✓ Beautiful, functional appHave been looking for the perfect weather app for ages! Needed min and max per day, temps at hours throughout the day, a forecast for a few days, a well designed interface and functional interactions. Marline ticks every box, beautiful lunar and tide screens too even though I don’t use those much. Well worth the few bucks. 😊.Version: 3.2.2

✓ Almost perfectThe smooth aesthetics and simplicity of this app are its strengths. It’s not exactly intuitive on first look, you can drag the button up and down to change the time, and see the forecasted weather… lovely so far, then we get to the tides screen the bouy/button makes a nice interactive toy for a minute, as does the levelling water… what I expected was: If I slide the bouy up and down, it would show the level of the tide at the corresponding time… alas no, but please make it so! It would make the app so much more useful for people planning trips to the coast..Version: 3.2.3

✓ Lovely 💖Marline is a little gem of an app, minimalist yet insightful. I originally downloaded it because I live by the tides and wanted to know when they would rise and fall, but I also found it makes a good lunar calendar and weather app too! It’s simple to use and the design is visually appealing. In addition, it also allows you to add your specific location for a more personalised reading. What a thoughtfully designed app! ✓ Beautiful design. Almost perfect.Elegantly minimalist app which is almost perfect. 5 stars would have been given, but I’ve just spent the last half hour trying to find the built in tutorial. If it exists, it’s very well hidden. Also, I’m in Devon, UK, and although I tried both search by location and manually entering my city and beach, the app can’t find my beach. It goes to towns either side of me (West and East ish). Not a huge problem as their tides are only slightly different but a little disappointing nonetheless. As someone else mentioned, it would also be very useful to be able to view the tide heights..Version: 3.2.3

✓ Gorgeous, but not a lot of utilityThis may be the best looking weather app I've seen, ever. The animations are nice and the design is incredibly simplistic. However, I wish there was a 4th horizontal page that showed an extended forecast, at least 5 days. Three days simply isn't enough to keep this as my main weather app. If the developer could somehow add a fourth page and give us just a little bit more information, I'd force everyone I know to support this app. It's seriously beautiful..Version: 1.1

✓ Really like this app!As a Meteorology major, I find little bugs with almost every free weather app. I've paid for many and I still have found many things I don't like about them. This is the only app that's not only aesthetically pleasing, but informative and easy to use! I wish you could change the clock to 12 hour mode and not 24 hour, another thing I would improve is adding a widget, I use them all the time and it's so helpful to be able to swipe and easily check the weather. Especially when you want to know quickly before you head out of the house. For a .99¢ app this is totally worth it! I love that it gives you high and low tide as well as the moon phases. ✓ Simple, beautiful to look at, but super informative.What I really like about this app is that it uses the features of smartphone navigation cleverly. Swiping up, down and to left and right take care of: Future days (Left swipe); 5day forecast (Right swipe); Moon phases (Up swipe) and daily trends (down swipe). Tapping any screen brings up more details such as sun and moon rise, wind speeds, temperature forecasts and rain. Different location can be set, but the default is beach or city (work and play if you like). But the app is even cleverer than that. The designer realised that it’s changes or events in forecasts that we need to know about. So you can set a series of smart notifications. I find the rain forecast very helpful. It sends a small notification, accompanied by a discrete but recognisable trill telling me when I might need my brolly. I find it’s interpretation of the weather data is accurate, appropriately detailed and whatever the forecast, I find when I power the app into life, I’m delighted by the simple beauty of the screen..Version: 3.2.3
✓ Best looking app I haveI love this app because the design is so gorgeous. I don’t really have much of a use for it because the weather isn’t detailed like other applications I have. For instance, this app tells me the high for the day, the sky clarity and precipitation. It doesn’t tell at what times these factors will be changing which I find to be a useful feature. If it were to be added, I’d delete all my other weather apps. I’ll probably keep this app forever though because I like to look at it on occasion..Version: 3.2.3
