Version 7.018 August 2021Ready to unlock the super powers of your menstrual cycle? This update is all about getting you more in tune with your health and body.
We’re all different. And life can be pretty unpredictable at times, right? It's normal to occasionally have a cycle that’s outside your typical range. However, tracking and understanding your cycle changes is key to making sure you know what’s right for you. So, that’s why we’ve been working on a range of dynamic cycle features for your My Cycles section to make keeping on top of your menstrual health as effortless as possible.
Now you can quickly and easily see what your last cycle looked like. Whether your period was a little longer than usual. Or your cycle was shorter than it normally is. And we flag if it’s something you should look into. You can also learn more about cycle changes directly in Flo, by chatting them through with our virtual Flo Health Assistant.
Want to look a little further back? Our Cycle History feature will show you a quick overview of what your last three cycles look like, with colour coded durations for your period and fertile window. And with one click you can see up to five years’ worth of cycle data, allowing you to track any trends back over time.
Premium subscription users also get access to our brand new Cycle Trends feature which gives you the ultimate way to visualise how long or short your cycles are. The graph format lets you quickly see which ones fall outside the normal range, and whether that’s a one-off or a regular occurrence.
And we’ve also given our Insights tab a bit of love. Now with easy-to-navigate search results you can access a whole host of courses, videos and articles, developed with our trusted team of 80+ leading doctors and health experts.
