As we mentioned in our last release, creating a Fitbod account will be required beginning March 8th, 2021. Having an account will allow Fitbod to continue delivering customized exercises based on your workout performance. Simply create an account and we'll carry over your existing workout history.
You'll also find a handful of performance enhancements and bug fixes that will improve your workout experience:
- Improved: Much more exercise variety in your workout for users with limited equipment or bodyweight only.
- Changed: Warm Up Sets setting can now be found behind Your Gym Profile
- Updated: All exercises that have any impact on a muscles recovery will now be displayed when viewing a specific muscle group in the recovery tab
