Horrible!!!DO NOT SUPPORT THIS APP!! If i could’ve gave it 0 stars I would! I just restored my subscription again and it’s like pulling teeth trying to log in! There was no problem with them taking my money but now i can’t access my account?? Y’all must really need $6.99 bad!! Even when i do forget password I still can’t log in. These error messages keep popping up. Never again will I try to use this app!! It was a show I like to watch on there but it’s not worth me shelling out my money to get nothing in return. Serious issue with Restoring from ITunesThis is the second time I’ve tried to used this app and tired to restore purchases via iTunes. Both times it told me I’ve restored too many times and locked me out. Then it tried to get me to buy another subscription. Lastly it billed me twice via iTunes and I had to call my Apple support to get my refund, because your customer support doesn’t respond in an expeditious fashion. This is beyond frustrating. I tried to login using my roku account and it blocked me there as well. Now I went to restore on my roku and its saying I’m still login on the app and I’ve since deleted the app. Please address my concerns via my help ticket..Version: 1.0.5 (97)

CrashingI have a 12 pro max pro not many apps on my phone I even buy space when it’s not needed. Everytime I enter an app it takes forever to get into. I do happen to get into other apps just fine. When watching a trailer on there it shows a black screen. After these issues I gave up on the app. Before doing this I restarted my phone and gave the app a chance. The Worst App I’ve ever tried to useIf I could put zero stars I would. First signing up it didn’t even let me create a password and when I got signed out I could not sign back in. I hit the forgot password button so I can try and create one and I never got a email to even allow me to do that. I’ve messaged support and have not heard anything back. I was able to use this app one time and haven’t been able to get back into. I actually love the movies and things that it shows. It it’s both worth the hassle of you never get into app to watch them. Good app worth the price. Only a couple tech kinksI enjoy the content on this app. I find the app functional but there are a two technical tweaks that I would like to see worked out. When using the app from my fire stick the screen can just go into a screen saver mode right in the middle of an episode. Also when it’s time to play another episode some play automatically and others take you back to the home page. It would be nice to see a function similar to Netflix where I can click to go to the next episode at the end of the current episode I just finished watching..Version: 2.0.9 (224)

Paying for nothingI’ve been experiencing the same issues I see everyone else has been experiencing. I’ve been paying for this app through Apple of course for a few months and Im unable to use my app. I’ve contact support on both ends Apple tells me they see my payments but I need to contact the developer to assist with restoring my purchase, I’ve contacted the developer and they’re telling me the see my subscription hasn’t been paid. I’ve submitted screenshots of my purchase invoice screenshots of my messages showing my subscription is paid for until the next following month, and STILL no resolution. This issue needs to be corrected!!!! I Love the app but…My problem is when I hit cast button to play on TV the app can’t find my device it says No device available. My iphone and IPad are updated latest version. Bluetooth is on. The funny thing is the app will show up on my tv and play the trailer for the shows I want to watch but will not play actual shows. I get sound with no picture. It’s crazy the app does that. Unable to view contentI signed up for the free trial on 5/13 and I haven’t been able to log in and view any content. I downloaded the app I went through the website and I also tried logging in on my fire stick and it won’t allow me to log in and view anything. Then when I tried to go in and unsubscribe to the content it won’t allow me it seems as if this is a scam and is a way to gain people card information. UGHSo for the first few days of my trial this app was great! But for the past four days I haven’t been able to watch 90% of the programs on the app! It says this video can’t be played at this time. Contacted UMC directly who gave me a bunch of suggestions that I had already tried... They did also provide me with the website- logged in on the website and I’ll be damned!!! Buyer beware!The app doesn’t work, the free trial is a scam and customer service seems to be non-existent! I read some of the reviews and like some decided to give it a try for myself. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!!! All the negative feedback is correct. I downloaded the app and it never worked. I sent three emails to their customer service regarding the defective app and only received automated messages. It’s been a few weeks and still no response. My card has been charged even though I cancelled the app prior to the 7-day free trial that was offered. This app deserve ZERO STARS and really needs to be taken down!.Version: 2.0.1

Bad businessI signed up for the free trial for this app with the intention on keeping and subscribing monthly seeing as though I subscribe to 4 other services. Those services I have all support chromecast. On the website for UMC it states the support chromecast however it does not. I contacted support still trying to give this app a chance and they told me to contact iTunes. Why would I contact iTunes for YOUR APP support?? Needless to say I canceled 4 days before my trial ended. Also on the website it says it’s 4.99 monthly but on iTunes it’s 6.99. Never subscribing again..Version: 1.0.5 (97)

ScammedI purchased the year subscription a month ago, the charges showed on my credit card 1 week ago. To date I have still been unsuccessful with gaining access to the site. Every time I attempt it says no connection to the server. I am very disappointed as I was really looking forward to viewing the shows. I have attempted to re download the app, reset the password and attempted to contact customer support all to no avail. Currently I am not able to access the network and out of my money. Okay but..This app is definitely not a 1 star, or even 2 star app, but the content is not up to date. I binge watched a few shows, and had to end my subscription after a few months of not seeing any new shows, or new episodes to the shows that I like. Please add more content a little more often. Getting charge for no service.I originally tried the free trial and end up canceling, I just recently signed back up because I’m looking for a variety of shows to watch since I don’t have cable anymore. I download and signed back up almost 2 weeks ago and still to this date I can actually watch anything. Every time I press play it takes me to the option of monthly or yearly subscription which I have choose over and over to stay monthly. The money has been debited from my account for the amount of 6.99 a few days ago and still can’t watch anything. This app has some serious that need to be fix. Crashes on Certain ShowsI only did a free trial and I’ve seen enough. Too many crashes. Really bad appI tried to get this app for the free trial and was hoping to keep it to watch the shows I seen advertised on instagram. However, it kept saying I wasn’t logged in right after I set it up. I tried to do the forgot my password and they never sent me anything to my email. So I just canceled the app in less than an hour because it was giving me a headache. I wish I read the reviews first, but at least I didn’t lose any money. Hopefully they learn to fix all the issues because I see them replying to some, but the issues have yet to be fixed. DisappointedI’m not here to put anyone down, but simply put... I am disappointed with this app. I really wanted to try it out after seeing something that peaked my interest for using this app. I was unable to watch ANYTHING. I was stuck on the subscription page after I clicked on the movie I wanted to watch. I already had a subscription along with the 7-day free trial. After reading more reviews, I’m glad that I wasn’t the only one who had this issue. Fortunately for me I came out on a better end than others due to the free trial. I wouldn’t recommend using this app, not to mention there was review about this app selling information?!? Not sure how true but there is a button in the settings that says “Do not sell my information”. Hate to be harshSo I purchased this app before the name/image change and I think I was able to watch maybe two episodes of a show and all other movies would not play. Does not playI’ve signed up and paid for subscription but cannot play! Paid monthly subscription of $6.99 for nothing because the app won’t allow me to play. It keeps getting stuck on a screen asking for subscription when I’m already subscribed and money has already been taken out of my bank account. Embarrassing garbage nationalistThe UI on this app is total garbage. I’m talking to you developers, you should be embarrassed. The app doesn’t remember what episode of what show you’re watching or know where you left off in the episode. You need to write down what you’re watching before you close the app. The search doesn’t work and captions don’t stay on. The UI is designed to be inconvenient. Looking at popular videos or anything in the Home Screen is going to give someone a seizure someday from the constant refreshing and the content changing. Loving the idea and the content. Content is oldLet me start by saying I love this app and everything it stands for!! The main thing that’s keeping you guys from getting 5 stars from em is there just isn’t enough content. I cancelled my subscription the first time around because I had watched everything I felt was worth watching. I came back about a year later and there had been a few new shows/movies added. Came back another year later and a few more. You guys gotta keep up with the times! There are so many talented black writers and producers just waiting to get their feet wet. 7 Day Free TrialWhy is it that I cannot fond a link to subscribe other than the free trial? One thing that I can’t stand in advertising and marketing are the “free” “trial” pitches that require all sorts of data from those interested to try out the service. For someone like me, it’s a turn off. I want honest straight forward information up front where pricing is listed on outright with no fine print feea and charges, I want a clear way to subscribe that doesn’t ask me for more information than necessary. Not happy at allI signed up for a subscription paid for my month subscription the first time I tried to login using the password I made up it said invalid password, so I click the forgot password so they sent me a temporary password typed that password in it said no network found, knowing I have an excellent WiFi connection so I tried it again they sent another temporary password the same thing and then I tried for the third time and this time it said email address is not found. New to UMC and disappointed alreadyI just signed up for my free trial a couple of days ago. The issues with the program being watched constantly stopping and then having to go back to play it has been complained about by quite a few users. This has been a complaint for a while. The channel has alot of great movies and series but I will be cancelling after the trial if this cannot be fixed right away. There are too many other apps to watch including Bet+. Good place to watch African American movies but...This is the hardest app/website to login to and to cancel. I did the free trial and if I decided to keep the account, it was supposed to charge me $4.99 for each month after. I’d never planned to keep watching after the trial, cause I just wanted to see the series Monogamy. So when my trial was up, I tried to log back in and it wouldn’t let me, thus charging me the $4.99. I eventually had to reset my password like 30 times, to cancel my subscription and I complained and eventually got my money back, too. I did the trial at the end of November 2018 and canceled it in December 2018. I’m complaining now, because here I am, in February 2019, finding out that they have been charging me $6.99 ($7.50, with tax), for three months now (December, January and February). I reset my password again, just to make sure of my account status and just like I thought, it says canceled and no more payments should be charged to me. Apps like this shouldn’t exist until they know what they’re doing and how not to charge ppl that have already canceled their subscriptions. I did however enjoy the selections of movies and I loved the series that I initially subscribed for the free trial, for. WORST APP EVER- Buyer BewareI’m so disappointed at the limited amount of movies they offer and they are all E list. To make matters worst this company is stealing out of my account.
