✓ Best App to Hire a CarThis app is perfect for hiring a car. With other apps I have experienced problems in the past, however none with this app. It is extremely simple to hire a car – I use this app to look for the cheapest deals from car rental companies on my way back from the Airport every holiday. Recently my co-worker started using this app and he was surprised at just how easy it was to hire a car (he does this multiple times a month due to his particular job). Overall I rate this app a 5/5 stars and recommend it to everyone to take advantage of Carla..Version: 2.5.0

✗ Terrible terrible service. Auto booked something w/o asking & won’t refund w/ 3 day noticeI’m not hard to please, this is my first time reviewing anything but I had a terrible experience with them and their customer “service” response team. Somehow something got booked without me doing anything on the other side of the country, when I saw the email for this the next day I reached out to support to get a refund for this (still 3 days to go before the rental time). I explained that nothing was even showing up in the app to cancel, but the customer service person responded with “sorry you can only cancel in the app” even though I had just told them it’s not showing up in the app. Now the customer service is being unresponsive. Took $100 from me that I never even booked, just from signing up. Would rate zero stars if I could 👎👎👎. Will advise anyone I know looking to rent to stay away from Carla.Version: 4.5.0
