✓ Products that ACTUALLY work!I started using these products on 10/4 and today 11/10 i have little to no acne! This is not a joke or scam lol the products that were sent worked perfectly and quickly. ✓ No words other than amazing!I’ve tried multiple things and spent so much money on products that don’t work and it truly does get frustrating! Then one day scrolling through Instagram I saw an advent for this app and thought hey why not give it a go, if it doesn’t work you can just cancel after the free trail. And I can truly say that I’m amazed by the change I’ve seen. ✓ This is a great product!I used to have virtually clear skin until I turned 19. I started to get severe cystic acne (which is one of the most painful forms of acne and is very hard to treat.) Because I had never really had severe skin issues before, I used almost every treatment and product I could find. Nothing worked for almost 2 years until I found this treatment! ✓ Helpful, accurate shipping, but a little pricey..This app is really helpful, it shows you what skin products you will need with just a simple photo and a small quiz. The only bad thing is that it is a bit pricey, i paid $20 (AU) for just 3 pretty small bottles of face cleansers and moisturisers i also got 1 blackhead strip with that. Other than that everything else is amazing!! I love how the app lets you take photos for progress, you can set times for when you need to do your routines, how you can see other people’s progress and many more good things. I've never paid much attention to my skin other than trying new products, having them not work or stop working and then discontinuing them. I've also been to a dermatologist and they didn't help. It also reminds you to take progress photos which have been critical to me figuring out what triggers my acne. The progress photos are quick and they ask a few simple questions that have been really helpful for me to look back on to determine what is and what isn't working. I was initially very clear from the products and then got frustrated because I was suddenly breaking out a tonne and I signed on to the app to contact them about it for advice, and I saw a message saying that this week I should expect breakouts from purging. I have had hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation for over 10 years, and have tried countless products, facials, chemical peels and prescribed antibiotics and nothing seemed to work. I still get pimples during my period but it’s less since I started using the products. The face wash and customised cream is gentle on my sensitive skin, the dark spot remover cream is fading the hyperpigmentation and can see an improvement. I really like the sunscreen as it absorbs into the skin well, it’s lightweight but moisturises my skin well without leaving a white cast like most sunscreens do. Still get the occasional breakouts, but wearing a mask and work and sweating all day, I expect them. But with my treatment plan they go away after a day or two! I had the free trial where I paid for the postage I didn’t like the products and didn’t want them again. I looked at my subscriptions on my phone and on the app it said I wasn’t subscribed (I have no email to say I was subscribed) in a month later they’ve taken money out of my bank account and said that they’ve sent products to me which I didn’t agree to! I’ve contacted my bank I have to fill out a form which would then stop their payments from processing hopefully I’ll get my money back.
