✗ They do not pay on cash outs! Money gets “lost” and doesn’t end up in ur bank account!!I used William hill app, had no problem taking the money out of my bank account but the first time I cashed out on 10-1 it took 6 days to say it was approved and then after another 6 days and no money in my account I contacted them they told me they would look into it and never heard back contacted them again and the same thing so it wasn’t until I contacted gaming control board that they finally called back to tell me well it shows pad here it’s probably your banks fault not us we need copies of all your bank statements with your personal info on it emailed to some email address so we can see that u didn’t receive the money. All this over $300 cash out. They purposely don’t pay out and make it almost impossible with all the hoops they want you to go thru to get your money. Sad that a regulated sports book is this shady meanwhile the off shore books pay instantly. The $300 you stole is a lot less than what you would of made off me long term. BECAREFUL USING THIS SCAM SITE!!.X7x7x7Version: 7.4.2

I send email after email & they keep saying they haven’t received it.
