StepsApp Pedometer for Positive User Reviews

Mr sam MackeeIt is very good app and changed my life style totally for the past 15 months that I am using it .I am now getting out every morning around 8:30 to walk 7000 steps which is my target and then go to me favourite coffee shop to do my puzzle!! I have done 150 km a month on average since which is more than 2000 km over the period it is from London yo Mosco to walk ! I could never believe I could achieve this walk and it was very please t to do it .I am 75 and very fit and healthy now .I recommend to all retired people to start it today .thank you.Version: 6.5.21

Fab free app- a step above the rest🥾Great. Just wish I could add steps if I have exercised but left my phone at home.,.Version: 6.0.3

Perfect app for walking etcI love the way this app seamlessly integrates with my Apple Watch and iPhone - I don’t even need to activate an outdoor walk as it just keeps on gathering data and allows me to show it on my watch face. Upgraded for a couple of features but mainly out of respect for the devs! Well done.Version: 6.6.2

Best app in its classI tried all of the main pedometer apps before selecting StepsApp. It seems to be one of the more reliable apps using Apple’s own Health app data as a benchmark. The simple day, week and month screens along with their respective graphs make it easy to see how your activity has improved. In particular, I have found using the month view to be a great way of maintaining that improvement as steps per month is such a natural and useful target. I have been using the app for a couple of years now and I would highly recommend it..Version: 5.5.1

StepappLove it, it's like having a personal trainer in my pocket, now only buying jeans with pockets..Version: 6.5.15

Awesome app love it use it every day great way to track your stepsLove it.Version: 6.6.9

Great appDoes everything I need. Works great with Apple Watch and shares data with health app..Version: 4.4.5

Too easyI’ve found the ‘Steps’ app to be very easy to use and personally I think the free version would do the job for most people as it does for me. I’m recovering from a leg op and preparing for 2 more on my knees and I’m unable to work until then, so this app has been absolutely brilliant, both user/performance wise and cost wise (free!). Best of this type of app out there easily. Too easy..Version: 6.6.4

Get moving!I wanted a step counter to act as a motivational tool to get moving more and to assess how active I was in a normal day/week working from home. Found the app great for keeping me on my toes and keeping me aware of how far along I have gone each day towards my goals. I compare my Mondays to previous Mondays etc so as to have an accurate sense of a typical Monday level of activity. I have also been known to walk up down the stairs a few times at home if I've had a particularly sedentary day. In short, I love the app!.Version: 6.5.17

StepsAppCompact and great to use. Helps encourage to go for walk for worthwhile exercise. Also, very economic. Affordable for myself being on a pension. Clive For my age (80) I have found the steps, distance and time items are the most beneficial for me. At the present my goal is 5000 steps, 2 kms, and 1 hour. Realistic and achievable target. The Steps App is the best by far of any similar product I have seen. Thanks Clive.Version: 5.5.1

StepsAppThis is a really good step counter with an attractive and easy to read format. I especially like the detailed breakdown, helpful goals, and minimal battery usage. 😀 However, there are a few problems that I have found. The main problem is the step length. Could you perhaps add a feature to change the step length depending on the sport? Running steps are very different to walking steps etc. Alternatively you could use the phone gps to track distance. You could get around it tracking distance while driving by saying something like “if gps location change and step count increase then add distance ...” Overall this is an excellent app which I highly recommend 👍.Version: 5.1.3

It’s greatI’ve been using this app for a number of years with no trouble 😁.Version: 6.5.4

Really GoodI appreciate the Step App a lot. It’s excellent for keeping my Diabetes Step System under control. It helps me 100 % with my Diabetes Diet so thank you so much for having a Step App. 🙏😄🌺.Version: 6.6.9

Absolute must for anyoneI have used this app for a long time. It’s not only important to me to understand how many steps I’ve walked a day, but also for motivation and to compare with previous weeks and months. I highly recommend this app to everyone. You will soon find how handy it is and it’s absolutely free!.Version: 5.5.2

Step appIf I’m going to be honest this app is amazing it tells u how many steps u done and u can set ur own targets and hopefully achieve that many steps soon as I got this app I was really happy and I never knew how many steps I do I thought I didn’t do many but I completed my goal 2000 and this app is very useful and it tells u how many calories u lose and your heart rate and 100% free ads ,pro widget ,streaks and goal history ,distance goals, insights and trends and final custom Colours and icons which is worth to pay of course if u want to see how many steps u do buy this app that is completely free I hope u enjoy it as much as I do right now thanks have a good day bye x.Version: 6.5.21

Steps AppI really like how the steps apps is organized to accumulate your steps for the day, whether it’s in the fore ground or in the background; or even if you shut the phone off, it still captures the data in the background for the whole day. Additionally, as an additional big plus, I love how the app holds the last 7 days of data so you can go back-and-forth across any day to see what your progress is for the whole week. I also like the read out of calories, distance, and steps. I highly recommend this application to anybody interested in a real easy to use exercise app that runs as a background application accumulating this kind of data/information. Very, very well done. -Floyd J.Version: 6.6.10

A Great MotivatorI have been using the Apple Watch and iPhone for a number of years, but then, I came across the Steps App, and once installed, I was quite impressed! The makers had a unique way of creating an app that is centered on the one thing that I, along with a LOT of other people look to see when using the Activity app: Steps.... The only thing I would recommend for improvement is that when we use the app to actually record an actual walk, we should be able to see how many miles we have walked instead of yardage.... Other than that, very impressive app! The graphics, colors, and data breakdowns in days, weeks and months are all very helpful. Lastly, the “motivation” of it in helping you to achieve at least 10,000 steps daily (or whatever other steps goal you would like to achieve) through a series of notifications, along with your weekly progress on Wednesdays and Sunday’s is also very informative and helpful! All in all: If you want to have a good motivation tool for achieving new steps goals, and ultimately a more active lifestyle, I highly recommend that you have this in your app Arsenal!.Version: 6.5.1

Does what it says on the tin.Right, I've given this app 4 stars because although it works just fine, I don't know if it's way off the mark or if the Apple Watch activity feature is. I went for a walk earlier today and the built in activity app showed that I had walked 6.95km. This app showed 8.2km which is quite a difference. I'm going to keep this app for a few more walks though to see if it's always showing a different number. The reason I downloaded it was to have a second rating to see if the activity app is accurate. I think I'm going to download a few more similar apps and see if any match at all!.Version: 6.1.2

Next Man Steps UpWhen your numbers called, it takes guts, it takes courage, it takes thought, and it takes dedication to step up. It’s a mental process involving choice, challenge, and often times risk. what do all these have in common? The answer is time! “ It will all be over soon”, shruggingly the- next-man-up whispered. “Focus. All you have to do is focus”, The brave young rookie loudly yelled to himself. With this app, you are able to “sleep while you fly“. it does it for you. I get this deep into these metaphors or symbolic ways of mental landmarks to do with the fact that we take for granted exercise. But this have never does take for granted the time it takes to step forward and become the next man up. And at the end of your day, you may have forgotten, but this app does not, and it shows you how awesome your work was. and every day becomes more addictive. My name is Micka and I’m addicted to this app and I would like to say thank you to all involved for making every day very special. For making me the next man up whether I like it or not. I rest courageous no matter what my day was filled with. I write this because I just was informed over 12,000 steps today and it’s not even 11 PM and I woke up at around 2 PM. Yes I’m courageous. But I had to be reminded of it. Thanks guys Sincerely, “ next man steps up“ Micka «» New Orleans.Version: 6.6.4

Really good, links to apple health app!I really like this app and wanted to use it because I didn’t own a Fitbit and was interested to see the amount of steps I was taking etc. The app has been so good! It linked to my health app (iPhone)and used my medical details (height weight etc) which made the calorie burning and step measurements more accurate to me personally. Also doesn’t need data to track your steps when out and about. The layout is good and it shows things like what % of your weekly or daily exercise you have done. Honestly can’t find a problem with the app.Version: 5.5.1

AwesomeI love it records my steps when my phone is on me..Version: 5.2.2

Love this appI was looking for a steps app that was easy to use and read. This is it. A great app, love that I can change tie display and measurements. I previously had a watch type counter but I kept forgetting to charge it so thought a phone based app would be better for me, and it is. The only little criticism is that it struggles to count stairs. A few times I have counted how many times I have been up and down (usually when I’m not yet hitting my target) and it doesn’t log them all which is a bit disheartening . Overall though, very happy with the app and I would recommend it 🙂.Version: 4.5.7

Great app!Everything you want in a steps app...a record of your steps.Version: 5.0.4

MotivatorFor me, the StepsApp is a motivator. It keeps track of stuff that’s important to me. Mainly, how many steps I walked, how long it took me and how many miles I walked at the end of the week and month. I don’t overdo it, my goal is only 6,000 steps (I’m 76), but if I’m close to my goal in the evening, I just might walk a few more steps to reach that magic number. I thought about getting a Fitbit or an Apple Watch, but StepsApp fits the bill for me just fine. Added three years later: I’m still pleased with my StepsApp. I’m almost 80 now, and I’m continuing the walks almost every day. Reached my goal of 6,000 steps four times this week. It takes me a little longer these days and StepsApp keeps me apprised of how many hours a week I walk, how many steps, how many calories burned and so on. Still consider a Fitbit every so often, but I’m totally satisfied with this app..Version: 6.5.21

LoveThank you.Version: 6.6.10

Amax07Love this app, keeps me accountable.Version: 6.6.10

Pretty GangsterDoes exactly what I downloaded the app for and allows me to view my steps from previous months to years. The only downside is you have to play to know some other details like calories burnt and such but a company’s got to make money. Great app..Version: 6.1.5

This app is everything to me than anything other step counterMy family mostly uses a Fitbit and I didn't have one because I don’t like wearing things around my wrist and this app doesn’t make me put something around my wrist. I downloaded the app for free half a year ago and so ever since then the app really kept me motivated because I like the sense of pride and reaching step, calories, mile, and hour goals give me that sense of pride I love. I eventually “bought” the pro version of the app and I am more addicted to the app I had ever been. I really love how efficient, simple, and easy to use. It is also visually pleasing to me and love the 6 different colors. I honestly would say this app is worth more to me than any other step count app or brand. It’s so easy and cheap. I love this app so much. Even my friend was interested in it and showed her what the app does for free and the perks of the pro version of the app. ————————————————— If you’re looking for a step counter that is easy, efficient, simple, visually pleasing, and cheap I recommend this app to you!.Version: 4.5.7

Lovely little app. Shame about Apple bugsI don’t normally write reviews, but this one was (and still is actually) frustrating me. First the app. Really nice interface, cleverly thought out. Gives me all the info I really need, but I did upgrade to the pro version for a few pounds. My problem comes more with Apple bugs however. I use an an iPhone 11 and an Apple Watch series1. My current job involved walking without swinging the arms, so I had to edit data source to pull from the phone in my pocket, not my watch. However the source after editing reverts back to my Apple Watch, scewing the step results. I did manage to eventually pull the correct step count from my phone data, but found for the watch to update steps quickly, I had to leave my iPhone in my pocket ‘active’ - ie on but low display brightness to save battery. This worked perfectly, but drained my phone as you would expect over the day. With the phone switched to inactive, step count did not seem to update until I unlocked my phone from my pocket. Looking at the monthly step statistics on the lovely interface for the month however, seemed to indicate a mix of phone and watch steps for each day. Very odd. So in summary- unless someone can correct me- it CAN be programmed to work as a pedometer and count and display correctly on your wrist- it’s just Apple don’t make their watch to do this at all easily! I know there are other pedometer apps out there. I will persist to get this one to do what I need..Version: 5.5.2

Not bad for free versionGood for keeping an average of how you are going but not as sensitive as would like, misses steps sometimes if you don’t walk far, so a fair bit of incidental walking missed I reckon..Version: 6.5.15

Great for helping me keep track of my stepsSuper.Version: 6.6.9

AccuracyI have this and the Fitbit app. Both must use the same method for measuring steps as they’re exactly the same. Changed my stride length in settings by just walking 1/2 mile counting the steps and working it out so it’s bang on ) The Fitbit watch is waaaay overcounting (more than double) and I have to sync it for the sleep features etc. So I use StepsApp (enhanced, worth the one off payment) for steps, and Fitbit for the sleep/calories etc. Fitbit is garbage as it measures steps whilst driving. As an hgv driver it regularly shows me walking 15+ miles rather than the 5 I actually do..Version: 6.5.21

Would rate 1000 stars if I could…The health aspects of owning an iPhone 13 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 7 45mm Cellular are fantastic… The Apple Health App is like having my own personal trainer and physician with me constantly. I regularly use a gym and cycle & run almost everywhere I go… But since discovering this fantastic app my keep fit activates have taken on a new dimension. Being able to use Steps on board my iPhone and Apple Watch has literally become indispensable and I’m not embarrassed to admit that! At any time I am active I can turn to Steps to provide the most important information I need to see regarding how well I am doing at achieving my daily goals, this is something I really appreciate and enjoy. I have gone through a few health apps that claim Apple Watch integration but have always abandoned them because they don’t live up to the developers hype. Steps has more than proved itself the health app for me and will continue to be so for a long time yet! (I’d like to mention a feature I’d really like to see added in an update if possible, audible notifications on both iPhone & Apple Watch when goals are achieved or even exceeded, this would be fantastic to have one day…).Version: 6.5.17

The encouragement I need.I have been using this app for some months now and would hate to be without it. You are able to set your own targets which I like. The graph is easy to see and shows you at a glance how well you are meeting targets. It was brilliant during lockdown when we were shielding and walking around the garden was our only exercise. I was able to keep to my set number of steps and know that I was on target and getting sufficient exercise. It pushes me on during poor weather too - the prod I need! Recommend..Version: 6.1.0

Steps to a healthy lifeI love love love the Step app. I do a lot of running around all day and I could never calculate or figure out how many steps I took how many stairs I went up or if I was really doing anything that was beneficial for my health. Because of the stuff that I’m able to check how many steps I do during the course of a workday would I do at night when I’m home what I do on the weekends to keep up with the running around I do Monday to Friday. I get to challenge myself set goals. If you wanna start for a healthier lifestyle add the stepapp to your phone it’s as easy as that!.Version: 6.5.4

FantasticCan’t walk without it. Perfect.Version: 6.6.10

Easy to useI’ve had several FitBits in the past. They were such a pain. This app puts it all in your pocket. No charge cables or wrist bands to mess with..Version: 6.6.10

Steps appGreat app although I forget a bit over the ads that pop up and the suggestions..Version: 6.1.5

Great app!I only have the free version of this App and it is definitely what I needed - which for the pedometer. BUT - it, also, counts calories; calculates miles walked; and gives hours that it has detected your movement. Tha’s in addition to counting my (your) steps! It also gives you a weekly and monthly counts of the amount of steps you have, as well as a graph to quickly view your steps overtime - I believe in a weekly increment. There are a few more perks about it you can learn about by downloading. Now, I can only image what the App you purchase can do - it’s probably similar to a Fitbit!.Version: 5.4.2

SuperVraiment intéressante cette application que j’utilise depuis plus d’un an maintenant.Version: 5.5.2

Not installing on Apple watchI’d really like to give this a higher rating, but sadly as I cannot install the app onto my Apple Watch, I’ve had to mark it down. If the situation changes, I’ll happily change the review. StepsApp support have tried to help resolve the issue and it’s the reason it’s not 2 stars. Paying for the pro version hasn’t been a good investment yet! So I’ve finally gotten the app installed onto my Apple Watch and it’s working really well so increased the star rating, purely for the customer support advice, although it was challenging when they ask me to do lots of stuff with my Apple Watch to get it working. Quite a few times I did say I couldn’t install on the watch so all the advice to do stuff with my watch was irrelevant! We got there in the end. Hardest £2.99 I’ve spent. One noticeably point, it keeps telling me to stand, I’ve been sitting too long, even when I’m out walking🥴🥴👣👣 just got to laugh really 😂😂.Version: 6.1.5

Easy.Easy to use. Encouraging..Version: 6.6.10

Brilliant appI use the free version of this app and have been doing so for a few months. It’s quite accurate with my steps and keeps track only when I have my phone with me as I don’t have a smart watch. Eventually I would like to upgrade but for now I am enjoying keeping track of my daily step goal. I also don’t think it’s that expensive either if you can afford it! So it is something to think about if you’re dedicated to your health and fitness..Version: 6.6.4

I love this app. It motivates meI’m delighted to have this app counting my steps. I need to remember to carry my phone with me all the time. ;) Yes, I love this app, it helps me be aware of my exercise or lack thereof!! It also enabled me to earn $65 from Mercury challenges last year..Version: 6.5.2

Fab app with great featuresThis app is a must for people of all ages and fitness levels! I lurrvvv this app so easy to use and very very handy with tracking steps. Never needed the premium version but for savy fitness gurus it’s definitely worth upgrading for the small premium with the features you get. You can track daily, weekly and annually too as it saves all your data. Sometimes, (usually once or twice a month) not going to lie but the notification telling you you’ve not moved in a while is annoying when your not active but when I feel motivated it does help me get in the right frame of mind to get up and move! But you can turn those off but the whole point of the app is to get you moving so I’d leave them on! I would definitely recommend me t his soo it lets you customise your own goals which is fab because then you only have yourself to blame when you don’t reach them lol. Seriously this app has been a game changer in my fitness journey highly recommend to all..Version: 6.1.1

Simple, easy to use.I tried other apps, but the clarity of information on this app, particularly if you’re active, is just right. I use it everyday, and have done for two years. As above, I use StepsApp most days. It’s easy to use and read whilst I’m walking. I haven’t bothered to check out other similar apps, for quite a while now. I’m happy with StepsApp and would recommend it. I use StepsApp everyday and it’s useful for step counts and measuring distance covered. I also use another app everyday. This one records the pace at which I walk, which is helpful when monitoring fitness levels. It would be great if StepsApp had a brisk walk feature..Version: 6.8.10

Are you looking for a replacement for Stepz?I’m a refugee from Stepz. This app is a good replacement. It doesn’t track flights climbed, or offer automatic goal settling, or have the moving 7 day average. However, the free version has an icon badge showing steps and also a today widget that shows steps, calories, miles, an hourly graph, and a weekly graph. The app shows daily, weekly, and monthly stats for all data that you allow it to read from the Apple Health app. It’s great. I’ve contacted support and have gotten a rapid responses. I’ve upgraded to the Pro version (no ads) for $1.99. I highly recommend this app. Correction: App does track flights climbed..Version: 5.0.4

SteptasticStep count is really on point. I’ve had others that were way off! Am using the free version and you hardly notice the ads. Works really well with my Apple Watch too, as I can add it to a face 👏🏼.Version: 6.2.5

Exactly what I’ve been looking for!I did a lot of research on step counting apps and this one was always highly rated. I loved the simplicity of it so I figured I’d give it a shot. I love Apples health app but have always been frustrated with their app updating my steps, sometimes it seemed like it took forever. But that wasn’t a problem with this app. Every time I checked my watch it updated my steps and this in turn motivated me even more to reach my goal. I thought it would eat up my battery but I hardly noticed any difference from what it normally would do. I also like how it shows you a monthly chart that shows what days you reached your goal and also a grand total of steps you’ve taken since a certain date. The only thing I wish it had was a feature to challenge other friends or family members to see who got in the most daily steps like some other apps have. My wife just got this app so she can try to out walk me! Good luck! If you want a simple step counter that keeps track of your steps daily and more, this is definitely the one for you..Version: 6.6.1

AwesomeIt works excellently I use it every day. Worth every penny.Version: 6.6.10

Very goodI’m not sure how accurate it is but I like a lot. My friend told me about this app and now we go for a walk almost every night trying to do the 10,000 steps. It does motivate me with my goal.Version: 6.6.4

Worst app I could ever getYou literally need a iPhone 5 and a motion detector and I have a iPad and this app says it’s for 4+ well how the hell could a 4 year old have a iPhone so make it so everyone can use it :P.Version: 6.2.1

Love this app more than I loved Apple WatchI bought an Apple Watch and hated the feeling of it on my wrist so returned it. I loved closing my rings, but hated the choices of what I could track etc. I downloaded this app and I put my iPhone in a money belt I bought online when I walk and it keeps track of everything. I love that it downloaded all of my info from the Health app and now I can look back over 7 years at how many steps I was doing then compared to now. I love that you can change the colour of your ring. Worth the money for premium. Awesome app!! I use it everyday..Version: 6.8.9

Great!I actually really appreciate the design. Only thing is sometimes it doesn’t refresh the widget (on ios) unless you open it up and refresh it manually.Version: 6.6.4

Really helpful appNice , easy to use app . I’ve stuck with the free app as I just want to know how many steps I’m doing but it offers so much more with the upgrade. I’m recovering from severe illness & not walked much for a good few years. I find this app motivates me to try to get a little further each month . Building up slowly is important & this app gives me the option to change my set goals . Can’t fault it & highly recommend it. I love challenging myself to beat my highest scores. 😊.Version: 6.5.8

Mostly yesI’ve used the app for more than a year and I like it a lot. It is consistent. Has good features like daily weekly annual last 12 months info and syncs with Apple Health I have the Pro version However, two whinges one of which is, I think, an Apple issue, and not a Steps App one. If I check my steps after a walk. I get one number. If I close and reopen the app I always get a higher number Also: I’ve got a new iPhone and all the data from the old iPhone did not transfer over. The new phone has only tracked from the day I started using it and no matter what I do I can’t get the old data over. However, the new phone is still feeding data to the old phone app but the old phone data is not on the new one. Somewhat minor in the scheme of things but annoying And yes. I did an install from a current iCloud update. To repeat, this seems to be an Apple update issues and not an app one. To summarise, I like the app a lot, esp all the history features and the fast loading..Version: 5.5.1

GoodFortunately, this is an app that you can really use without having to pay. Not sure what the extra features are… I just wanted it to count my steps and it does! It’s on your phone and your phone goes everywhere, it’s just easier than wearing a fit bit, which you have to charge all the time. I charge two things when you can just use your phone..Version: 6.6.4

Great app, easy to use and nice to look atI find the app really useful like the stats it displays and tracks data for previous months and years. Would recommend it to anyone that wants to walk for exercise. The one feature I would like to change would be the weekly progress arrow, better or worse than previous week. This doesn’t seem to compare like with like. It seems to compare the progress in the current week with the whole of the previous week. So, that it always shows a worse performance this week, most of the week as it is comparing 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 days with last weeks 7 days. This is demotivating as even though I have done more in the first 2 days this week than last. It still shows a lower performance. It should compare first 2 days this week with first 2 days of last week and so on. It would then give a accurate display. But, other than this small annoyance it is very good. I use it everyday..Version: 6.0.3

Walk soo awesomeIt picks up my steps as a I run which is good. I also like that it will only move if I actually walk, not like on the spot marching or sitting down and just stepping lol.Version: 6.5.2

Stepping Up My GameI enjoy this app. My iPhone already has step tracking included in the health app, but with StepsApp it simplifies it and organizes it nicely. With the ease of use it allows me to see where I am throughout that day and allows me to push myself to make my goals. My only suggestion would be to have the option of working off of a 24-hour clock instead of a calendar. Reason being is that I travel internationally weekly and as I go back and forth between the time zones my steps get all thrown off and reorganized. Plus, I would like for the app to allow for more colors to preset, maybe a color wheel for more customization other than a handful of colors. Other than that I’m in Love with this app..Version: 5.4.0

This is a really good appThis app helps track your daily steps and lets you customise what you want your daily goal to be. It’s great for monitoring just how active you are and it helps with knowing if you need to be more active or continue at the pace you are. I refer to this app at least twice a week and I love to see and compare my steps as the days go on. Moreover it’s a nice little reward when I’m being reminded by the app that I am almost about to meet my goal or if I’ve already surpassed it. It also counts your calories for you so it’s almost perfect when it comes to monitoring how active you are daily. The only con is that sometimes it misses/ doesn’t count steps so however this isn’t done often xo.Version: 6.1.5

Long time userI’ve been using this app for a few many years now as I used it over three phones and only the free services and all I can say it that it is very simple easy extremely user friendly tool to have on the phone. The plus side about it it works in the off line mode and the step count is more or less accurate which you’ll noticed on a huge Clint that it’s off or by a few. It’s all about your stride size Recommended won’t be disappointed and there’s advance pay version.Version: 5.4.2

AWESOMEMy favourite steps tracking app by far will never use another again!.Version: 5.1.1

Motivation PlusBefore this app I used to sit down and just moved the necessary. But this app has practically helped me with fitness and weight. most importantly was my anxiety and depression. I could see when I was going on a downer. I have been able to control my medication. Thanks heaps..Version: 6.1.0

Great appLuv this app … does all you need it to do plus more.Version: 6.6.9

Don’t bother with other pedometer appsPreviously, I was using an old app called “moves” I actually thought nothing could come close to it however ‘steps’ is truly the on the leader board and the best pedometer app going. Simple, awesomely clean and polished among its predecessors. The only thing I would could fault is there needs to be more updates, they have been far and from in the past however the last update has been a massive improvement on its previous version Well done to the developers, with every cent..Version: 6.1.5

Works really well and super helpful, however...I gave it 4 *’s instead of 5 because it does count steps you’re not taking if you move your phone the wrong way... side to side/shaking type movements. If you’re looking for a spot on accurate step counter, fit bit type watches might be the better option... they are however 35-$150. If you you’re fine with a fairly accurate... maybe 50-70 off per 1000 at worst... that is also FREE (deluxe no ads etc version $2.99) then this ones is just great. I’m just looking to hit around 8-12k per day and want a reasonable idea of what I’m hitting. I do intend to get a fit bit eventually so I don’t have to have my phone with me to record steps. This is awesome for now though..Version: 5.2.2

I really enjoy having the app✅It gives me the incentive to walk daily even if I don’t achieve my goal. I love it✅💕💕✅👏Love it✅. Excellent!completed.Version: 6.6.10

So helpfulThis app has been so helpful whilst doing my 6wk challenge - calculating my steps, cals etc WHEN I remember to carry my phone 🥴.Version: 6.5.4

Gets me goingThe app has been a great tool to get me going and understanding a little more about what I do in regards to exercise and calories, and my current and required calories intake I currently have through light and easy-the understanding of what exercise I need to burn a certain amount of calories has been the most beneficial Regards Jason.Version: 5.0.4

Brilliant app for a step goals life!I’ve used this app for over three months as part of my weight loss transformation. I was taught that reaching body goals is driven just as much by consistently hitting steps every day. I’ve used this app via my iPhone and ape watch and it’s been a brilliant tool to track and monitor my steps throughout the day. I find that it accurately records my steps and syncs well with apple health. I do sometimes notice that the phone and watch can be out of sync at times - this made me a little nervous about the accuracy but it does correct at the end of the day. As well as recording steps it also has some cool customisation settings which makes it fun and attractive to have displayed on the watch face. I’ve gone for the pink colour! Brilliant app would recommend..Version: 5.4.2

Walking allIt’s amazing it counts how many steps you walk and it amazes me on how you feel the energy Go up in your body and it makes u feel so good after you have accomplished the work out or the steps you have walked or even just by waking up and down the stair case at home or at work or at school or at a park or at a store or even walking around places and it will do you 100% Good I promise you that by a lot and I mean a lot I’m grateful for this app 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.Version: 5.3.1

GreatEasy to use. Gives me all the info I need.Version: 6.0.1

AmazingI literally LOVE this app soooo much. I use it everyday. The layout is AMAZING. I’m actually motivated to walk more now. Walking is soooooo good for your health & your salud mental, it helps with digestion. There are benefits we don’t even know yet. The one thing that could be better is the challenges & objectives. If they were simpler & more exciting @ the same time that would be helpful. + I’m always showing My friends screenshots of my steps , so maybe if they added a leaderboard? Who’s doing the most steps that day? Maybe that would be better. All in all. Best app ever 👏.Version: 6.8.4

A great App for measuring stepsI like the fact that it automatically starts monitoring your steps, unlike other Apps that require you to open the App and tell you to start monitoring, which I would never remember to do, and why should I? It’s got a very clean and simple display and is easy to set goals. It also shows trends against goals so it’s easy to track progress. I used the free version for a while and liked it so much that I decided to upgrade to remove adverts for a one off fee of £2.99. I won’t upgrade to the Apps that want to lock you into a monthly fee for ever. Highly recommended..Version: 6.6.1

Great appAbsolutely love the app, gives you access to a casual person whose just trying to keep a daily count of steps/times/and kj lost without requiring me to spend a dime, but of course I can and do plan on buying the full app in the future when I plan on going hardcore fit in the future!.Version: 6.6.4

No extra Cost fitnessI found this really good because I did not have to pay extra to buy any level up if I didn’t want to. there is no need to buy anything to track your steps… Of course, for extra add-ons, its costs something, but even that’s not that expense..Version: 6.6.2

Work out appSo I got the app and liked how it tells you your steps, how much you lost for calories, and how many miles u ran. The reason why I’m giving this app 4 stars is because I got the app two days ago. When I got it it showed that I used this app already the whole week. Idk why it did this but at first I thought it was a public app for people to see what u have done and for u to see what they have done. I know I’m wrong but besides that it is much like a fit bit and maybe even better!! I recommend u getting this app because I can see a change on what I look like, terrific job! Well done. I use it every day and it is a real improvement! 😆.Version: 5.0.4

It actually works wellGreat.Version: 6.6.10

ManekshawAwesome app to keep you tracking on the daily grind!!!.Version: 6.1.0

Love this app but?Have been using this app for years and it’s so beneficial to my daily exercise routine. Would have rated it a 5 but lately have had problems with the inaccurate recording of the steps and mileage. As an example every day I have a morning routine of walking four miles. Today the app only recorded 1.9 miles. I know this was inaccurate because the time recorded correctly at 2 hours. This has happened several times in the past few weeks so if there is a fix or way to make an adjustment please let me know. Otherwise thank you for a great app!.Version: 6.6.4

AwesomenessFound this app to be really pushing to the limits !.Version: 6.3.4

Awesome appIt’s a super great app to use with your Apple Watch however there is a bit of a delay in counting steps sometimes as well as a syncing error. Sometimes my watch will have more steps than my phone since I don’t take my phone everywhere and that somehow deducts steps off my watch. I’ve literally taken screen shots of this to prove it to my family since they thought I was crazy that my step count was going down. However it ends up amending itself eventually. It just means you have to bare a mini heart attack if you’re serious about hitting your step goal. All in all it’s still a wonderful app!.Version: 5.5.1

Love, love love!I took my first walk using this app and it worked very well. It was fun watching my step count go up and to watch my progress. Will update again soon **Update** I love how this app is always on and it tracks my calories, steps, and minutes. Very user friendly and it will be great to see what I accomplished at the end of the week/month. **Update** What I really love is that this runs in the background without any GPS, yet it still tracks steps, distance, time, and kcals (I’m still using the free version). Apps that use GPS run the battery down. This does not. So loving this app and the developer responded! 🥰 how cool is that tho!.Version: 5.0.4

Steps app reviewThis is an amazing app ! I love it and I am so glad I installed it. It helps me track my steps and gets me going for a nice day out in the countryside. It can also give you rewards when you get to 5K or double or pass your target 🎯 of how many steps you want to do. 💙it also encourages you to get outside more and boost yourself this also helps with your wellbeing and fitness too physically and mentally. Definitely 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️would definitely recommend this app for anyone and I’d you get bored easily it is a great way to get o it doors. Thanks very much Steps App. 😊.Version: 6.2.1

Great app, Well designedI like the app. Used for ages now. The notifications are useful and unobtrusive, the app is good to look at, and it seems pretty accurate in terms of translating actual movement to steps, not just random phone usage. Much preferred to simply using Health..Version: 6.1.5

Awesome app very helpful.keep up the good work. Thanks Farie.Version: 6.6.10

StepsApp Great!I have only used the step counter so far but it really brings home your thoughts on exercise. Walking of course is one of the best exercises for all ages and as a Senior I have once again become interested in keeping up the steps. My partner saw my results and downloaded steps on her iPhone and loves it and is so motivated. Gezz 00.Version: 6.5.21

Not too shabby👍🏼Ive been using this app for about a year. Got it when I started hiking. I had a Fitbit, had a horrific allergic reaction that left my wrist scarred. So I thought I’d give this a try. I like it. It’s idiot proof. I’m sure it’s not completely accurate at counting the floors I’ve climbed while hiking, but it gives you a general idea. More than anything, just being able to look at the month & see days that the circle isn’t complete & not filled in, motivates me. I want to see the month w as many days filled in. So you put in a little extra work & feel good that you achieved your set goals! Ideally I’d like something that was specific to hiking & running stairs. But this has done the job. Get it..Version: 5.5.1

GailLove it. I don’t need to wear a pedometer this app is great I love how it tells me when I am close to my goal..Version: 6.6.10

Great appSuper easy to use.Version: 5.5.1

Great appIs a great app as long as you have your phone on you. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I have the same app on my Apple Watch and they don’t sync with each other. Fix that and will be 5 stars for sure. Update to previous review; I was contacted by the developer of the StepsApp Pedometer through email and with a few simple steps in my iPhone and iWatch settings, all is good now. All of my physical activity has been synced since 2017. Thank you for the help and development of this must have app if you want to track your physical activity. I highly recommend this app to everyone..Version: 5.5.1

Weekly reportI am exceptionally pleased with this app. Sometimes I miss the weekly report and wish I could retrieve it. It would be nice if it could be sent to email too..Version: 6.6.10

Haha yeah you should get itIf your just like looking for a good step tracker. It’s good that you don’t have to remember to turn it on so you also know the whole day or as long as you’ve had your phone plus it sends you messages saying how far you’ve walked and stuff like that and reminds you to move. Yeah It’s rly good.Version: 5.5.2

Great step appDoes what it claims. Minimal ads.Version: 6.6.9

Nikki 02Steps count is v Close to accurate.Version: 6.6.10

Love this app but can’t set it up as widget in Apple iPhoneI’m not sure what to say, don’t normally give a review, but this is a great app, counting steps is so accurate to my Apple Watch, the only problem is I cannot set the app to “Today Widget” on my iPhone. I have followed all the steps but the app just isn’t available from the list, it’s like it doesn’t support this feature. I have sent an email to the developer support but I have heard nothing from them. Hope you can resolve this issue..Version: 6.1.0

Must have appThis app does exactly what I want. It’s very accurate and an enormous help in my notes. Mine is on my phone usually in my pocket works perfectly and is very accurate. Well thought out superb walk run tool for keeping track of those valuable miles completed I’m just in from a long walk and it’s a warm one. Definitely like this app gives me an accurate run down of my daily workouts. Good one today another recorded run stashed away. Still using the sop on each of my runs and walking too. Today a case in point good long walk recoded and put away with my walk and run recirds.Version: 6.8.11

Excellent AppI use this app frequently, fast and easy to use..Version: 6.6.9

Steps AppIf you have a pocket, put your phone in it when you go for a walk. Not only will your phone keep you safe if you need to contact someone because you have fallen, been hit by a car, etc. -your phone can also tell you how many steps you have taken. This app can also tell you how far you’ve gone, and provide other facts about your daily exercise. At the end of the week it will give you a report and suggestions. In addition it is VERY simple to operate because you don’t have to do anything. I also have a watch which I find VERY difficult to use. I have friends who quickly mastered the intricacies of their watches. The watches were designed by millennials for millennials…people who love technology and quickly grasp it. That’s not me..Version: 6.5.2

Easy to useGreat app that allows me to see my steps and distance. Really enjoy it..Version: 6.5.6

Great Record of stepsI really like the App as it makes me walk more each day to try to reach 10,000 steps . I like to look back on the week to see what I achieved each day. I think it makes me walk more and take longer routes to up the steps. That makes me feel fitter. Sometimes I feel I’ve walked loads then see that really I haven’t. Other times when I do a regular walk I know approximately how many steps that is and how much I need to do on top to reach my target..Version: 5.5.2

LoloFabulous and easy- just keep my phone wirh me as i go about my day and it tracks everything.Version: 6.6.10

Convenient and AccurateI am very glad with this app, it tells me all I need to know about my daily activity and it is generally accurate. Would definitely recommend it!.Version: 6.2.5

Excellent app that motivatesI’ve been using this app for a while, and I’m very impressed by it. There’s an array of excellent features, and it also keeps me motivated. It shows me my progress, tells me how far I’ve gone, and keeps a record. I highly recommend this to anyone who cares about their fitness. Walking is one of the best ways of burning calories and losing weight. this app helps push you that much more into meeting your goals and exceeding them. What else could you ask for in an app?.Version: 6.6.10

Review. Great app links to watch really wellGreat app.Version: 6.5.1

A suggestionI've been using this app for a few years and love it. One thing I would like to see added is, if I go for a run, or walk, I'd like to specifically count my steps so as to calculate the distance. I know I could check how many steps of taken before starting the walk and then deduct them after my run/walk but it would be good to have a button to push as I go out and when I return..Version: 6.6.1

No Apple Watch dataThis app looked great and said it synced with Apple Watch but it doesn’t use the watch as a pedometer so you need to carry your phone to clock up steps which at work I’m not allowed to do (and do all of my walking) app is pretty much useless to me because of that.Version: 5.2.2

Great Application Focused on Health. My wife has been using the StepsApp for months. It took only days to realize the Pro Version was going to be well worth the extremely reasonable yearly subscription. A total win. Last month a had a very rough full open heart surgery and the App has been a blessing. Together with Apple Health and StepsApp I have everything on my rest that keeps my walking up to date, which makes my Cardiologist happy. Additionally, we have needed to call for support and also contacted them for a bit of guidance. Simply said the folks at StepsApp they have responded extremely quickly and are extremely helpful. StepsApp in coordination with Apple Health, a win win. I highly recommend this App. And look forward to what they bring next that will add to the Excellent Apple Health applications..Version: 6.1.5

AwesomeI love how I am motivated to walk extra steps at my age and fitness level The app is very easy to use and tracking your progress is easy to follow Thanks so much team love your work Will tell my kids to use I have showed friends at work and I really blinked the color very vibrant and fun.Version: 6.1.1

GreatEvery thing is good about the app but I can’t figure out how many steps one floor is..Version: 6.6.10

Very useful appAlthough many additional features can be unlocked with a monthly subscription I have found the free version informative enough for my needs. I am able to see how many steps I have taken, how far (in miles or km) this equates to and how many flights of stairs I have climbed per day, week, month or year. Data is displayed in Avery user friendly format using calendar layouts and bar or line graphs. It is easy to set personal targets by distance or steps and the app very usefully informs you when you have met / surpassed this target, also showing how this compares to previous weeks or months. The counting and distance calculation is extremely accurate against both manual counting and distance measurement on google maps / earth. Fully recommend this app for both those casually interested in how much exercise they might be getting in the course of their normal day (such as me) and can see that the subscription version would be very useful for straight-up fitness fanatics..Version: 6.3.4

ExcellentBest app for step count and analyzing your activity.Version: 6.6.9

Really good step counterFirst off... this app isn’t a subscription type app. It does work with your Apple Watch. Have mine running on a Series 4. It uses mostly the data that your watch and iPhone already collect... your steps. The only difference is how that data is used and presented. The app allows you to set your own daily goals, including calories burned goals for the day. The Activities app that Apple includes with the Apple Watch doesn’t allow you to alter your goals in any way. Not even the daily calorie goal. Which I think is kinda stupid. I work at a desk most of the day and I was finding it really difficult to meet the default 5000 daily steps the Activities app sets for you. Or the 460 daily calorie goal from activity. With this app, I can set my daily goal to whatever step count I want, and even the daily activity calorie goals, to something more realistic for me personally that I can achieve... but I do push to exceed those goals as much as I can. All the other apps I came across with similar features were all subscription based services... many costing upwards of $100/yr. I hate subscription services... especially for an app I’m buying. Just stupid. Save your money and just pay the $2.99 for a simple to use app and be done with it..Version: 5.5.1

Handy!Easy to read & access useful stats!.Version: 6.6.10

Walking back to happinessI began simply out of curiosity trying to determine how many steps and how far I walked in a day. Over the past months I’ve begun to work to set and achieve new goals and through the awareness of using the app have quadrupled my “normal” to its current level. I recommend to anyone to begin using the app, to measure your performance and then plan, improve and achieve new results. Like myself I hope with the app you will be walking back to happiness..Version: 6.7.9

RecommendI love this app, it counts how many steps I’ve done including how far and how long. This app doesn’t count the steps you do on a bike. You can also set a goal on how many steps you want to complete. This app is very good and I recommend getting it. :).Version: 6.2.3

Measuring daily steps increases activityUsing this app caused me to increase my daily steps incrementally, stop using the car for some small trips, start walking to work instead of driving, etc. Having the measurement and seeing it go up makes me happier. I particularly like having it count my steps while cutting the lawn..Version: 6.5.4

Super helpful appBoring as this sounds, the number of steps you take has a lot to do with how healthy you stay. It’s not even about weight it’s about keeping moving and this little step tracker helps me keep motivated because walking around all the time unless you’re taking a really pretty hike sometimes walking around is super boring or sometimes you’re just tired it’s nice to have someone counting so you know how much further you have to go till you can stop and know that you took a certain amount of steps today. So yes, this isn’t ground breaking or anything but it’s a good little tool to keep you on point.Version: 6.5.4

Simple but so effective!!The free version is perfect for those looking for a simple step counter with a standard well presented measurement graph. The paid version is for those looking for more features that can track things like: calories burned, stairs climbed and time spent walking. All around a perfect step counting app..Version: 5.5.1

Step app is great! Here’s an app which delivers what it says it will. Great, easy to understand, easy to modify to your particular requirements..Version: 6.6.4

AwesomeSuper rad ! Like doing a sick kickflip for the first time ! and sticking it...!!!! And it was on your sweetass , but crappy... but all you got.... older brothers hand-me-down skatey , that wasn’t as cool as the other rich kids skatey ! And , especially cause the , got the latest and best skatey yuppies , couldn’t even do an Ollie ! 🛹 🎉🥇.Version: 6.5.17

This is a no brainier!I recently purchased an Apple Watch and migrated to Apple Health after getting a little tired of years of FitBit - their problematic products and closed ecosystem. When I came across StepsApp I initially thought ‘why pay all this money just to count my steps when I can get that info from the Apple Health app?’ Then, I took a closer look.. what you get is very in-depth and useful comparative information that is beautifully displayed in-app and through a generous number of widgets. An app that feels quality built and that is actually ‘useful’ rather than only cosmetic for the sake of it! Historic info is at your fingertips which gives a heads up on how your progressing through your activities. Easy to read and easily understood make for a professionally built app. Conclusion: Excellent app, don’t think about it, just buy it because I’ve tried more apps than most people have had hot dinners, and this one wins by a mile! If I’m wrong then I’m walking all wrong!! ;-) FYI I’m in no way associated with the developer so this not a mate review.. if the app was crap, I’d say so in no uncertain terms!.Version: 6.6.4

Heads UpFantastic app to just look at the APP and instantly see how far you have walked without opening it. Saves you time with the app to display at a glance your own progress. Wow what can I say other than keep it up guys. ✅✅✅.Version: 6.3.8

AmazingI’ve been searching for days! Maybe not even days probably months until I was just on my App Store about to get an app for my Tv : the remote ones. Until I came across this wonderful app I downloaded it and it works App Store works in different ways thank god for these app and I set a goal try it and if you’re trying to lose weight then try this in about 5 months you may start to lose weight or even the day you get it! Download it now! 🏃🏽‍♀️.Version: 6.8.4

Best app for counting steps!Honestly I don’t say this a lot but this is a really good app for counting steps. First of all, before you think I have bought premium or whatever it has called I haven’t. And for using this app for free, it still fulfils my satisfaction. I love how it gives certain badges for milestones such as 5k steps 10k steps and 20k steps e.t.c for me that motivates me to g the extra mile and get the next badge up! The step counting is very accurate and I also like how it tells me how many steps I earned per hour of the day. Everything is super easy to manage and I love how it shows you a day by day analysis and also a week and month analysis. Another thing I love is the fact that it tells me how many calories I burned (and that I can find out how many calories I burned in a certain hour of the day along with the steps for that certain hour of the day) I totally recommend this app. It is certainly something amazing!.Version: 6.8.4

Highly recommend this appThis app has helped me lose weight and get fit , I love it ..Version: 6.3.2

Very nice appReally like this app and it’s accuracy..Version: 6.6.10

Great AppDefinitely an amazing app to help you track all the activities for every day.Version: 5.5.1

Does what it’s supposed to - attractive user interfaceBasically does what you’d expect a pedometer to do. I’ve played around running up and down stairs and walking outside slow then fast then a couple of double steps etc trying to trick it and counting a good few hundred steps each time for a fairer result. I can say it’s pretty accurate, it was always within a few steps which is good. Maybe out by 10 at the most for 300 steps. One feature I think you should implement is a mile per hour type thing. Or maybe not exactly cause than might encourage some moron to run downhill fast at night to see how fast they can go! But it would be good if you could have a record timer for how fast you can walk a mile, how fast you can run a mile and how far/how many steps you can do in an hour. This information is already there but you have to pick it out and do the math. It would be better if it was already displayed somewhere for you. It should have sliders and be customisable for example if you’re training to do a run and you want to see how quick you can do 5 miles and track your progress clearly and adjust your goal as you reach the previous one..Version: 5.4.0

Good appI got the free version of StepsApp in summer while I was desperately wanting to do an exercise outside. You know, it’s 2020. I chose this app for its simplicity. I just needed to know how much I walked and the distance. With this free app, I set my daily goal of 10,000 steps a day at first, then quickly realized it was just too much for me and eased back to 6,000 steps a day. Changing the goal is easy. I love to watch the shining circle when I reach my goal. With my free version, it seems I cannot keep my record more than a week or so, so if you want to keep it longer, then you’ll want the Premium version I guess. It counts your steps by feeling the vibration you make while walking, so sometimes I see some discrepancies with my feeling ( ex. I walked longer than yesterday but the count is about same). I try to keep it in my pocket, not in my hand, and it could be a problem when I Zoom walk with the mic on. I wish the app is a bit more sensitive for this. But overall, I like this app, it’s been a great incentive for me to walk, and I’m glad I use it. Recommend to a walker who doesn’t need detailed fancy tool..Version: 5.5.2

Me love it, so accurateLove it finding it really helpful for my step regime. Love it. It keeps me on my toe Good to use and a great motivator Love it. Use it every day Love it. I also use it every day x Use it every day. Has helped me get fitter x Use it every day would recommend it to anyone and everyone xx Love it, is really accurate. Use it every day x I love it, I use it every day. I like the fact it updates itself so quickly xx Use it every day and so accurate love it. I use it everyday it helps me to try my best to keep fit, step counting is the best exercise for me. Do step counting so it’s good to push me that bit further. Love it. So easy to see how many more steps needed to reach my goal. Really like knowing how much I’ve achieved in my healthy lifestyle. Love it. It keeps me active. As long as I remember to take my phone out it reminds me to “get going” and I love to see what I’ve achieved at the end of the day..Version: 6.6.4

Great AppKeeps you on your toes! Encourages you add those extra steps end of day! Keeps me motivated.Version: 6.6.9

Amazing app!!Not only does this app accurately count your steps but it tells you how many calories you have burnt which is great for people wanting to lose weight and monitor their daily, weekly and monthly steps!! Paid version is great but even the free version is worth the download.Version: 5.2.2

Amazing appThis is a really great app and helps me control my steps although it adds some steps unnecessarily for some reason but other than that, i recommend.Version: 6.6.10

Rating StepsAppSteps App is my personal favourite app to use to track my steps. I have tried other apps but they have never been as qualified and well designed as StepsApp. I rated StepsApp a 5-Star rating because of this reason and it really helps me achieve my goal of steps per day . Thank you to the creator of this App..Version: 6.5.2

Very goodVery good app for step counter. One point to approve is that maybe it can automatically terminate a session if user forgets to stop a session. E.g. no steps counted for 20 minutes.Version: 5.5.2

Great appEasy to use.Version: 6.6.2

Worthy of a review!I don’t take the time to write a lot of reviews. Today it just seems like we are inundated with requests to review products or fill out surveys! Who has time for all of that? Every now and then however, a product comes along that particularly impresses me - and I feel compelled to recognize its excellence. StepsApp is one such app! At it’s core, you may be tempted to say “it’s just a pedometer…no biggie!” While that may be essentially true, it is the elegance and presentation of my data that makes this app a winner to me. Along with tracking my steps, duration, distance, calories and floors, the app also gives me a variety of ways to analyze my data. Trends, averages, totals and records for various time frames including daily, weekly, last 7 days, monthly and yearly allow me to get a great look “inside” my data to really see how my performance is improving. On top of a nice app with wonderful dark mode and Apple Watch support, StepsApp also has a great development team that is very supportive and responsive. A recent bug I reported received email response within 24 hours and the bug was patched and the app updated within 5 days of my report! That was simply incredible! Walking is a major part of my fitness regimen and I depend on StepsApp to help keep me motivated to push ever harder!.Version: 6.5.8

Walking for healthTake this app with me every time I take a step and last thing at night check how I have done. Try to improve next day on the previous day’s steps. It is just great!!!!! GMS.Version: 6.5.17

Love MyFitPal!I RARELY Purchase apps. If I can’t get them for free then I don’t download them. But in this case I’ve bit the bullet and download the free trial. After two days into the 30 day free trial I went ahead and made the yearly purchase. It has absolutely everything I am looking for and I have already after one week lost 8 pounds. They’re right the best thing you can do in your weight loss journey is absolutely journal everything you put into your mouth. It gives you such clarity on what is going on. I love the steps monitor that is built into the app. Actually there is nothing I don’t like there is even a yoga center in this app. You won’t be sorry go for it.Version: 6.5.21

Motivation!❤️.Version: 6.6.10

StepsAppIs exactly what it says. Simple and I love it 🥰. Every night before bed I can’t wait to see how well I went and if I reached my goal. I don’t have a watch and haven’t spent money for the pro pack. Still love it 😊 I’m sure having a watch and subscription would be even better. Thank you for your StepsApp. I’ll be sure to let other’s know..Version: 6.5.17

Outstanding in every wayThis app works seamlessly across my watch and two different phones. It syncs with Apple Health, doesn’t double-count steps (even when I’m using two devices at once!) and is both intuitive and beautiful to use. I’ve been a pro user for many years and, after two-plus years staying mostly out of gyms and away from people, I’m dusting off my shoes and getting back into the swing of things. I have a lot of work to do…and I appreciate thoughtful apps like this to help motivate me. Quick update 9/22: There were some changes to the results page, under insights and “all-time” totals. I found the previous version more intuitive, where the steps counts were inside the graphic bars, with the years anchored to the side. It’s the other way around now and not as easy to scan and compare. Would it be possible to offer users the ability to swap them if we wish to?.Version: 6.6.1

I love this simple and beautiful app!I really love this app- easy to use, simple, and very well designed! I love the different views- daily, weekly, monthly - makes it easy to track my progress across a long period of time, and helps motivate me to do more. Since downloading this app I've used it everyday. The best part is I don't have to "turn it on" to use it- it just starts recording steps on its own. I always have my phone with me anyway, so tracking my steps with my phone is an added benefit- and made very easy and intuitive with the StepsApp!! **Update** I've been using this app for 7 weeks now and I still LOVE it!! Seeing my number of steps each day makes me want to push myself to do more. Great app!!! **Update 2** I've now been using this app for 8 months and I still LOVE it. I use his app everyday and it's helped really push me to exercise much more this year than I would've w/o it. Very reliable and user friendly app and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness. **Update 3** I've now been using this app for 15 months and I still LOVE it and use it everyday. This app has really helped me improve my fitness level over the past year and it's great to be able to see the tremendous progress I've made from a year ago. Thanks again to the developers for a fantastic app!.Version: 4.6.1

TBleyFirst and foremost, this is one of the best walking apps there is. I have been using it religiously since 2018 and it just keeps getting better! The most recent update is one of the best ever. They have placed a lot of time, thought, and effort to get this just right. With the new Insights and Awards section they have done a phenomenal job representing your history in various ways that provides you with insightful views on the number of steps you’ve taken. The Awards section provides you a view all of the awards you earned with helpful tips on how you can earn more. Keep up the great job!.Version: 6.1.3

Daily activities:It’s very interesting to follow your daily activities..Version: 6.6.10

Great app, could be improvedI really love this app, the layout and information it gives are great. However I feel it could be improved slightly with the option to change how you view the distance you walk, for example some would prefer to see it in miles instead of km. I would also love to see my statistics over a week/month/overall, but I don’t believe there is an option for this. There’s a line to show (I assume) your average steps but it doesn’t tell you how many steps that actually is. Some minor tweaks could make this app so much better!.Version: 5.0.4

Good app but some minor issues. The reminder to move around seems to happen at odd times. Even while or shortly after you’ve been moving around. Something for the developers to look into..Version: 5.5.1

Daily GoalsI really love StepsApp. I will definitely change my star rating to 5 stars if the app would allow daily goals to be individualized. When I set a daily goal for a certain amount of steps depending on what I’m doing that day then it changes my past daily goals to the current day. There are some days that I know I’m going to be very busy at work at my desk so I set my goals according to that. The app helps me remember that I have a goal to meet. But then on a Sunday when my husband and I are going to be lazy I prefer to set my goals low and not worry about whether I meet them or not. Like I said then all of my other daily goals change to match. I was disappointed when I discovered what I consider a flaw in the app. I did choose to buy the app thinking maybe that would upgrade but it didn’t. I still love the app but I wish the daily goals were separated..Version: 5.0.4

AliI like this app because it can count my steps and it’s very helpful because I am trying to work out more.Version: 5.0.4

Works wellI use this app on my iPhone and on my Apple Watch 5. The look and feel of the app is good, I do like it better than my former Fitbit but there are differences. With the Fitbit it broadcasts its data to the app on your phone all the time. With this app the phone and the watch apps operate separately and need to be intentionally synced. Some of this could be my own learning curve. The reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is their get up and move feature where it detects you haven’t been moving and reminds you to. Several times I’ve have it do this while I’m in the middle of 3 to 4 mile walks making me question what it is monitoring if anything at all..Version: 6.1.5

StepsApp ProAwesome app never change, thanks!.Version: 6.6.10

More attentionReally helpful once I downloaded everyday I check it and made me walk more it’s really useful once you see the results when you are achieving your goal.Version: 6.2.1

Counting my StepsAppI have used StepsApp for 2 years..ever since COVID broke and I wanted use my time proactively. Honestly, it is simply the BEST app! It is accurate in its data collection of how many kilometres I have done! Another feature I love is that I can compare my daily walks to what I did yesterday, last week or even last year! It’s a Huge Thumbs up from me!!.Version: 6.6.9

Great AppHave tried a few different Apps in order to set targets and encourage improving fitness, but this is by far the best. Simple to use without having to worry as it just works quietly in the background, and becomes addictive in having you keep checking throughout the day to see what you have to do to ensure you hit your targets. Doesn’t falter or need rebooting all the time, as said before, it just works and works well. Don’t need to look anywhere else for a different App, am more than happy with this, and others have remarked that if the go elsewhere they always come back. Great App and definitely 5 star rating from me..Version: 4.6.4

Maybe the best one!I’ve tried 5-6 pedometers for iPhone and now Apple Watch. I really love how this one displays all your info, especially being able to see your week at a glance - that helps keep me motivated. The one improvement I’d love to see is how your steps display on the Apple Watch main home screen. I wish it would only show steps so I could see it larger. Right now with all 3 pieces of data, they wind up tiny, even for me with 20/20 vision. Or at least at way that users could control what is displayed may be good. But overall, I find this to be the most comprehensive one and have deleted all the other ones that I’ve used..Version: 5.0.4

Great watch widgetLove being able to see the step of my watch face!!! Just not sure it’s real time if phone is not around..Version: 6.5.4

Step by Step! You can talk about it, or be about it….Version: 6.6.10

One of the bestExactly what you’d expect in a pedometer. Very low maintenance in the sense that you don’t need to be filling anything in, it’s all laid out clearly for you. I would, however, much prefer if it had a manual input setting as a lot of times my phone will die while I’m out (old phone) or ill spend the day running around the house cleaning without my phone (a lot more steps than you’d expect) so I’d like to be able to estimate the missing steps and input them myself. Either way, if it’s incorrect, the only person I’d be cheating is myself. All in all though, it’s the first app I’ve lasted more than a month with, good layout, easy reading, I like it..Version: 5.5.1

Top AppSo many features yet created with simplicity in mind. Its a classy APP.Version: 6.6.4

FantasticMotivation at its finest! Absolutely love this app. Thank you for whoever created this lovely app. Since the day I downloaded it & started using it, I have absolutely loved it & find it very motivating to continue to want to reach my daily goals & to watch my “Goal Streaks” I never want to miss a day, lol. The only downfall is, if you don’t have the AppleWatch or some kind of watch to connect to Bluetooth you constantly need to have your phone on you, so you’re always making sure you have it or you might get upset that your app missed about however many steps you did without it, lol. That’s the only downfall to the app. I have used the free version & I have used the purchased version. I obviously love the purchased one more because you can change everything & the free version is very limited but overall, I would highly recommend this app to everyone & anyone interested in either their daily step count, calories, flights climbed, your streaks, ETC. I do it for the motivation to be honest, lol. I love watching how many steps I’ve done & it keeps you active to say the least! & of course you can get in shape using this app! 5-stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Thank you so much for such an amazing application even the free version like I said! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this “Steps App!”.Version: 6.6.4

The best by a clear mileFrom the impressive graphs and statistics, to the ease of use and accuracy, this app is miles ahead of any other in the genre in my opinion. I had been using a ‘different’ pedometer for the last few years, but now I can’t imagine I would ever want to change again. The price is so worth it also. The only downside to this app is the lack of sounds, but I have always liked some kind of acknowledgement when I have reached my goals. Other then that it’s still a 5 star app..Version: 6.7.2

StepsI like the ap. It’s easy to use and follow. It works well for me. I wish that it would stop asking if I wanted to upgrade..Version: 6.6.10

Très SatisfaitTrès satisfait ça m´encourage de continuer. Bravo pour votre application. Formidable.Version: 6.6.10

Way more than a pedometer app :-)Having got an Apple Watch my wife and I found that the previous pedometer apps we had been using for confused and couldn’t consistently count steps between the phone and watch. So after trying several different apps, I’ve settle on this one. Lovely interface, great integration into the watch workouts, and lots of widgets and options to target goals. We spent the $4.95 Australian once off for the upgrade for full Watch integration happily, and I have deleted all the other applications..Version: 5.4.0

Great MotivatorBeing 65 y/o I wanted to start back slowly into walking & eventually back to the elliptical. I thought about buying a pedometer but didn’t want to spend a lot of money on one that would track more than just steps. Fitbit is just too out of my price range so I figured let’s look at some apps. I read the reviews of a lot of different ones but this one caught my eye. What can I say? After less than a week I bought the full version. It motivates and challenges me to meet my daily goal. Which is great because it gets me on my feet and moving! I adjusted the daily goal to fit my needs so not to get discouraged if I didn’t reach 10,000 steps. I’m determined to work my way to the 10k daily as a long term goal. Thank you for this great motivational app! Love it!.Version: 4.6.1

Excellent!Keeps me motivated and I like the user face..Version: 5.0.4

Grate appIt is the best app I’ve found so far!!! Since I have it I managed to lose a lot of weight. Finally I can fit back in my old clothes. It is grate!!! If you are a person ho like to keep track of there life and be organised, this is the perfect app for you!!! I get very encouraged when I see my progress and on the weeks when I noticed I haven’t been so active, I can do something about it, in regards to the days I have left until the end of the week so I can still keep a track of how active I was that week!!! So really guys… try the app is grate!!! If you don’t like it you can always deleted from your phone!!!.Version: 6.4.0

Great AppI use this App every day for general step count and Outdoor walking. I found it to be very accurate until recently. When I walk outdoors my steps are tracked separately from my general steps until I stop the Outdoor Walk, then it combines the total steps in the general count. Recently I have noticed a difference in the counts. As an example, today I had already walked about 3654 general steps and then turned on Outdoor Walk. When the Outdoor walk was finished, I was showing that Walk at 10,642 steps, yet my total step count is only 6,539, when I thought it would be 17,281. This is the second time I have noticed this type discrepancy in the past two weeks. Also, would much prefer a way to reach out to Steps APP support, other than doing a review. If it is in the APP, then please make it easier to find. I don’t do social media....Version: 5.2.2

ResponseI decided to use this App as I was on holiday and my Fitbit broke, it was the 3rd I’d bought on the last 5 years. I didn’t want to waste the step calculator as I use it to balance my intake of food therefore my weight and health. I downloaded this app and 4 weeks on still leave my phone on desk or in kitchen and the steps I do aren’t calculated, it has worked in my favour to now but moving forward it’s going to annoy me that my phone needs to come with me every where, especially in winter when I can’t be out as much..Version: 6.8.10

So good for a free appThis app is generally the best steps app there is it’s pro is just for nerds 95% of the app is free and it tells you your avg days, weeks, months and even years. It also lets you set daily goals and records your steps for ever. It is live so you can frequently see if you are doing more/less then usual at the EXACT time of the day. Hope this helped your position. ~Marcus.Version: 6.3.6

Really solid appGood clean design, works great (and fast) on Apple Watch, well integrated with Apple Health, does what it says on the tin. Better than the five or so others I have tried, I was happy to pay a small amount up front, no subscription, to unlock everything..Version: 4.6.4

Just walkingFind it hard to add my steps. While playing tennis.Version: 6.3.6

It’s actually really good!So I’ve been using steps app for around 3 weeks, maybe 2 but it’s been really useful and good, not only does it show you how many steps you’ve done it also shows how many calories you’ve lost, the equivalent to how many floors you’ve gone up and the distance you’ve traveled, it also shows a graph of these too! If you choose to get notifications then it’ll notify you when you hit a Checkmark or achievement for example doing 10,000 steps. I haven’t got premium so I can’t put my input on that but the base app for free is great and coming from a 14 year old you should definitely get it if your interested 👍.Version: 6.3.8

I like its HistoryI enjoy being able to retrace my steps If something significant happens on a certain date the app allows me to go back and kinda relive the occasion Ironically because it breaks it into hourly steps inactivity can also be a memory jogger.Version: 6.1.3

Recent changes have pros and consInteresting that my previous very negative response was deleted!! No matter, because I’ve now discovered the way around it. I disliked that the day view had the week at the bottom instead off the hourly breakdown. The latter can be found by pressing on the circle rim quite firmly. I still dislike that this is not the default or able to be set. However checking an individual hour is now MUCH better..Version: 6.1.0

Easy EnforcerAs we get older (we are 78) we need to continue to keep up our healthy living. This includes walking about 4 times a week along with other exercise. The Step App allows is to keep a record of our walking that makes us appreciate what we have achieved We find it an essential part of our healthy living regime Bob.Version: 6.5.21

Has great potentialI really like this app, especially the hourly graph, which gives you the number of steps taken in that hour, which is something I had been looking for. I had some problems with the app not updating after I updated to iOS 16.2, but after reporting it to the developer, he was quick to update his app with a fix, and I’m enjoying using it again..Version: 6.6.8

Love itLooks great and works on the Apple Watch might take a bit of time to sync with both aside from that I’m loving it easy to read everything you need at a glance well done. Also customer service is immediate so attentive and keen for you to enjoy the app.Version: 6.5.8

User friendly 👍‼️Just enter your step goal, which you can change anytime, and you're all set! The only thing you need to remember is to keep you phone on you at all time..Version: 4.4.5

AwesomeGreat App, I hate wearing watches so need to track my steps. This is a good alternative.Version: 6.5.21

The Best Step Counter AppI work at a desk and workout with weights once a day but other than that I don’t move too much. Because of this I rely heavily on this app to make sure I’m getting at least 10,000 steps each day. I used to go on walks without it but because my output during those walks would vary walk to walk and thus day to day so an accurate idea of calories burned was out the window. Having the step counter provides the quantifiable data necessary for me to judge calories accurately..Version: 6.6.10

Handy appBetter than the built in Apple Watch step counts..Version: 6.5.6

Steps to SuccessVery good app. I’m 68 y/o and I’m slowing down. This app lets me know how many more steps to reach my goal of 5,000 steps per day. I’m a busy Teacher/Nurse. When I first started this, I was disappointed with how few steps I was taking when I thought I was walking a marathon...ok...a half marathon. Seriously, I was just trying to get 5,000 steps. I found that by walking the long hall instead of the short one I could get in 500 more steps. Then I would add on another longer route to where I was going and add a few more steps, etc. After 3 weeks, I finally conquered 5,300 steps today! Yessss! Now that I’m taking my classes to clinical, I won’t have to worry about reaching my goal for the remainder of the semester since I will exceed 5,000+ each day. Then I start over for the Spring Semester. Excellent app...is helping me a lot. Maybe I’ll try for 6,000 steps. : ).Version: 5.2.2

Very good appI think this is a very good app because it’s like your setting yourself a goal, for example at the end of your day you would like to achieve 10,000 steps. Also depending on your weight, height, step length and units the StepsApp will give you a goal on how much steps you should try to achieve and the end of your day. Therefore I really think that the StepsApp is a very go app and that people who want to walk more and want to know how many steps they are doing you should definitely download this app. Hope you liked my review. 👍😃.Version: 5.4.0

CrockwalkerHave been using this app for about three years now. It is exactly what I require in relation to my daily walk. Would recommend paying for the upgrade, the price is one off and minimal, information is much more comprehensive. Overall I think it is the best walking or running app there is, also no adds , I would highly recommend it..Version: 6.3.8

Good App for anyone who walksI started walking at the being of the CoronaVirus March 2020. I’ve have has 3 back surgeries but thanks to a great chiropractor he got me to walk again! Each day I walked a little more & a little more & realized I needed to keep track of my steps. Ex: in October 2020 I walked 155 miles & it counted every step of it. I needed a step counter that was easy to use & offered me other options also. This one is so easy, it counts my steps, gives me a goal, does daily counts, weekly breakdowns & overall monthly stats, anyone can use this app without a problem. It set my goal step count for height & weight & I can easily adjust if I wanted to. This has been an outstanding app for me & I truly recommend it highly. Thanks my life has certainly changed for the better….Version: 6.2.1

Keep stepping!I love everything about this app. I’ve used it faithfully for two years, and carried it with me through four phone upgrades. I utilize the premium service. The minimal cost is nothing compared to the benefit I get. I love how it syncs with my watch, and that I can choose the color I want to see in both my app and on my wrist. I have successfully gone from a size 26 to a size 10, and this app is a tool I used everyday during that weight loss, and I’m still using it now. I would, and have, recommend(ed) this app to anyone. It’s fun, easy to use, and I’m not sure I would have dropped that weight, in a healthy manner, without tracking my Stepz! 💜💜💜💜💜.Version: 5.2.2

A standing ovation for one of the best step counter apps out thereI have been an avid Fitbit user for the last 2 years. But I had a problem with the wristband and whilst having it fixed, I figured I should get a step counter on my phone, something to use in the interim. I am however proud to say I haven’t gone back to my Fitbit ever since. Steps App has done a brilliant job of keeping track of my step counts (and even better it doesn’t do that annoying thing Fitbit does when sometimes the band can’t tell whether you are walking or you are in a cab. This app only counts the actual steps you take). I love how I can set goals for my steps and the stairs I want to climb, plus the amount of activity I want to do. I even love how it also registers the calories I am burning when I walk, and how accurate it is to. Using Steps has been a wonderful experience and I totally recommend it to anyone else. Also, you get most of the nifty features with the free version. But I love the change of colour the pro gives me..Version: 4.5.7

The best gets better! This is simply the best steps app on iOS!! The latest version makes it even better. Beautiful design and layouts. Always accurate. EDIT: everything is great with the new update however the developers have chosen to include in app sounds that the only way you can disable is by turning your phones sounds off. To be sitting in a quiet room and check your steps only to hear a jungle when you reach your goal is not what I want. A simple in app option to disable sounds would be great, but they chose not to include that. EDIT2: Wow! Fantastic response from the developers to include the option in the app turn off sounds. Kudos and thank you. Back to 5 stars for sure!!.Version: 6.0.3

Thank you for getting me healthy again.I’m so glad I got this, it’s only cost me $5 to get fit again, I set myself a monthly goal of steps to do a day and I meet it. I’ve also been inspired to start Yoga and get really fit..Version: 6.1.5

DACGreat App highly recommend..Version: 6.5.13

Free Version does what I needI’ve been using the free version for a while now. It allows a small amount of customization, such as adjusting the number of steps goal. It also allowed me to adjust the measurement of the length of my stride, so I have a more accurate picture of how many miles I walk. It doesn’t glitch and I’ve had it through several iOS updates. I’m using an iPhone XR on iOS 16. The ads for premium appear, but are easy to give a “No thanks.” The limited customization is all I need and the free app is all I’ve used. I’m pleased and definitely recommend this app..Version: 6.6.4

Perfect addition for fitness at any levelThis app fills a huge hole in the iPhone / iwatch fitness app lineup. Simply put it counts steps, and provides a way to display that information real time on your iwatch. Huge oversight (or hubris) by Apple, corrected with this little app.... Brilliantly executed, simple, no B.S. Now I can see if I have 60 steps, 6,000steps, or 12,000 steps to gauge how much more walking I need to do to meet my goals for the day. No pulling out my phone, no swiping, just glance and go. Really should get 6 or more stars for fixing apples mistake. UPDATE: It’s been a couple years since I bought this app, and it still works great. Highly recommend if you have step goals. Great integration with the Iwatch and iPhone. You have to set your watch face up to display the app results, and you have to flip a few radio buttons to integrate with Ihealth and the exercise app. My initial review still stands. Probably the best app I’ve bought. It’s worth whatever they charged me. I use it all the time, you will too. I am in no way affiliated with the maker of this app and feel I’m providing a fair unbiased opinion of the app. I have received NO compensation for this review. The app just happens to be that good..Version: 6.5.21

Good activity incentiveI used to have a FitBit Zip but lost it two years ago during a house move. As i’m now in my mid 70’s I wasn’t going to bother getting another pedometer but then became aware of this App. I’ve only had it less than a week but it’s already been a good incentive to get me out and walking despite dodgy hips so i’m very happy with it. It also appears to be quite accurate. Still very happy but a little puzzled as history appears to give results dating back to months before i actually loaded the app ???? Still a 5 star rating ☺️👌 Still very happy with this App after many more years of use, though my distance is now down to 3 miles or less..Version: 6.5.17

Good, simple to use appDoes a good job at tracking steps. You can see over time your trends as well. Would be better if you could add cycling and workouts and track them as well..Version: 6.1.5

Reg deThis is a pretty good app for some cardio because it tells u how much u have walked, how much calories u have burned and also u can set different goals like putting ur daily step goal higher or ur calories and stuff. But the most important and useful thing is that it tell you how much u have walked, burned calories, for how long etc every week.Version: 6.1.5

Wonderful walking and climbing app with no hidden costsMy wife recommended this app. I’ve been using steps daily on my IPhone for the past 2 months. Never a problem. I can take a pick of the screen and share with my fitness group. With the one time upgrade fee of only $2.80 it is a very good price for a functional app. I also like that it keeps a graph at the bottom of the screen to show the weekly and monthly progress. It motivates me to try to keep up with myself. I highly recommend this app, especially for those just starting out with walking or running..Version: 6.6.4

Don’t tell me when I’m sitting down too much! This app is ok, but it shouldn’t claim to know how much time I am motionless simply by measuring the length of time that my smartphone is motionless (I’m not in the habit of taking my phone with me if I’m working in other parts of my home) ...Also, it isn’t helpful that after a period of dialysis the app tells me I’ve been sitting down too long! (It isn’t beyond the wit of humans to provide a more comprehensive questionnaire about an individual’s health condition in order to be more accurate in trying to motivate people more -and it avoids alienating them instead!.Version: 5.4.2

StepsLove the app. Can see at a glance how I am going for the day..Version: 5.0.4

GREAT APP!!This app is the easiest app to use! Once you download it and set it up that’s it you set it and forget it! It kicks in and gives me a little updates according to the frequency that I set up and I am constantly in the know about my daily activities level. This is really important to me because it lets me know whether or not I need to get off the couch and do some exercise or if I was way over my daily goal or even if I need to step it up a little bit and get some more steps in. If you’re like me and you like using technology but you’re not the best at being technologically savvy this is the app for you. It will make you feel good about yourself to as it tells you throughout the day that you’re getting closer and closer to your daily fitness goal. Do yourself a favor, Do your family a favor, do your spouse or significant other favor and get healthy while you sing this app!.Version: 6.6.1

Completely Inaccurate! It states that it get the data from the Health App but in all cases it reports less steps than the Health App. Yesterday for example the Health App showed that I did 13,656 steps and this app only shows 9,592. A HUGE difference! My brother had told me about this App. I had him check his data and it too has inaccurate step counts! Certainly not worth having even for free!! Better off using the native Apple Health App!!! Update: And to make matters worse, it blocks the AutoSleep app that I have. Wasn't sure why my AutoSleep app wasn't working and ending up deleting and reinstalling and lost all my prior Sleep history. The only part I have to get was the few days where this stupid Steps App was blocking my Apple Watch from reporting my sleep. Needless to say but the Steps App is deleted and never will down load again. Stay clear of it! Update: We both have Apple watches and watch data must be manually enabled from the app. This is pretty poor, it should be on by default if the user has an Apple Watch!.Version: 5.0.4
