“This app is so useful for the SLP in any setting who works with dysphagia patients. It is well-organized and easy to find what you are after. I appreciate the cranial nerve section and have used it in acute care to confirm my assessment and make sure I was not missing something. In the "Therapy Finder" the exercises, compensatory strategies, and maneuvers are all research-based and include clear instructions for both the SLP and the patient.”

Dysphagia Therapy Pros
✓ A must-have for clinicians treating dysphagiaUser-friendly and evidence-based! A great guide for ensuring thorough assessment of swallowing function, with features such as cranial nerve information and how to assess for each component of the swallow. Able to search for possible treatment approaches by impairments. Research evidence cited for techniques for easy inclusion in reports. Exportable patient handouts Wish I'd had this years ago!.Version: 1.0
✓ Excellent addition to therapy toolboxThis is my new favorite dysphagia app (and I have many!). Particularly useful is the ease of selecting components of an individualized home exercise program that can be emailed directly to your patient. I'm a home health SLP and this will save me from carrying pounds of handouts everywhere I go--or worse, running out of copies and having to hand write instructions. Everything included in the app is evidence-based and includes specific references. Well worth purchasing!.Version: 1.0
✓ Dysphagia Therapy Positive ReviewsDysphagia Therapy Cons
✗ DisappointedI expected this app to have useful interactive therapy exercises or at least step by step pictures. The therapy exercises and "patient handouts" are just short text descriptions. Not very useful and not worth the purchase price..Version: 1.0
✗ Not compatible with iPhone 11App won’t download on the iPhone 11. Doesn’t attempt to open or update so I can’t use an older version of the app either..Version: 1.05
