Almost PerfectCould use a female setting so my partner could use the same app..Version: 2.50

So Far So Good!Easy to use, routines are clearly explained with video for each exercise in a set. They just updated the app with new stuff, which was cool. I did buy the full version. Also there are no problems listening to music and going to the app to update the reps/weight (using iPhone). It’s simple to enter reps and weight for each rep, as simple as using those older paper logs. Very easy to enter during rest period then get back to the next exercise. They do have exercises with a little ‘chain’ icon (superset?), I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with that so maybe a bit more explanation in that area would be nice. But that doesn’t take away my recommendation experience of the ease of use and depth of exercises and routines offered. Great app, especially for anyone wanting some variety in exercises but maybe not knowing how to properly perform a new exercise. This app contains the routine and technique guide, great for new and vet trainers..Version: 4.001

Best workout appThe app is really well thought-out, very motivating, I’ve tried to find this tool for yearrrrs..Version: 5.7200

Great appI really love how you can change exercises that may not suit you and it’s extremely easy to use. The main thing I would change is being able to create an account so you don’t lose all your previous workouts when you change devices..Version: 5.4400

5*****Really good app. Many free exercise videos..Version: 4.210

Great applicationI like this application a lot! It has a body map with corresponding relevant exercises depending on what you want to achieve! Obviously there is always room for improvements such as linking the application to your activities & keeping records just like a fitness tracker does! However I do recommend it if you want to know what you're doing & how to do it like me! I gave it 5 stars because it's simply explained & it has easy to follow instructions!!!.Version: 2.50

Fantastic appI’ve been using this app for a few years. It’s been great from the start, with new features being added every now and then. My only current complaint is that I’ve been unable to sync my Apple Watch with the app to have my workouts contribute towards the daily exercise count on my apple fitness app. Besides that this app is 12/10..Version: 5.7100

LINAAwesome app!! Love using it!!.Version: 2.50

HelpfulVery helpful 💪🏻.Version: 2.50

Great app!Been using this app for over a year, got better results with it than paying personal trainers. Love it!.Version: 6.5010

Best workout everWill definitely recommend this app.Version: 4.150

Very helpfulAfter not going to the gym since before the Covid lockdown to say I was rusty in the gym would be a massive understatement. This app has helped me with my confidence using all the equipment, for me personally I’m not that interested in free weights, yet. What I really like about the app is the ability to change to the exercises according to muscle groups and the clear instructions by video and written descriptions..Version: 6.1000

Excellent gym workout app!Amazing features and continuous updates! Highly recommended!.Version: 6.1000

Excellent in every wayI don’t leave reviews and what I’m gonna say about this app will make me seem like a planted reviewer praising it for more downloads but I’ve been training for nearly a year building muscle and I can’t say my gains aren’t thanks to the training programs I’ve followed using “workout” I’ve even been asked if I'm juicing so whether that’s down to genetics, this app or both either way, it’s been my motivation to push myself. If any advice for anyone using it and not seeing results I'm gonna say this. Strictly follow the program! Don’t go all in ignore weight suggestions and not doing your deload week! Do correct form and execute all exercises and sets and be consistent! But most importantly on your peak weeks, push yourself till your are destroyed! You’ll get there. Also remember the app is not your dietitian. You need to eat strictly healthy nutritionist foods, surplus for building muscle and deficit for shredding and figure out your macros or you won’t see sufficient progress. Summary here is essentially do everything outside the app needed to get in shape and use it to see it work wonders!.Version: 6.4010

AwesomeIve been using the app for just under 2 months now and can say for sure its made my time at the gym easier & a lot more enjoyable. Great exercises and simple to learn for the beginners with a click of a button you can watch the a short video which shows how to perform each exercise & which area it targets. Highly highly recommended..Version: 6.2100

Cannot recommend it enoughPerfect and has all u need.Version: 6.3050

Very good, but could use the following changes…I’m loving this app so far! Been using it for more than half a year and I love the structure and how it automatically calculates your suggested weights. However, I really wish they can make one change to the workout app. And that is, allowing me to see how many reps I did last time while working out. For example, I would like to see how many reps I did for each set last time instead of just displaying the max reps. If I have 4 sets and the goal is to hit 12 reps for each set, I would like to be able to see how many reps I did for each set so I can set that as my goal to beat for that specific set. The app, BodySpace, allows me to see how many reps I did for each set and I can go all the way back to when I first started performing that specific exercise as it saves a history of all my workouts including the number of sets I do, and the number of reps I do for each set. The only work around for this is I have to exit the workout session so I can go back and see how many I did for each set for that specific workout, but this is highly inconvenient as I have to restart the workout session. Make this change and this app will get my last star..Version: 6.1000

AwesomeEasy to use Awesome app 😎.Version: 2.50

GreatVery good app with lots of great features. Love the videos and the dynamic weight changes based on previous sets. One suggestion I’d make is to clarify the language around reps/weight per side. Eg for dumbbell curls we get to nominate one weight…is this both dumbbells combined or for one arm? Eg. 3 sets staggered good mornings 10-12 reps…presumably this is this per leg, but is it 5-6 reps per side? Or 10-12?.Version: 5.201

I no longer feel overwhelmed when going to the gymThis app is a game changer. I’m able to walk into a gym knowing what to do and tracking my progress at the same time. Highly recommend it to anyone starting off in the gym, but I’d also recommend adjusting some exercises to suit your ability until you can do the exercise suggested..Version: 6.2600

Works wellI only had the app for a week so really my review is not based on testing the app over a 8 week program! Well thought out, well presented and user friendly. My suggestion would be if an exercise movement can’t be do due to an old injury or something like that, it would be nice to have the option and see if there is an alternative movement which can be tried .. other than that the app is working well so far..Version: 6.2650

App improvementsI’d say you’ve got a great app in the making with this, but is too similar to every other fitness app on the App Store, set yourselves apart by not focusing so much on pay to improve yourself, the ultimate goal should be for people to have a platform to improve themselves physically. Don’t just have single exercises as part of the free app, combine them into daily workouts for free, that little step will get you more downloads and higher reviews. When you take #1 fitness app on the App Store you can start focusing on ways to make more money off the app. But while up and coming you should focus on what people really need..Version: 4.300

Great App For Strength Trainers!I used to go to the gym 2 times a day, 4 days a week and followed a customized workout plan I build out myself. Over the last couple years my presence in the gym has been spotty to non-existent. After getting a gym pass again, I realized that I needed to work up to the routines I used to do and came across this app when looking for help. I cannot speak highly enough of my first impressions 2 weeks in. They start by gathering information about you and your physique aspirations, the frequency of you going to the gym. From there they have a library of customized workout plans to cycle through every few months. I feel like I have a personal trainer in my pocket with this app… but at a fraction of the cost. You log each set, your weight and it formulates how to help you achieve your goals. My gym is always busy when I go so I cannot always get the equipment needed for the suggested routine but it provides alternative options for working the same muscle(s) so you do not have to wait. For newer people to the gym, it also has videos you can click into on your workouts to see proper form..Version: 5.201

Great app!I rarely leave reviews, but I found this to be an excellent app. In six months with this app I'm seeing better results than I got when I exercised with a personal trainer for a year. It creates sensible workouts, varies the weight, changes things around to approach the same muscles from different angles. I also find it oddly motivating. And I can text my girlfriend how many "elephants" I lifted that day! If I had some wishes, I'd probably add stretching exercises as an option before and after the workout. I'm using a different app for that. And also, better logging of cardio. Currently, you can add how long you ran, for instance, but not distance, pace or calories burned. Another thing I would ask for is making the weight settings more explicitly. When I do a dumbbell bench press, do I enter each dumbbell or the total weight?I think somewhere in help you can figure out that it's each dumbbell, but it's not always obvious. Finally, for exercises where you do one arm or leg at a time, it would be useful if you could log each arm/leg separately. All these wishes are nice-to-haves though. As I said, I think the app is great, I've been using it every week for over six months and I'm not planning to stop..Version: 6.2610

Perfect, but ...I really love this app but I really need the workout sharing Sometimes we make a workout with someone else and we need to recreate all the workout on an other device Please add this functionality.Version: 6.5010

Simple, pretty good BUT…I used to be a PT and I enjoy this because I don’t have to program anything myself and it keeps track of everything easily…. BUT… there’s a few things I wish you could do with it. For example - being able to make notes after each exercise as well as being able to remove exercises. I do my cardio on alternate days and some exercises I can’t do (even with the alternatives) due to injury. I know you can save it without logging it but it would be great to be able to make it a bit more custom in that sense and not feel like you’ve left something incomplete..Version: 5.4410

Great App for Workout IdeasWhile using this app, I noticed that the morning after, I felt a little sore. This probably means that I am using muscles that I am not used to using frequently, thus working out more effectively. I liked that I was able to target a certain muscle/part of my body. With the demos, I was even more certain that I was doing the sets accurately. Since they used a real life human to do demos and included short descriptions of what to do, the workouts were a lot easier to do. I will mention, however, the workouts were not kept track of, so I was unable to refer back to workouts that I liked unless I remembered what they were. A lot of the workouts are locked and not available for the free trial users, but I thought they were enough to keep me busy. Overall, I would recommend this app for anyone wanting to be able to target specific areas to workout..Version: 2.900

Excellent appI absolutely love this app. It has made it so easy to get back into the gym as it automatically creates a workout plan based on my preferences and goals. I’m not a gym expert, so there are some exercises and equipment that I’m not familiar with. The app does a great job at explaining how to do the exercises, with both video and text. And if I’m not too sure I can easily change the workout to something I’m more comfortable with, but still target the same muscles. It’s also great to be able to track my progress and weight progression. I think the annual plan is worth the price as I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on PTs in the past for only a few sessions. The free trial is a perfect way to try before you buy. If you’re a complete beginner to the gym, I would still recommend getting a Personal Trainer, if possible. It will help you understand how to properly do key exercises and use gym equipment with the proper form rather than relying solely on the video tutorials on the app. Then you can be more comfortable going forward with this app once you are confident with the basics..Version: 5.010

Nice AppReally like this app, super easy to use and has been a great tool in getting me back into a workout routine..Version: 5.060

GreatI love the app. I just wished they gave me an approximate of how much calories I burn with each workout like other apps I know..Version: 6.2650

Best app I ever usedI love this app. And before purchasing the lifetime membership I’ve tried many free apps, monthly fee apps, this one suits me the best. I picked a program, follow the plan and boom, app reminds me (at a set time by me) in the morning what exercise I can look forward to in the evening (only time I can go to gym). It shows me a video of the exercise, recommended weight is upped gradually, it’s awesome! Price was a bit steep for me, wasn’t sure at first, but well worth it. There is plenty of programs/exercises to choose from to fulfil all your needs. Don’t look further, download this app! 💪.Version: 6.0000

The best PT I’ve ever had£16 a month is superb value for money. I’ve trained for over 30 yrs now and never had the ache and gains like this or even tried a push pull routine. Now training a 5 day week wi to no training at the weekend and recording all my progress for the first time. Highly recommended and cannot wait now to start my next challenge as just finished my first 10 week programme. Who needs a PT..Version: 6.3050

Great App and Versatile!I started using this app over a month ago and I appreciate that it comes with plenty of at home or gym exercises and workouts. I especially enjoy the feature where if there is a certain workout you can’t do you can replace with another one that is more accessible to your individual need. It comes with beginner or intermediate and advanced levels. So where ever you find your self in your fitness journey this will accommodate that. I will keep using this app and will become my go to. I also wanted to add one more thing it tracks your previous workouts for you and recommends each week a amount of weight to increase based on your previous week’s performance overall a really great app and for the prices it’s amazing!! This was a well put together app for anyone who is just beginning or wants to continue their fitness journey..Version: 6.0200

This is the best workout app out there! This app gives you everything you need to progress, from the input of your reps to changing your program for you to keep things interesting. Plus I love the fact you can change your program to do more arms or chest etc. It also gives you alerts to tell you what your on that day, I mean most people that are serious about training know anyway, but sometimes in your hectic day it’s nice to be reminded. The app grows with you effortlessly, changing your programs more advanced to supersets etc which is great! Even if you know what your doing but just want some new ideas, better exercises, it’s a PT in your pocket, Love it! I would highly recommend!.Version: 5.4310

Best for beastEasy and professional app for those who like to see their progress together with monitoring all their activities such as the last weigh used, number of reps and ….. I have been using this app since 2018 and now addicted to it.Version: 6.2650

Easy to use, smart training appThis is the best app for beginners as it sets out a good workout based on your choices. Using home gym setting with dumbbells I have been able to keep focused and building up a routine without having to figure it out. It’s the first app that has built in adjustable rest timer for each exercise, clear video demonstration of each exercise to ensure good form. This has kept me motivated and focused better than any other app I have used. I am 62 years old and this app has created a routine I can do beginning from scratch after many years of laziness! It’s cost effective one off life time purchase. Use with confidence..Version: 6.4010

Perfect for my needsThis app is worth the money even if I was sceptical at the start. The variety in both exercises and programmes ensures I can keep interest, progress and accountability. Working in 5-week blocks with a different focus of the same exercises each week has seen an overall increase in strength, size and fitness. I won’t use any other app now.Version: 6.4100

GoodGood.Version: 5.4400

Best workout app out thereI have used a lot of workout apps and this is by far the best. So worth the money. It has everything you could possibly want in a work out app. Sharing your results with friends is a great cool feature. I highly recommend this app..Version: 6.4010

Love it, but minor changes would helpThis app is absolutely worth the investment. A minor change I would suggest is allowing for customization after the workout has begun. Sometimes the needed equipment is unavailable so a quick pivot would make my workout more efficient. Also an undo feature if you accidentally skip a workout would be helpful. For exercises that workout individual appendages (i.e. lunges), please specify whether you need to switch legs. Lastly, specifying how to measure the weight for certain exercises would be helpful. This may seem obvious, but when using individual dumbbells, do I calculate the weight of one dumbbell when logging it or the cumulative weight? And just to add one more thing, you should be able to specify whether your gym has 2.5lb weights. I noticed that some suggested weights will be a weight that is unavailable..Version: 5.4400

Keep coming backI downloaded this a few years ago when it was new and bought lifetime membership. I have tried other apps but keep coming back to this one. It's so convenient to keep track of weights lifted and can easily adjust goal reps and add or subtract sets to existing programs. The built in timer is so convenient. I can easily add other gym plans into the app even though they already have really great fundamental workouts plans built in. It's very easy to use and keeps getting better..Version: 5.5030

Use this app every dayIt’s a great app. Started me getting back into the gym. I feel confident going in and following a plan. The workouts are good, I enjoy focusing on different muscle groups so the 5 day week works for me. I’m on week 6 and noticeably getting stronger and leaner from when I started out. It would be great if variations of exercises could be updated. There are so many new innovative ways to workout different muscle groups. Be cool to add some news ones..Version: 6.2610

PositiveAny chance on next update where we can customise the trainer workouts to an extent? For example ’muscle gain - chest focus - legs & Abs’, we can change specific exercises such as squats for alternative exercises that only targets the particular muscle that the squat exercise is targeting. Just so that a lot of people in my situation that’s going through lower back problems can avoid exercises that compromise that area as much lol Just an idea, hopefully it can be something you can work on. Would be really great 🙂 I understand we can already customise workouts, but it would be great if we could use our customised work outs in the ‘my trainer’ part where everything can be tracked and scaled like all the programs you have in ‘Trainer’ section..Version: 5.6000

Great appBecause success with this relies mostly on you, this is more advice than anything. First, be patient with yourself and the app if you’re new. It’s a lot, because frankly it’s a lot to know. So start slow. Familiarize yourself with every feature and modification. A lot of people have health issues (I’ve had 5 spinal surgeries) so a rigid plan off the bat isn’t feasible. It took me a week or two to realize modifications are easy. Second: know your level and take the advice for that level. If you’ve messed around with weights once or twice but never had a legit trainer, you are still a beginner. That’s okay. Everyone has to be at some point whether their parents taught them at age 6 or they started mid-50’s. And there’s nothing wrong with either one, if you’re mid-50’s and still a beginner, then at least you’re doing something about it finally..Version: 5.060

Good fitness appVery good...Version: 2.50

Just WOWI’ve been in all sorts of shapes in my life. This app is honestly a revelation. The way you can document your training, replace exercises in and out on the fly. The interface; the ease of use the simplicity of this app is perfect. A couple of years ago I got into the best shape of my life and this app has finally motivated me to get back into that shape and I know I’m already well on my way there just by following a basic 4 day push / pull programme because the app just has everything laid out so perfectly that I have no excuse not to go and record everything I do. Progressive overload for the win. The app is brilliant..Version: 5.5030

New updateI love the new features and more options in regards to training plans. Been waiting for this. I have used this app for years now and it just keeps getting better and better. I’m enjoying my new training program..Version: 6.2610

Need improvementJust head up!! You can’t change, If you want to change split work out. If you want to do first leg and the upper body. You can’t pause workouts. Time keeps on running. That means you logged data will be wrong. And you can’t come back where you left off if you close the app and want to stop the time being recorded. If you save it and come back it will start from the beginning again. Those things are easy fix but very inconvenient. If you need those the this app is not good. Everything else is okay. If I missed the instructions. Please let me know how to do that. Thanks.Version: 6.1000

Overall great app, need to work out issues with Apple WatchOverall this is a great app. I have had it for some time now and o started this app because I wasn’t seeing progress in my strength with my own routine that I’ve been doing and switching up for years and tracking in another app. They recently rolled out an Apple Watch app which is great and I had been waiting for. But you either have to use ONLY your watch or your phone. And the Apple Watch app is hard to maneuver. If you try to switch to the watch or phone it stops your whole work out and cancels the entire thing out and you have to resubmit EVERY REP AND WEIGHT (then time will be off cause that also resets. The only other improvement that could be made with regard to the entire app is that you can’t edit a work out after you complete it. I accidentally clicked on the complete work out when I was only 2 sets into my entire work out and I could let delete that work out or go back to edit it to put in the rest of my work out..Version: 5.5010

Many workoutsThis app is great as it contains many various workouts that you can choose to favourite which workouts are best suited to you, after searching for ages upon a good workout app, this is definetly the one! Good stuff :) Although the app should include a workout part where it gives you the option of how many reps you are doing along with a 30 second counter in between sets of reps..Version: 2.50

One year in…The best thing I can say about this application is that after one year, 4 sessions a week, I’m still using it. It takes the thinking out of my sessions, I can just hit the gym and go. Left to my own devices I tend to overtrain certain musics groups, this has balanced me out. There is so much more the devs could do with this, so I am excited to see where it goes now. One annoying feature that they should correct: why suggest 0.5kg weight increases when very few (if any) commercial gym have dumbells that go to 50kgs in .5 jumps?.Version: 6.2600

Great appGood selection, exercise recommendations and progressive overload recommendations..Version: 6.2000

Could be 5 starsGreat intuitive app, detailed instruction videos if needed, easy to log workouts and tailor made customisable plans are brilliant. Held back 1 star as me and a friend both use this app and workout together, but don’t have the same plans, despite selecting the exact same goals/focus, and are unable to share our customs workouts with each other. Aside from that, a really solid app for all levels of ability..Version: 6.5020

Can’t believe I am just finding this appIt’s awesome! I’ve been a casual gym goer all of my life, with spurts of regular visits to nonexistent for short and long periods of time. One thing I feel that is important in a gym is to **come with a plan**. Don’t just say you’re doing arms or legs or back, etc. and this app does all of that for you in a super easy to use way. Each set of weights and number of reps is preplanned for you based off of your initial workout and then after that, the algorithm takes over. You just start with the muscle group you want to bulk or shred and it will create a well rounded, yet specialized workout regiment for you. I’m almost complete with my first ten week regiment and it motivates the heck out of me. And when I don’t know how to execute a workout, there is a well produced short video to show you the proper form. Anyways, 5 stars/A++.Version: 5.4600

Great App with plenty of exercises to keep you busy in the gym! This app features a ton of exercises specific to every major muscle group in the body. For $40, you can get a lifetime subscription that will give you access to all of their professionally developed workouts and exercise plans. Even if you choose to use it for free like I do, you can tailor each one of your workouts to meet your individual goals. You can also share your homemade workouts with your friends and vice versa. The only issue I've run in to so far is that there aren't enough single-arm variants to most of the typical double-arm exercises. I like doing single-arm movements because it allows me to focus on each side and prevents me from depending on my "stronger" side during double-arm lifts. However, the app doesn't have a lot of these single-arm lifts so I can't plug them in to my custom workouts. It's not a huge deal, but it requires me to explain my workout a little more when I share it with my friends. Other than that, this app is great and I recommend it to anyone who is committed to or wants to commit themselves to going to the gym more often..Version: 2.50

Keeps deleting workout data after app updatesLove the app but you really need to stop deleting the user data from the workouts. This has happened after the last 2 updates and it’s very annoying having to spend the time re-adjusting your weights and filling the details back in. I’d except that kind of thing from a free app, not something I’ve paid for! Also no response from the support emails I have sent. Not even an acknowledgment..Version: 3.000

Great app and doesn't cost the EarthLots of great features. Could use graphing and progress stats (unless it does but I can't find them).Version: 2.50

Great app with a small problemBeen loving the app for a few months now. Its well fleshed out with features and all the progress charts are nice. The suggested progression in weight seems about right too when i continue the workout. Only problem is that over the course of my gym session the app increasingly slows down my phone and other apps become affected, i havent been able to see my end of workout progress summary for a week or so either (i can see it try and pop up but whether its a memory problem or not its instantly dismissed). Eventually gets so slow it crashes the app, which would be a total deal breaker for me but thankfully the app restores itself back to the middle of my session. Not sure whether the workout videos or the rest timer is causing a memory leak but would love to see this fixed.Version: 6.3000

"My trainer" feature is a great improvementHaving now "My trainer" as a full option with the opportunity to log the workout, time the rest pauses, log the weight you lift and all other features in one single option without the need of jumping from one place to the other is simply amazing. I found this feature to be the main reason for me to be motivated to go to the gym every day and stay focused during the session. The badges and the summary about how much weight you lifted is a plus to keep your motivation in line. I'm not giving this update 5 stars just because I found annoying the fact that once an exercise is started you cannot see the video and exercise information again to check if you are doing the right technique. Also, it should have an option to pause the exercise to exit temporarily the log without telling the app you're done with the entire workout, for example to check the video again or in the case your battery is about to die, you can save what to have done so far, and re-start the log when you get enough battery life again..Version: 5.000

It’s the best especially if u have a Apple WatchMaking me feel like Connor McGregor after every workout.Version: 6.2600

Simple and easy to useThis app is simple and easy to use when you are doing you workout. Intuitively designed and easy to read. It also allows you to change things (ie weights and reps) on the fly. Will be great if I can add my own workout option. Hence 4 stars..Version: 2.50

BrilliantProvides simple and effective exercises; brilliantly designed to provide the right types of workouts to fit your needs. Does cost a bit but I highly recommend this app. Before using this app I’d over-workout causing fatigue. But when starting this app I’ve left the gym feeling alive and a lot more energised to start my day. There are many apps like this but personally I think this app is more advanced and better designed. 👏Good job app developers!.Version: 5.7000

Best workout app I’ve usedI’m not a professional athlete nor do I have the budget for personal training. I’ve used 5-7 other exercise apps, and this is the most useful one I’ve found. I do pay the premium membership; as with any other exercise app I’ve used, you don’t get the great features on a basic membership. The money is totally worth it for me. I can customize workout plans based on objective, current shape I’m in, venue (gym vs home) and number of times I plan to workout. There are several off-the-shelf plans to choose from based on the above. I instead had the app customize a workout plan just for me (also based on objectives, current ability, venue and workout frequency) and it’s exactly what I need - calibrates both the exercises and the weight resistance based on how much I can lift at the time. There are very detailed and helpful demos for each exercise along with a video showing proper form and a tracker of past performance on said exercise. Again, by far, the most useful, flexible and customizable app I’ve found and totally with the money..Version: 5.060

Love this appAnd they always keep improving it..Version: 6.4010

Simply amazingLove this app. I have not bought any of the features yet but the free stuff is excellent. I am able to plan a weekly workout and have a set daily plan with rest times and reps added. I love the regimented order of the workout I can plan. Rest over another set. None of this standing around. 30secs a minute and boom come on. Do another one. Supersets or single exercises. Perfect. It keeps me motivated and keeps my workouts to a set time. Planning on trying some of the paid stuff soon. Get this app. Perfect for gym routines..Version: 4.180

Do more with lessEven with the free version the amount of information about different exercises makes this a valuable asset in the gym. Saving up now to get the lifetime premium..Version: 2.50

It's a great app BUT...It doesn't show how many calories I've burned doing the workout programs I've chosen. If you get the free version, the 2 day a week gym program is unlocked. I paid to access the rest. It's not bad I suppose for a year since it's about 1/33 of a paid fitness trainer. If you buy the lifetime app get ready to be bored if you've done ALL the workout programs because from the looks of it, it doesn't get updated with new programs. I paid for a year to try it out. You can make copies of the workout program and edit to your liking. It keeps a list of the workouts you've completed (list not calendar tracking which would be nice) but I suppose it's an app made to focus on the programs instead of the bells and whistles other apps offer which is why I have a folder on my phone with all my fitness apps that offers different things. I guess there's not one app that does all..Version: 2.50

Excellent app for workouts!!I’ve been using this app for close to 2 years now and I think it’s one of the best workout apps out there. I was so glad that the developers added the option to create your own exercises. Really improved the versatility. Probably the only things I can say that they should include are the following: - The option to add notes to your exercises. For me, I like to save the reps I made for the current workout so I know where I left off the next time I go. The problem is I sometimes forget the weight and rep range I’m aiming to achieve. So the option to have personalized notes to go with your exercises would be awesome. - An option to throw together your own meal plan. It was great when they added the various meal plans to the app, but I personally don’t follow any of those. Right now, I use myfitnesspal for meal tracking, but it would be a great addition for this one!.Version: 4.211

AwesomeI love it . Thanks.Version: 4.430

Best Work Out AppHonestly have been using this app on and off for 5 years. I enjoy the updates and the extra work outs they have added to create your own. I used this when i was first weight lifting and its great for tutorials for beginners, tracking for all levels, & recording to see just how hard you go at the gym. You can share your workouts with your friends and/or ask someone hey does this look like a great set list. This keeps me in the zone with knowing what i need to do next and not just aimlessly walking around and looking lost. Oh a machine or area is taken; thats fine. You can click on the next set and come back to what you need. You can also modify it while actually using it to get an accurate reading of how many reps, how long you work out is, and how much weight you lifted in total. It’s pretty awesome and totally recommend it to all my friends and family! Thank you for creating this, as it has helped me feel more comfortable in the gym!.Version: 5.060

Great app for fitnessAwesome app with great detailed videos and pictures. Highly recommend using..Version: 2.766

Functional and practicalThis is the best gym app going that I can see. Even the free version allows me to create my own work outs. If I could ask for one improvement it would be to allow loading extra sets in each routine. 4 is ok but sometimes I want to hit 6 at higher weight. Otherwise this is a very good app..Version: 2.50

Good workout referenceVery good UI. Good workout reference..Version: 2.50

4starsThis app is honestly such a good way to track your progress and move further in the gym, theres only one thing i would want them to look into which is linking the app with the apple fitness app so you can track your calories more accurately but other than that this app is honestly great.Version: 6.4010

Kickstarted my WorkoutsI had been wanting to get back into the gym for a while but wasn’t sure where to start. Being able to pick a muscle and see a list of excercises with instructions whilst building my own workouts really allowed me to jump in with confidence and not feel embarrassed.Version: 4.610

Amazing appI love the experience and the workout.Version: 6.2650

Great app missing key featureThis is a great app that takes the thinking process for workouts out of the equation. I really wish they would have a feature that saves your weights and reps as you change workout plans. Frustrating when you write down your weights and reps in specific exercises but can’t see what you lifted if you chance the workout plan with the same exercise.Version: 6.2650

Well made app !!I never wrote reviews for apps but this workout app is helpful for all skill levels and so user friendly! The app provides pictures, categories, and a simple workout template which is easy to fill out with auto options and recommendations. You can set up multiple workout routines, add and name the days, add reps and there's so many different workouts on here! The workouts are sorted by muscle type and showed you exactly where on the body the exercise focuses. The only exercises I didn't see listed were unweights squats and lunges. My only suggestion would be to add a notes section on the workout routine page to add notes on a particular day or create your own exercise that isn't listed! This app has honestly motivated me to make a multi day workout routine just because it is so easy to use and create on the app! I can't wait to start using the app for the routine I made. Thank you !!.Version: 2.50

Incredible but need to be able to save info when upstanding phonesLove everything about the app other than its inability to save data from previous devices. Having to copy all my customised workouts from my last iPhone to my new one is a process I’d love to avoid. Only thing stopping it from being a 5 star app.Version: 4.700

Amazing App one frustrationI was hesitant to pay for an app like this because there are so many out there. I did the free trial and then signed up because it was more user friendly and convenient than others I have tried. I really have enjoyed the app over the last eight weeks. I’ve seen a lot of gains and I love having a personal trainer on my wrist and in my pocket, I’d give this five stars, if it weren’t for the app crashing every time I miss an update. If the developers would provide an update notification on the app and on the Apple Watch, that would help significantly. Because there’s no notifications of an update, I find out because the app on the watch will crash mid workout and I lose all of my data for that workout, as well as the time in the gym. If I keep it up-to-date, the app works amazing, and I’m excited to keep exploring Workout. I love the milestones. But I’ve met all of them now. Let’s get some more milestones on the app those are fun to reach..Version: 6.3020

Best Workout App!!Amazing app! Latest updates are great.Version: 6.3040

Great allHad this app for about 3 months now and really enjoying it. Purchased the premium and totally worth it if you plan to go to the gym steady. It would be a great option to be able to change the colours/theme on your Apple Watch and phone..Version: 6.0200

Helpful, but doesn’t have everythingThis app is pretty helpful in the gym. Would love to see some options to add basic stretching routines into the workouts you can create and/or the possibility of being able to insert your own actions which you cannot find on the app. Like maybe a ‘create your own’ option to add into the workout would be really helpful since the app cannot possibly have all the options the gym provides, although it is incredibly useful in keeping track of reps/sets.Version: 3.010

Amazing appThis app is the only good app that you don’t have to pay for it’s has how long you want to exercise. And reminds you to exercise it has all the work outs on the app so your never not knowing what to do next. All round very good app and should definitely download and try it.Version: 4.281

Looks amazingGreat app so far have developed a plan to follow without having to start a membership. It also has activities for every muscle group with explanations on how to do it and what it targets with videos. Depending how my 10 week plan goes I may buy a yearly subscription. Definitely recommend..Version: 5.060

One of the best out thereExcellent workout app - especially since the latest update. Losing all my saved workouts in that update was not fun - but appreciate they were backed up My only complaint is the exercise list is a bit limited, would love to see a custom option for exercises not listed..Version: 5.100

MrExcellent app.. Kudos the developer:).Version: 2.30

Fast process.Yeah this app works and I’ve seen more progress in a month than I have in the three years I’ve gone to the gym. I’m pretty stupid when it comes to fitness stuff, I have no idea what most machines do and I usually just did cardio and made my body even more exhausted and often felt worse. This app taught me to train EVERYTHING to really see progress and it also taught me the importance of consistency. Having a routine helps and every exercise, I feel like I’m making more and more progress. I’m about 6-7 weeks in and I’ve seen so much progress, I take weekly photos and it’s working!! I’m so happy. I’ve still got a long ways to go, but I feel so much more confident and happy with how I look. I was always so negative about my appearance and felt so hopeless, but this app has seriously changed my life and how I view health. THANK YOU to the creators of this app!.Version: 6.0300

RonnyBI like how it gets your details so it can do the correct workouts for you, changing exercises if needed but working the same muscle comes in handy at the gym if equipment is being used or you are a bit overweight and it’s saying pull ups but you are not ready for that. It also automatically change’s your workout after a certain time period. I have tried a few apps best one I have found..Version: 5.4010

Professional app! Great options!Professional app! Great options!.Version: 5.6110

Consistency is key, the must have gym app! This app has really helped me structure my gym routine and keep me focussed. I like entering the gym and knowing exactly what I’m going to do, the weight I need to lift and how long it’s going to take. The routine is tailored to my goals and keeps me motivated throughout. There is a free 7 day trial and the annual fee makes it a very viable cost to keep me on track with getting into shape..Version: 6.0200

Awesome appVery easy to use!.Version: 2.50

Needs to show Muscle Groups on exercisesOverall a good app and intuitive. As the app has been aimed at people that need to be taught what each of the exercises are, surely the app should show the muscle group on every exercise added to a program (not just on the initial selection). Without it, it is difficult to see exactly what muscle group one is targeting when building a programme. Also needs some proper analysis of data to highlight progress.. possibly in the form of graphs etc..Version: 2.50

CustomizationsGood day team, I know the hard work that you putting in this Amazing App and I really appreciate that efforts from you. But , I would love to share with you some great idea about adding a full customization to be able to add some exercises or modifiy them or even remove them from the workout plan or program. This idea will make us mush happier and give us the opportunity to take the full benefits of this app. Please note, this update will help us pick the exercises that we have available at personal home gym or small gym. Thank you!.Version: 5.7100

Best workout appI’ve been reluctant to purchase exercise apps as they have never really delivered the outcome. However this app is amazing, it’s like having a PT with you at all times, and the ease of logging your reps and weights is so handy, as I would often forget on my last PR. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their exercise and health lifestyle..Version: 5.7200

Good but would like some added featuresI was previously using an online coach to program my workouts, macros and have weekly check ins. I absolutely loved the service but it does get pricey so I was happy to find this app. It programs my workouts based on my goals and gives you the option to swap exercises for something comparable when needed. The one main thing I really would really love to see is the option to edit past workout history. Midway through a set, I realized I entered the wrong weight. Minor issue but I would really like my history to be accurate. In addition, I would like to be able to edit the time stamp. I started a workout out around 11:00PM and finished after midnight. So instead of the workout counting for Thursday, it shows as Friday. Once again, minor, but would make my history accurate..Version: 5.6100

I love this appI have tried many different apps, for workout routines. This app is by far the best so far. I like the fact, there are exercise already created on hand for all kind's of workouts. Most of all I like the fact you can build your own workouts. The interface is second to none. I look forward to the future updates as this app develop's..Version: 2.50

Best gym app I've foundThe free version is great, being able to create you own workouts. But the pro subscription is quite expensive. I would pay for the pro upgrade with a once off payment. I don't want the ongoing training support that it offers, just accessibility to the premade workouts! Please consider revising your in app purchase strategy. Regardless of this, I still rate it 5 stars because it does a fantastic job with a user friendly interface..Version: 2.50

This is so cool.I think this app is amazing. It’s awesome how you are in a way held to a standard and how it gives you the rest times and alerts when the next set is time to execute. I also like the fact that there are many different workout plans that you can not only choose from but also customize if you have or home gym and have limited equipment or go to a fully stocked gym. I also find it nice that you can alternate exercises and it’s cool that in a way this app tracks your progress. The only thing so far that I would ask for you to change is the amount of workout sessions that you can have when you create a workout. I mean, at the current setting the maximum is 7. Problem is, is made a workout where i split half of my work out in the morning and the rest later on so with a 5 day workout I would need to be able to create “10” instead of the current maximum which is 7. Unless otherwise there is a way to start a workout, exit the workout and resize the workout later on that day which I don’t believe you can do. If I am correct as soon as you exit it the app thinks you are “done” with the workout. I still give it 5 stars though..Version: 5.4310

Best Workout App!So I’ve had this app for almost a year now and let me say that this is one of the few reviews I do for an app because it’s actually that good. I needed an app that can provide a workout plan and be able to track my weights and reps for each machine and exercise. Before this app, I had tried a couple but didn’t meet the expectations that I was having. I came across this app when I was looking for a new and gave it a try. I used up the free trial and let me say that I loved it! I purchased the lifetime plan and it has been very well worth it! Love the different workout plans and exercises that it has and the ability to add your own if you want to. Definitely have seen results and has helped me push my personal records as well as stay consistent. 10/10 would recommend!.Version: 5.4400

Great, could be amazingThis is a great app. I love the plans so far and it’s kept me motivated. Love seeing the progress in terms of what has been lifted. I feel like this is well worth the money and I love it. It could be even better though. I came from GymStreak where the exercises could be swapped out for a huge range of alternatives that targeted the same muscle groups. I don’t actually want that much choice, but in some cases it feels like there could / should be more. As someone with a back injury too, I often want to be able to avoid certain types of axial load and use machines etc instead. But as said, many times the app won’t allow you to select a machine version even though it’s in the database. Another niggle is that the suggestions of incremental weight are sometimes impossible with the equipment. A feature that could be cool is to see some sort of benchmark for the exercises too based on your physical profile. It’s great to see your progression vs where you started but it’s nice to have a target sometimes. This stuff can be found online but why not have the ultimate gym app ever?! This might just be me but I also find it confusing that it doesn’t state whether single exercises are supposed to be reps per side or total reps /2. I’ve been assuming per side..Version: 5.5000

Very Good App, Just Missing a Few ThingsI've used several workout planner apps, and this one stands out as a favorite, earning a solid 4/5 stars. The UI is visually appealing, creating a seamless experience. The workout information screen, complete with video instructions and muscle focus details, is a standout feature. However, a plate calculator for easier weight selection would be a valuable addition. On the downside, the app falls short in exercise variety, particularly in dumbbell workouts. While the option to add custom exercises exists, it can be inconvenient during a workout. Additionally, the app resets weight progress with each new training program, impacting the sense of progress. A more diverse array of achievements would enhance the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, it remains a great app with impressive features and a user-friendly interface, though some key features found in competitors are notably absent..Version: 6.5010

Great app but more features needed (Please add dedicated Shoulders workout)Paid for the full version. It's a good app but it's still missing a lot for the price you pay. They don't have a dedicated shoulders workout but have every other dedicated muscle workout. They also need to have more days within the options. For example, the Athlete body workout is stated as 4 days but you just do two workouts twice. For the price of the subscription they should offer a lot more variation especially in the workout section which is the reason you pay....Version: 2.50

Best exercise appThis has videos and gif instructions.Version: 3.520

They thought of everything. This app not really boy sets your program based on your individual needs but it also gives you access to everything you need at your fingertips. I read negative reviews on this app when purchasing and I can tell you they are wrong. This is the best app on the market for the serious trainer. 10 outa 10!!!.Version: 5.6010

Unreal!I have been in to weight training for about a year and a half/two years and have neverrr been as consistent and confident until using the workouts on this app! I don’t have the subscription and can still customise my own workouts, type in my sets/weight/rep range to keep track for the following week. On top of providing workouts and allowing you to choose which muscle in the body you want to work on, they provide videos to help with form which is amazing. I’ve never had a PT but I feel like this app is just as good!.Version: 5.6100

Only missing one thing…I love this application. It’s a wonderful, consistent library of exercises. The UI is attractive, without being cluttered and easy to use. The comparative stats going into the tracking journals and the suggestion for PO is really intuitive. The only thing that would put this app off the charts is having it report the exercises and movements to my Apple Watch. Currently, I’m using two apps just to report the exercises. I’d switch over completely, but the other app doesn’t bring the library or the suggestions for increasing weight for progressive overload. I’ve paid for both applications, because I know that interfacing with another device is difficult and costs a ton of time/money to invest in coding and research. That all said, I do very much enjoy the application. Thank you for all the updates and improvements!!.Version: 5.6110

Great App to TrackI really enjoy this application. It helps me track my workouts. Therefore, I stay consistent and I am able to see strength growth. However, I do wish there was a feature in which I could change workouts or exercises in the section that creates a workout plan for you. There technically is an option to do this, but most of the time the options to switch out a certain exercise or movement is limited. For example, on my workout plan, it has me doing pull ups, however, I would like to change that movement to a lat pull down on a machine instead. I am unable to do this and I can only select variations of the movement. That said, I think overall this app is great, and I would recommend it to somebody that is seeking growth in their strength and commitment to working out..Version: 5.6010

Wow!!I feel like my muscles have been improved in so many ways! I started just doing some simple workouts but now I do full on cardio and workouts, I can really feel the difference! It did hurt when I started off, but now if you train your muscle then you can’t even feel a thing until about 40 sit ups. Now I have no need to go the gym every morning, I just pull out my phone and start off right there(of course, If you are In need of machinery, do go down to the gym but otherwise I just do it in a room or on the landing)! This app has really helped me get in good shape, and I definitely recommend it anyone. I really like Workout, keep up with the good work - thanks for helping me stay in such good shape!.Version: 3.012

Love this appBrilliant app. I don’t normally stick to apps for a long time but this app is so good that I have used it for a whole year now. It works very well with the Apple Watch and records all your health statistics while you train. Just something to note , if you use the app on the phone it won’t sync with Apple health only if you use the Apple Watch will it sync . Very good training buddy for me ..Version: 6.4010

Great App. Needs Macro Info.I have been using this app for 8 weeks and have been weight training for 18 years. This app has some great workouts and helps you track your progress, also makes me do exercises I don’t normally do which kills the monotony and keeps it fresh. It would be great if you could implement some information on Macros, even if basic. An idea of macros for bulking, maintenance and shredding to go with the workouts would be amazing..Version: 6.2610

The app is greatThe app is great, would be even better if in any kind of workouts, more specific superset workouts we would be able to log not only in chronological order, in case some equipment is being used we could choose another and then go back.Version: 5.200

Very usefulThis app works well. I’m relatively fit and know how to use equipment but not how to properly structure workouts so that’s why I’ve downloaded it. I also like that it has a set timer which keeps you on track. The only feedback would be the library lacks some machines that are in custom boutique gyms (lying leg press for example or kick back machine). The other feedback is more options needed when customising a templated workout. I’d like to reorganise, add or remove cardio if needed. So if you don’t want to deadlifts for example a Machine alternative isn’t available only other barbell activities..Version: 5.5020

Amazing UI and great programsI have been using this app for 2 weeks and I love it. I love how adaptation the app is, easy to navigate, provides feedback and asks questions on rep ability. It’s great that you can customise the program and creates a progress graph on your gains..Version: 6.0300

Great appBest app hands down 🙌🏼.Version: 5.7100

I really like this app I just started using it. It seems better than most. What a great job I’d like to partner, and be able to share it with others and earn a free membership.Version: 6.4010

Very good but has a lot of minor flawsIve tried for years to go to the gym and it’s always been frustrating trying to figure what workout I’m supposed to be doing. I’ve felt kind of silly every time. I had almost given up. I committed to using this app and it ABSOLUTELY works. I walk into the gym confident that I know what I need to do that day because of this app. I’ve noticed changes in my body I haven’t had in literally more than a decade. I love Apple Watch support my only complaints are: It can be difficult to enter the weight on the watch. The box is small and hard to get to the weight you want it too - I’ve gotten better at it but it’s frustrating and could see it being very difficult for some people that might not have quite as much finger dexterity. Sometimes at the gym the equipment you need to use is being occupied. There isn’t a way to skip to one of your other exercises while you wait. There is no way to see what the next exercises I have upcoming (yes I want to see the full list, not just the next immediate one) unless you exit the app on your phone and the relaunch it to see that days plan..Version: 5.6100

Excellent app for getting back to the gymI love this app as it really removes the fiction of going back to the gym. I always know I can walk in and not have to think about it, the app will give me a list of exercises and will keep pushing you by slowly increasing the weight. The only thing I’m looking for at the moment would be some data exporting function to have it track workout time and estimated calories burnt to send out to either Apple health, Strava or MyFitnessPal, just to make it easier to share and track with others (e.g. my office is starting a fitness program soon and having to manually import running data is a bit annoying). But highly recommend it otherwise!!.Version: 5.7200

Apple watch app bugTraining Videos won’t load on Apple Watch anymore or it’s very finicky, it used to work flawlessly before, but not in the new Apple Watch OS. Please fix it as it used to be very useful if you don’t want to take your phone with. Otherwise it’s one of the best workout apps out there..Version: 6.5010

OrganizedI’m terrible with making a routine for the gym this app helps keep me on track with notifications and it’s very easy to use. Keeps me consistent in the gym..Version: 6.3000

Great Exercise App!This app has really help me fight my procrastination when it comes to getting back in shape. I wanted to remain old school by creating my own workouts and writing everything down in a journal. Now that I’m older, I don’t really have the will power to be consistent like my younger self. Workout has helped achieve everything I want to accomplish in simple but effective way. I enjoy the custom workouts and the ability to chose an alternate exercise if a machine is not available. The automated journal is awesome. It gives weight suggestions to help improve your strength through your customized workout plan. There many workout plans to choose from. They vary from full body or you can focus on a certain area; legs, abs, etc. I recommend this workout app to anyone that needs a “trainer” for motivation..Version: 5.4400

Really good value. There’s a lot to like about this app. Personalised to your goals and experience, and relatively customisable depending on your preferences and equipment. The videos of each movement are well constructed and make following your own workout plan very safe and easy. There’s a few small things that I’d like to see changed though: 1) it would be great to have the option to deviate from your main plan to something very simple/with minimal equipment. This would be a great help for those who travel a lot and have to make use of basic hotel/resort gyms, or even their own hotel room when you’re away from your usual gym. 2) the supersets are great, but the combinations can be a bit odd (ie sitting then standing fly’s exercising the exact same muscles). I also find them annoying when the second exercise uses a completely different set of equipment which might be miles away in your own gym making it totally impractical. Other than these tiny gripes I’ve really loved the app which is about 75% of a PT in your pocket!.Version: 5.4400

Good but needs further developmentThe app is good but could be excellent with a few additional features especially having paid for it and some free apps competing well for this space. 1. Key one is a reference to history of weight increases as one progresses on whatever programme you have set. Also a dashboard of max weight lifted 2. A calendar view for easy visual of completed days worked out (or days missed to make you feel guilty!) 3. Need to be able to pause the plank before it starts following previous exercise, currently goes straight into it and starts counting down. Also to add actual plank time if you do longer, so being able to add actual time would be a nice addition. 4. Would be handy while in workout to show alternative exercise option for the muscle group if equipment not available Hopefully this feedback which has already been provided to the developer will see some or all of these changes being adopted. At this point I will change my rating to a 5 star..Version: 4.281

Just what I needed!!At first I was sceptical as most workout apps are pretty basic. As for this app, it asks you what you want to do and gives you heaps of variety! Detailed instructions and also a video clip of the workout! Just the push I needed while training solo!.Version: 5.050

Best workout appThis app has made it possible to build my own workouts easily, and is easy to have open at the gym to keep on track.Version: 6.3000

Great workouts so farI am on day 3 of my strength training workout. I am not a beginner, but I am restarting after an injury and surgery. So far, I really like the workouts. I have a couple of suggestions though. I would like the ability to manually increase the rest timer between sets. Maybe this happens automatically as weight progression happens, but I like to rest 2-3 minutes between working sets on my compound lifts instead of 1 1/2 min. It would be nice to be able to adjust that in the app without having to go to a different app for the timer. I would also like the ability to add weight or at least add a note to the exercises. I was doing neutral grip pullups the other day, and the exercise in the app only gave an option to enter the number of reps. Since I’m recovering from a hand injury, I was on the assisted pullup machine and didn’t have the ability to enter weight or add a note to specify what weight I started at. Those two features would be helpful moving forward..Version: 5.3030

I love the app just a few recommendationsI love how easy it is to use and the ability to customize the workout. The customization feature makes it easy to change up my workout in a crowded gym. For reference I was a personal trainer for several years and I use this app because it simplifies everything for me. I don’t have to think about it, just go to the gym and follow the app. Saves me hours of thinking/planning my workouts through. Just a few things I’d like to see: first, my gym doesn’t carry 2.5 lb weights so I cannot increase my exercise (squat, bench, etc) by exactly 5 lbs after each weak. Please change the formula to recommend realistic weight increases. Second, I’d like a way to mark when I worked out but didn’t follow my plan. Sometimes I just do cardio and I’d like to reflect that in my workout app. Third, I would like some sort of function to indicate that I did not complete a workout. If I do 70% of the workout then I have to either input fake numbers or don’t mark the workout as complete in the app. The fake numbers don’t help the formula and saying I didn’t do anything at all is not helpful either. I’d like to just say that I didn’t finish the rest, and let the formula adjust my weight down for the following week. Overall I love the app!.Version: 5.4500

Almost perfect…some improvements neededDownloaded several workout apps and eventually stuck with this one. The best feature is the interface design and “My Trainer” syncing up with my Apple Watch pretty easily. A lot of other apps interface isn’t as easy to use to doesn’t work as well on Apple Watch. The main improvements needed: custom workouts you build cannot be used in My Trainer and will not sync with your Apple Watch, so your stuck with using My Trainer to sync with Apple Watch (can’t build from scratch). When you want to custom your My Trainer workouts, you cannot change a muscle workout to another muscle group (I.e your 2nd workout is shoulders…you can only custom that to another shoulder workout), and if you custom My trainer and add other workouts , you cannot change the sequence (I.e let’s say i want to change the 2nd workout to another muscle group like the example above…you’ll have to delete it, delete all the workouts below it in sequence, and start all over). Overall, pretty good app but customization is difficult..Version: 6.0200

Great app!I love using this app at the gym. It helps me plan my workouts before I go to the gym and keeps me on track whilst in the gym. I would highly recommend. It’s so easy to use and I love the exercise videos and being able to see what exercises I can do to train certain muscles. And exercises I can swap to if the gym is busy and I need to mix it up. It would be good if you could improve the charts that track the weight lifted per exercise. The charts only show the last few weeks of data and if you have a long break it makes it means you can’t see the weight increasing it’s like starting from scratch. I’d also like to see more charts as you can only select a handful to show. Could you have a toggle button between lower and upper body charts? It would also be cool if you could edit your workout after saving and completing it. Because sometimes I forget to end the workout and it says I’ve been in the gym for over 2 hours. And then if I missed logging some exercises it would be good to go back and edit and correct them..Version: 5.4600

Almost PerfectI use this app for weekly workouts. I love it very much. If the workouts included body weight fitness workouts ( Calisthenics) without any dumbbells or free weights, this app would be the go to app for all types of workouts..Version: 6.2000

Great interface for workouts - Possible improvementsBeen using this app for the last 3 weeks. I really like the layout. Some improvements could be added. I would like to see a exercise counter for what exercise your on, 1 of 8, 2 of 8, 3 of 8 etc… When entering in you weight or reps, you have to hit a super small “done” button. It would be great to see that as big as the “Did it” button. I wear glasses and usually take them off during my workout, it’s very hard to see, even on my iPad mini. On choices of exercises, you can choose other ones, but I have limited equipment and sometimes you have no choices (pull up bar) for example. It would be great if you could pre-select your next workout day exercises before that day and not at the moment you’re working out. Not sure if you can do this, I haven’t found a way yet. I’m sure I could nit pick, but really over all, I’m very happy with it and my results..Version: 5.3100

Best app all timeI have tried almost every app this is best and easy to use. I would to see my own crated workout program on Apple Watch next update then apple watch watch app be so usefully . At the moment i cant access my program in apple watch..Version: 5.5010

Good app for exerciseThank you it helps a lot to me.Version: 6.2000

Love this appThis workout app is awesome keeps track of everything and helps with the exercises. Highly recommend.Version: 6.2650

Great App very slickUI is easy to navigate. Good demos. Great investment for gym noobs w/ moobs.Version: 2.50

Best workout app! This app has stop working since last update!!! Please fix. It’s working again! Updated to original rating: best workout app out there!!!!.Version: 6.0200

Awesome AppGot this app years ago, and it’s just continued to get better and better with updates. Simple to use during a workout, easy to adjust and check weights, and love the new data analysis section. One of my favourite apps!.Version: 5.3030

Fantastic app for mostGeneralization: I think this is a fantastic app for most people. If you are new or looking to get back into strength training the app has premade workouts. This app made a tremendous difference in my overall health by enabling me to have a workout plan that worked with my schedule and equipment. As I progressed I added more equipment and was able to customize my workouts. I also had a very serious injury and needed to build 100% custom workouts and it enabled me to do so. For those more experienced you could easily build out your current workouts and use this solely as a tracking app. My complaints are really in two areas: No integration with apple health. I always end up running this app on my phone and simultaneously running the strength training activity on my native Apple workout app. This really needs timo register in Health/activity on the Apple Watch like Peloton/Nike/Runkeeper and many more. The Apple Watch version is nice and I’m sure some people use it. I’d prefer the ability to start a workout on my phone or watch and seamlessly enter the reps/weight from either throughout the workout. I don’t care for the it’s entirely on your watch or your phone. Overall it’s get the job done, but I can’t really use the Apple Watch feature and since I run, use Peloton and other items I wish it integrated with Apple Health and Fitness so there is a unified place for me to track my calories and other activities..Version: 6.2000

Best of the bestI prefer to never rate apps. I'm lazy😂 But I can't help but appreciate this app. It seems to me that maybe newbies still need to work with coaches first. This application is in my opinion for people who have experience in the gym. And an understanding of the technique of exercises (yes, there are exercises on the video and there is a description), but in any case, the base should be. the application is very cool motivates me to go to the gym 6 days a week (I started with 4 times a week). Thank you guys your are best!.Version: 6.2610

Just what I have been looking forI really spent a while looking at what was out there. I wanted to have an app to take away the guesswork from training and keep tabs of what I was lifting. I’ve just completed the first 18 week programme and used the app for over 100 workouts. I have never been as focussed on the gym. Thanks for this app, I really appreciate it and I think it’s well worth the money..Version: 6.5000

Exactly what I was looking forHaven't paid for the subscription as I do have a PT but... I may look into it down the track as I really like the app. For now I'm just putting in my own workouts to record weight and reps and create new workouts. For this its excellent. Great app, easy user interface. Love it..Version: 2.50

Could easily be the best workout app on the marketThis app is one of the easiest and cleanest apps I have used. The work out programs are superb. There easy to follow and understand. All workouts have clear video on how to perform them properly and detailed pictures of what muscles it works. Staying motivated is extremely easy the app tracks everything and automatic increases everything overtime when it knows your ready to move up what is brilliant. If you’re thinking about using an app like this. There is no better choice! It is brilliant for beginners or experienced people.Version: 5.4210

Great app, but missing some exercises.I’ve been downloading tons of fitness apps to build and track my own routines, and so far I’ve that either you pay to track your work out or you don’t get enough exercises even basic ones. This app falls in the later category, missing some key basic exercises. The app is great in other ways, you can creat and track your own workout. You can start the workout and it will time and notify you when your rest period is up, even on your Apple Watch! At the end of your workout it gives you a summary report of the time you spent and how much weight you moved overall. My only compliant so far is in the lack of basic exercises, I don’t see any Smith machines exercises for people who go to gyms that don’t support barbell free weight, nor did I see any barbell back exercises. Shame, would have given five stars if they had more exercises to more accurately capture your workout..Version: 3.600

Great App with fair bit of adjustability.Missing an Apple Watch connectivity. Would be great to press “did it” on the watch and see the timer goes without using the phone. Missing the option of ‘customising’ a workout by turning it into a superset..Version: 5.4310

Great so farI have been looking for more structure when it comes to training rather than turning up at the gym and just doing whatever comes to mind. This app allows me to track and record my workouts, as well as giving me feedback on insights on weight and reps. I also enjoy the demonstration videos showing you how to complete the rep movement correctly. It is early days of me using this app, but so far it is working for me..Version: 5.4400

More exercisesProbably just needs more exercises, planche; front lever, back lever, flags I guess.Version: 4.200

Ashish patelSo clear cut explanation on how to do it with video and picture makes it super easy for anyone to start for body transformation.Version: 4.211

The bestHas big list of exercises and the free version has plenty to offer.Version: 3.012

Great for beginners and to higher levels.I have been using this app for about 6 months. 3-4 days of week. What I love: - I like their training programs. I wanted to have long term programs over one-off exercises. Lot of good options to choose from. Started with 3 day — went on to 4. I cross train other days mostly running or Apple fitness+ things. - love the descriptions and videos. They have helped me get good form. I have not been ever had trainers. - Love the Apple Watch integration so i don’t need to open the app What i wish were better (but not deal breakers) - Better handoff between Watch and phone. Need to open the app on phone to sync the workout to Apple fitness. - single hand exercises don’t talk about training both sides. I have usually just changed the reps on them. - some really ad-hoc weight increments which often my gym does not have. - from an exercise jumping into the history of it. You can only see what you lifted most last time you did it (not what reps and sets were there). - Suggestions for post workout stretches - History of programs completed. - exporting details of workout/programs to friends for advice or improvement - recently started logging my body measurements. Seems ok. Things which some competition has but i don’t really care about - heart rate integration - live coach over text or video Things which they have but i don’t care about: - sharing workouts on social media. - transformation pictures.Version: 6.3010

HmmmmFantastic app but it’s been completely broken for almost a week now. Please fix it soon because I’m wasting money..Version: 5.7000

Great app & supportThe app is great and the support is even better. When I wasn’t able to use the app for an extended period due to injury, even though the App Store doesn’t allow pausing your subscription, the support team came up with a plan to issue me a coupon for the time I can’t use it. Highly recommended..Version: 5.4300

AppGreat app and workout tips.Version: 2.50

This app is a MUST HAVE.Fantastic app, for all areas of fitness. Really quiet easy to navigate for all those people who aren’t tech gurus!! The last thing we want is to be hanging off our phone screens during a work out. I don’t think there’s a fault I can find within the app yet! It’s a must have... Great work guys....Version: 4.160

Needs some workGreat app, really helpful, but needs a few tweaks, the progress section just records previous workouts rather than actually showing your progress in some form of chart or figures. There is nowhere to leave notes next to an exercise for reference the next time you come to it. I.e, lift heavier, work on form etc. Otherwise a brilliant app that clearly and concisely shows you how to do each exercise..Version: 2.50

Awesome App.I really love this app. It’s very easy to use and very smart at progressively overloading the weight used. Only thing I would add is an option to specify weight increments. When increasing the weight I need to use on dumbbells it often gives me a weight that doesn’t match what I have at the gym. This would make the step up in weight better. At the moment if I’m curling a 14kg dumbbell it’s telling me to increase to a 14.5 but in my gym the next weight up is 16 so I have to stick at 14 or go to 16 which is to heavy..Version: 5.6010

Impressive but disappointedThis app is absolutely fantastic in its creation but the reason why I’m giving it a 4 out 5 stars. It’s because originally they had a question system that asked about your experience and then it would build you a work out around your answers. Don’t get me wrong it does just that at the beginning when you first open the app after downloading it. Before even after doing that the first time, you were able to go back to the work out and rest it and redo the questions and have it recustomize a workout for you when ever you wanted. Now just to do that, you have to delete the app and redownload it just so you can do the customization again. Not like how they had it before were you could just reset it and answer the question to have your custom built workout schedule. So that y I gave it a 4 out of 5, I would give it a 5 if they added it back to have a customization for you just by answering the questions whenever you want. Instead of deleting and downloading it again just to do that..Version: 6.2400

Results after 1st week!I’m 40 years old and weighing in at about 250 pounds. I’ve never done any weight training in the past. The only thing I do is walk. I’ve been experiencing some pain in my forearm which I attribute to old age and weak muscles. I figure getting cut is now or never. The clock is ticking and I believe it’s time to give my wife a true man’s body lol. I’m a manly guy (car mechanic), but my body flab says otherwise. Within the first week, I could visibly tell that my body is changing. My chest area already has less moob and my arms are starting to show some definition. Flash forward to week 3 and my chest is larger, my arms are larger, and my waste line is shrinking. I’m able to lift more weight than when I started, do more push-up’s , and almost able to do a pull-up! This app works! Give it a week and see if you don’t notice a difference. Btw I just have a bench, pull-up bar, a couple dumbbell's, and a yoga mat. You can do this too! With the app I’m all in at about $250..Version: 5.4310

Great appThis is a great app that is easy to use and explains the excise routine in detail and enables you to track your progress..Version: 2.50

So far, so good!Only in my first week of using this app, but so far I’m impressed. I’ve been able to customise my own workout using the wide selection of exercises which is great. I also like the countdown timer and clicking to love onto the next exercise. Could do with putting some more kettlebell exercises in though and some other more unusual ones like Russian twists etc. Overall, a great little app!.Version: 2.766

What a GREAT workout app!!!I love this app ! Its definitely become my most loved fitness app. I use it when Im at the gym and also at home when I can’t go to the gym. For the gym I use their pre-planned workouts and for home I built my own using their exercises. I like the way the workouts flow and guide my through my exercises. I don’t have to keep track of time because it does it for me, and I don’t have to remember the exercises because the phone is with me and I can see what is the next thing I need to do. If you want to build your own workout you can just create different workouts from scratch, or what I like better you can take one of their existing workouts and just modify it and that way its really easy and a lot less work. I sometimes use the star on each exercise to buildd workouts on the fly really quickly. its nice, and simple, and quick, and it does everything I need and even more. love it..Version: 2.764

Amazing app…just needs 1 problem fixedGreat app all round and worth the money, I love the feature that lets you swap exercises out with alternatives, and that it creates a plan for you. However, something I found really annoying is that closing the app mid-workout removes all of your progress, which was really frustrating when this happened the other day. Alternatively, a feature that lets you edit the actual length of the workout for when this happens would be awesome and earn 5 stars!.Version: 5.4400

A Great AppFor those looking for an app to carry their train in the pocket, this app fits perfectly..Version: 2.50

It’s perfectIt’s only been a couple of months since I started, clearly it’ll take time, but in terms of improvement, I definitely improved my fitness, lost about 5 kilograms, and it’s good value if you think of it as an investment in yourself. It’s also important to stick with it, otherwise you’ll be disappointed. I will strongly recommend to everyone. Cheers.Version: 6.0000

At first skeptical because of it being an advertisement but. This has honestly been a game changer for me, so much that it made me make my brother get it always been stuck at the gym always overthinking what to do vs just doing it this app allows for so much customization that u just walk in and do it. And the fact that u can add a focus group, for people who are at that intermediate level but ready to step up and even high level performances can use it to spice up there work routines and get other new ideas as to what to go to next week, also the way it tracks your progress but keeps u at pace with rest break timers that u don’t even have to look at because it just beeps as well in the background of your music. You can turn it off but I really like it keeps you focused..Version: 5.060

Click the star again to take it off the workout plan..Version: 2.764

Best application for the beginnersI really do love this app as I can learn the best technique for doing upper and lower body exercises. Must recommend app 👍👍.Version: 5.050

Smart way to trainAwesome app, super easy to use n and lots of guidance, simply love it! Thx team :-).Version: 5.4500

Good app but missing a few things.I like the workout recommendations and push for progressive overload. All the app is missing a few important features: - Workout tracked doesn’t log a workout to Apple health. - Progress chart in each exercise only takes into account max weight and not reps. When you are doing lower weight, higher reps your progress actually goes down. Would be much more helpful to see progress charted as volume (weight x reps) - Would like a way to access the weight and rep history for each exercise. You currently only see the suggested and max weight..Version: 5.5020

They are listening (read this review)Bumped my review up from 4 to 5 stars. After complaining in my previous review (below) about no updates and no Apple Watch functionality they came out with both today. Thank you for listening to your customers. Previous review --> I haven’t seen any updates in almost a year; despite this I've purchased a lifetime licence after critically reviewing this app alongside its competitors. This app has everything I need apart from Apple watch and Apple cloud integration. It would also be nice to have weights progression on custom-built workouts and also based upon 1RM instead of maximum weight lifted..Version: 5.5000

Actual user with realistic resultsI’ve been working out consistently for since around 2017. Of course I’ve been through the billion workout apps, diets, supplements, etc. About 2 months ago I found this app and I though “why not”. I had hit a plateau and stopped seeing any results. I did the week long trial and was amazed at just what one week was able to do. The app is amazingly user friendly wether you are a beginner or an advanced gym goer. There is something for everyone and their personal goals. The ability to change my workouts is my favorite part because I go to multiply gyms and none are the same so one my have the machine I used one day but when I go to another gym they don’t have that. So being able to change the equipment was an amazing feature. It has many other features to use but if you were considering giving it a try, do the week trial and I can almost guarantee you will be very pleased with it. Only thing I’d like to see them add is an option to plug in your information to determine how many calories/protein you should eat based on what look you’re trying to achieve. I’m very happy with the purchase and to add one more thing, it also helps with discipline in the gym. Keeping you on track and focused👍🏽👍🏽.Version: 6.3050

Really goodI've always paid for months of gym membership without going, then quitting (rinse and repeat). Found this app, put 100% of my faith that this would get me going, paid for all of the workouts outright and BAM! I'm now a gym rat, it's easy to get into a routine, and after the first week of begginership you start to feel like you actually know what you're doing at the gym. Saying this though.. the app could be better. It lacks some things, I can't quite put my finger on it but with a few updates here and there and maybe some additions, this could be a really really powerful tool..Version: 2.50

🔥🔥🔥🔥Honestly, first time working out in a while and I don’t feel stressed about figuring out a workout. I’m still a noob, but this app is fire.Version: 6.3020
