✓ App won't work, support never repliesThe app requires the puzzlet tray to have a firmware upgrade. The upgrade tool doesn't work. Their support doesn't respond after a week. They shouldn't even allow apps like this to stay in the store if they are totally unsupported and non functional anymore..Version: 2.0
