✓ Fantastic + bugsThe game as a whole is fantastic! It has a gorgeous art style, iconic platform level design and a popular game mechanic consisting of collecting various "monsters" and levelling them up into higher forms. I really do like this game, the story is quite fulfilling and, even though I am not accustomed to Norse mythology, seems to portray the characters well. Good voice acting as well. But for the dev's: there are a few bugs to fix; the game crashes a lot on my device (my device is pretty poor) after 10 minutes, a level was temporarily bugged where there was no drops and the puzzle was broken. BUT, I do still really enjoy this game and would recommend it to anyone. GG dev's..Version: 1.1.1
✓ Game breaking bugI like the game so far and I work on QA and I found a game breaking bug for you guys. I completed the first mission and noticed I needed more of the sloth shards so instead of going into the second mission I replayed the 1st until i got enough then I went to do the second mission and was asked to level up my beat character but on the Tap to level up command it’s stuck and o can’t level him up to proceed so I can’t play further..Version: 1.2.1

✓ It’s a game, worth checking out.I personally think this game is fantastic, no reason not to check it out and see if you feel the same. It has a payment aspect which by now in this day of gaming should be expected, it does not ever feel necessary though. I have several top tier things that I earned with pure patience, I know patience is not a trait that everyone has so be aware of that. ✓ Breath takingThis game does what addictive mobile RPG games do. It gives you characters to grind, rank up, level up, grind grind grind and battle and quest and explore to do the grinding.... If the review stopped there, I'd give it a single star. But it's the way this game has been presented and it's unique capturing essence that keeps me coming back. Phantomgate is heavily comparable to Child of Light. It's got that fantasy story driven explorative feel, with great turn based combat mechanics. There's a diverse range of characters to try and use in your party who all have strengths and weaknesses, providing differing tactics for a range of enemies. For added depth, there's plenty of build options including the creation of runes, Using collected map items at a shrine and swapping out heroes and phantoms to create different synergies. While the game is your standard F2P model, there is a shop which gives you gems, providing faster access to some of the rarer characters, progression of current characters, stamina or currency, though I never felt underpowered or the need to spend any real life currency in the store. I was regularly offered the chance to open chests for free, and gifted gem based rewards often, providing me with new options to play and try as I progressed. Overall it's really worth a try and don't be surprised if you wind up hooked like me..Version: 1.0.0
