because i didn’t have access, but early last year i got to watch WAY more than i had expected. Im telling you, i was screaming with joy. I am absolutely in love with RWBY. Especially the music. My favorite songs are ‘Roses Are Red Part ll’, ‘Rising’, and ‘Armed and Ready’. Whenever i hear ‘Rising’ my heartbeat skips a beat. RWBY opened my eyes to the shows i watch and the music i listen to. I don't know how to express my love for RWBY. I hope you guys make a lot of episodes and progress. ✓ This app is great!I love this app; it’s great to watch Rooster Teeth videos through my phone. I just have two wishes. One, I wish I could pop-out the videos to watch them while I play games or something in another app. Two, closed captioning. I know CC is a big ask, but it would really help accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing folks, as well as those with neurodivergencies. Even if I can clearly hear and understand what’s being said in a video, I still like having CC to make it easier to follow along. All in all, a great app! Keep up the good work..Version: 3.7.2
✓ Auto closingFirst off, I love the app. It’s great for what I use it for, however is there anything that can be done to fix the auto-close from happening? Basically if I’m watching something on my phone and then I have to lock my phone or step away for a moment and pause the video, I have a limited amount of time before the app closes in the background. ✓ Screen resolution issues???Love your app and everything it can do, I would like to make a few suggestions. Firstly, there needs to be a way to delete or edit your comments on mobile and secondly please fix screen resolution issues. I have an iPhone 10R and it says my video are in 1080p but when I play the videos, they’re 360p tops. I don’t understand why this is. Its not like that on desktop and It’s been an issue ever since I’ve had the app. Little bit of a hit on the star rating, but it’s smooth and easy to navigate. The only one criticism I have is that there are occasionally UI bugs and glitches. Such as: • video windows freezing and/or deforming on the screen when: - rapidly changing between landscape to portrait view - when minimising or moving rolling content to window view - whilst attempting to close windowed videos. Whenever I'm watching a video (doesn't matter how long or short or by who) it always jumps back a few seconds. It has happened for every single video I have watched since the app updated. ✓ Really good app, especially on the GO!I am a huge rooster teeth fan, have been for years and the app adds to the experience. Unfortunately it dose not hold the social aspects of their online servers such as comments and the community, but I am guessing that this is something that will be implemented over time or is just to big for them to implement at all (although I am no app maker so...). But having the full site open on my phone can drain battery life, and dose not always load as well. The app opens and runs like a charm and is organized nicely. I'm not sure if there was an update, but the playback works fine and I can login immediately. All in all not only is it better than there previous apps but a good app all together..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Great but could use some improvements stillThis app is great, I love being able to watch all my favourite content from all my favourite creators, and for a brilliant price. My problem with this app however is that the download feature seems to work perfectly with shows like gen:lock but others don’t seem to work, they will play for a short bit, then have some really bad graphical crash and then just not load, even though I have downloaded it, it’s extremely frustrating. Beyond that however there isn’t much to complain about, except please make an iPad compatible app, considering I watch all my media on an iPad I’d love it if I could watch things on a screen fit for an iPad..Version: 2.1.11

It would be really great if they could get the apps, especially the Xbox version, to work more than 40% of the time. Half the time when I click on any video it doesn’t load at all. I’ve tried staring at the black screen for 10+ minutes thinking it’s just buffering, closing and reopening the app a dozen times, deleting and reinstalling the app altogether but to avail. It would be nice not to have to go through the trouble of hooking my laptop up to my TV every time I want to rewatch my favorite moments from RWBY vol 6. May be a personal issue, might be the RT content servers are located in Austin Second issue is there's no easy-to-find search function. ✓ Works great for the most partI’ve been a fan of rt for like... 7? Years now and I know youtube isn’t their most profitable platform anymore so I’m trying to support them through their app & website instead of YouTube. There are some features I wish the rt app had - like being able to rewind/fast forward ~10 seconds by double tapping the side of the screen. This feature would be great for AH vids where you look away for one second and suddenly 4 people are dead lol. Also the auto play/ next up doesn’t always have the next video in the series. I’ll be watching camp camp and then the next episode up will be from a different season. I love rt and I will continue to support them through the app but I just wish there were some features to make it a little easier :).Version: 2.0.9
✓ Not entirely disappointed with new updateI’m just REALLY unhappy with the removal of the simple rewind/fast forward feature. Often times, I’m rewinding to relive a joke or moment or because I misheard something. Before, it was a simple swipe or two in my needed direction. Now, I’ve got to pause the video, tap the screen to bring up controls, figure out how far back I need to go to replay it (or skip spoilers/ secrets/ etc) then wait for it to load to see if I was correct and can continue playing. What was before a ~1 minute process now takes me ~3 minutes because it’s impossible to gauge length distance when every video varies so much. Extremely dissatisfied FIRST member.Version: 3.8.0
✓ Support ticket: video playback / background playbackHi Team, first off love the new update and First features. Been using the app since day one and we have come a long way! Current issues at the moment as of 9/8/22; Video playback: any video played only audio will play and just a black image. You can see the video when scrolling but nothing will playback but audio. Background playback; background playback has seemed to disappear with this new update 😂. As I use this app daily while I work I would love a hot fix if possible! Apart from that this is the best update we have had in a long time! If possible update the iPad and Xbox app too! ✓ Adverts with no closureGreat app to watch all my favourite Red vs Blue episodes so thanks Rooster Teeth. The only negative is the adverts, not because they’re there but because if I accidentally click on one it takes me to a screen I can’t leave playing the video in the background so I have to close the app. Bit annoying really, could use sorting out..Version: 3.2.0

✓ One minor iPad problemHey, devs! This app is almost really great, but for one minor issue. In order to really understand it, you’ll have to see it. So grab an iPad, log in, and watch a video in landscape mode. It HAS to be an iPad. For further reproducibility, I’m running a 9.7 Pro right now. The issue is the white bar at the top. If there's a way to make it go away, I can’t find it. You won’t get this issue on an iPhone, either; I logged in and checked. And yes, to all those other folks out there that hate this issue, I don’t like it either, but the app does run perfectly fine on an iPhone, so I’m giving it four stars anyway. So to potential downloaders: if you’re watching solely on an iPhone, have fun! If you’re using an iPad, this may be a deal-breaker for you..Version: 2.0.8
