Adidas Training by Runtastic for Positive User Reviews

I recommend to my patients as a ChiroHighly recommended with lots of structures programs.Version: 4.14

Great fitness appI like the look of the app, HD videos, and how it generates workouts depending on your fitness level. But i wish if i can cancel some exercises from my sets, because for ex. i have some issues with my knees! So i can’t do some workouts like walking lunges and wall sit. Even when i do workouts, i skip these exercises but it counts and the app thinks that i did it, But i’m not, because there is no “skip” option. Please add skip or delete option to cancel the exercises i don’t wanna do..Version: 2.7.1

ALMOST perfect app for workouts during quarantineThe Adidas app has been amazing for my workouts during the quarantine! I have been doing the “6 weeks to six pack” course and it has been working wonders. Only reason I haven’t given a 5 star review is that I wish you could swap out certain exercises for other ones in programs. I have a real difficulty doing the “inchworms” exercise because of a slight disability in my right hand, and therefore would love to swap the inchworms out for a different exercise. The ability to do this would make the app perfect!.Version: 4.16

Great appI really love this app. It makes exercising so much easier, it's cheaper than a personal trainer, so many different exercises and they are all body weight based so no real need to go to the gym and it had a really good progression from start to finish. Only thing I would like to see added is a calorie counter just for convenience but other than that I can't fault it. I would definitely recommend getting this..Version: 2.5.3

HmmmGreat app, but where’s the yoga?!?.Version: 4.16

Omg wowWho is by far the best app four last time never used and it's free so I totally recommend good luck.Version: 4.25

Love itAbsolutely love this app, especially the longer-term plans on premium. However, at the time of writing (Jan 7 2021), Apple Fitness is not reporting calories from workouts from this app under Move Calories. It’s a bit annoying..Version: 5.5.1

Fantastic jobRecommended.Version: 4.22

Perfect in every wayGreat workouts with easy to follow and interactive tutorials. Great community and with lot of fun!.Version: 4.16

10/10Amazing app and so great that I don’t have to pay for the plans.Version: 4.20.1

Great app to get me motivated. The app features a variety of different workouts for free. As well as the option to create your own based on time available and area you want to work on. Would definitely recommend..Version: 4.13

5stars because it worksUpdate: I've come back to results for my third full 12 week plan. I'm now 181 lbs and 23% body fat. Prior post: I'm 30yo and prior to starting I was 198lbs (at 5'11") and 30% body fat as measured by Fitbit's Aria scale. I'm through 8weeks of training (10 weeks actual time) and I'm currently 191lbs and 25% body fat. I've seen improvements in my athletics, feel healthier, and even received compliments from others about improved physic. Note: I did run a half marathon and complete the Savage Race in the time I was doing the premium workout plan. I also have been using MyFitnessPal to monitor nutrition..Version: 2.5.3

Easy to use, effective resultsIt’s too easy to find excuses why you shouldn’t work out. Having work outs provided and tailored to your own level- and being able to do them anywhere, makes this the only work out I will ever need. And it actually does work..Version: 2.15.1

Motivating program, varied exercisesAs this is my first time using an app to generate workouts - I’m impressed at the variety and feel motivated to complete my workouts..Version: 2.9

Fun workouts & nice updateNice update unlocking all the workouts. Great variety in choosing different lengths of time..Version: 3.4

Got me goingKick start at home....no excuse. Tough workout( for me @ 53)!! Loved it!!!.Version: 2.2.1

Fantastic!Really Great App and awesome workouts..Version: 2.0.2

AwesomeGreat exercises to make you sweat burning the extra calories (Christmas holiday ho ho ho!).Version: 3.0.1

Great app for getting fitI was lightly active before using the Results app, but using this combined with the Runtastic app my fitness has really improved in only 4-5 weeks... I’ve even managed to improve my time to cycle to the station by 17% and improved my run times by 23%. I am still in the early stages but can see me getting a really high level of fitness with these apps. And they are super simple to follow, and all your workouts will track and be logged with Apple health and activity, as well as MyFitnessPal. Definitely would recommend..Version: 2.14.2

Brilliant App with great supportI really rate this app as being effective, simple and unobtrusive- there isn’t a constant barrage of alerts when a session is missed, or sales pitches. The workouts are progressive and the fitness test is a great start point to build the program. I’ve been using this for over a year now and feel fitter, healthier and more supple than I have in a long time. The support when I had logon issues ( my own fault between devices) was prompt, helpful and my problem was fixed straight away. However as feedback I would like to see an option to avoid certain exercises- I cannot do walking lunges for example and have substitute them. This would help when carrying a minor injury too. Additionally at the end of the workout, there are only 3 options to report your workout- easy, okay and too hard, it would be better to have more options to be honest, covering the middle ground. That said, I’m passionate about this app and would recommend it to any one, at any level of fitness..Version: 2.10

MelissaSince I’ve found this app , I feel better about myself and I’m starting to build a healthier lifestyle.☺️.Version: 4.16

Apple health integration still not fixed. The app itself is great and works fine. But at the completion of any workout, the ‘active calories’ are never updated to Apple health. I have to go in and add them manually afterwards every time, VERY frustrating. Turning the permissions off and on makes no difference, and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix it either..Version: 2.7.1

I switched to Adidas from Nike’s training appI was so frustrated that Nike’s training app switched it’s focus from programs and exercise prompts to workout videos with annoying personalities that I had to find a new app. I got the recommendation for the Adidas app from so many people complaining about the NTC update in the app’s reviews. The Adidas app has workout programs, exercise prompts and tells you when to start and stop and that’s all I want from my exercise app. Thank you..Version: 6.21

WorksAwesome.Version: 2.5.3

Great AppI’m glad that I’ve downloaded this app, it’s really helpful to tone yourself..Version: 4.2.1

Apple Watch move caloriesThis is a great app that I’ve been using for workouts and for recording my workout statistics with Apple Watch. However, after each workout, only the exercise minutes are sync’ed with apple’s activity, but not the calories. For example, in the activity app, it shows I burned 240 calories while working out with the Adidas training app, but in my daily movement ring, it only shows 80 calories (mostly likely from other minor activities). It means the calories burned with the Adidas training app do not get recorded by the activity app. Can you please help me look into this? I’d really like my workouts being recognized by my Apple watch and the Apple activity app. Thanks!.Version: 4.17

Worth looking into. It's a good thing when you have yourself to rely on. Sharing your progress... Some say it's narcissistic. But others see it as motivation. I'm ending week thirteen and feeling great. Got three people to sign up from showing progress alone. Anyone can achieve their goals. It's up to you to get up and do something. I don't want to compete with anyone. I want everyone to succeed! And Runtastic is helping me get there. If Runtastic would make the warm-ups and cool-downs more diverse and random, like the workouts themselves, that would make Results PERFECT!.Version: 2.8.1

Great app if you can commitTakes a lot of self drive, if that’s you then great app for loosing weight and toning.Version: 2.14.2

Motivating AppHaving taken many new year resolutions I think this app by far has kept me going with realistic goals..Version: 1.4.1

Aptly named AppResults really does deliver results. My husband has lost 16kgs in 16 weeks using this app. I have lost 2.5kg in 3 weeks. And we feel great. Achievable, realistic targets that help create a sustainable exercise regime in our busy lives. It's awesome!.Version: 1.3

GoodFound no flaws with this app! It's been amazing!.Version: 2.4.1

As of now, 10/10Just don’t ruin it..Version: 4.17

Amazing appDefinitely recommend.Version: 4.9

Best work out appIt's brilliant. Pick it up or put it down, it will still promt you to do the workouts to the best of your abilities. It Tells you how your doing, why your are doing what you are doing and has over 180 workouts. They can be easy or challenging. I do all my workouts at home on a mat. As its all body weight exercise no need for anything else! It's cheap too - a gym would cost this much a month!.Version: 2.5.3

Very flexibleI travel a lot for work and the beauty of this App is that I can maintain my fitness no matter where I am..Version: 2.15.1

5 starsAwesome workout options. Fantastic if you don’t have much time, gets your heart rate racing without the need for equipment!.Version: 4.14

Stick with it and it works. This app has helped me build a new habit of daily exercise. The videos are useful to show the proper form for each exercise and I like that it includes warm up and cool down exercises. I have the subscription and am using the 12 week custom plan. Now on week 7 and it’s going well. A few improvements I would like to see (and the first two are why I only give 4 stars): - if I can’t complete reps for an exercise allow me to record how many I did do. - after sets are complete, take me straight into stretching. It’s annoying to have to navigate back to that screen to start the stretches. Move the how do I feel questions after stretching. - mix up the post workout stretching a bit. Are there other options to put more variety into that segment? - provide ability to edit comments on a workout. If it’s there I haven’t figured out how. - possible to build automatic rep counters on some exercises using proximity or motion sensors? I sometimes get distracted and lose count!.Version: 2.14

NO EXCUSESHonestly one of the best apps for getting your daily dose of exercise. Don’t have time? I just did a 7 minute workout. A short workout is better than no workout. A little bit at a time and slowly increase intensity and time. No excuses!.Version: 4.8

Great stuffThe programme made a huge difference in my husbands fitness and confidence. We have just started to train together and it is a great way to spend time together and share goals and a new lifestyle. I am sure our kids would get hooked pretty soon too. 👍😉😊.Version: 2.2.1

ThanksI am very happy seeing the improvements I had suggested implemented today. Thank you very much. Making the exercises now is more fluid, without stops that required our click to continue..Version: 4.11

AmazingI am completely surprised with results look like this will swap real trainer in person soon .. easy to understand and really effective.Version: 2.11

This app is a part of my life10 yers with this up is big period. I just can’t find something similar in other apps. Best of all I like running programs with voice guidance. They bring some sense in your running. The missing part is heart rate Monitor. Original monitor has too bed reviews on amazon that is why I ordered Garmine dual strap . Hope it will work. I was dreaming to add some kind of monitor since this app was “mecoach” but didn’t find any reliable solution for the right money. 10 years waiting for technology. Still not too many options. Simple idea control your zones with heart rate monitor but so many problems behind. I think “mecoach” was a break through . I was very upset when it moved to the simple app like runtastic. Hope you’re planning to do something more meaningful and more professional. But still you don’t have any competition. All the rest of apps is just for fun..Version: 4.22

Great appI come from a fairly active background having been a regular gym goer for a few years, however my body, most likely due to my age (40) and heavy lifting has started to not enjoy the gym too much. I opted for this app as I’m sure many others did when the apocalypse happened as it’s been a great find, the workouts are as challenging as you want/need them to be, they are a good length so are easy to fit in around your daily schedule and I have definitely felt the benefits, I am not as strong and probably not carrying as much muscle but my body feels the best it has in years, I am fitter and really enjoying this different way of training..Version: 4.21

GoodNice , App for home workout and body weight exercises 👍.Version: 4.13

Love the appThere is a lot of different exercises and for some of the variations are available. I like the fact that we can create our own workout. You won’t be annoyed even if you train every single day. You can listen to your own music while training . There is only one type of stretching and this is the only thing that I don’t like because I wish they have added more.Version: 4.16

Favorite Fitness AppI've been using Results for two years now and couldn't be happier. I tried so many programs before and none of them really held my interest or matched my fitness progression. The Results mix keeps it fresh and I can really feel the muscles I've trained when I'm running. I recommend it to everyone I meet who wants an app to fill in their training gaps or need a great fitness option when they are traveling. I travel a few months out of every year and these circuits are great for hotel gyms or even just the room..Version: 2.7.1

Great App! One request.I love this app! Just started using it seriously about 2 weeks ago and I am finally getting into a good routine. The workouts are short so I can fit them into my busy schedule but I still get a great burn and I’m definitely sweating throughout. Keeps me motivated and they’re simple to follow so far. Great design and looks sleek and professional. ONE REQUEST: I wish there was a way to turn on a tone/sound rather than the voice for the timed portions of the stretches and exercises (20 sec plank, 30 sec child’s pose, etc) because I’m not great at counting and I don’t want to have to look at my phone constantly to know when the time is up. Especially for stretches so I can focus on winding down/enjoying the stretch and addressing my body rather than being worried about time. The voice is okay but takes away from the music I play on my phone while I’m working out..Version: 2.14.2

AwesomeThe best app I ever try.Version: 5.13

Great app! Highly recommend!I’ve been using this app for quite a while and I just love it! I’m 53 and whilst I’ve always been relatively fit, I let things slide for a number of years and I never thought I would feel as good as what I did in my 30’s. Well perseverance and great choices to vary the exercises make it a great choice for those who get bored easily. I’ve completed all the longer challenges which is really good for me to stay committed. I love all the great data that is kept so you can see your progress. I also use the Adidas running app to add cardio to each weekly workout. Highly motivating to see how far you walk/run/cycle each week. Highly recommend.😊 🏃🏻‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️ 🧘‍♀️.Version: 4.19.2

Amazing!Awesome workout app.Version: 4.19.2

AMAZING!This app is amazing for all ages. I have had this app for quite a while now and couldn’t live without it. Especially now where you can’t go to the gym, it’s amazing and you don’t need any equipment. If you aren’t into exercise but want to start, give this app a try!.Version: 4.16

Great app, missing cross-app integration with strava and trainingI love the runtastic app series - well designed and work great across all the devices (I use watch for running and iPad for training). However, there are two features I found lacking. Most of my team at work are runners and they use strava to share their achievements. I like adidas more for its features, but it doesn’t integrate into strava well (I.e. no route map and stats, just overall time and heart rate that my watch report). Second, I am mainly looking for overall fitness and I’d love to have a cross-app planning enabled (like on what day to do what) without having to look at the adidas training and running separate schedules(and maybe allowing to log non-Adidas class like hiit to complete plans). I think this is probably a common goal so maybe worth adding a dedicated cross-app plan for?.Version: 6.10

RateI find the app very useful and friendly to use.Version: 3.0.1

It’s amazingIf you follow all the exercises as they are you can see real results..Version: 3.3.1

Great App!I haven’t even had this app for week and I find it so handy and helpful! I’m so so so glad this app is mainly free and the free parts are just what I was looking for! Since wrestling has ended and the gyms have closed I’ve been trying to find a workout plan without any equipment but I haven’t had any luck with it, and then I stumbled across this app. I love that you can “create” your own workout for a specific body part and that they recommend workouts based on the little quiz you take when first opening the app! I do both the recommended workout which I find to be harder than the designed workout but that’s also probably because I said I wanted to build muscle. My wrestling coach wants me to build muscle but I don’t have any weights at home and I can’t find an HIIT workout that doesn’t have any weights involved or lasts 6 days. Your app has reallyyyyy helped with this so thank you for creating such an amazing, free app!.Version: 4.17

Really impressiveHas really got me to think about exercise in a whole new way. I'm getting in really well with, not bored even after a month. I use this in conjunction with a running app to get more cardio, but these exercise plans are already tough enough! Great for beginners though, easily adaptable to your fitness and experience..Version: 3.1.1

Great for warm up and cool down around runningI use the app primarily to help with running. The warm up and cool down are great. Of the other sessions I’ve used I enjoyed the structure. The quality of the materials is really good. Demos for moves , sound quality and visuals are all of a high standard. Really easy to follow..Version: 3.4

Fantastic appThis is a fantastic app for getting fit. I have one request. Please add an option to toggle off the automatic lowering of music volume when workouts are active as three volume drop is very annoying..Version: 4.21

So far so goodTwo days in and I like it. Lots of options for fitness levels. I’m 59yrs old so something for everyone.Version: 2.9

Amazing!!I am in love with this app! So easy to use, supportive and I can do it in the comfort of my home. I’ve been using this app while I’ve been laid off due to covid and I’m sure my coworkers will see a difference when I get back lol! Fit and in shape in 3 weeks has been a great tool as it gradually gets tougher and tougher. Love the warm up and post workout stretches, along with the videos that show proper form and the timer that you don’t have to fuss with. Thanks for changing my lifestyle and making my confidence soar! ❤️.Version: 4.18

This app is changing my lifeI planned to go back to the gym but have put it off from laziness, so I searched for tools to help me start up again to stay consistent. When I stumbled on his app I got really excited! Working out with Results is the best thing I’ve done for myself. After my first workout my body felt more energized and invigorated. I love the warm ups and how the timer tells you the length of time to workout and when to pause. I always had issues timing my workouts and I never took breaks in between. I love that when my workouts are going, I only have to listen to the timer rather than watch a video which is super distracting for me. Results gives me the best workouts at my pace!.Version: 2.11

Perseverance Pays Off!!!I'm in my 43rd week and loving it! Sure it's hard. But man, is it worth it!! Along with my diet and tips from Runtastic, I went from 222lbs and a size 36" waist down to 174lbs and a 32" waist! I'm now at 180lbs and the gain has been all muscle. I feel fantastic and I no longer have chronic lower back pain due to a herniated disc. My neurosurgeon told me to start exercising before he would consider putting me under the knife to see if my body could improve itself. Well, it worked. As I push myself daily through each exercise I feel my strength, stamina and posture improve. I look better than I did when I was in the Army years ago! Go for it! Do it! Feel better than you think you can..Version: 2.5.3

Awesome. Not big into reviewing. ....Okay, so I’ll be up front and this will sound like such a glowing review it sounds like I’m being paid to write it! Hehe.... I can’t say enough about this app. I have some suggestions and I will send to developer but in terms of workout, it’s fantastic. // sooooo easy to swipe up to next exercise and the workouts depending on ability take about 12 mins (for me). It’s like Crossfit without the weight lifting. Oops I think Crossfit® is a trademark. Hehe.... anyway. Just a great app. I’m actually using it, and in week 5 now. Burpees, push ups, jumping jacks. Reminds me of basic Royal Canadian Air Force workouts from the 70’s, but it works. And it doesn’t need any gadgets or anything other than body weight exercises. So far, so good. Awesome..Version: 3.5

Impossible to possibleI never used be as consistent as adidas training has made me. Biceps n six pack were never used be my target but after joining the 12-week challenge I observed a great change in my muscle growth. Thanks to adidas training it’s making my impossible dreams possible..Version: 4.17

Still figuring out the appFirst of all, thank you! I had no idea that period cycle workout is a thing, but last cycle it was hitting me hard, I could barely lift a finger (metaphorically) for a workout. Your app and knowledge it provided helped me to relax, recover and not beat myself up. After the “reset” was done I was back and ready to go hard! Secondly, here’s where 4 stars come in. I set my account to advance training and I keep on getting beginner stuff… hello? Didn’t you ask me what level I want to work out at! With that said, there’s still a lot to browse and learn in the app. But I can see that most of the available workouts are not gonna replace my current (competitor) app, which doesn’t make me want to pay for another fitness app where I get less of what I’m already getting. (That’s your cue to step it up 🤭). Love you guys, bye..Version: 6.28

Gets me motivatedWaking up at 5 in the mornings is pretty difficult but this app makes it that much easier! Great workouts for free, a really well developed app. It just makes me start my day on a positive and active note!.Version: 4.16

Love the app but one commentI like to listen to my own music or podcast during the workout and after the last update or 2 updates ago, I was unable to play my own media due to the app pausing my content when the next exercise demonstration would start. I get around this by playing what I want to listen to on a different device but it’s an annoying issue to deal with..Version: 4.17

It’s just what I do now.I have done 34 weeks of Results and I’ve enjoyed the changes they made along the way, rather than just doing the program I’m now focussed on my core and doing heavy weights as well. Here’s something else, just training with Runtastic, the fitness enabled me to run 17km without doing any running training. It’s good how this app toughens you up. Now I’ve done well over 50 weeks. I keep doing the 6 weeks to six pack to improve my core strength, which then allows to do every other part of my body. Go core!! Go Runtastic!!.Version: 4.17

Brilliant....visible benefits after just 3 weeks 😊Superb app, well presented, just two flaws for me... 1) Needs haptics and/or audio on Apple Watch 2) Without fail (I wear Watch to get heart rate tracking etc and follow the instructions from phone, the two link brilliantly)...whenever I do Mountain Climbers, the “30 seconds to go” clips at “30” and there’s no more sound until I mute and unmute 🤷‍♂️ very annoying..Version: 4.15

ProgramsVery well conceived , professionally designed for actual results.Version: 2.12.1

All you needGreat app simply wish I could follow more than one work out (mind you I’m using the free ver 🤣).Version: 4.21

Best travel fitness app !This is a game changer. I travel frequently and this app is like a mobile personal trainer. You only need limited space to do the exercises and the results are awesome. Into my 3rd 12 week program and not looking back. I have even cancelled the personal trainer when at home. This is fitness tech at its best; thank you for helping me to become a healthier me..Version: 2.11

Consistency & a Plan MattersResults is the only self directed workout app I have ever used consistently. I love the guided workouts, variety and accountability. After I finish my workout I take a selfie in app and send my results to my accountability partner via text and receive instant feedback. I am on week 83 and look forward to doing this workout four times a week. I pay the premium account and love the integration with Runtastic to track my cardio too! Cheaper than a real life personal trainer..Version: 3.1.1

RecommendedThis is a great app I recommend it to people that want to lose weight.Version: 3.5

I’ve actually been able to stick to this!I’ve tried so many different fitness apps and I usually find them really hard to follow but this app really breaks it all down into easy steps! I’ve just started my 3rd week of toned abs in 6 weeks and both myself and my partner have noticed a massive difference! I’m really pleased with the results so far!.Version: 4.22

Great - one bug!Great app. There is a bug where the music volume stays low if you turn off the "countdown" voice prompts. The volume should be restored after all voice prompts..Version: 2.2

Old man getting fit againWhat a cool app. Just did my training assessment. Proved how unfit I am. Looking forward to the next 12 weeks.Version: 2.2.1

Amazing fitness appThis is brilliant, I’ve used it for a couple of years now and will continue to do so. I hate gyms and prefer body weight exercises so this is right up my street. The only thing I would change is that you can’t use any other fitness apps alongside it, I use Strava for all my runs and would love to be able to get the data from Strava into my weekly stats but it only uses Runtastic. That’s a small thing for me though as the rest of it is perfect..Version: 2.15.1

Great experience so far!I downloaded with a 3 months premium subscription. One week in and really enjoying it! Highly recommended.Version: 4.14

ReviewReally solid workout app that accomplished what you need with great explanations and satisfying workouts. However, it can sometimes be slightly repetitive, giving you a similar, if not the same workouts sometimes and there could be a little more optional workouts but otherwise great..Version: 3.4

Loving itI’ve used the app for almost a year now and love the flexibility to be able to workout anywhere. Combined with the running app I have everything I need and no membership to a sleazy gym. Looking forward to an iPhone X update..Version: 2.6.2

Wow!The adidas app has provided me with all the necessary workouts for the particular areas I want to improve!.Version: 4.5

Glitches in connection to Apple WatchIt’s a pity but connection is really unstable these days. As I am writing this review, I cannot see what I am writing since the font color is white (without my doing). Not the best Start guys....Version: 4.18

Great!I got a free trial and then pay the membership because it worked for me. I love the 12 week workout plans they have. No app is going to do the magic for you. You gotta put the effort. I like how the app has videos were the exercise are demonstrated with a white background, no distractions. The only thing you need for these workouts: you body weight..Version: 4.21

Quick and SimpleWorkouts a brief but get a good sweat rolling. With a regular running routine, this workout will produce good results. As a Navy Officer, I arrive in my office early and knock out these workouts in under 20 minutes 3 days a week and run 4 miles twice a week. It keeps the pounds off and my strength up even with a very busy schedule. I can work out in the time it used to take me to get in the car and travel to the gym. The app provides excellent videos for those who are new to these exercises. $50 is well worth the annual subscription..Version: 2.7

Great exercise appLove using the 12 week plan. Gives me motivation to keep going with an awesome mix of tailored workouts. Using the app on iPhone and Apple TV..Version: 4.23

Just What We NeededMy husband and I needed to find a new exercise routine... well, a routine at all, really. We have a small home with zero extra space, so equipment becomes a problem. We discovered Results, and the program has been jus what we needed. Neither of us is exactly athletic, but we love the challenges of the workouts, and we’ve been successfully using the app on our AppleTV for nearly 8 months. It’s really made a difference. Best part is no equipment is needed for the program to be effective and for you to see, well... results. 👍🏻👍🏻.Version: 3.6

Amazing Free workouts! This app is amazing. The fitness instructions are clear and these no ads. I’ve already recommended it to many of my friends. I will keep using as long as it’s free. It also allows me to track my progress and prepares a workout for me each day!.Version: 4.14

Awesome fitness startGreat app to kick start your fitness with immediate feedback and workout programme..Version: 2.4

Lots of variety - addictiveLove this app. Seeing results so far and it’s very varied. It’s a yes from me.Version: 3.1.1

Great app! but some areas for improvementI highly recommend using this app. Even the free features are easy to use and relevant to my needs. The design of this app and the program like competition, this app offers challenges me to keep going with my training and stay committed. I look forward to paid features too yet I haven’t used them yet. However I find some operational issues on this app. 1. When I have the background music playing on another app and runs a training program session on the app, the timer and video lags whenever I switch to music app to change the music (even by just scrolling the shortcut navigator down and coming back to this app) 2. The planned programs on the phone and my apple is not syncing precisely. When I play warming up button from the phone and when from the apple watch, the program consist of entirely different lists of workouts. 3. Skipping to next list of the workout is easily done but going back (especially after I swipe accidentally during a session) to the workout previous is a pain. It’s literally fifty fifty chance for it to work or not work.Version: 6.7

BestI can’t stop working I love this app amazing.Version: 6.21

Good appLove using the app but since last week, the points for a training workout don’t show up. Very disappointed..Version: 5.15

Amazing resultsNo gym required - no equipment required - a good deal of determination definitely required - but I’m now approaching the end of week 7 of 12 and the results are amazing. You have to combine it with a decent diet but I’m stronger, fitter and my body shape has changed dramatically. Combine it with some additional cardio and your home workout is complete. Fab..Version: 2.15.1

Do itGreat app great results.Version: 2.2.1

Great appThis app was great to get me into a regular fitness routine. It takes away all the excuses. No need for equipment, what you look like or to drive anywhere...just open it up and go! It is a great way to get your body and heart conditioned to a regular routine! I especially like that it has you do a warmup and cool down stretching which is important so you don’t feel too sore for the next session. I started this in my late 30s and used it consistently for over a year. If you eat properly and do this 3-5 times a week you WILL see results! The app has you take progress pictures so you can see your results (which you do not have to share if don’t want, I didn’t). After a year and half, I was ready to switch up to free weights and training with a trainer but still use this app for when I want to do a timed workout..Version: 3.6.1

Amazing Motivation!I had tried other fitness apps but this one is definitely for me! Having gone through intense hardcore training HIIT workouts for time, this one is so convenient for time and overall time management. Anyone who lives and breathes can make time for these exercises. And not having to fuss with equipment and mats you can workout literally anywhere, I do it in the comfort of my living room and it’s become a wonderful habit. And being a bit competitive to beat my time helps significantly. So if you enjoy working out for time and trying to beat your time, will really help push you to the max. I’m in week 11 and have seen some nice ab carving and I have a two pack and almost can see a four pack forming! Who said abs are made in the kitchen, clearly has never tried this app?! So pumped!.Version: 2.12.2

Excellent but plan aheadThis app is great. I didn’t know what I wanted from a workout at home app, but this caters for my lack of time and helps target areas I want to focus on. The only downside (which is easy to get around with planning) is to make sure you’ve downloaded the workout videos in advance.Version: 4.23

Brilliant AppHave had this app throughout lockdown. Been really helpful in reminding and motivating me to do a workout and without equipment. I do the 6 week abs sessions on 4 times a week. Each 10 minutes long and it’s a nice way to energise myself in the morning. Would recommend!.Version: 4.23

Love itI love ittt, it’s a great app that gets me to exercises and motivate me to do it, I can’t say anything about it just incredibly amazing. Thank you Adidas Just one thing, sometimes in the middle of the workout there’s thing I can’t do so there should be something to skip the exercises that I’m not able to do so it won’t be counted on the summery❤️ everything else is great.Version: 4.14

Transformational! The alarm goes off at 5.30 now, giving me time that I never had before, downstairs quick drink and a banana, then into the garage for a workout with Results , I have now been doing this 3 to 5 times a week for nearly six months and I can happily say I am stronger, leaner and mentally fitter..Version: 2.10

Very very very good app, but bewareI was in the worst shape of my life, and this app was the perfect way to reintroduce me to work out, the free workout plan I was using was fantastic and saw results, and felt better, I could even feel myself getting better at works I did a week prior, but by week 4 of the 6 week plan got out of hand….. I kept pushing myself and found myself not being able to do some of the workouts which became heavily demoralizing and then last week, leading to an injury to my hamstrings, I’m very disappointed and what was once an app that gave me so much confidence has reduced me to a sense of failure that has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.Version: 6.0

Easy to useEasy easy!.Version: 2.7.1

Make you stick to the planThe app doesn’t have any pesky reminders and emails that just make you lose motivation. It have both free and premium plans that are good. Before I went to the gym for 2 years hoping to get a 6 pack but it didn’t really work, I feel muscles in my stomach but not as defined. Following the app’s 6 weeks to 6 packs, while I’m only at week 3, I feel a marked improvement. And the exercises at first glance looked ridiculously easy, but will leave you wheezing for breath and feeling refreshed afterward. Only thing I don’t really like is the push for warmups and stretches pre and post workout. The warmups make you tired before the workout while I don’t feel like the stretches worked..Version: 4.16

Love runtastic everythingHaving been paying £40pm for a gym membership abd rarely going, paying that for a year for pro was an easy choice, been doing it almost every night and the workout videos really help! Thank you for this app! It’s amazing.Version: 3.1.1

Excellent and progressiveThis app really works for me. I’ve just started my second cycle and though every workout feels hard I can feel the work paying off in everyday life. None the exercises are difficult but they do challenge you. If I could just tweak my diet slightly then I would really benefit..Version: 2.13

Brilliant training appI’ve had this app for about 2 months now, and have seen an incredible improvement! The exercises are quick (about 15-20 mins) and there is so much to choose from! Very very impressed and can’t wait to see further improvements!.Version: 4.15

Search over!I searched high and low for a workout app that I didn’t have to pay a small fortune for on subscription but still suited what I needed when I needed it. Being a runner I’ve always been rubbish at getting strength training in, didn’t think I was getting the benefit if I wasn’t raising my heart rate to the roof but these workouts are a joy, the fact that they adaptable to your level means I feel the right amount of burn in the places I know I want to work. It absolutely compliments my running. I’m so pleased I found it!.Version: 4.0

So far so goodThis is only my third day using the app but I have enjoyed the workouts so far. The explanatory videos are great, they tell you exactly which movements to make and which muscles to engage to achieve better results. I just feel I would need more support on the nutrition side..Version: 2.10

Thank you AdidasThis app is brilliant, congratulations on another amazing product!!!💗🏋️‍♂️🥇🏆.Version: 4.15

Very good appI think this app is very useful and technical in the way it creates an Workout based on what anyone would like to achieve. Also I think that it’s quite varied in the types of exercise which is good. Definitely recommend it to a friend 👍💪.Version: 4.13

Great app!Have looked fo an exercise app for a while but most promise a lot only to ask for lots of money to access any of it! Adidas is different, most of the workouts are free and you only pay if you want a plan! Good videos explaining how to do each exercise..Version: 4.12

Great fitness appI love the automatic program that adjusts to my fitness level. Also love the on-the-fly instructional videos to demonstrate the correct posture for each exercise..Version: 3.6.1

The Right ReplacementI stopped working out awhile ago, then when I tried to get back into it the original app I used, they changed the features: It wasn’t free, personalized workout plans were removed, and even looking at the paid part of the app it just didn’t compare to its previous version. So I spent a good amount of time trying other apps to see if they had a similar feel, but alas they didn’t. That is—until I came across this app! This app, in a way, reminds me of the old version of the pervious app I used and adored. It’s safe to say that I’ll be using this app from-now-on, and maybe in the future I’ll buy into the membership! Although, it would be nice if there was a way we could play music through the app, or they had a part of the app with pre-made playlists that could be connected through Apple Music. Other than that, it’s perfect for me!.Version: 4.14

Good appGood app, love the workouts..Version: 6.20

Great appWith 2 children, and commuting to work...ended with little time to go to the gym. This in-home exercise program helps. I have my personal couch pushes me. I like that it stores my progressive pictures. It also has some interesting articles to read...understand nutrition and how to lose weight properly. I don’t mind that the app asked how I felt after each workout. It is like real personal trainer concerns of my wellbeing. And it made me see how hard of the exercise I can do. I like how it plans my exercise base on what level I’m in. As each week progresses, the level gets tougher. The toughest that I did, 75 burpees. I really pushed myself and I did it. It was hard but felt great afterward. Glad I found this program. Week 5 day 1 Feb 5th ‘18. However, I don’t like how it wouldn’t record my workout if I had to quit at mid of the program. It will be great if they put that feature in, instead of having to restart the day or fast forward that really didn’t help me track my progress..Version: 2.7.1

Audio integration sucksOverall a good app. Something changed in a recent update and now very few of the moves have automation videos so if you have to click on how to see the move is performed it cancels your music playlist. From that point forward you’re f*%!cked. Constantly having to switch between your playlist and the app isn’t worth the hassle. It’s a total demotivation. Please fix now! It worked fine before the upgrade to the app. Keep the videos playing for each move. It is helpful it see the moves and follow along. Not so you have to stop to watch the video. Stupid update..Version: 5.17

Taking me to another levelI don’t like to go to the gym anymore and this app is getting me fit again. I’m feeling good about myself and my body, one step at a time, no rush like the other app I used before. If you’re looking to get fit in a good pace, this is it!.Version: 3.1.1

AMAZING!!Definitely one of the best apps, for fitness, and improvement for health,.Version: 3.3.2

Best workout routine for all levels!!I’m 38 years old and in my 27th week. I’ve always been an avid runner but lacked the type of lean muscular body I’ve always wanted. This app helped me reach my goals and then some! I’ve leaned up and am in the best physical shape I’ve ever been in. Well worth the money!!! I’m currently training for another 1/2 Marathon and have found I don’t have near the knee and hamstring pains I would go through before. Whether your a beginner or an athlete this app starts where it’s comfortable but challenging. Do yourself a favor, start now!!.Version: 2.7.1

Would recommend!I had done training with a personal trainer, but because of COVID-19 I haven’t been able to do that. This app has been great for keeping in shape, and it is convenient to use too! I have been able to fit the workouts in during lunch, and they get me energized and in shape!.Version: 4.21

Detailed previewI like that Each workout is Demonstrated. For me this allows me to preview each exercise and determine if I can do it with my condition: back surgery, kidney transplant. November 2022.Version: 7.0

Simple and effectiveI have found this app simple to use and follow and effective to help me establish a routine. Especially for those of us who can’t get to a gym regularly. The variety of exercises and different plans (especially those that don’t require a premium subscription) is, in my opinion, unparalleled elsewhere. I have worked out at home and seen results! Great job!.Version: 4.0

HARD BUT GOODLoved it, hurting.Version: 1.2

Very good app with minor adjustments that can be done.Very good app If not Excelent, but some of the features might be approved. For example in the 12 week workout plan you have the same warmups and stretch on the end of each sessions. Down side of that is that warmup and stretch are not adjusted to the session that you did. This can be improved but the app in general if you follow it and adjust your eating habits (lower carbohydrates and no sugar) it gives excellent results..Version: 2.9

Go for it, don't hold back its Worth it!!The plan is customised to fit you as an individual! I went premium first and all the goodies followed!! Check it out!! Do it!!! You'll be sorry to miss out!! I love it!!.Version: 2.3

Perfect for getting back in shapeI was a regular gym goer, but that’s no longer possible and this app in the next best thing. I love that the workouts on the plan are a good mix to keep me motivated, not too many push notifications, it allows me to fit my training around my life. A couple of enhancement suggestions, it would be good to go straight into a pause after each exercise rather than having to swipe up. Also it would be great it there were 1-2 tips mid exercise, e.g mid plank maybe “keep stomach tight” or keep legs active” would remind you to check your posture but also break up the time. But anyway I love it!.Version: 6.30

6 week to absFor real take the free plan called 6 week to abs it’s such a great plan I loved it I’m at my 6th week and I now have abs all the time it’s really cool thanks adidas!!!.Version: 4.17

This has changed my life!I just needed to start moving again. The weight was adding on and I was not able to move the way I was used to. So the work outs I had done before were not working for me now. When I started my 12 week program it started me at a level that was right for me. It didn’t seem overwhelming but it challenged me. Now I look at my workout and think there is no way I can do this, but I get threw it. I clearly am getting stronger and I am now 44 lbs lighter. With a workout plan and dietary changes I am back to a healthy weight. Thank you!.Version: 2.14.2

RichardThis is great for me as I normally don’t follow a routine! Many different workouts to follow and great videos to help with correct form!! I am sure this will go from strength to strength as the app evolves. Thanks to the team that put this together. Cheers.Version: 4.13

The only thing that made me work out!I’m 33, and for the first time in my life, I’ve held a work out regime for more than 3 months. This is an excellent app that works around your goals and preferences. And the free offering is enough to last you six months, after which the paid exercise will be worth it! Can see myself using this for a while..Version: 4.10

Love this app!I’ve spent years trying to find a workout app that I look forward to using. After each workout it asks you whether the workout was too easy, tough (in a good way), or too hard. It then used this info to modify the upcoming workouts in whatever plan you’re using. The workouts are easy to do at home and without equipment. The plans are formatted to fit your skill level and gradually get harder. Apart from a few glitches here and there I would absolutely recommend this app. After just a few weeks I already feel stronger and look forward to the next workout!.Version: 4.18

Best incentive for consistent workouts!I’ve always struggled with consistency when it comes to working out: I travel a lot and often loose track when I’ve been away from the gym for a while. Since getting this app, my husband and I have both gotten so much more consistent with our workout, all we need to do is pull out our phone and have a hotel room with enough room for our yoga mat and we’re set. It’s been a great incentive— that and how much fitter we are. :) Thanks Runtastic for helping us get there!.Version: 3.0.1

SmartI’m reserving a star to see how I feel after my 12 week plan is completed. So far, I have appreciated the interesting and engaging newsletter articles which have been building my motivation to start the program. I have never felt so out of shape and depleted of motivation; it took a few weeks of considering doing the 7 minute fitness test before i finally got around to it. I credit the articles in my inbox with encouraging me to do it. Also, 7 minutes is a small, attainable goal. So, now that I’ve done the fitness test, it looks like I’m in it. So, here we go....Version: 3.1

This app rocks!I really like this app. I have yet to purchase anything through it. There are routines or work out plans that cost money but there are also free ones. There is also a community section to connect to others with similar goals. And there are good articles that are food, workout, and health related. I’ve also been using the addidas runtastic app to track my run/jog. I would recommend that app as well!.Version: 4.15

AmazingAn amazing app that has many plans for free. If you want you up your game then I recommend this app. This is a fantastic app that trains your body and gives you knowledge about nutrition as well..Version: 4.14

First time useFirst time using the app today. I’ve been out of fitness for a while now and This was a great way to get back into it. The workouts show you what to do and you feel like your training with someone. Brilliant idea and brilliant app. Extremely recommended. Thank you..Version: 4.16

Fantastic App.I’ve been using the app for about a month now, trying to get through one of the free plans before I upgrade to the full version. It’s fantastic. I love that the workouts are easily doable at home and so far, NO GYM equipment has been necessary. This has been a major plus during COVID-19. If I could recommend one change, it’s this: when the user finishes a workout, please announce the next workout in the series. I.e,. “Rest, 20 seconds. Up next: Low Plank.” This would eliminate the need to keep looking at my phone during my workout. Keep up the good work!.Version: 4.24

Perfect fitness companionPerfect fitness companion, particularly if you want to develop your self discipline along with your muscles!.Version: 2.10

I love itThe app is amazing! The voice inspires me to keep going even if I feel otherwise. It shows the right way to do each exercise and you can personalize for how long you want to train and which body parts..Version: 4.18

Dynamic Suggested Pace for plans/Adidas train and run hybrid PLEASE!!Love the app, ran 350 mile and lost 50lbs over 365 days in 2020. This app helped me reach my fitness goals for 2020 and I don’t plan on stopping in 2021. I used Adidas Train and Run before it was retired a few years back. Please use that model with the modern design and this will be a for sure 5star app. Currently it’s a weak 4 star app and that is due to the lack of a personal feel. For instance, if I modify the interval paces manually to match my fitness level you know something like “normal” effort pace of 10-11 miles min, when I start the shape up plan the “suggested” pace for a slow run “suggest” 8:35 min/mile as a slow pace (blank face).. so the suggested pace is not reflected in what I manually adjusted in the interval pace selector. Adidas train and run did that. Why not runtastic take some features for the old and add to current? I will tell you I bet all the users will be extremely satisfied with that additional functionality and personal feel. But all in all this is a good app none the less. Please keep making useful changes and I’m a user for the rest of this apps life span..Version: 5.5.1

Great app!Tremendous app! Guided and customized workouts for every level of fitness from basic to advanced. Videos showing how to perform all excercises with proper form.Version: 4.20.1

Great appGreat app I’ve just started. My struggle is always the motivation to get to the gym so this app is a PT in your home easier to fit into your daily routine.Version: 2.13

Awesome !It’s so convenience,I can do my personalized, planned workout in home anytime I want!.Version: 2.15.1

Best I've foundSeriously good and very intuitive. Especially for those who travel or are on the road, you can just pick up and go no matter what the facilities. 1 piece of feedback - Id like to see it remember you after you finish the 3 month cycle so you can pick up from where you left off..Version: 2.6.2

Amazing!I may be pretty young! But wow! This is honestly an amazing app! It offers suggestions and gives u a lot of options! Amazing amazing amazing!.Version: 4.7

ExcellentIt’s a great app that helps you train anywhere, leading you with informative videos to make sure your technique is good. The app analysis your responses after a workout to make sure you are happy with the level of exercises which is great if it becomes too challenging or not enough.Version: 2.8.1

Excellent App Overall but needs fine tuningOverall I find this app to be great and helpful with my regular running. Several weeks ago I started the half marathon training plan which has really helped inspire me and motivate me and keep me accountable to achieving my goal. I would like to see some improvements, however. I would like to see the app keep track of my pace during individual intervals rather than just mile by mile. Also on interval days the music automatic shut off appears to be very wonky necessitating that I hold my phone to stop and restart music with each interval. I’ve also noticed that on some interval days there is absolutely no voice prompts to end and start individual intervals..Version: 5.6

Easily one of the best fitness apps out thereI’ve been looking for a workout app for a while now as there aren’t any gyms near me but all the ones that I’ve tried so far were either terrible or you couldn’t do anything without paying a yearly subscription first. However, with this app, you don’t have to pay anything to use the premise workouts or to make a custom workout yourself. The instructions are easy to understand , professional looking and effective. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, well actually I already have! All I can say is: download this app! The developers have done a great job!.Version: 3.4

The best one I’ve triedMy friend recommended me to try Adidas app. She’s been using it for more than a year and really happy with the results. I have started using this app a few days ago and omg I love it. I’m not super easily motivated and getting bored doing the same workouts over and over again. Here there are so many of them and they are so different that it will definitely take me awhile to get bored or maybe I never will :) Thank you very much Adidas team for such a great app!!!!!!.Version: 4.16

It really worked, made me strongerIt really worked, made me stronger.Version: 2.14.1

Awesome AppAwesome app the voice coaching, workouts and layout of the app are awesome and really appealing to the eye..Version: 2.12.2

Brilliant App-Love it!Brilliant App-Love it!.Version: 2.4.1

Loving itIt works fine for me, keen to see my results after 12 weeks.Version: 2.3

Great App but . . . .I really like this training app and have been using it for over 2 years. I subscribe to the training ‘plan’ which helps keep me motivated to maintain my training. I only have one slight issue with it in that I don’t think the training plan takes age and ability into consideration. At 53 years old I am all too aware that my body is unable to make the type of strength gains I could as a younger man. As you move through the three month training plan the workouts become obviously harder and harder. However, I am of the opinion that older people such as myself are not able to keep up with the increase in intensity and lack of rests between the sets and therefore I feel a bit demotivated as I can’t keep up..Version: 2.14.2

ResultsI’m fit and healthy already.Version: 3.1.1

Love it but...I love the app. I’ve been using it a lot during quarantine. One thing I wish could be added to it is asking for injuries when giving workout plans. I for example have a wrist injury and I cannot do a lot exercises in my plan and it is really hard to modify them. So I think adding this to the app would be really helpful..Version: 4.19.1

Amazing! Because it worksI’ve done HIIT with a trainer, large classes at a gym, and using the other 7 minute workout apps - but this is truly something else. You’ll slash your expenses on gyms and get a full body workout for a fraction of the price. With hundreds of exercises, it never gets boring..Version: 2.7.1

Simple quirkHi, first of all, I love this app! I use it all the time and im finally getting in shape because of it💪🏼 The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5-⭐️s, was because of a small quirk that really bugs me during a workout. I just did the “burn fat” workout, and EVERY TIME it went from skier jumps to crossing punches, the sounds would cut out until I paused and then played it. It interrupts my workout and is annoying because the voice coach is muted until I pause it. Then, of course i have on my record that I took 4 extra breaks! When I’m trying to break my record every time, that really bugs me🙁 Please fix and you will for sure have a 5-⭐️ from me! Thanks😊 *Update* I did the same workout the day after I got feedback from the app, and the sound never cut out —-until the last round! Getting there!😉.Version: 4.14

Continuing to stay motivatedI don’t usually review apps, but I have to give this one a huge applause. The free (unpaid) features are already so helpful to get anyone started and continue working out. However, with the first year at discount and further years at a maximum price of $60/70 in comparison to gym memberships this totally makes sense and worth to pay. When you do purchase the full subscription you get access to almost a virtual personal trainer that curates the perfect workouts based on your shape and size. There is so much flexibility here it’s actually incredible. Adidas knows that not everyone should have to pay to get fit and healthy. That’s why I’d say 80-90% of features are completely free so you can still get in shape, but it will take some more dedication on your side to curate your own plan. Even simple and nice touches like progress photos built in (no hogging up in your personal camera roll either) or the integration of the Adidas running app makes it a full ecosystem. With Apple Health, it integrates these reports and calories burned right into the health app. Taking it a step further with the LifeSum app, it takes these calories burned and deducts it from the calories you’ve eaten too! I get to understand exactly how my eating and physical exercise is over days to weeks, to months. This all in one integration is better than any other..Version: 5.8.1

Best training app by Far!!Together with Adidas running app, is the best training app by a long way. Yes there could be a few gap improvements but nothing is perfect. Take it from me, who’s gone from the odd jog around the park to competing and coming close to winning triathlon and endurance races. From getting of the sofa to regular training this app has been a great help planning training schedules and working on core strength. If you get this app or not, please get a little bit of regular fitness in your life. 😊.Version: 4.10

Customized workouts!!I love how I am able to choose a work out plan that suits my needs and goals. Not only does it design a plan based off my weight and height but also my experience with working out and exercise. It also programs a work out schedule based on how many days I want to work and for how long. Each morning my workout routine is different so I know I’m getting a full body, complete workout by the end of the week! I’ve tried other programs but they haven’t been able to meet my needs the way the Addias training app has..Version: 6.11

Pretty Awesome (updated)I really like all the exercises it has, the advice you get access to via the links, great opportunities to meet up with a runners’ community and learn about your body. Even though I didn’t have a tracking device that was compatible it was still a good way to get back into health. Don’t do all the reps the person demonstrating are doing, keep your own pace because they’re pros. I highly recommend buying the year pass if you’re gonna be getting back into shape, no waits or fancy equipment needed..Version: 4.17

Great Workouts; Great App SupportI’m writing this review specifically because I was really impressed this week with my first email exchange with Runtastic’s app support team. A few things first though: First of all, the app makes it easy to get started on a training plan. I love most the fact that I don’t need any special workout equipment, because if I did, I wouldn’t be morivated enough to make a habit out of it! Second, I love the questionnaire at the beginning and end of the plan, each week, and each day’s exercise. And the fact that the training plans are customized for you and tweaked along the way to deliver achievable, measurable results. I’m halfway into my second training plan, and I ran into a bug that wouldn’t allow me to “finish my week” and start the next week’s exercises. After emailing back and forth a couple times with Runtastic customer support, they opened up a ticket with their QA engineers. Within 1-2 days (including time zone differences) I received an email letting me know that they had pushed an update to their app that should fix that bug for me. That’s pretty great support, and a fast turnaround to boot! So I thought it deserving of a review to share my good experiences so far with the Results app. :) Thanks gents/ladies, Jordan.Version: 3.6.2

Better than a lot of paid appsReally good workouts for people at all levels. I have personally improved over time using the free workouts for 4-5 months now. The guided workouts are also very enjoyable. I will go for the paid version from now..Version: 4.21

One of the best apps everThis app helped me through my anxiety and depression, struggling to go outside and do these exercises and now every time I do that I feel like I’ve achieved something for myself. Really do recommend this for everybody whose going through the things I’m going through. It’s well worth it once you put yourself in the deep end.Version: 6.10

Great appI lost a lot of fat from this app, leanest I have been.Version: 2.13

Yo!Yes, to be able to use all the benefits you do have to pay, but compared to the cost of a personal trainer, it's definitely worth it! I love it being able to exercise at home with my personal drill instructor 👍🏼✌🏼️😊.Version: 1.7.5

Very good workout appOne if the better ones. I cant say its the best as i have not tried other workout apps but my mom is a trainer and the workouts on this app are pretty much the exact workouts she would give me based on my weight, age, hight, and how fit i am. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is new to workouts as it has videos of the workouts to show you exactly what to do and it has good warmups and gives you plenty of breaks, and if the workout is too hard it asks if it was to hard and will adjust the next workout to make it easier or harder..Version: 2.9

Outstanding beats competitorsI have tried the Nike workout app but this app is definitely superior it is much more refined and simple would recommend and have already suggested to my friends and family.Version: 5.18

Best for a free abs training courseI’ve picked the app for doing an abs program and so far it’s been great. A bit annoying to have to download every session..Version: 4.7

Workouts are just right for meI play racket sports, run and cycle and the workouts I have started have been excellent for me, I am sticking to my workouts and always feel they are tough workouts but I will be able to get through them all. Looking forward to the results and the different workouts..Version: 4.14

Great app!!!I love the different workouts that are offered: you can choose from a 4 to 12 week program. The videos give a breakdown insuring perfect form every time. Their blog is so informative and my go to for inquiries. This is the only app I use and the only one I recommend!!!.Version: 3.9.1

👋 bravo MotivantTres bon supplément d’entraînement quotidien Merci Adidas.Version: 4.18

Great appWith premium I’ve been able to feel more pushed to do workouts, I also love how you can do them easily at home!!!.Version: 4.19

Wonderful app!!Great for anyone would highly recommend if your looking for something that makes you feel rewarded! Thanks Adidas!.Version: 6.19

Really hard, but greatI would really recommend this app to anyone who seriously wants to stay fit. When you first sign up, choose “very easy” as the option, because I chose one that was to hard for me and it made me stop working out for a while, but then I eventually came back to it. Also, developers, please make it so that you can always adjust your goals so that you’re not stuck trying to make it easier..Version: 4.13

Tough. In a good way.I have used several training schedules and customised my own training, however, this app has exactly everything that I need to maintain and increase my fitness and power levels during lockdown (writing this during the COVID-19 pandemic). I have been enjoying it for almost a month and half now and I am loving it. The only thing I would incorporate is a 30-90 second break between each set. Some of the preset exercises, Alpha to Zulu, have breaks, but not all. I believe there should be breaks from an athletic point of view..Version: 4.16

Love the updateWe use it to tailor specific needs for Olympic fencing Great update guys.Version: 3.0.1
