✓ Recommended by our speech therapistWe are at the beginning of our speech therapy journey and have found this app to be a valuable tool. It was recommended by our speech therapist. I was concerned that my partner wouldn’t be interested or willing to practice using an app. I have been pleasantly surprised as he has been using it nearly everyday for the last few weeks. We have already noticed a shift in his confidence and pronunciation and we haven’t started speech therapy yet! We like the way the app can be attached to a speaker for better sound. We use the app on an iPad which can have a very tinny sound. It is important to have good sound when you have Aphasia. There is a good variety of exercises, words and phrases all spoken slowly and clearly. The visual of the word mouthing is very helpful, as is the repetitive nature of each exercise and the recording of the user. We look forward to sending the recording via email to our speech therapist once our therapy begins in a few weeks. We highly recommend this app and look forward to purchasing the Tactus Language app once we are ready to advance. We have tried the Lite version of Tactus Language and it looks great. Also, we have found that the staff at Tactus are very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with Bluetooth and they fixed the issue within 48 hours. Well done Tactus!
