✓ Perfect for meIm one of those people that puts things in a drawer and forgets about it until the problem can’t be ignored anymore. So this was perfect for me. I sent all my paperwork through the app and the lawyer handled everything; like the logistics of scheduling and rescheduling court dates because of the pandemic, showing up to court and getting my two tickets dismissed! He called me the Friday before court and told me they were basically hoping the cop didn’t show to get the whole thing dismissed, but would try and get things reduced if the cop did show. I am assuming the cop didn’t show since it was all dismissed. If you’re thinking “I could just do that myself,” well, you won’t. And if you do, I don’t think you’d be as detailed like a lawyer is. My tickets wouldn’t have added points to my license, but the lawyer did explain to me that if the cop did show up, the lawyer would go in and negotiate the points/traffic school. ✓ Awesome serviceAs a trucker I needed this off my record!! I approached Riverside in Ontario coming off I-10 the light was green but as I entered into middle of intersection it turn yellow, after trying to clear six lanes with a left turn and pulling a semi trailer and seeing a motorcycle cop sitting at the intersection, he pulled me over because I didn’t clear the end of my trailer by time it turned red. The officer told me no matter what I said in my defense he was going to give me a ticket. It was obvious that I couldn’t stop when I turned left or I would be in the middle of the intersection. Anyhow, I looked online and found these guys and prayed I could get off and Thank God I did!! Alex did a great job working my case!! As a trucker this could’ve not only hurt my record as a normal driver but ruined my CSA score and I could’ve lost my job or any further potential jobs until this came off my record. ✓ Off the records worksI saw the app on the some Facebook feed and kept in mind. Got a ticket recently for making a wrongful turn not paying attention much because I wanted to use the restroom. I paid $175 to off the records and they gave me a lawyer. He showed in court though he was late due to traffic. Long story short, my ticket was reduced to non moving violation after agreeing to take a defense driving class and paying the fine of $225. In all I spent $500, but is worth it since my driving record still remains clean with no points and no insurance hikes. The court wanted me to get plead guilty, no guilty or no low without telling me nothing about an option of non moving violation until my lawyer showed up. This is a system built to harrass innocent citizens working and trying too make a living. It is worth it. People should not just plead guilty and pay the fine. You end up spending more money. ✓ It’s legit!This isn’t a scam. What I like about it is that they base it off you county and tell you a little info about the ticket as in they tell you if it’s a felony/misdemeanor and they tell you the fines that it can cost. Typically no greater than the said amount. They automatically assign you to a lawyer but to move forward you pay upfront before the lawyer can see it. I was fortunate enough to get a really well reviewed lawyer for my district so it really depends on their communication. They are typically small owned attorneys that you can ask search online and see their reviews. The reviews are fake either. It costs me almost 1k but because I drove with my learners permit in VA. The app is great at responding too! Gave it 4 stars because I still did have to pay for a ticket I didn’t deserve but it was under 200. I had two tickets, one for failing to stop and turning on a red light and when they checked they saw learners permit. Ended up having to get my real one and passed!.Version: 17.0.3
✓ Worth the time and money!I had a speeding ticket for 91 mph. I NEVER do drive hay fast ever! I asked the cop if he had it docked on radar. He states he did. It just didn’t sit right with me because I KNOW I wasn’t going that fast. I seen this app and decided that I would rather lay a lawyer than pay the ticket. I figured that in the long run it would be better for me to pay the money in this app for representation than to pay the ticket and then all those months of premium increase in my insurance. The lawyer I was assigned kept in contact with me and handled my case amazingly. He came back to me on the morning of court and let me know he got my entire case DISMISSED!! ✓ Shockingly GoodI am a very skeptical person of apps that can affect your everyday life in a big way like this one can, I mean if it isn’t real you end up losing money and getting points on your license. But I am soo glad I took the leap of faith with this app. I had two tickets within a few months of each other that I didn’t believe were my fault. They were essentially failure to yield so my payment was eligible for a refund had my lawyers with OTR lost the case. But they didn’t! I was almost shocked by how easy this was. I put in all my information and told them about the cases and was matched with my two lawyers. I never had to go into court or file anything on my own and my lawyers Would check in and respond if I had any questions. One of them even checked in with the dates being changed because if the pandemic which eased so much of my anxiety. And now within two weeks of each other, both of my cases have been completely dismissed! ✓ Easy Simple & FastReceived a ticket for turning on a red light and the city had detrimental evidence that I was at fault. I was scared that I wasn’t going to able to fight it, let alone, the points on my driving record! I was in total embarrassment and I felt guilty. ✓ Simply AmazingIt's hard not to take time and write positive review about this app, when this app and attorneys working through it saves you huge amount of hassle. I was wrongly pulled over for speeding, I was doing around 70-75 on 65 highway like everyone else but for some reason this cop decided to pull me over, I tried to flow all protocol of obeying him, especially with my family in the car, but for some reason he didn't like my face/accent and wrongfully give me a ticket for speeding over 90. Having a clean driving record all these years, I was really worried about losing points on my license and paying more for my car insurance so I did a search about speeding tickets online and came across an article about this app. At first I was a bit skeptical like most people but gave it a try anyway. ✓ Amazing resource for people who don’t have time to fight ticketsI was told about this app by some friends after I got my first ticket in 6 years. I knew I couldn’t defer it but didn’t want to risk fighting it by myself. I was also moving and going on vacation all within a month and had no free time to do anything. ✓ So worth getting this app!I was turned on to this app from a friend who swore by it after he used it to get an out of state speeding ticket dismissed. I didn’t believe him about how easy and user friendly the app was, plus the success rate of getting tickets either dismissed or downgraded to just a moving violation. Wow was I ever wrong! And for once glad to be wrong! I had just got a speeding ticket, so downloaded the app, took a picture of the ticket and waited. An attorney was then appointed to my case, I paid a minor legal fee and we were off and running. ✓ Worked GreatI was honestly a bit skeptical about using this app as I didn’t know if it was going to work or not. I got a speeding ticket in the highway going 92 mph, and to add on to that they gave me a ticket for the tint on my window. Once I got the ticket in the mail the total was $686. This was my first ticket ever and it was just the worst. I submitted a ticket review to Off the Record to see how much I would have to be paying for them to fight my ticket, and it was only $279 compared to me paying the whole $686. So I decided to go for it I payed them the fee and just hoped for the best. It was a waiting game you have to be very patient and just let them to there job. I automatically started thinking if I go to court alone I will probably get arrested or license will get suspended and I couldn’t let that happen because I primarily drive for work as a traveling nurse. I put in all the details for my case and it cost me $110 out of pocket to hire the attorney. This price will vary if you had other violations or how severe the consequences is under the violation. I was issued the ticket at the end of February 2023, hired the attorney May 2023 and got it resolved August 2023. My attorney talked me through everything and for my case I had pending I didn’t have to be in the courtroom so I was told to not attend any court dates and that it will keep getting rescheduled because of the process. ✓ I was nervous!Back on May 8, I was cited for going 88 mph in a 60 mph. Since it was far from home, I figured I should just pay the ticket and suffer the consequences. Then I searched online for a solution and came across a KIRO tv piece on Off The Record that was pretty favorable. I signed up and they immediately hooked me up with a law firm in that area who instructed me to mark the contested box, take a picture of the ticket and mail it in. They also said that the COVID-19 would probably put a longer than usual delay on the process at the court. I had not heard any updates for a few weeks and decided to call the court to make sure they received my ticket and to see what was what. The lady at the court said that my ticket was being handled by the law firm, but no date was set yet. I was very pleased at the efficiency of my lawyers. To make a long story short I was notified a month later that a date was set in court and that I was not required to attend in person. ✓ Unbelievably Honest And True to its representationThis app upon first view was thought to be a scam. But upon reading reviews and a certain amount of “FAITH”, I went out on a limb and gave them a chance to prove me right. OTR, proved me wrong! Not only were they true to their word, they got my ticket completely dismissed! And for as little as $165! My insurance would have went up by $80/month for this ticket for a period of more than a year! So this was a huge savings overall not to mention I was dead guilty, caught by a motorcycle radar trap! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE IN MY STATE OF WASHINGTON as it seems a much easier State to get tickets resolved in. I cannot speak for any other State. But no question, this is an amazing experience. And I like to view myself as having the worst luck possible and if it is bad, it will happen to me. I was apprehensive at first considering this was my first traffic ticket and not sure if this route was worth the $. ✓ Took a ChanceI was issued a moving violation on the last day of November for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The officer said that I didn’t even slow down. That was bs but it was his word against mine...who’s going to win? I figured he hadn’t met his ticket quota for the month... I don’t recall how I came across OTR but after reading a number of the reviews, I figured what was there to lose? So, I took a chance. After contacting them and sending a photo of my ticket, they took the case saying there’s about a 95% chance of having the violation dismissed. A court date was set. Communication was through the app. Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit in late March. The court date was rescheduled. They notified me, again through the app. On the day of the rescheduled court date I received a notification that my ticket was completely dismissed and a couple days later i received a letter from the County Court House confirming the dismissal. All in all, they saved me about $100 and point against my driving record or going to traffic school and those related fees. ✓ Pre reviewAfter hearing about this app online I downloaded it couple month ago. And my luck finally ran out in my bmw and got a speeding ticket in Ga going 70 in 45 I’m writing this review based on my experience so fast with the lawyer I have no idea what the cost of the ticket is going to be but I have paid 182 so far so will see court date is in June and it’s going to take some time until I hear back from them but I have high hopes to at least avoid getting points I’ll write another review after the case is closed 👌🏻 I have used Tikd before for friends but unfortunately they don’t serve Ga anymore It’s Aug 3 , 2018 I got zero points on my license and citation is not going on my record awesome lawyer I deal with. ✓ Life saverWas super skeptical because I had to pay right away without knowing much about the app nor the lawyer provided to me. Maybe an hour later the lawyer reached out and introduced himself and told me exactly what to do with my ticket. After maybe 2 months of radio silence All hope was lost and I thought I got scammed but then randomly I got a message saying my 6 point speeding ticket was reduced to 0 points! ✓ Hard to Trust… Worth It!It’s hard to trust an app to navigate out penalty laden legal system. Pulled the trigger after reading many reviews. I got a speeding ticket for 5mph over for $105 in WA state far away from my home so I couldn’t contest it personally. I don’t want a citation record for insurance or personal reasons. I loaded the app and loaded my ticket. It was FAST. I paid $230 just to have them try for me… no guarantees. I received a generic message from the law firm assigned to me in the app. It said do nothing. I didn’t until deadlines got close and I heard nothing. ✓ An Actual BlessingMy husband found this app while I was searching for an “in person attorney” if you will, that I could go meet with and pay a ton of money, to help get my ticket reduced to a non moving violation. If this ticket stuck as a speeding ticket my insurance was going to be raised $2800 a year. I downloaded this app thinking it was probably a joke. However, to my surprise it was soooo easy. ✓ Great Service offered for Bay AreaI lived in the bay but was moving away and I got two tickets in the span of 3 months and didn’t want to just accept and pay them when I knew one of them at least was bull. The one I thought was bull was dismissed and the second one I only had to pay the fine, there was no damage to my driving record and I didn’t have to do traffic school on top of it all. There was a minor hiccup with the second ticket at first. ✓ Got the job done....I used their services for a traffic ticket I got when I was out of town, in Nevada. Basically a texting and driving ticket. Decided to take a chance with them because I didn’t want it on my driving record, I had just had an at fault accident a couple months before and I didn’t want my car insurance to go up anymore than it already had! Plus I drive for Uber and didn’t want to get kicked off the platform for too many moving violations. ✓ Best App EVER!I took a leap of faith and used this app after a fri end told me about it. I was a little skeptical because some people put really bad reviews. However, there were more good reviews then bad. My ticket was for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. I was going to get hit with a $400 fine and 2 points on my record. I hired an attorney for $140 and he kept me in the loop the entire time and even showed up to my court date with out me needing to be there. He got my ticket down to double parking, no points, and $175 fine. This entire experience was so worth it because I didn’t have to miss work to go to court and I paid less than I would have if I couldn’t get the ticket down myself.
