✓ Good content bad formatI would like to offer some feedback based on the user experience. - I would like to see the settings changed so episodes play automatically when the previous finishes - the ability to change the settings so I’m listening to the oldest episodes to the newest - once the episode plays and finishes, it is hidden from my view and I know where I’m up to . Also to add, maybe take a leaf out of the Overcast app and add features to sort and edit.PeppassssssVersion: 8.9.8

✓ Great ServiceAs a subscriber, I really enjoy the app and having all my subscriptions at my fingertips. I love Patreon as a whole because I am able to support different creators each month and canceling is easy. I do wish all creators charged at the same time, instead of either being immediate or the 1st of every month. Also, it can get confusing if the charge counts for the previous months rewards, but from my experience, most creators make this clear on their social media. My only complaint is when a patreon creator decides to close completely, their profile stays in the section for active subscriptions. Anyone that was a member when the patreon was closed forever sees that profile as part of their current subscriptions. I really wish this would be fixed, it occurs on app and web and it quite annoying when you want a quick glance at your current subscriptions..NicoleonfireVersion: 8.7.19

✗ NEEDS FIXINGWhere do I start? As a content creator, it’s a useful service, but it’s Sooo frustrating with all the app bugs and generally poor design. Can’t even reply to people’s comments on my own posts now! It says “become a patron to comment”… The fact that you still can’t upload videos directly to Patreon is a joke. I don’t wanna upload to Vimeo, and I’m tired of the tedious process of copy/pasting links in.. which brings me to my next point: WHY does the post description gets automatically copied into the “Teaser” text box?! Who asked for this feature? I now have to manually erase it from there every time I post something, because it’s basically defeating the purpose of having Patreon EXCLUSIVE content. There NEEDS to be a better way to organize posts. Not a big fan of how “Tags” work… fairly limited. Would love something more practical and visual.. at least as an option for those who produce visual content. It’s a useful platform but needs lots of improvement..Shiny AnticsVersion: 7.8.1

✗ Not as accessible as it COULD beI’ve recently had my page published and the app was working perfectly about a month ago, and now it just seems to be very limited in its functionality. I have two accounts and I should be able to switch back-and-forth, quite easily between the two, but the app is not so easily navigated with just the one account so using two accounts with this app is quite difficult. The app really needs to work the same way as the website itself. I shouldn’t have to be logging into a website to check my account. I should be able to just open the app and there is my account with all of the features needed to run my page successfully..LMFFSWTFVersion: 8.11.17
