✓ Needs an updateI’d have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that it disconnects often which is very annoying. Other than that, the app is fun with my Lush 3! Husband and I enjoyed nearly 11 hours of playtime (little break about half way to charge it). It’s totally great for long distance and hubby thoroughly loved it and didn’t want to finish out playtime, if you know what I mean lol. Like I said, it’s great and I love it but it needs an update to fix the disconnection issue..Version: 3.9.2
✓ Life changingI only knock this 1 star because of how loud the motor is when the head rotates. However The vibration mode is quiet. I wish it was a little stronger but all of this can be over looked especially knowing that im feeling my partners movements in real time... that seriously makes up for it all and makes the sessions so so hot! The app is easy to use and a lot of fun. Cant explain how much of a game changer this can be for your long distance relationship. Shipping took a week, but you can keep track of your order and transit on their site. The toy is very high quality feeling. You do need to charge before use but still as mentioned before.. the fact that you can feel your partner at the same time trumps it all.. so so hot!!.Version: 3.3.3

✓ There’s one thing that really annoys meEDITED 5th September PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE POSSIBLE SUGGESTION The control function when either multiple toys are connected or there are two motors needs to be made so that both can be adjusted independently because if being controlled in loop mode and you set the blue one to a pattern then the pink one the blue is cancelled or reset.... the two have to be done at the same time which needs the use of both hands and the skills of a concert pianist but the tight space in which to accomplish the task makes it difficult to actually see what you’re doing. Also the generated link interface with just a single manual slider is limited to just sending a constant vibration and to put it bluntly...boring. If it is possible to make this function work with exactly the same interface as the remote app it would be a much better user experience. Your app has got better and better...great interface..user friendly except for one thing....if it is connected to the Edge for example that has two motors or the app is connected to two products...in loop mode the pink and blue buttons cannot be used independently without it cancelling the other out. It would be great if you could create a pattern with one and then the other without it resetting the previous. Maybe an idea for the next update. Cheers. ✓ Good but can be betterThe app itself is good, but some tweaks can be made for example. The watch app can you make it so the crown can control the toy rather than a plus or minus and take the screen and have a control panel say you have 2 toys and she has them both in choose one or the other and have a “all” tab for people with more than one connected..Version: 5.0.4
✓ Works great!We’ve had no problems at all connecting (locally). The recordable patterns and 2 different types of manual controls are easy to used the only suggestion I have is to offer different UI colors. The hot pink pretty much says “I’m a sex app”, which makes it less discrete when you’re using it in a restaurant or other public place. I’d also suggest offering an all-black option with dark grey controls/text so it could be used in a dark movie theater without it giving off so much light..Version: 3.1.8
✓ When it works, it’s amazingFor the most part this app is so great. The concept is brilliant, but when it crashes multiple times during long distance play, it’s incredibly frustrating. Sometimes you can go hours without problems, other times you’ll be interrupted a dozen times in a few minutes. If they can sort the crashing problem, it’s a 5 star app to be sure..Version: 5.2.8
✓ Reliable and great serviceThis app may not have the all features one could dream of, but of all the remote controlled toy apps, this is the one I have found to be the most reliable and the easiest to use. The interface is clean and easy to use and connection issues are minimal. There are occasionally a few small bugs but the team is great about patching when they find them. ✓ Works well, just one small issueI’ve been able to get the long distance to work for a huge extended period of time, the product works wonders when I’m alone as well, the only thing I have an issue with, is when my boyfriend uses his toy at the other end of the long distance, and I use mine; when he uses the “Max” higher than a certain speed, my vibrator stops altogether until he slows down again. ✓ A company that does the right thing!Not unlike a lot of other people, I have read more bad and good things about this app and the Lush in particular. I can 100% say that I bought not one but 3 of their products at once after looking at the competition and their reviews, omg we they sketchy at best. I received them and had 0 problems until the next day, the Lush just was acting wonky. I went to the website and to my horror, they had just released the pre-sale of the Lush 2.0! I thought I was screwed, after 2 emails and less than 3 hrs I received an email stating the new 2.0 was shipped! 2 days later it was at my door, it took 5 days for the original order! I asked about the apps and they are about to release updates and a new one altogether, I would not be surprised if it soon followed the Apple announcement next week (new iOS). Just a guess, but I had to take second and let everyone know what they did for me after reading so many negative comments....Version: 3.2.5

✓ Love this product!I have had nothing but success with this toy and the app. It is very enjoyable, and my partner can completely control it from 700 miles away. It makes our time apart much better. I did receive a faulty toy, it stopped working after two weeks. I called customer support, and I had a new one mailed to me within four days. Outstanding customer service. ✓ Great Support Help & Great ProductI ordered the Lush 3 mid April and was scheduled to receive it pretty quick, however somebody stole it so I contacted support about it and they resolved my issue in a quick time and sent another one out to me and my gf and it arrived pretty quick as well. ✓ Cross county funWas a bit hesitant to order a lovense toy after seeing the reviews on this app, but everything has been totally functional so far in regards to connectivity (UK) and my partner (US). There’s a slight struggle for a stable connection when toy is underwater m, but otherwise interaction with the app is great!.Version: 3.8.0

✓ Works well with lush 2With lush 2 I am having no connectivity issues and am quite happy with it so far. Two suggestions. 1)Add a “stop” function to end the current pattern sent for long distance usage. 2) Allow to delete your only device or disable auto connecting. I set the device up on my phone first, then connect my wife’s. So now my phone will keep the device unless I force close the app and let her phone take over the connection. This is of course during remote use and not an issue with the long distance. I wanted to give 5 star to help bolster against the many negative reviews, but there is indeed room for improvement even though I have none of the issues others are reporting..Version: 3.5.2

He says it’s still going on his end (pun intended) but if I try to get access again it says either he’s not there or offline. ✓ Decent, but I miss parts of earlier versionsAbout a year or 2 ago, I feel like the remote feature was a lot more interesting and responsive. I recall the vibrations matching the patterns more accurately, plus there was a sharper cutoff between device off/device on, which, when combined with the loop mode and tapping the screen briefly, would result in these crazy oscillations that were amazing! At some point, there was an update that softened the on/off transition, which killed that feature I loved so much. Ever since then, it seems like in general the remote is more laggy, and the loop mode seems much clumsier and less reactive than before. Devs, if you have any idea what I’m referring to, I hope this is something that could be brought back with a future update! It was incredible, and it’s a bummer to know that the app could do so much more if permitted! Maybe a start/stop speed setting could be a possibility? That would be super cool. Anyway, otherwise this app is still great, I just know it could be even better….Version: 6.0.3
✓ Disconnect Pairing Issues/Update 2018Works great once it connects and stays connected. Will loose Bluetooth connectivity frequently. Long distance controls hard to use, problems again with connection and or allowed persons to use controls. Other brands such as Ohmibod may be a better choice at this point. Do your research before buying. Since contacting and receiving a new updated Lush, it has been an amazing toy. Customer service was amazing and sent a new Lush that was a new design. This new design of the Lush is a big improvement from the first model. No issues with connectivity and or internal motor. ✓ Worked perfectly!My boyfriend and I live over 3,400 miles apart and each ordered one of the remote toys recently. After reading some of the reviews, I was expecting some possible issues with the ability to control each other’s experience, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to use. We connected to each other on the app right away and then linked our devices with no issues. The app controller worked perfectly in real time with no issues the entire time. Granted, we’ve only used them once at this point, but I would goes anyone having trouble connecting may have unreliable WiFi rather than issues with the app (just my guess). The size and intensity of the Ferri is perfect for me - the Diamo is a bit snug for my boyfriend and noticed it’s easiest to put on before getting aroused - after can be quite challenging. Overall, we’re extremely pleased and would highly recommend these to LDR couples!.Version: 7.6.1
✓ Connectivity issues..So I want to start by saying that LOVE all our lovense products! However we have some connectivity issues from time to time. My girlfriend and I are both adult broadcasters and we also were long distance for 8 months before we lived together. We encounter some disconnection issues from time to time but I want anyone who reads this to understand that this system...Bluetooth toys that sync to eachother or to the cam site or the lovense app itself, is extremely reliable at the end of the day. We just today had our second toy (first Nora, now Domi) malfunction. When Nora broke we emailed lovense and they shipped a new one out right away and we just had to ship the malfunctioning item back. Super convenient! Now Domi is almost brand new, as was Nora when she broke.. and Domi’s battery doesn’t want to hold a charge. So make sure you all understand that not every single product that lovense mails out is going to be perfect, BUT Lovense is AMAZING at customer service!! So please do NOT let any minor issues you may have dissuade you from buying your first, or several of their products! YOU WANT THESE TOYS!!! TRUST ME!! ✓ Needs better featuresI love the toys I have, and the ability to meet new people. The only real issue I have with this app is that I don’t know who’s deleted me from friends list. I know people come and go, just life. It’s difficult to tell who’s still on my friend list though. I’ll send a message and get a reply of “ so so is not friends with you” yet they are still on my list. Maybe add a feature where you know that someone has deleted you, or wipe it altogether.
