A proud subscriberLove you always!🥰.Version: 6.44.1

Been using for a year nowI started off following BBG and now I’ve been doing PWR 1 and PWR 2 and this app is perfect for me. I don’t follow the meal plans because there were way too many ingredients required and I do the 5:2 diet and eat clean anyway so not too worried about what I’m eating so this is really just an exercise app for me. As someone that’s always wanted to use the weights section of the gym but didn’t really know what I was doing, this app provides the ultimate guide and the best thing is that every week you do something a bit different and more challenging so it’s like having a personal trainer for a fraction of the price. It’s easy to follow and the video demonstrations are really helpful. Yes it’s a bit annoying pressing next but it’s really not the end of the world!! Have been using non stop for a year and the progress has been amazing... can’t wait to use for another year!!.Version: 4.0.2

Love This AppI love this app because like allot of people, I’m really bad motivating myself while I’m in the gym. Two factors; I like my own specific Dj sets to listen to which I’m so glad I can still listen while using the app, but I also prefer someone telling me what to do and timing me or giving me rep count so I don’t have to look at a freaking notebook or scroll through my phone to find some article with a workout plan thus just wasting time and spending even more time in the gym. This app just makes the process easy to understand and keep motivation through out as it literally walks you through step by step. So if you’re worried about your phone being on the entire time then just keep in mind you might need this app for the motivation, time management, and seeing the movement itself for proper form (as not everyone knows what every exercise looks like. For example did you know a proper squat needs you to focus on pushing your knees out? I see so many people letting their knees buckle in and then wonder why their back and rest of the body hurts from misalignment.) So just shut your phone off if you’re doing cardio, you can always go back and mark it as complete. The food options are amazing and so easy to make, no excuses on “I don’t have time” ! I’m just overall really impressed with this app, thank you so much !.Version: 5.6.3

Helping me get fit for my wedding dress!I love love love this app! I have been using this since the fall to get in shape for my wedding and I can’t wait to show off the results in my low back dress! I actually look forward to going to the gym and enjoy every part of my workout (even when it is tough!) Kelsey’s program is awesome because it changes every week so you never get bored. The gym equipment portions are great and accessible for those who don’t feel as confident using them. The flexibility between programs is also perfect for me with a busy schedule. Sometimes if I can’t make it to the gym I will do a Kayla Itsines BBG workout at home, and be sore for about a week after!! I am also really excited that Kelsey has come out with a home workout program as well! The one thing I would change about the app is on Monday’s it automatically changes what week you are on and you have to manually go back and change it if you weren’t finished with that particular week. I like to finish all the workouts in each week before i move on, but most of the time I only can get to the gym three to four times a week so it is hard to complete all the workouts in that time. If the weeks didn’t automatically update, this app would be perfect!.Version: 4.0.9

Been using Kayla for years and decided to make the leap for the appI started using Kayla when she had just brought her bbg 1.0 book out. I’ve used it on and off. Since covid19 I’ve been working out 4-5 times a week and started off at beginner. I want to be able to do 15 push ups and after 4 weeks I’m up to 7 so far!! Kayla has always been my first choice for fitness but my motivation hasn’t been great and this app is really quite something with different types of programmes you can follow and switch between them as well! Highly recommend, although it’s quite expensive, for what you get with it (food plan, exercise workouts, extra, bbg community chat) really it’s just a small investment in making your life happier and healthier!!.Version: 5.7

Great AppLots of variety in workouts from beginner to more advanced. Can do them anywhere!.Version: 6.44.1

What more could you ask forI have been an avid user or kayla’s guides since 2014 and the development since then is phenomenal. You literally have everything you need in one app and as a busy, working mom this guide fits in perfectly. It has taught me so much about myself. How to commit myself. Patience. Healthy lifestyle. Balance. Learning to love my body after a baby. Using it before and after a baby, I can honestly say it has worked brilliantly well for the busy life I lead. The exercises are hard but wow do you work and feel good for it afterwards! You don’t need any equipment if you don’t want to buy any. I adapted pretty much every exercise to suit my needs after a csection and didn’t use any equipment at all for the first three months. The only thing I would say, I struggle to follow the food guide purely on the basis that there are quite a few ingredients on there that I cant easily access in the uk. Plus some of the recipes are time consuming or involves too many ingredients that will just sit in my cupboard after only one meal. If you’re still not sure, I would 100% suggest the trial. There is soooo many options to help you and the guide and layout could not be easier to follow..Version: 4.2.7

Great gym buddyI really like this program and the huge variety it offers, it’s come so far since the BBG PDF days! The meals suggestions are really useful as well, thank you for bringing such a well thought out fitness program to so many people who were lost at the gym before. Could I please suggest that you make a way to alternate an exercise while the workout is running? Sometimes the equipment I need is being used and it would be really convenient to quickly sub something else in without having to wait. Secondly, I have dodgy knee ligaments and some days lunges just do not agree with them, so I need to slow right down, which means I don’t get through the circuits as quickly as I could if I could just quickly change to alternative part-way through. Keep up the great work ladies! I’m looking forward to moving through all the programs..Version: 6.8

Loving it so far but some additional features would be great!I like the app. I’m currently on PWR. I enjoy the training sessions and the proposal itself. When using machines and weights, I would like to input the weight I am on so I can track it in more detail. Also I’m a full time worker, I go to the gym at very busy times of the day so sometimes it is complicated to follow up the pyramid training as stablished because most of the time the equipment is busy for several minutes for what it is really impossible to follow the rutine. I am now just loading the training and go one by one as I go and find free equipment. I believe it would be a good idea to be able to “check” exercises on the list as we go on. Probably not great for the training but it would help for busy times at the gym..Version: 4.0.4

Best app for at home and gymThis app is absolutely worth the money. Would pay more if they included more diet programmes like fat loss, muscle gain etc just a very simple food guide and not enough meat for me! Lots of vegetarian meals. Also EVERY meal is different in the guide which is hard for planning and macro/calorie breakdown is not provided which is annoying. If they synced their meals and meal plan somehow with MyFitnessPal it would be the dream also their workouts, if they were a listed workout on MyFitnessPal, that would be amazing too. But the Sweat app as a workout app is awesome and updates are continuously improving it..Version: 6.39

Very useful as a guide.Really enjoying following the workouts each day. It’s nice to have a sort of personal trainer to just tell me what to do everyday so I don’t have to think and plan for myself, like I used to. You do need some equipment, so that’s something to think about if you don’t have that already. I enjoy the meal plan, however I use it more as a guide for portion control and macro nutrients, rather than to strictly follow each specific ingredient, I’ve got a family, so I don’t have that much time to spare on myself. Other than that, If you are a bit lost with what to do and what to eat, I really recommend this app. It takes the confusion out of health and fitness plans, it’s also cheaper than a trainer. I reckon the photos of the women in the app would be a tad intimidating for some women. The first picture you see when you go to sign up, is all six of them (bar one) staring aggressively at the camera. I know this is supposed to look powerful and cool, but every time I see this, I do a little eye roll lol. It’s a bit weird, considering they are the people who want you to buy their app. Wouldn’t you expect pictures of people who look... I don’t know, not like they want to tear your head off lol?.Version: 5.9.1

Best everEasy to follow along very challenging !! Love this app and best is you don't need a gym and there only 28 min long!!!.Version: 3.2.1

Post pregnancy game changerI loved Kaylas post pregnancy program!! It started off nice and slow and gave me the confidence to start higher intensity training once I had finished the 12 weeks. I love being able to choose different trainers and programs. Just started Fierce for beginners! Also, I love not having to set the timer for interval training and not having to think about what comes next - you just start and go for it.Version: 5.12.2

Perfect for busy mumsI have used this programme over the past 9 years on and off. Originally I had the book which was brilliant at times when I was going to the gym and needed some guidance of doing a balanced workout. Since then during lockdown the app was the most amazing thing to use when working from home trying to get that movement in. I am now recovering from a c section with a 3 month baby and the post natal workouts have been phenomenal. I can get them done in 20mins so it perfect to get in during baby’s nap time and what seemed so impossible now feels achievable. When I complete one of the sessions I feel so accomplished and like I can do anything with the rest of my day. I have completely lost all my core strength and I am confident that this postnatal program will gradually help me regain it..Version: 6.31

Good, but could be betterI had the BBG book and I knew the workouts were going to be tough but quick and that’s what I loved about Kayla’s program. I downloaded the app and I love the format of the workouts and I feel challenged by them, but other areas of the app could be better. For example, I have several food allergies (nuts and fruits) and it makes it pretty close to impossible to utilize the nutrition aspect of the app. I wish there was a way to eliminate those foods from the diet plan. I got one of my friends to start the program with me and we both agreed it would be fun since we’re doing it together if we could set it up to send each other a notification when we completed a workout. It’s motivating to see she’s done a workout! Also, I wish there was a way to shuffle playlists within the app not just play them top to bottom. I usually have to start music up before getting into the app because I want it on shuffle. Also I have found when you’re doing the LISS the mileage tracker is WAY off. I genuinely think it might be in kilometers and just labeled with miles. It will say I did 4 miles when I actually only did about 2..Version: 3.7

Exciting and variedI use this app every day and find it so helpful in keeping up with my workout routines. Each workout is different and that is great for someone like me who gets bored doing the same workout over and over again. It gradually builds in difficulty over time which really helps you see the most results. I like to add extra weights into the exercises with dumbbells as well. ☺️ The only thing I would like to see change is that some of the exercises are using gym experiment (e.g. weight lifting machines), and as I don’t (and I’d imagine many other users as well) have access to the equipment I’ve got to change the exercise myself. I think it would be great if they added an alternative exercise to those that require that kind of equipment, for the people working out at home on their own. ☺️ Otherwise I’ve found the app so helpful, and the BBG community posts always keep me motivated. It’s been amazing seeing my results and feeling stronger and more empowered! ☺️.Version: 3.3.1

Great!I downloaded this app to help me exercise during quarantine. I’ve always made my own circuit training, but I wanted more variety. It’s only been few days but so far workouts has been awesome! Even though I was already reasonably fit I still got doms in places I usually don’t. I was sweating pretty hard by the end of 30min workout, so that was satisfying. Being in quarantine, zero equipment is what I wanted. I’m vegan so I wasn’t interested in dietary help but this app accommodates vegans too and although I haven’t used it yet, it’s great to have it there for when I need new ideas for snacks/meals. 2 things I would change if I could, is being able to mix different program. It can get repetitive sometimes. Another is announcement of next workout BEFORE it starts. If I don’t have to look at my phone to know what’s coming ahead, so I can workout full 30sec, that would be better! Overall, you can pay monthly and it’s def worth even trying for a month to see how you go!.Version: 6.24.1

Good workout!Helps me improve my strength and at the same time helps me to create new habits and stick to them! I also enjoy the flexible scheduling. I would like an option to start my week on a different day, because I like the standard schedule, but having it begin on a different day would be better for me. At any rate, it is still easy to switch around and I’m happy!.Version: 6.0.4

Just wish you could swap between gym & home workout easilySometimes I go to the gym so I would like to use the gym workout and when I’m on holiday or don’t have time to go to a gym, I work out from home so would be handy to swap between the two but keeping it at the same level....Version: 6.0.2

A great app, but timer is annoyingFirstly, I love how many options you have with this app, it covers so many stages of fitness including yoga and post pregnancy which is great. BUT... I’ve only had this app a few days (infact still in my trial period) and I’m already frustrated with the way the timer reflects the exercise minutes on my Apple Watch. I’m a mum using the post-pregnancy program so rarely do I get any time without someone interrupting me. I pause the workout to tend to my kids but despite being paused the timer continues to count. When I finally get to resume the workout, my exercise ring is already completed although I’ve only done a few minutes of exercise. Today, my one 28-minute training session took me 100 minutes to complete. My watch tells me that I’ve been “crushing it” for closing the exercise ring more than three times, but in reality 28 minutes doesn’t close my exercise ring once. Why can’t the timer pause when the workout is paused like the workout app for Apple Watch does? It would be far more accurate if it did!.Version: 3.4.2

Workouts that work. Dual programs would be niceLove the app. Only use it for the workouts of which there is excellent range. I don’t follow the diet plan but I’ve managed to eat a balanced diet that includes an obnoxious amount of junk food and the workouts have still managed to get me lean and ripped. I would like to be able to follow two programs at once without losing my place whenever I switch ie. BBG and PWR or BBG and Pilates/ yoga. I have to manually track the places I was at last every time I switch programs. It would be nice to be able to complement programs throughout each week. Also, really like that the choice of more intense workouts and would love to see 6-8 week challenges more often, pretty please. The formats of these are great and good for keeping in check..Version: 6.2.3

JoshMilJamI’m in my mid 40s and for the last 15 years I’ve been debilitated by Fibromyalgia. I have 2 young kids and I was scared of what will happen to me if I couldn’t look after them properly. At the beginning of the year I was determined to not let Fibromyalgia rule my life. I started Sweat and wow! I rarely have fibromyalgia related pain, I’m stronger and leaner than I was in my 30s and I feel amazing! The BBG beginner workouts are perfect for everyone and these workouts have literally life changing for me 💪🏼.Version: 5.8.1

Easy to use!I love this app! Workouts are easy to follow and the instructions are super helpful. I have never felt more confident entering the gym! It's like having a personal trainer in your pocket!.Version: 3.2.1

Amazing App!I love this App. I’ve been using this now for over a year, not sure exactly how long - I love the different programmes, being able to switch or use the ‘on demand’ feature to mix up the workouts. Oh and the ability to change exercises based on your ability, equipment etc - that’s actually so good THANK YOU FOR THAT! The product overall is just getting better! I do think the meal planning aspect of it could improve - I’ve found that it’s quite expensive to cook the food on the plan, using different ingredients for each meal leaves me with loads of left overs and I would end up wasting food... I think maybe being able to choose the food for the week (a bit like being able to change specific exercises in the workouts) would be amazing... I understand that as simple as that sounds so much more would need to go into that idea! It’s just so many women have different diets and requirements. It just seems like that part of the app is the most generic area compared to all workouts and trainers. I love the app, I love the concept and the results! I feel amazing, I look the best I’ve looked all my life and it’s really given me the drive and push I’ve needed especially being locked down.. Thanks for keeping this app alive development team! X.Version: 6.0.4

Best fit app!Best fit app!!!.Version: 6.44.1

Sweat suits meI love this Sweat app because it is challenging enough to be difficult yet simple enough that I feel I can manage it. Being a 50-something in the gym can be daunting but with this app, I feel empowered to go to “that” end of the gym and do my thing (while still being awed by the people moving weights that look like they should actually be moved by a crane). Thanks Sweat for the variety, the challenges and for giving me the courage to give it a go on my own, without a PT🙏.Version: 4.0.3

I’m in the best shape of my lifeEver since I started this app, my body is the most toned it’s ever been. It’s engaging with videos that show how exactly to do any exercise and details written in case you need more clarification. It makes you SWEAT for real. I’ve never used an app to work out before but this is engaging, rewarding, and makes working out fun. I feel AMAZING after each workout because it’s intense and it encourages you to take pictures afterwards which helps with documenting your journey. I also get to work out from the comfort of my own home which makes me sweat and move and push myself with no inhibitions which makes me work out harder than being in any gym. You save time and push yourself more and sweat like crazy and you feel amazing and get to relish in it afterwards. I have a very busy schedule and would never be able to workout with this intensity without this app. And it helps you out with meals too if that weren’t enough! I love my body and alot of this confidence comes from this SWEAT app that a friend randomly recommended to me at a Christmas party last year. Who would have known it would change my life this much!!!!.Version: 3.3.1

Im really enjoying this appThis is a fun app that really makes it seem easy to get started with exercising and eating better. thank you kayla and toby!!.Version: 3.2.1

Great ProgramI’m not one to go out of my way to write a review, but I love this program. I was very hesitant to buy it because I didn’t want to waste my money on something that doesn’t work. However, the program is designed to work with beginners either at home or in the gym depending on your comfort zone and you go from there. It builds each week and it makes you confident in yourself. I’ve been doing this program for about a year and a half and I look forward to working out because I feel strong. I used to hate going to the gym I would have to drag myself there and then once I got there I didn’t know where to start. I love this app because it tells you exactly what to do so you feel confident walking into the gym/ walking up to a machine you wouldn’t normally use because it shows you how to use it correctly. The weight loss wasn’t the thing I was looking for out of this program however, I lost about 8 pounds (I didn’t have a ton of weight to lose starting off) and my body is so much more toned. I am way more confident about myself than I ever have been before. I got my sister to join and she loves it too. They have so many different styles of working out all wrapped into this one app that you can choose from so spending the money is worth it!.Version: 6.40

Loving all the new additionsI’ve used Kayla’s work outs from the days I had to print them and take the routines to the gym. I was so grateful when the app launched, and now there is so much to choose from in terms of workouts. I’ve recently been using the recipes as well and have been pleasantly surprised at their ease of preparation, tastiness and calorie count. I would, however like to make a few suggestions: there is no way to print the recipes (the share button top right hand corner takes you to camera function). It would also be great to see nutritional information on each recipe broken down. It would be superb if the recipes could somehow integrate with my fitness pal for the purposes of recording calories. Other than that, loving the workouts! Keep up the great work!.Version: 6.10

Love it!!I am absolutely loving this app!!! After training at one of Chontel Duncan’s Hiit gyms for 20 months previous to changing gyms, I was pretty keen for a change of scenary so decided to give her Fierce program a go!! It really is awesome and just as intense as the workouts at Hiit. My only issue is if I’ve forgotten to put in my LISS (as I don’t use the timer within the app for these workouts) or Rest day in and remember a day or two later, that I can’t go back and edit a day (unless there is a way and I just haven’t been able to figure it out)!! I am about to start the Sweatnation 30 day challenge so I will have to be super vigilant about this so it records 30 consecutive days. But that’s my only gripe!! I have tried some of the workouts from the other trainers too and there really is something there for everyone, whether you have access to a gym or just want to do home workouts. No excuses 💪🏼.Version: 4.2.5

DorsaI love the app, the only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is because you can’t search for workouts. I think it’s really important to just type Yoga for example and the options would appear. Otherwise it’s great and I would highly recommend the app..Version: 6.44.1

I LOVE SWEAT!I am absolutely obsessed with this app! I’ve been doing the PWR program and absolutely love it! But I also like that you can still do workouts from the other programs when you feel like it. I train/play competitive footy so it’s good being able to do a more chilled out yoga session for recovery sometimes. I’m looking forward to trying some workouts from the two new programs, BUILD and FIERCE too! The app is super motivating and so easy to use (the videos are really helpful). I would 100% recommend! Only suggestion would be that sometimes I want to look at next week’s exercises but if I skip to the next week it seems to delete my previous progress. Not sure if this is something the SWEAT team are working on but a fix for this would be helpful. Overall an excellent and affordable workout app!.Version: 4.0.0

Sweat PWR- workout @ Home @ 59 yearsI downloaded the free option in April the Covid-19 lockdown . Loved it so much that I decided to buy the subscription ! I have been doing cardio and strength training for years and once a week have a personal trainer session . After Menopause my weight started creeping up and had belly fat and struggled to lose cm or kg . I am doing PWR at home and lost 20cm overall . The burpees , push-ups is getting better😂. I love that in sweat , the program is to work on all your muscles - Full body and also encourages to stretch which I love , foam rolling and rest day ! I have not used the nutrition plan but been getting tips from there for my protein as I am a vegetarian . I am looking forward to more changes in my body which is achievable even at 59 year old and I am proud of my body !.Version: 6.31

Could use a few small tweaksFirst let me say, I LOVE this app! It is truly life-changing and so inspiring being connected to so many women on similar fitness journeys!! If you’re thinking about trying it out, DO IT!!! However I do have a couple suggestions I think could improve the app. One is that during certain workouts within circuits that are timed, my phone only vibrates to indicate the time (ex. 30 seconds) is up. But when I’m sweating and breathing hard, I don’t really pay attention to this and have to keep my phone on me or in my hand to know the time is up. It would be nice to have a chime or something go off, similar to the buzzer that sounds when you finish a full circuit in a workout. The other suggestion I have is to add more customizable amounts of how much is water consumed during the day. For instance, I have a 20 oz. cup I sometimes use for my tea, which I add to my water consumption, being that it is unsweetened with nothing else added. But I only have the option of 16 or 24 oz., neither of which is correct. These additions would be helpful in the app, however I cannot complain because I think Sweat is incredible and will continue to use it regardless..Version: 4.0.5

I look forward to going to the gym every day!!I love this app!! I’m finally excited to be back in the gym! I suffered a torn ACL last year and wasn’t able to work out very much for the majority of the year. When I was finally able to regularly get in the gym, I lacked the motivation because I felt like I had to start back at square 1 and had no idea how to incorporate variety into my routine. I’ve had this app for over 2 months now and haven’t missed a week of at least 5 days in the gym!! Some workouts are harder than others, but I really love the way it keeps track of my daily accomplishments! It really helps to have a set plan of what I’m going to focus on for the day - not only does it keep things interesting, but I feel like my whole body is getting stronger!! There are minor things I would change - including manual input of cardio times/distance, and there doesn’t seem to be a stair stepper option in the cardio counter at all - but at the end of the day, I can’t imagine getting back into shape without this app. It has truly transformed my New Years resolution into a lifestyle change..Version: 6.0.4

Changed my life!I’m not one to be a believer of fitness apps in the past nor do I ever liked home workouts. I honestly thought that they are a waste of money and a gym membership or class is a better investment. Since the pandemic, I have been keeping active at home. Surprisingly, I fell in love with it! I swear that SWEAT is one of the best apps I’ve used to help me get through being extremely active without the gym at this point. It challenges me just like my usual gym sessions. The best part? Results and improved discipline! I especially love PWR because I have always wanted to tone up and build muscle and 5 weeks down, I can already see results! It might not be dramatic at this point but I trust the process and I’m sure PWR won’t fail me in terms of assisting me with my fitness goals and dream body! I especially love the planner in the app, helps me track my workouts so I don’t get confused of what I’m scheduled to do for the day! Well done, SWEAT! I am now a fitness app convert and a huge fan! 💕.Version: 5.17.2

4 stars- but room for slight improvementThis app really is great! It steps through your workouts clearly, and the videos and explanations make it easy to do on your own! Thank you Kayla and Co for putting this together! I do have 2 issues with the app. In previous fitness apps I have had the ability to enter my weights next to the exercise, and these weights would appear the next time I did the exercise. This is great so you can see your progress, and you know what weight you used last time and can increase if you want to step it up. I have to go in and out of the notes section on my phone to remember what weights I’ve used previously, which gets extremely annoying! The second issue I find is that I have a lot of food wastage, and a lot of food prep in the mornings (since I am not home most evenings). Many other food programs will use similar snacks throughout the week so you don’t waste food, and have leftovers for lunch from the night before. Also, many of the recipes are not easy to take to work (ie. A smoothie for an afternoon snack, I find if I make my smoothies in the morning the are not very nice by the afternoon!). Although, the food is yum!! Would be amazing to see some Low FODMAP options in the future..Version: 3.6.2

Best workout app!Best workout community and app!.Version: 6.44.1

The best !I never right reviews, but after 5 years using this app I felt it was time. I’ve tried so so many fitness apps and always come back to this one. It’s flexibility, ease of scheduling your week, with on program and extra on demand sessions helps keep me on top of activity. Kayla really has done a brilliant job with this, the new trainers coming on all the time are equally brilliant. There are more zen apps for yoga out there, but if you’re only using the yoga section for the odd recovery day then it’s absolutely fine. I don’t follow the food plan as I have hungry kids and husband here, but if I was single I definitely would. It looks really simple. Do it, you won’t regret it!.Version: 6.1.3

Perfect for home mumsTrialed it first time didn’t really like it. I’m giving it a good go this time and I love it so far great for being a mum work full time and don’t have time to go to gym this I can do anywhere anytime live it. Only thing I wish is that you could put in an injury and it would give you an alternate exercise to help strengthen but still live it and the food is easy and yum.Version: 4.0.2

Lifestyle Game ChangerI have been using this app for a few weeks now and it has absolutely changed the way I feel about working out. Having all your workouts planned for you means that you can easily squeeze a workout into your busy daily schedule and not get bored doing the same workouts over and over again, which is great to keep you motivated. A few small changes could make this app perfect, such as: a timer during the warmups and cool downs so you don’t have to keep checking the clock, being able to log your own workouts in the planner (such a sport or fitness class you’ve completed) and a more functional progression page where you can log your start weight/body fat/BMI and your goal body weight/body fat/BMI to more easily track your progress (rather than just a current photo). I can’t wait to keep using this app to make some fitness progress..Version: 4.2.9

Just be consistent and the reward will come sooner than you think! After having my second baby my weight has been a big concern for me, and cardio was very hard because I was breast feeding and I don’t really like running. So, I found sweat. This app was my life change. I got back in shape before my maternity leave expired (with a diet of course). When I got back to work I kind of gave up on working out and I felt guilty about it. But luckily sweat promoted the 12 week challenge and I knew this is the time for me to get back on track so now I don’t miss my workouts and instead of running on a treadmill when the weather is nice I take looong walks with my kids. I don’t do a lot of cardio but I do the daily workouts. I definitely recommend this app, but if you think you won’t be consistent don’t even think starting because you’ll blame the program not yourself. I believe that any workout is good if you’re consistent. If working out is new for you and you don’t know where to start I think sweat is a good start. I have my sisters and my friend on sweat now and we make sure to post our work outs and keep accountable each other, which is fun:) if you want to feel better and look better, then this is for you, too ✊🏋️‍♀️🏆.Version: 4.0.5

Fantastic workouts, but glitchy appTHE GOOD STUFF: I’ve just completed Week 1 of PWR, and I can safely say the exercises are worth the $$$. I love the on-screen exercise demos with optional further details if you’re still not sure how to do the movement correctly. The timers, positive reinforcement after each circuit, and rest breaks are exactly what I need to keep motivated throughout my session! THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF: I find the app to be extremely glitchy, which is not great even the ongoing cost. I’ve had to stop my workouts several times to restart because the app has frozen, plus each data save takes a fair while to load. The most frustrating thing for me is that the app does not have the functionality to add workouts or rest days to the calendar after that day has passed. Seems like a simple function, but would go a long way in keeping people motivated when they can see all of their hard work on one calendar! With a couple of minor tech improvements I would recommend this app 100%.Version: 3.4.4

Thought of everythingIt’s a cleanly designed app that’s user-friendly and has broken the programs down into manageable and motivating mini-goals. I signed up for the post-pregnancy program and it’s gentle and thorough -love it. There is an awesome amount of content, programmes to choose from and instructional videos and it’s all kept simple. Sometimes I do forget to log my walks on the day and can’t go back to record them as completed on previous days, but this is a very minor problem. Money well spent on this app!.Version: 5.7.2

😍I’ve been rotating through a bunch of different workout programs for the last year and a half and I am almost mad at myself that I didn’t just start with the Sweat app. Oh my god it’s every good thing about all the other programs all in one convenient place. The food is delicious and it’s never the same thing over and over. The workouts are AMAZING. All you need is a half an hour to guarantee a sweat and sore muscles the next day. The weekly challenges also make it fun! I love that they have options for weight loss or strength. I’m using the strength training one and it’s just 😍 I also love all the information easily accessible in the app - everything about why the program is structured the way it is. And if is SO EASY TO USE. The timers are perfect - really keeps me on track with every workout. The only thing I would change is that it would be good to have an option to swap meals out for certain days of the week, because some days I have time for a certain recipe and other days I don’t. But overall, if you’re considering this program, just do it. You won’t be disappointed. I wish I hadn’t waited as long as I did!.Version: 4.0.2

CassieLove the app!.Version: 6.44.1

Love the exercises but calendar function is so clutteredI love love love the app an the exercise programme and I’ve been using it since I was 4 weeks post birth and absolutely enjoying it. However, I find the calendar function very cluttered and impossible to use. There is no differentiation between the past/future days and recommended workouts and workout that I’ve actually done. I forgot to add a Cadio workout that I did yesterday and there’s no way for me to do that so I had to add it as a non sweat workout instead. The Step Connect is always there, taking so much space. Maybe one + button with a hidden menu can get rid of this clutter? Just a suggestion. The calendar page is just too cluttered and overwhelming to use..Version: 6.40

Pricey but quite good.I keep coming back to Kayla Itsiness’ original high intensity program because it has been the most effective workout plan I’ve ever done. The app is great at giving you a GREAT workout plan that keeps challenging you week over week. Areas of improvement/ cons The only two reasons I don’t give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ are: 1- this is quite pricey! Although they offer a discount for the annual plan, $20/ month for a plan that doesn’t offer any sort of live classes, where instructions for exercises and guidance on form is quite limited to text only, this is a LOT. 2- I wish this would account for a few seconds to allow for transition between exercises especially on those where you’re counting time vs number of repetitions. Oh and I also miss the little water drop that would fill up to mark your weekly progression. That sounds silly but I used to love seeing that drop filling up, used to give me a small sense of accomplishment (I told you it could sound silly). Last area of opportunity for this to get even better is to give an overview of the following week’s workouts on Sunday — that would be super helpful to allow for better planning..Version: 6.4

Postpartum SimplicityI had used the app before falling pregnant but had to stop during due to complications. After baby was born I found the app kept me consistent and motivated whilst I found my feet with a new baby. Now 4 months after I moved onto different programs and added extra challenges into my weeks! Could not recommend this app enough as it takes the thinking out of workouts you just have to show up!.Version: 6.1.3

Needs little details improvedI’m enjoying the workout program overall - I’ve been following PWR for 12 weeks or so and the workouts are fun and easy to incorporate into my lifestyle. Feels like I hit the major muscle groups every week and the supersets and circuits make the workouts extra challenging. My major complaint is that certain parts of the app behave unpredictably. What drives me INSANE is during supersets you use the next arrow to say you completed the exercise and after each two exercises the app times out a 30 second rest period and *sometimes* it tells me when the 30 second rest is over and sometimes it doesn’t. Even during the same workout it’s like a 50/50 chance it will tell me the rest period is over. This is frustrating when you’re working hard and want to count on the app to alert you it’s time to get moving again. Other than that bug and some of the UI challenges I encountered when I first began using the app, I really enjoy it. The app works well enough overall and the program is easy to follow and encouraging. I’d recommend this app and the program to a friend..Version: 3.7.1

So well designedSo many things I love about this app- the amount of choice! There’s so many diff programmes to choose from, the express workouts are quick and juicy! The diff target areas or overall. The low impact/pregnancy/post partum is so inclusive. the fact that when you hit the start button on a workout- it gives you the demo video, the timer and the reps without having to sort it out yourself! Love that you can put your weights into your workouts so you can track what you’ve done and see your progress. Then the actual design of the workouts. Every move/exercise is planned to be done in a certain order to maximise targeting your chosen area (not that you can’t do it wantever way you want) but when I’ve followed the order the target area is constantly in tension and working so much harder! There’s only one thing I’d change- a larger timer counting down- sometimes you just have to know that you’ve only 10 secs left to push though! 😂❤️.Version: 6.32

Motivating. Results are Visible.Love this program..Version: 6.44.1

The best 🧡I’ve used Sweat for years now on and off - it’s excellent, easy to use, and you can choose your workout based on what you want to achieve. Accommodates all levels and best of all can be done from the comfort of my home while the kids nap..Version: 6.28

It’s Amazing - Room For ImprovementIve been using SWEAT since it was only a PDF document. So, I’ve been around for every iteration of the app. The App is very robust in amount of workouts so you never feel like you’re doing the same thing over and over. I love that they've brought on more trainers and their is such a variety of workout styles to choose from. This app makes it easy and ideal for me to work out at home and still push myself. A few things I’d love to see improve: the recipes recycle every 4 weeks. I'm paying $20/month for the app so it would be nice if they would give new recipes each week. The recipes haven’t changed much in 5-6 years. And, the grocery list only calculates your recipes for the week for a single individual. I’d love to see an option to choose how many adults and children you’d be cooking for and for it to calculate the grocery list accordingly. Also, I'd like a variety of types of music. There are a lot more playlists that are available with the new trainers joining the program, but there still aren’t very many that have a variety of song choices..Version: 6.40

Amazing App + SuggestionHonestly it’s a great app especially for beginners, the only suggestion I would probably give is maybe adding a section where you can input any physical issues you may have and when completed it alters the workouts to a friendlier version for whatever your issue may be. For example if you have problems with your knees being able to input that in and lunges or burpees being amended to a less strenuous activity for that body part. Overall it’s an amazing app with a range of workouts for all areas of your body and also all different types of workouts. I would definitely recommend this to everyone..Version: 6.44

Best Fitness App Ever!!!Sweat is such an awesome app. It has programs for women in all walks of life at all stages of their fitness journey. I have gotten stronger and more confident not only with my fitness but also learning to love myself. Kayla and the other trainers make staying active and healthy so simple. I highly recommend this app for any women of any age or fitness level. It has everything you need!!!!.Version: 6.17

LoveWorkouts are great! I don’t need to do the work of planning my workouts! All done for me. Helps Keep me as a shift worker on track!.Version: 6.44.1

Great workouts, planner is faultyI love the workouts on the app, well designed with so much flexibility. I appreciate being able to do guest workouts from other programs and all the additional workouts. It has changed my entire approach to workouts and taught me so much. However a small comment- the supporting features in the app - planner & food diary are not as easy to use and some have some bugs. The Apple TV app doesn’t have most current workouts..Version: 5.7.3

Changed my life after babyI had used the Sweat PDFs since 2015, but only got the app three months after giving birth in 2020. Worked out using both post-partum programs then moved onto PWR at Home, around five days a week. It got my FIT, not just pre-pregnancy weight, but fitter than I’ve ever been! Now 19 months after my daughter was born, it’s still what a make time for during naps and I love how it’s helped mentally (I’m Canadian living in Australia so haven’t seen my loved ones in so long) and absolutely physically. I know you shouldn’t focus on looks, but I’m soooo happy with how I look, I had no idea I could be fitter after a baby! And there’s so many programs for every interest, it’s wonderful!.Version: 6.13

Edit: Apple Watch integration!!Edit: FINALLY (sort of)!! In the latest update, workouts are now logging with Apple Watch as exercise, so you don’t have to remember to turn them on on the watch as well! A great start but would still love to have the completely synced experience it had years ago when the Apple Watch app first launched! See original review below: ******** Been using Sweat for years and from the workout side it’s a 5 star app for sure. However, it blows my mind that they still haven’t managed to work out how to integrate it with the Apple Watch. When the watch app first launched it was buggy but brilliant, the phone and watch app were synced so your arm buzzed when an exercise was done, and you could advance them right on your arm - exactly what you would expect from a big app like this. Now the apps are disconnected from each other and a Sweat workout doesn’t even register as a workout in the Apple Watch unless you track it separately - completely rubbish! It’s crazy that a relatively expensive app can’t sort this out, when free training apps can manage it (Runkeeper for example). What even crazier is that it’s been YEARS since the watch app was launched and they haven’t fixed it, I can only assume it’s not a priority?.Version: 5.14

Good, but with tweaks could be GREAT!I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now and really like it. It’s great to have a programme all mapped out for you and to be able to look at the planner and plan when you’re going to fit your workouts in. I love that I can use it to workout from home without having to find a gym and so can fit my sessions in around my baby and little ones. I’ve started on BBG and am already feeling the benefit of it, and can’t wait to try PWR at Home too! But there are a few little things that it would be GREAT if the developers could address... There needs to be an audible beep or signal when the timer for an exercise finishes - having to keep looking at the screen to check the timer is really annoying. It would be great if there was a countdown between exercises that are timed, such as in a warm up or cool down to give you time to get in position for the next exercise. As soon as you hit the arrow to complete the exercise the time starts on the next one, and by the time you’ve got in position you you’ve lost about 5 seconds of the next exercise. The Nike Training Club app does both the above really well, so these would be great additions to Sweat! It would also be great if the app remembered the last warm up option you selected rather than defaulting to ‘no warm up’ which can mean if you don’t change it you jump straight into the workout. These changes would make the app 5* for me!.Version: 4.1.1

Great App. Highly recommend!!!Have been using this app for over 2 years now. It’s awesome - like having 5 personal trainers but for a fraction of the cost. Lots of variety in workouts so there’s always something to keep you motivated. Following the trainers on Instagram provides inspiration, positivity & enjoyment & has shown me a completely different perspective on exercise. It will always be challenging but is to be enjoyed..Version: 5.10.1

Workouts Don’t Feel Hard, But Already Seeing ResultsI’ve been using this app fairly consistently during quarantine (just finished week four). At first I was only doing the resistance workouts, but I found myself more energized and toned. So I amped it up to the full recommended program the past two weeks and I’m loving it. I highly recommend including the active recovery because I feel like the foam rolling is legit saving my life... (ok not actually, but it’s pretty spectacular). The best part is that the workouts go by quickly and don’t feel super hard in the moment, but you feel and see the results. Just hoping we still have part of a summer to look forward to so I can show off my awesome new figure 🤞🤞🤞.Version: 5.6

Amazing post pregnancy workoutAfter my second baby I hired a personal trainer to help me rehabilitate my core and my muscles from pregnancy. It didn’t help me half as much as the PWR post-pregnancy workout on this app, which I started using 3 months after having my third child. It genuinely works to strengthen and heal everything at just the right speed, and strengthens and toned at the same time. My core is so much stronger- and my back ache of two years disappeared. I also followed the meal planner once I stopped nursing, which really helped me eat healthily. The only reasons for not giving 5 stars are that the functionality is a bit tricky to follow. It’s not intuitive and when you first start it’s not clear how you are really meant to use the program (maybe they should just send a welcome message or something like that!) If you ask a question on the help forums they aren’t always answered. I also think that there should be a meal planner for breastfeeding mums as actually you’re paying for the full program, but if you do PWR post pregnancy and breastfeed, the meal plan isn’t adjusted to accommodate this which is a massive miss in my opinion. Overall I’d strongly recommend it if you’re looking for a post pregnancy workout..Version: 4.0.9

Been using this app for 5+ years- great for momsBest appt. Love everything about it. And they keep growing to make it even better..Version: 6.44.1

Finally worth moneyI have paid twice for Sweat yearly subscription (seriously) trying to start with the easiest BBG program so many times and never got to the end. It was so poorly programmed for me - a total beginner, I suffered so much I could not move for next two days each time I exercised and what is worse I could not work .... so each time I started it I was demotivated and depressed that so many people can do it and I couldn’t. This time I listened to all feedback and checked few free videos with Kayla... having seen it’s a completely different design, I said it’s 3rd time I will pay for this app and I really want this to work ... so was hoping the new exercise program without equipment will not disappoint me. And it didn’t! It’s really a thousand times better than it was before. I can do it, I SWEAT as hell and it’s painful but I can move on next day... so clearly it’s working! And I am not demotivated! So if you are as me - try it - because this time will be different. Thank you Kayla for designing such a great set of exercises for people who struggle to get to the second stage.... getting into the routine, building strength whilst not disturbing work/life balance suffering from after session pain..Version: 6.0.3

Few tweaks neededHands down, best workout app I have used. However, it would be great if we could have some changes on the browse workout option. Right now, if one wanted to do 2 programs, say FAH and BBG zero, the only choices are - A) either go to browse, and choose workouts from the same week for both (if I am doing week 6 of FAH, I would have week 6 of BBG zero); B) schedule all workouts at the beginning of the week using manage my program option. However, it would be much more simple if and when we choose the browse option, while selecting a second program, we could have an option to select the week as well (just like in manage my program option). This way, one could seamlessly combine different programs as they wish..Version: 5.15

BuildI’ve been following Stephanie on instagram for a while and I’m doing the build programme after trying myself to do weights. I used to get so caught up in doing a huge range of exercises that consistency wasn’t paying off so I got this app and went back to basics and have found my form and strength have improved and within 4 weeks have become noticeably more toned. The slight issue I have with this app is that there is no audible noise function for a timer so when I’m doing hiit training I have to keep looking at my phone which is off putting and also the app asks you to log what you lifted after each set but doesn’t tell you the following week what you lifted previously so I have to keep a separate log myself so I know what weight I’m on. This is the only thing stopping me giving this 5 stars.Version: 4.2.9

The best workout app I’ve triedThis is the best app I’ve tried. I’ve used it for several years now and even before it was improved it was killer! They’re always updating to make small fixes and improvements too. It’s really practical at the gym or at home - I love that you can swap exercises mid workout if something isn’t right (eg you feel a niggling injury). I also love the freedom to try other programs and workouts, to swap between trainers and programs and the introduction of yoga and Pilates. So worth the money: I use all the weights and machines at the gym now without feeling self conscious and I have seen fantastic results. My fave is PWR, it’s been my most consistent program ever, but there’s really something for everyone here. Do it. It’s worth the small investment per month - way cheaper than a PT but gives you a great sense of direction and confidence in your workouts..Version: 6.40

Best fitness app I’ve usedLove this app. I started off using the BBG programme but quickly changed to PWR and love it. I had no idea how to structure a gym workout before using this and never felt like I was maximising my membership or time. Only complaint is that I wish you could change the order of the exercises or they were grouped together for dumbbells/ equipment. Sometime it has a cable machine exercise followed by a dumbbell and then back to cables and I know for most gyms these machines are busy and you need to utilise time on them. You can skip an exercise on the app to see what’s next but an option to reorder (but stay within the same grouping) would be great..Version: 4.0.3

Great appGreat app very helpful for at home workouts but it’s still not the same as having the atmosphere you get in the gym environment. Also some of the new updates like refer a friend banner in my face all the time when I have paid full price for this app for a second year running you would think our loyalty is how we would be rewarded not by trying to make other people pay for the app. A much better update would be the ability to take short videos of your form to post so as a community we could keep ourselves from getting sloppy and getting injuries. Also any friends we have through the community to see progress and cheer one another on ect would be awesome for our accountability I’m sure..Version: 6.40

The perfect workout appLife long athlete, bachelor’s in exercise science, consistently in the gym for 14 years and this is the first workout app I’ve ever enjoyed! The meal planning is also exceptional! Who doesn’t get burnt out on their own workouts and meals, right? Regardless of if you’re a beginner or advanced this app has a program for you to either get started or change up your routine and challenge yourself. I created my own program and followed it for 5 years and although I had great results, I was very burned out on my own workouts. But this app changed that by taking ALL the thought and planning out for me. The workouts are challenging enough that I don’t feel like I’m losing my own progress from before and it’s exciting not knowing what’s coming next. The sweat community is such a wonderful and encouraging group especially if you follow a lot of them on Instagram. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this app! Post Partum, beginners, burnt out athletes, HIIT lovers, you know name it - it has it. You need this app!.Version: 6.40

Post rehab game changer - love this app!!!I had a massive knee surgery about a year ago (tibial osteotomy and ACL reconstruction). It’s been a long road to recovery and I was struggling to imagine heading back to the cross fit gym or really any gym. After physical therapy wound down I was left aimless and a little tentative about every movement. I did a little research one sat morning and downloaded the SWEAT app and haven’t looked back. I really enjoy the PWR track with Kelsey Wells - it feel a bit like being at cross fit but is faster paced and WAY more approachable since I hadn’t been able to lift in almost a year. I feel like my body is coming back to me and this app has given me the confidence to get back in the gym on a daily basis. I love the direction and pace. I would love it if you could look at the next activity during the “break” every time there is a break - even when I’m in a set I’d love to review the movement while waiting the 30 seconds. Otherwise, I think the whole thing is a huge success. Thanks for keeping it affordable and making my transition back into the gym a positive experience!!.Version: 5.2

Changed my lifeAwesome app; WELL worth the money. Not an easy fix to fitness; you have to work for it, but Sweat does such a great job of holding you accountable. You can track your progress, chat with the community, change programs in the middle, they offer a meal plan. The workouts take an average of 30 minutes; it’s not a huge chunk out of your day. I work out at home during nap time while my kids are asleep. If you need to you can do a quick workout or choose one from another program; you’re not shackled to ONE Monday workout, a Tuesday workout, a Wednesday workout, and so on. You can change it up if you get bored or if your circumstances change. I bought it four months after baby #2, and my life completely changed. I don’t have a gym membership and can do my workouts at home. But should I get a gym membership, they have programs that require equipment. If I miss nap time and have to work out while my kids are awake, I can opt for cardio so I can jog behind the stroller or yoga so my two-year-old can workout with me. It can be strict cut and dry or flexible, whatever you need it to be. SO worth the money; you won’t look back..Version: 4.0.4

User friendly and helpful!I'm new to fitness in general, but so far I'm a huge fan of this app! I read a bunch of reviews here and it seems like the app has made a lot of improvements since some of these were posted. You can pause any workout and then continue, and if you decide to restart a work out, you can do that any time. There are even other options for workouts to substitute or try in addition. You can also play your own music while using the app- it's easy to connect. There is a tab at the top that tells you exactly what equipment you will need for each work out, and you can preview each move of the workout before you start. I don't consider myself super tech savvy but I find it very easy to use and understand. It does reset every Monday, so you are kind of locked in to a Monday- Sunday schedule, but you don't have to go in a specific order and you can space the workouts out over the week however you want. If you are trying the 1 week trial, definitely download it on a Monday. I started it on a Wednesday and then on Sunday the trial ended. I didn't mind much because I was sold on the program and was planning to get the full version anyway, but if you want to get the most out of the trial, start on Monday..Version: 4.0.2

Perfect for working out at homeLove this app! It took a little while to figure out how to navigate my way around the app but now it’s easy. I did BBG Beginner for four weeks first and it was tough as I hadn’t done exercises like that in a long time! Now I’m two weeks into BBG1 and while the exercises are still very challenging I’m gaining strength every week and seeing changes in my body composition. The main reason why I love this app though, is because it’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket. I get up in the mornings and do the exercises in my living room, you don’t need a lot of equipment and the program keeps me on track and accountable and it’s much cheaper than a gym membership. You can also ask questions in the community forum or contact Sweat directly and everyone is very helpful!.Version: 3.8

The absolute bestThe best fitness app I’ve ever used to be honest! I love it!.Version: 6.44.1

Excellent !!Me encanta el Plan de ejercicios y alimentación. Realmente es una aplicación muy completa..Version: 6.44.1

A few tweaksHey, loving your app! Just a few things I thought I’d point out that bother me that maybe you could modify. The ‘Fierce’ program doesn’t tell you when the exercise is finished so when you’re exercising you don’t know when to stop and change exercise unless you’re looking at your phone (which who can possibly do that). Also the timer and audio don’t work when your phones locked and unfortunately if you can’t afford cordless head phones you can’t really exercise and not lock your phone because you need to put it in your pocket. Another suggestion that I’d like to make is maybe you could add alternative exercises that work the same muscle group for those of us who live in rural areas with VERY basic overcrowded gyms that also do not have BATTLE ROPES (fierce program). I love battle ropes but unfortunately are not accessible for me so an alternative would be great! Lastly, I’m currently unable to connect to the playlists on the app not sure if this is my phones problem or a glitch in the program. Thanks! As I said I do love this program and I love the new additions to it! I love that I can finish work and go straight to the gym without having to think about what I need to do! For someone like me who was scared of weights because I had no clue what to do, how to do it or WHAT ON EARTH a superset was it’s been the best! So thanks again but please take my suggestions on board because I don’t like doing exercises longer than I have to..Version: 4.0.4

The Best workout appSweat has a workout program for everyone and is super easy to use. I really enjoyed the post pregnancy program with great results. The only thing that would make this great app even better would be if you could track your calories through it, but honestly well worth the money ☺️.Version: 6.7.1

Really well designedReally well designed app - easy to use, great layout and functionality, all the features are useful and effective, videos work really well and along with the instructions make it very easy to follow the exercises correctly and effectively. The best point I could make is that I’m still using the app and following the exercise routine every week more than 6 months on - and I have never been one to get into exercise. Plus I have seen great results physically, beyond what I was hoping for or expecting from trying this app. I also use this on my Apple Watch. One or two features on the Apple Watch that could be improved and some features can run a little slower, but overall also a great, useful and effective exercise app..Version: 4.2.3

Great exercise app for home or gymI have used this app for over a year now and am so impressed with it. It gives you a range of work out options, from at home to at the gym, post partum recovery to strength training. It keeps you on track with reminders sent to your phone. You don’t have to think about how you are going to work out, you just select the next workout in your selected program and go. There are meal plan ideas, social sharing options and a community chat area. I haven’t personally used many of these features, but I know for some people they are great. I have re-subscribed and will do so again in future. The fact you can do so much of it from home with minimal equipment has been a game changer. It has been a fantastic tool for keeping my exercise on track. My husband uses it too. Definitely not just for women..Version: 5.6

PerfectThis is the perfect workout for busy people, like mums like myself, who just don’t have time to go to the gym, or hard working full time workers doing the daily 9-5 grind - it’s so worth it in my opinion, if I think of the cost for a gym, cost of my time, cost of stress with the kids and home life balanced with work life. We just went on a week holiday. Stayed in a little self contained villa and I took my yoga mat, two 2kg dumbells (just completed 4 weeks of beginner) and my foam roller and I was able to complete the full weeks workout with LISS on alternating days all at the villa. The program is so versatile, you can use any equipment at home, like stairs for the step ups and knee ups, etc - just be imaginative (and safe) - therefore, the program for me.....is just perfect. THANK YOU.Version: 4.0.5

BBG BeginnerExactly what I’ve needed to get me into exercise, having never really committed to anything other than yoga. I am 36 and becoming fitter and stronger. Issues with my lower back following having my children have virtually disappeared. Only 5 weeks in I am noticing changes in my body, particularly less wobble (!) but also that I am using my body/new muscles differently, even just when hanging out the laundry. A fantastic app! I’m sticking around! Thank you Kayla and Team! 🙂.Version: 5.6

Keep coming back to sweatI have been using sweat for 3 years and it’s a fitness app I keep coming back to, love the new trainers adds more variety to the original bbg program. It’s super easy to use, you can play your own tunes and not have the annoying talk over other fitness apps have. Easy to follow - well designed app !.Version: 5.8.1

Great app! Still using ... Easy to cancel if you have a brain cellI find this app really good, I don't know what people are worrying about. Yes you have a free trial and then yes if you don't cancel it will take out the money like most free trials ... however cancelling on an iPhone is really really easy, you can do it on your actual phone in settings store and managing subscribtions! I love this app, it's never crashed on me , I use it whilst in the gym and it's the easiest hiit/timer app I've used. You see real results, it's taken me a while to notice as I guess I was "slimmer" anyway, but wanted to tone, but now 8 weeks in I'm seeing differences. I guess my only moan would be that since subscribing I've seen students can get a discount for a certain time, which I didn't know before signing up, but I also don't think £15 is unreasonable - it's cheaper than a gym membership! And tells you what to eat to see best results ! although it doesn't stop that little devil in your head telling you to reach for the chocolate afternoons at work! (I'm working on that) 5 stars from me !.Version: 3.2.1

Love this app!!I absolutely love this stupid app. It’s got me excited to go to the gym and setting up a schedule and I’ve never had that before. I don’t use the meal planner because I’m a poor college student, so I don’t do much grocery shopping, but the option is there and I really like the meals it offers. There are a few things I would change, but the pros so outweigh the cons that they’re easy to pass over when deciding between 4 or 5 stars. One, I wish that it gave you the option to change the default warm up setting. Sometimes I forget to change it and it jumps right into the workout and I don’t want that. Also, as someone else said, the mile tracker is wayyy off, but I’m not super concerned with miles right now, I’m just trying to build a cardio base, and I could always just use another app. Lastly, all the tapping is annoying at times, but so sometimes I just don’t do it. I just remember what exercise is coming next and I do it. For the supersets I just use the clock at the top to count my 30 seconds. Overall, such a good app. I can’t keep the subscription going because, like I said, poor college student and I’m trying to afford a trip to Japan this summer, but holy cow I’m still debating paying for it. I really do love this app. The workout counter keeps me motivated and on track and the workouts are so much fun. I’m really seeing changes and I’m really happy. Thanks Sweat Team!.Version: 4.0.4

Workout!Great app. Worth every penny!.Version: 3.2.1

Great startLove the app - think the activity log is fantastic and love that it syncs to my calendar. Love the food plan too! And think pricing is very reasonable for what it offers! For the Fierce Programme... I do think improvements can be made, such as integration with smart watches so that you don’t have to carry your phone around with you and keep looking at your phone. Also a buzzer to alert when your 45sec exercise is complete so you don’t have to look at your phone constantly. Love the community aspect of it and how ladies get behind each other and drive continuous improvements. Also love how you’re encouraged to take progress pics - they’re a great way to track progress, rather than a number on the scales as physical improvements shouldn’t always be quantified... Will continue to use and recommend to my friends! Can’t wait to start seeing improvements💪🏽.Version: 4.0.2

Awesome appThis App is amazing! Can workout from home or in my hotel room when I’m travelling for work. I also live rurally and I don’t have the luxury or a nearby gym. Nothing beats working out from the luxury of your own space! So easy to use! And workouts are so doable if you’re a beginner. You do need to keep yourself motivated, I use the reminder notifications to stay on track. The planner is great to choose what workouts you want to add. Thumbs up from me 👍🏾.Version: 6.36

Fantastic Workout AppThere is not many trainers and workout apps out there that cater for pregnancy and post pregnancy workout. I didn’t have this app while pregnant but I wish I discovered it. I got this app as someone recommended it for their post pregnancy program following a c section. The program has really captured the reality our bodies go through to have a baby particularly the c section journey. It is a slow and steady program that gradually increases in intensity as your body starts to get use to using all types of muscles again. The variety of programs look great. I can’t wait to try more. The food is budget friendly. Only thing about the food is that when you click on a recipe and mark it as a favourite, it doesn’t add it to a favourites folder like the workouts. But I understand Sweat are working on bringing this in as I had enquired about this..Version: 6.42

Great app, small suggestionsI love the diversity of workouts available through SWEAT, it’s a shame though when you have started a programme you cannot add/substitute a workout from a different programme into your planner. Additionally during workouts some do not have a siren/buzzer to signal the end of the workout/exercise, I don’t know if this is intentional or a bug? Lastly in Sjana’s workout the few I’ve tried freeze at the end and you have to exit out of the app and clear it before you can go into the app again. I don’t know if this erases the workout from your history I haven’t been able to tell because the additional/alternative programmes do not come up on you planner? Many Thanks,.Version: 4.0.5

Sweat has helped me through lots of different life stagesThanks for helping me find ‘fun’ in fitness, and take the ‘thinking’ out of workouts. I’ve struggled my whole life (I’m 30 now and feel like it’s the new 20!) with body image and I’m not strongly connected with my family, so doing sweat everyday makes me feel part of something bigger- a community that’s changing the mindset around food and exercise- putting women’s specific needs first around pregnancy and periods, busy lives, well-being and self care and the best part for me is I have been able to adjust my workouts for my injuries, post surgery recovery and during my chronic pain journey. THANK YOU 💚💚💚.Version: 6.31

Exceeded my expectations!I am so incredibly impressed with how well done this app is. And not to mention the endless options you can workout forever using these programs. Soo happy I decided to buy it. $20/month is worth it..Version: 3.2.1

Love love loveLove this app. Super well built. Many many workouts to pick from. Super motivating! Go girls! 💪🏻.Version: 6.44.1

Great app. Nitpicking for future updatesI love Sweat and have been using it for years but would like a few tweaks before giving it a 5* rating... Most importantly: Would love a resistance option to focus on Posture please! That can be done at any time in surplus to or replacing one of the three normal resistance trainings. And: Fix the audio cues so that they end after the promoter (ie Kayla or kelsey has stopped talking) as often my own music volume remains lowered for a whole exercise. Very off-putting when you're enjoying a song and it's stays quiet for a whole set! Then: Cheaper food options / ones that allow to buy for one person / include leftovers Drag and drop planning options in the planner. (Like hold to edit and drag such as when deleting/moving apps on an iPhone) Lastly it would be awesome to be able to click move onto the next workout wirelessley (like clicking the next song on wireless headphones) Do all that and it will get a 5 star! Please and thank you!.Version: 6.44.1

Great App for people who hate exercisingI love that I can fully customise the exercises. Don’t enjoy burpees?- switch it out for something more preferable. Sore legs? Do an arm workout. Exhausted and just want to lie on the couch? Do an express workout first. I naturally do not enjoy exercise, but am finding this app manageable and very user friendly. My only critique is that when scheduling workouts for the week, it doesn’t save your exercise ‘substitutes’, which is quite annoying, because then you have to swap them out again on the day of. Because i like to plan tomorrow’s workout the night before (when the memory of my hatred for exercise is lessened), making this change would make the process a lot smoother..Version: 6.19

Puts this gym rat through her pacesI’m in the first week of the workout and wholly cow! Let me start by saying I was already in good shape, particularly aerobic wise. I downloaded the app to see if I could use it in place of my expensive gym membership. I also wanted to tone up a bit more. This app puts me through my paces! I love how flexible it is and how the workouts are only 28 minutes each. I’m a busy teacher and mom of six-year-old twins so it needs to work around my life. I can fit in a 28-minute workout in the morning or after they’re in bed. After only a week, I’m feeling more toned already. I’m not following the eating plan because I already track macros and calories. So far, I love it! I can’t wait to see my progress pics in three weeks. Update 8/7/18: I’m now on Week 19 (+4 of Beginner). While I haven’t been perfect, this program has gotten me into the best shape of my life. I was always fit aerobically. However, I couldn’t do burpees and push-ups to save my life. Now I can!! They’re not perfect but I can knock out 15-20 or each in a row. I love that the program fits around my busy life and I can even take it traveling. So happy I found this app!! I would like it better if I could add friends so we could challenge each other and track each other’s fitness..Version: 3.7.1

Love the programs! App could use an updateI love the concept of this app. Essentially, Kayla and the girls serve as person trainers, providing users with weekly workouts and showing us how to properly execute each movement. This a huge, because I used to do some movements incorrectly, which meant not only was I not properly engaging my muscles, I was also putting myself at risk of an injury. A+ in this aspect. The app itself though could use a few simple updates. First, if you start a (let’s say 30 minute) cardio workout, but you finish your desired milage early (let’s say 27 minutes), you cannot “end the workout” without losing your time, mileage, and distance. The entire workout is erased, and does not count towards your weekly cardio goal. Seems silly, but as a former cardio-addict, I think cutting your mile time is something to be celebrated. Also, in the comment section of the app - a really awesome, inspirational feature I must say - the comments on posts are in descending order as opposed to ascending order. This means that the first comment ever posted on a chat always shows first, meaning you need to scroll and wait to load new comments. When I look at transformations, I want to see updates! Over all, though, a really great app..Version: 3.8

Best shape of my life!I am 44 years old and after many years of inconsistent exercising and dieting I feel stronger, look leaner and I have muscle definition! I love my program and know that it provides everything I need to keep progressing. At this age developing muscle strength was important to me and this program is realistic and sustainable. Highly recommend for all ages..Version: 5.6

Changing my lifeThis app motivated me to start working out again after 2 years of inactivity. The workouts are amazing, they have great beginner options, but I went into it at an intermediate level and they're killer! They are tough, but I've found that my strength and confidence has grown tremendously from doing BBG and trying several workouts from the other programs, which is another thing I love about this app. The variety in programs make it suitable for any kind of workout goal. I can see how the intensity and difficulty of BBG might be unmotivating for some though, so it's great that Kayla has recently added more beginner weeks! he community tab is filled with supportive women! The only thing I've never used and probably will never use is the meal plan because there is just a way too many different ingredients and meals (which might be a good thing for other people, but for a broke student, I'm not really looking to buy a full-sized product or unit of produce to use only 1/2 a slice of and then not use for any other meals in the week.) The app has some bugs sometimes but Sweat team replies fast and takes suggestions! My only wish is that it was better compatible with the Apple Watch which is one of the reasons I got the app in the first place, because I saw it could pair to my watch..Version: 5.4.3

The best fitness app ever!I absolutely love this app and have been a faithful user for nearly two years now. I love that “at home” workouts where added to help during all the lockdowns we have faced this year and it still helps because I can’t get to the gym everyday so the home workouts really come into their own on those days. I would like to suggest the option to chose which superset follows which, for example; in the gym there are often people using the machine I need to do the next superset showing in my workout and rather than wasting time waiting for them to finish their set, I move onto the other super set showing but I have to do that part of the workout without the app because I am not able to skip or choose the next one. I have to follow the order it’s laid out in. I hope this makes sense? It would mean I can move onto the next set and when the machine is free I can go back and do the first set....Version: 5.14

The best exercise app!! (Especially postpartum)I have tried loads of apps that promise to get you into shape but SWEAT is the only one that has changed my entire mindset! I was 6 weeks postpartum when I joined the SWEAT community doing the post-pregnancy programme - which was amazing and so user friendly, it made exercising following the birth of my son easy (trust me, the exercises were not easy at first, but you really get into it it’s so much fun) I then went on to complete the SWEAT challenge and 5 months down the road I still use the app to workout 3/4 times a week and track my cardio. Amazing app, I recommend to everyone that wants to lose weight. Cheaper than the gym, better than the gym and A LOT less people than at the gym! 😂.Version: 5.6.2

Powering my fitness with SweatI was introduced to the Sweat app by my daughter at the start of the Covid epidemic in 2020. Since the start I’ve enjoyed the physical challenge that the workouts provide. Not only do you have access to innumerable styles of fitness training but you get free access to menus that provide you with nutritious meals to aid you in improving your overall health too. I used the various programmes and styles at the beginning and then joined one of the Power challenges set by Kelsey Wells. At the completion of the challenge I stayed with the power-style workouts, doing Power at Home workouts in our little Carona-gym. Now that the gym is accessible once more, I access the gym style workouts on the days I attend the gym. Whilst in isolation as a covid contact I used the No Equipment version to keep my fitness levels up. I can say that the past 2 years of membership have seen me improve my fitness levels immensely. The concise descriptions of how to perform the exercises safely and effectively have been a great help in keeping me injury free! Thank you for a great fitness app!!.Version: 6.34

Great app! Couple of suggestions though...I’ve been using the Sweat app for about 3 years now and love all the improvements that have been made recently with new programs, interface etc. just a couple of suggestions that would make this a 5 star app in my opinion: 1. A Prenatal fitness program that can be used throughout pregnancy would be amazing! I am currently 12weeks pregnant and modifying some moves from the Pwr at Home program. I’m finding this is generally ok but would love to see a pregnancy specific program so I don’t have to think about it or plan modified moves ahead of my workout session! 2. The planner screen which tracks my weekly workouts is never accurate, in that when I choose to do a workout that isn’t one of the three resistance workouts in the program I’m currently doing, it doesn’t record the activity. Very frustrating as I like to look back each week and see that I’ve completed all three resistance sessions!.Version: 5.4.4

Best versatile fitness appThis app has everything I need to stop making excuses. Gym too busy? It’s got at home workouts. Sore legs? Do upper body or core. Not feeling the gym? Do a yoga session. I love that you can flick between BBG, PWR and BBG Stronger. It was really hard to start with but I actually persevered and edited workouts/exercises to suit my fitness level and I’ve been smashing it ever since. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with the gym because of this app. I don’t use the meals section because of dietary restrictions but it’s so good that that option is there. I eat relatively healthy and balanced most of the time but the benefit of seeing results from this app and its workouts actually makes me want to eat better. I recommend this app to everyone. And when you consider the monthly cost of this and everything it includes in comparison to paying for a PT it’s unbeatable!.Version: 3.6

Get it!Love this app. The year subscription may seem expensive but it’s way cheaper than paying for a gym membership and there are so many workout options as well as nutrition guide, planner and the messenger board. It’s so easy and motivating to track your workouts. You can play music through it too which is amazing and the built in timer is great. I do Kayla’s BBG and the only change I would make is for the app to track how many laps of each set you get through in the 7 minutes so you can compare later down the track..Version: 4.0.3

Great AppGreat app, difficulty in exercises increases gradually, keeps me on track and I can do the workout anywhere. Would definitely recommend..Version: 6.44.1

My saviour!Sweat is the easiest way to stay on track and keep fit and strong. I have been a member of SWEAT for five years and every week I still feel as though I am challenged. My young girls watch me follow the app to complete my weekly workouts. They love helping me press the arrow to the next exercise! I love that I can be a great role model for my girls as they watch me exercise rather than putting them in a creche at the gym. I can do a Sweat workout at home with minimal equipment, in the backyard or indoors on a hot day under the aircon. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is starting an exercise program or continuing an exercise program. Sweat has been my saviour through the ups and downs of life. Its brilliant and I’m proud to be part of this community..Version: 5.17.2

Would Recommend to AnyoneI love this app! I have struggled to find the motivation to work out consistently but this app makes it so easy to do. You can choose to do a program that is home based (BBG) or at the gym (BBG Stronger), and there are other options as well such as a post-pregnancy program. There really is something for everyone. I chose the home-based program and I love it. It requires minimal equipment and only 30 minutes, 3 days a week plus a little cardio. The only equipment you really need are dumbbells and a bench (I literally use a wooden chair, not a fancy workout bench). You can make it work for you! As if that isn’t enough, this app also provides a meal plan that takes you through three meals a day plus two snacks, and even includes a grocery shopping list for each week. The recipes are simple (and delicious) and can be customized to a wide variety of diets (vegetarian, vegan, etc). Also, for ingredients that you may not have on hand there are often substitute options provided. Lastly, remember to take pictures! I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to look back over your progress week by week and see your body changing. The scale may be deceiving, but those progress photos are not!.Version: 3.7

My reviewI just absolutely LOVE it! soo completed, well explained and well done! it's my go-to app for all my fitness journey 👌🏻.Version: 3.2.1

Love this appBeen using this app for 2 years! Love it and will continue using for as long as I can!.Version: 6.44.1

Here is all about getting stronger and looking at work out as a way of self love! The mind set behind the programs is very evident in the vibes of the whole app! I go to the app every day to get stronger, to make love to my body and to appreciate it. Of course losing weight and getting in shape comes along with it, but its very different what you put first in your priorities and what work out means to you. the sweat app has made it very clear in the programs it gives you. I go there now “because I get to celebrate my body” rather than “ I have to change it”. The self acceptance and self love Kelsey has taught me through her instagram page, gives me the motivation to start from where I am rather and than to long to make it better, never start or get frustrated in longing to be different. You just need to make the start!.Version: 5.17.1

Surprisingly hard but in a good wayI think the Sweat app is good value. I have only ever used this at home in over a year of using it and still have yet to get bored as the challenge level grows with your progress in the app. I am relatively fit but this made a massive difference to how I work out, especially when I had to stop running and switch to something more low impact on my ankles. This is a seriously good fitness programme..Version: 6.0.2

Great! Just wish the calendar was a tad better❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Love it!!!!!!! Workouts are awesome. Just wish the calendar had more features and the ability to add a sweat workout to a previous date. Sometimes I forgot to end the workout and then it’s not recorded. Would be cool to track calories or water too.Version: 5.16

A couple of tweaks pleaseLoving the app! Getting me excited about training consistently with a good level of challenge again. Exercises are explained clearly, there’s a great variety and a lot of options! I would love it if the exercises and stretches had a 3, 2, 1 count in and count out timer (before starting and before ending) so I can actually have my head facing where it should be during the exercise or during the stretch instead of moving it to face my phone (especially when some movements mean I’m on my back or over by the bench etc), even if the countdown timers were just an option that would be great! Also, could there be a possibility or running the stretches through without manually having to tap for the next stretch? Not sure if this is across all programs on sweat, as I’m just using fierce for now.Version: 4.2.7

A boost of confidenceI’ve been following Kayla on Instagram for a few years when I discovered Kelsey and her fitness journey. It took me a while to download an app that costs £15 a month however I took the jump and this is the best decision that I’ve made so far. I’m interested in weightlifting, yet I was really nervous using the weight section of the gym (maybe because it’s a very male dominated area - which now I found it isn’t!). With Kelsey’s programme I’ve got every single explanation of not only how the machine works but also HOW to use it efficiently and safely. Her programme is incredibly well balanced, with warmups, activation, weightlifting sets, supersets and cool down and I find that I do feel my muscles burn the next day but it’s not as much that it would turn me off from exercising (if that makes sense?). Another review complained that clicking next is annoying - I find that a big bonus!! It gives you a chance to review what to do next and catch your breath. The only thing I would change is the chance to customise the exercises in the lineup, e.g. do squats instead of hamstring curls etc. For what you get out of this, £15 a month is a steal. Highly recommended..Version: 3.7.1

Amazing Workouts but Food Planner could be ImprovedI absolutely love the workouts in this app. They’re so flexible and love the addition of the beginner program. Also, having the structure of each program but the ability to jump into a workout from another program makes working out remain fun for me! The food planner and workout planner could be improved. It would be great if I could swap and change meals and add a food to avoid if it is something I don’t like. I schedule my workouts each week and feel like the scheduling tool is a bit clunky. Once I’ve scheduled a cardio activity, it won’t let me schedule a second one for that week unless I’ve completed the first one. These are small changes but I feel like it’s just push the app into the 5 Star zone!.Version: 6.0.4

Beat fitness AppI’ve trained a lot over the years, including working with a personal trainer. Using this app I’ve been able to cancel my gym membership and train from home & seen great results. Exercise is easy to fit into my busy life now and the different trainers available make sure I’m always mixing things up. I’m now in year 2 of using Sweat, would recommend to everyone..Version: 4.2.9

Great App and Program!Edit: I still like the app. Some other areas of improvement is to allow swap exercises to happen eg the day before doing the workout. You can only swap exercises the day of. On the day of it can take sometime as you try to figure out the exercise you want to swap. I have been using the app for 6 months and still get confused ln finding the programs etc. I wish that the cardio days the app would populate options to do from trainers too if you don’t want to walk, run etc This is a really good app. The features I really like is the: ability to swap exercises, the timer included in the app, ability to record weight lifted, and the ability to swap programs between fitness folks (I have not yet) and even incorporate a workout from another program under different fitness folks to your calendar. How to strengthen: initially I was just a little confused when I began using the app, because of the layout ( I saw different sections for programs, then challenges and was not initially sure on what to do but eventually figured it out), Really appreciate the meal plan, would be nice if in the future they can consider adding food swap features with similar food macros. One other improvement is to maybe change up the cool down exercises and allow swap features for those too. I love the app and am glad I invested in it and am absolutely loving chontel Duncan’s program, which is really my style of training! To me it has been worth it!.Version: 6.43

Flexible and motivatingI have a foot injury which still gives me grief and my favourite part of this app is how you can switch exercises that don’t work for you or your body. One of the few apps and programs that I look forward to participating in and keeps me exercising regularly as part of my health goals. So many exercise genre options too!.Version: 6.17

Life Saver! This app has literally saved my sanity during lockdown! A bunch of friends and I exercise at lunchtime over zoom! Thank you Kayla!! 💛.Version: 6.44.1

I’m hookedWonderful app and workouts, so good for beginners to build strength. The variety of exercises keeps it interesting. I have a back injury and my physio helps me modify certain moves that don’t work for torn discs, easy enough to make these changes. Only issues I have is if app crashes halfway through a workout and you have to restart app, you can’t skip to the time/circuit you were on before the crash, and have to start from the beginning. Would be great to fix this so you can still log the workout as completed..Version: 5.7

Great app, only a couple of little features missingThe app works well and the programs are brilliant but there are a few little irksome things that I noticed about the app itself. None of the FIERCE resistance workouts are available on my Apple Watch for starters... PLEASE add buzzers/sirens/some sort of alarm to signal the end of a timed exercise, and when to switch sides if it’s required. I hate having to keep checking and staring at my phone to keep track. Also an option to automatically advance the exercises rather than having to tap the arrow every time would greatly improve the flow of the workouts. The planner feature also needs some work and more flexibility. It would be great if you could add workouts to the planner retrospectively, and pick a start date for the scheduling the suggested workout plan. It was Monday and I selected the suggested plan but it wouldn’t schedule anything until Monday of the next week. Kind of annoying. The next day I tried to add the LISS workout from the previous day in to the planner and I couldn’t. I love the workouts and have pulled some inspo from the recipes section but the planner is a bit too rigid to be useful..Version: 4.0.5

Love FIERCEI decided to try this app based on Chontel Duncan’s instagram profile and I can say that overall I’m very pleased with what I have access to. I’ve tried 2 other instructors and their classes were good too. I have been using since Dec 2019. You need a decent home gym to do these at home but it’s totally worth it. It’s cheaper in the long run and you’re not competing for equipment like you would at a regular gym. I have what I think is bare minimum - squat rack & bench press combined, Olympic bar and plates, and dumbbell pairs in 4 sizes, skipping rope and 2 homemade boxes for jumps. Other exercises I just find alternatives for. I like the set up of the workouts and that there are many to choose from. Sometimes advancing to next exercise is tedious especially for supersets that are not timed exercises. My only peeve is that the app is only compatible with Apple Watch and devices. I wish it had the option of syncing to Garmin watches as all my strength and cardio sessions are recorded on that. It’s annoying that I can’t sync my sessions on the Garmin with the Sweat App. Also I wish there was a voice prompt feature where you could move to next set without physically touching the >> button..Version: 6.26.1

Best all round fitness appAfter training with an online PT which was great but super expensive I wanted something that would incorporate training and a meal plan to continue getting results without the hefty price tag. Hail Sweat! Awesome app the workouts and planner help you stay on track, it keeps you motivated by giving you reminders and the meals are amazing. I’m vegan and not disappointed by the choice of meals, incredible. Also happy I no longer have to calorie count as I was getting a little obsessed by all the numbers so now I train, follow the meal plan and am super happy. Also feel with the constant change in workouts that I will get better overall results to my body composition which is my goal! Definitely worth it!.Version: 5.11

An empowering tool. The sweat app empowers you, makes you feel strong and proud of your body. There’s no self doubt or body shaming, it’s a marvellous celebration of your body and what you can do with it. I have used it after my first two pregnancies and it’s always made me feel amazing after every workout. The app itself is loaded with information I do miss the simple homepage but it’s better to have and not need than need and not have. Thank you Kayla and Tobi you have helped me change my life. Now after my third pregnancy the new post pregnancy training by Kayla is brilliant I can’t start training earlier as it’s gentle and not to daunting to start at any stage in your fitness journey..Version: 5.4.4

Highly Recommend this appI love this app! I am a single parent with 3 little kids aged 7 and under. I can’t get to the gym right now and this app has given me an option to do great workouts at home with the kids around. I love the workouts. I have completed 13 weeks of BBG and lost 8 kgs plus a lot of cms off my hips and waist, and gained muscle tone, strength, increased my fitness, confidence, and overall well being. The BBG works outs are challenging and broken down into 7 minute blocks which I like because if I want to stop I can always tell myself “just do another 7 minutes”. The app is really easy to use and I love mixing up my workouts with some of the other programs and challenges. I love the progress photo feature also which makes tracking progress really easy and I find it very motivating. Overall, fantastic app and excellent workouts that give you great results..Version: 5.14.1

Great AppI am doing Chontel’s Fierce at-home-challenge with equipment and have been for over a year now. There is a lot of variety on the app so I don’t have to stay with that plan only. I add yoga and Pilates from other trainers on the app and I find all the videos very easy and simple to follow. The app allows for convenient training whenever I want, whether it’s at 9am or 9pm (not travel time, no waiting for the session to start…). I love the daily unwind sessions at well, short 10min stretching for the end of the day. I train everyday now, not necessarily using the app but also going for walks. This app has helped me build a long lasting easy-to-do at home routine I can do forever. I feel great and motivated. And it’s super cheap compared to having to pay a fitness trainer for this same level of sessions. I know a trainer can help you improve your form, but I hate being in a gym, those are the worst environments for my introverted self (anyone else think a 5kg weight is super heavy??)! 😂🙈.Version: 6.31

It’s like a PT in your pocket!I love how easy the app is to use and how convenient it is. You can literally do it anywhere anytime and the steps are so easy to follow. It’s like having a PT there with you! There is so many programs to choose from and I absolutely love that you can still choose to do other exercises outside of your program with other trainers 😍 if you’re like me and not a social butterfly then it’s great that the community chats are optional 🙈not only do you have access to all of this but there is even a meal planner 😱literally everything at your fingertips to get to a healthier you! I would prefer if it linked up to a smart watch because I quite often don’t have my phone on me to track steps etc. it would also be great to see something PCOS/endo friendly but other than that I can’t really fault it 😊.Version: 6.37

Great app!I’ve been really impressed with this app! I’m on week 30 of Chontel Duncan’s Fierce and have also done 12 weeks of PWR, love both! They’ve really helped me be consistent with my workouts. There’s heaps of variety through the different programs and everything is well thought out. So many great options!.Version: 6.31

OptionsI love that I can choose a different workout for whatever mood I’m in, or follow a set plan..Version: 6.44.1

Great workouts, app not working so wellI love the workouts on Sweat and have recently been trying the yoga workouts, which I really enjoy. But since the latest app update there have been a few technical issues which are really frustrating. Sometimes the image doesn’t load, which is ok if I know the yoga position, but not so helpful if I haven’t a clue! Also the verbal cues don’t always work, usually when I’m stuck in a position like downward facing dog and I can’t see my phone to realise that it’s moved onto the next position without telling me. If these bugs are fixed, I’ll be pretty happy. I love the new klaxon feature to signify that the clock is at zero. I wish you didn’t have to tap ‘next’ to move between exercises, but I can’t think of any other way this could work as it’s based on the number of reps rather than a timeframe..Version: 3.8.2

Awesome app! Highly recommended for women who want to get fitI cannot recommend it enough. There are a range of workouts so you can choose what’s best for you, it is also shown how you do each exercise, and you can choose another exercise if a particular one doesn’t suit you..Version: 6.0.4

Brilliant ProgrammingI have absolutely loved this app for its ease of use. It’s so well balanced, the programs and workouts are amazing. I began on the Body Burn Challenge and completed the 4 week program and have now begun the Fierce Program. It really takes the thinking out of my workout and I can just watch the videos if I’m unsure of an exercise. If I don’t like the exercise for whatever reason, I can substitute it with another that works the same muscle group, making it so much more versatile for anyone to use. It also avoids burnout too as I don’t have to be in the gym or training at home everyday. I love the emphasis of the rest day each Sunday as that’s my meal prep day. I have had the app in the past but have never used it to its full capacity and I feel like it’s so much more improved than I last remember. I’m getting some great results and feel so good in my skin 🥰.Version: 6.44

Even better than I thought!Loving it!!.Version: 6.44.1

Inspiring guidance and motivation to workoutI love the sweat app as without it I wouldn’t know what to do by myself in the gym. The workouts are great and the weekly plan really gives you a structure to stick to which will keep you consistently active, and will show results. Not to mention the dietary advice and health measuring features. Beyond that, through the app and the social media platforms, there is a whole community of people following the program who really support each other. Events such as the 12 week challenge are a great incentive to stick to your workouts along with all the other people taking part, so you are accountable to something and can see a goal ahead, by the end of which you will see some results!.Version: 4.0.3

GreatThe excersizes are great and the plans are easy to follow, noticing results already. One thing that desperately needs an update is the “progress” section. It’s very confusing to navigate and I don’t like how it only follows what you look like. What about things like waist inches, subjective energy, fitness goals like how many pressups u can do etc. or at the very least be able to put weight in . Also would be good to be able to keep a record of all the courses you complete like trophies. Eg if you complete bbg beginner then you store a trophy for that. I honestly can’t seem to get this section to work for me so either it’s unintuitive or it’s a bit flawed . Overall very happy, just thought I’d give some constructive feedback..Version: 6.31

Amazing app!To me, who has no self discipline, this is the only app that got me moving persistently for 5 weeks now! The app can be heavy and slow at times (ex: the timer gets stuck and has to "catch up" during the workout). Also, the calendar part of the app could be improved to be more flexible. And it would also be nice to have the option to hear the exercises being called out so that you don't have to constantly look at your phone to see what you have to do next. But don't let these comments discourage you, this app is worth every penny you put in it and all this sweat will make you feel great. Enjoy!.Version: 3.2.1

Wish I’d started soonerI’ve followed Kayla on Instagram for a while and read the reviews about how people have are hooked once they start. I’ve had a typical on off relationship with exercise for years and always convinced myself I need to be in a gym. But with lockdown I took the plunge and signed up for a years subscription and I can honestly say it’s the best £97 I’ve spent. The workouts are easy to follow, they go quick and because you only do 3 a week I find I have a mentality of giving my all for that 28min. Alongside those workouts you do some low level exercise such a walks which suit me perfectly. I have been doing this for 5 weeks now and can see I’m stronger and progressing in my fitness. I’m excited to see where I am in a few months time..Version: 5.7

Great workout everyday!!You gotta do it!!.Version: 6.44.1

Terrible interface on laptopPurchased this on my laptop and the interface was awful - glitchy, tiny resolution, less features. It wasn’t until i opened this on my iPhone when I realised it’s only really good for a phone. Also it’s very difficult to switch between programmes without losing your trophys! A bit of work for the developers to tidy up, but otherwise and Ok programme. Also the pop up that congratulates you when you have finished a week keep appearing every time you navigate the screen, even after clicking x. Super annoying..Version: 6.16.1

Great app but room for improvementI started using this app and feel the programs are great and easy to follow. There are a few improvement suggestion I would like the IT team to consider for future enhancement: 1) Integration into users calendar. If FitOn can do this and it’s a free app, I think it’s the least Sweat can offer this standard feature too. 2) Chromecast - Screen mirroring is such a terrible user experience. Users are usually required to pay for external app to cast their iOS to tv. Given the amount we pay, please consider improving the UX needs. Choosing multiple programs - I know there’s a way for this but the UX and UI is clunky. 3) Injuries - I know the app was up front that they don’t cater for injuries but given majority of users would have some form of injuries (long/short term), atleast provide some support (suggestions, alternative for specific injuries) would really help the users to take their training to the next level. 4) Fitbit and other 3rd app - Please update your app api so users can track our data via our smart watch. Again, this is great UX. Overall, Sweat need to invest more into the UX features..Version: 6.43

Finally a program that I can stick tooThe BBG is brilliant for me ... I have lost 8kg and my body is transforming. The training starts out with a beginner guide for 4 weeks and then the intensity increases. The great thing is you can choose your weeks or go back and start again if you fall off the wagon. The meals plans work well and can be adapted to suit your own needs.. and there is a great community website that keeps you in touch with like minded people at various stages of the programme. As long as I charge my IPad I'm good to go... I log my workouts resistance and cardio along with rest days. I look forward to working out, knowing what training session I should complete in the evening. It’s been 23 months now and I know I will still be utilising this programme in Jan when it will be a 2 years !.Version: 5.2.1

Love this appKeeps me motivated and excited about working out. It’s the best fitness app I’ve ever used..Version: 6.44.1

Really good app, almost great.I started using this app at the beginning of this year and love that it has got me back to exercising in our second lockdown here in the UK. Love that there is a program mapped out for you and that no routine is the same, I get easily bored if having to repeat the same things in the same order so that is a great feature. Some days I don’t feel like doing what the planner has for me though so then I go to the on demand section and find something else that feels more right for that day. It would be amazing if there was a way that you could easily access a class you’ve done before rather then having to search around for it, and sometimes not finding it at all as it wastes a lot of time in then morning. Could there be a button added maybe in your planner where completed exercises can be accessed again? That or a search feature would make the app 5* to me..Version: 6.1.2

Love it!!!I love this app so much!! I debated getting this app for a long time with a friend from the gym and we kept putting it off. Finally my friend got it and suggested I get it, finally I did and I honestly don’t know how I managed without it!! It’s so great. I love you can choose substitutions when you don’t like an exercise and they will give you comparable exercises. I also like how you can easily switch programs and you follow along as you do it!! This app isn’t cheap- but it is a great motivator and basically acts as my personal trainer!!! Don’t hesitate and just get it!.Version: 6.44.1

Love the build programA variety of workout programs for all interests. I love the Build weightlifting program - a beginner 12 week program is available for those just starting to lift..Version: 6.0.4

BEST FITNESS APPI initially started with BBG in 2015. I loved the 12 week program and within 4 weeks i saw dramatic results. I tried many other programs double and triple the price of Kayla’s app but they weren’t easy to follow, didn’t have explicit instructions on how to do each exercise and if they did they only had an image. However, Kayla’s app has a video of the trainer doing the workout. In addition to all this, they have daily meal plans which i usually browse through and pick and choose from on a weekly basis. The introduction of other trainers lets me use a variety of workout methods which makes it more engaging and challenging. I absolutely love the blogs and community chat space! 5/5 stars!.Version: 4.0.4

Excellent!I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I do enjoy it! It does what it needs to and also gives me motivation to do it! It seems costly at first but it is worth it when you look at a weekly cost. The only improvement could be if during the cool down stretches there was an alert that goes with the timer so you knew when to change to the next stretch. Also with the liss/hiit it would be good if you could manually add distance and steps etc if you’re doing the running on a treadmill. But I might have just not figured out how to do this. All in all really enjoy the app as it keeps me accountable and motivated to go. Would definitely recommend!.Version: 5.6

Great app!! Saw results after 12 weeksLove the app and love that I can see an alternative to either if I don’t have the equipments or easier. Don’t like that not all of them have alternatives as sometime I’m at small gym that doesn’t have everything. Not a fan of the meal plan as I’m allergic and can’t see a lot of replacement options, also kinda picky in what I eat but overall it has great recipes and workout plans. LOVE that it has more than one trainer and programs and you can chose which ever you like. Don’t like that the targeted area workout for Kyla doesn’t include all body parts. Still using alongside with other apps such as CCFIT and WORK IT as well as Keep Training for quick home equipment free workouts..Version: 6.13

Personalised trainingThis is my 4th time downloading the app and I love that I can substitute exercises if I don’t have three equipment or I don’t like that exercise. I am loving it so far with the workouts and can’t wait to say I’ve done 30 days using the sweat app ✌🏽.Version: 6.22

Such an amazing program!I have been using this app for a little over a year and I love it all. The app is clean, easy to use, and the software updates always seem to be enhancements, not bug fixes! This app offers sooooo many different workouts to choose from but I’ve stuck to the same program. The workouts aren’t ever exactly the same and they build off each previous week, so I keep getting stronger without ever getting bored. I reached out to the support team once about 6 months ago, because I was frustrated and struggling with some injuries. Told them it would be cool if they offered some low impact substitutions. While at the time they didn’t have this available (but was something they were already working on) they came back with 3 or 4 different ways to adjust my workouts to avoid further aggravation. The substitution enhancement was released a couple months ago and I love it! It’s so easy to sub out workouts due to equipment restrictions, or because it’s too easy, or too hard. The videos and instructions for each workout are spot on. I really really love this app!.Version: 6.0.4

So simpleI am loving having a variety of programs to allow me to work in training blocks. I am fmaking some great headway post baby. I am actually a personal trainer that spent years writing programs and it is the last thing i was to do (with three kids under 5 in my house), write my own programs, so i am greatful to have this app. So simple, so good..Version: 5.10.1

LoveKaylas app has changed my workouts. The plan is easy to follow and slowly builds up intensity making each week different and exciting. Workouts are 30 minutes and the food plan is delicious. The recipes are built in single portions. I have never had problems with the app not working or crashing. As well I have never had problems with being double charged etc. The BBG community is awesome. Overall, I would highly recommend the Kayla app and subscription. I'm currently on week 40 and will be renewing my membership :).Version: 3.2.1

Best app ever!About a year ago I decided to give up my gym membership, as I had gone back to work part time and was finding it hard to fit in the gym around young children and work. I have been using the sweat app non stop for a year now and have found it so motivating. I get up at 5.30 and have my workout gear ready to go. I don’t have to think about my workouts I just follow the app. I love how it progresses each week. I have found I have been able to keep up my fitness and muscle tone just as much as when I was going to the gym regularly 😁 100% recommend this app.Version: 6.13

Absolutely amazing appI love this app so much! This is an amazing way to work out. I started working out with Sweat since end of February. It’s very smart and very convenient and you can work out at the gym or at home. There are tons of different programs you can choose within Sweat that suits your current condition and goals. I never liked working out but with this app I became obsessed. What I love the most about it is the instructors that I can find on Instagram. The connection makes me feel that there is a real person who is leading me through this. When I said it’s convenient, I meant it 100%. So first of all, if you work out at the gym, they built it the way you can find everything you need for each activation in one place. You watch a short video for each exercise which is showing you how to do it. You don’t have to run from one machine to another with no break in between. They thought of the adequate breaks in between each activation set. Also I love the built-in timers within timers. I am telling you, it makes it so much easier to do it right. I tried a couple more apps before and my experience wasn’t as efficient, pleasant and great as with Sweat. Amazing work, guys! Honestly, my life has changed since this app. Since I am hooked to consistently working out now, I became more fit, confident, healthier, and just more positive!!! Thank you!.Version: 5.6

AmazingThe only exercise app I’ve ever consistently stuck with. It’s been 2.5 months snd I haven’t missed a session. The food plan is also great although I don’t follow it strictly I’ve taken a lot from it. I get so many comments from people about how great I look. Never thought I’d be one of those to get addicted to exercising but I’m getting close to it! My body shape has completely changed and I feel better physically and mentally. My one tip would be to only attempt one component first. Eg Nail the exercise program OR the food plan consistently for at least 2 months and then start the other component. Actually second tip would be to commit to doing at least some (?half) of your workouts early in the morning. Totally worth the money..Version: 6.0.4

Very much worth it!I have had this app twice now. It is amazing for so many reasons, but for me I love all of the options available for at home workouts. There is only one thing that i would really like to see updated with this app and that is the Apple Watch connection and tracking calories burned. When i open the app on my phone to start my workout it doesn’t connect with my watch and same for the other way around. It doesn’t connect with my phone if i open the app on my phone. That being said, at the end of a workout it does show up on my activity with the amount of time i was active but does not record calories burned during workout. Lastly, when i open the app on my watch, it doesn’t give me a warm up option at all. It just jumps right to the workout. So i always just use my phone. Once i finally leave the comfort of my home to begin working out in a gym again I’d love to just be able to do everything on my watch. Overall, i love the workouts and how the app is set up. It makes it easy getting back into the swing of things and offers different levels of intensity. I just started back at the beginning of December and have lost a little more than 10 lbs just doing this in my living room!.Version: 6.40

My Favourite AppI love the SWEAT app! It is everything I need for a training program and helps me stay focussed and in shape. I love how you can easily change trainers and get a whole new challenge. However, if there is anything I could suggest for it to be improved...it would be awesome if there was a trainer for those who are pregnant. Perhaps for pregnancy yoga or safe strength training or a bit of both to help keep the body in shape and to help recover post birth. Along with some healthy recipes to get all the nutrients you need for growing a baby. That would be rad!.Version: 4.0.0

Sweat AppA fabulous app to use for those that are able to monitor and track their own fitness. Having a range of options in the app such as Fierce, Power and the weekly challenges means you’re never bored. Great for beginners as you can work your way up into using weights, and then progress to heavier weights if you want. As you complete each training session it comes up in your planner so you can track your activity throughout the week. Doesn’t record all resistance training sessions in your planner (not sure why) and would be good if if could like to your Fitbit/Garmin for steps or a run as not everyone carries their phone with them at all times. But would definitely recommend! 👍🏻.Version: 4.1.1

BBG beginner addition is brilliantFirst time ever leaving a review for anything, I’ve tried BBG countless times over the last few years as I always loved the idea behind it & the strength and fitness changes it can provide. When I tried previously with BBG 1 I liked it but always found I was over-sore for about 3 days after and felt the workouts were too much for me, on top of that there was a lot of workouts to do per week when going from zero exercise to BBG, and hence I never lasted past a couple weeks. Since the new BBG beginner was released I have wanted to try it, and it’s only my first week but just wanted to share my thoughts with anyone who was in a similar position. The workouts per week are less, but you do have the option to complete extra optional workouts which is good however you don’t feel bad if you don’t do them as they are optional, so this is good as it isn’t so overwhelming for someone just starting to exercise. On top of that I found the exercises very good for someone not used to excercising. I can complete a resistance workout and feel like I’ve put in some work, sweat & finish it. I can feel that I have done a workout on my legs yesterday however it’s not mega sore like it has been in the past! Makes me feel so much more motivated to continue than before & I feel confident that when I have completed beginner I will be much more ready to move on to the next workouts!.Version: 5.4.1

Inspiring!I’ve managed a gym, I’ve been a trainer, I thought I had it down. But this app have SO MUCH variety for whatever type of work out you are feeling that day. If you like structure: stick to a program and it really helps you keep track of your progress and motivate you. If you like variety and get bored easy: you can bounce between yoga, powerlifting style training, HIIT training for days with less time, full body workouts and specific area driven workouts! The coaching in each session makes it timely and easy to follow with explanations on each exercise, and a good playlist to follow. You can track your water intake and your food map is planned out for you! The ONLY change I would make is that you can track what you actually eat vs the meal plan set out for your program. The community and trainers are amazing on social media to keep you motivated, encourage you on your good days, yet convince you to go in and try your best on your bad days! The congratulations with confetti at the end really are satisfying! And when you’re sore, there are recovery days and stretches they guide you through to help out! Thank you Kayla, from your first book guide years ago to the app you and Tobi made,I feel inspired and flexible in my fitness routine..Version: 4.0.4

BrilliantI’ve used the app on and off for years (and originally started with the ebook many years ago). I’ve been really impressed with how quickly the company / Kayla has responded to change this year with the world in lockdown and users needing no equipment options. My only gripe is there being barre but not Pilates (as a dancer I am not a fan of barre - recipe for injuries!). I’d also love the colour coding to come back for the Planner, although happy for it to be with the new colour scheme! It helps me visualise my month so I know I’m balancing my workouts. Using the app this year has meant it’s been the longest consistent streak of working out I’ve done in decades - even better than when I’ve had PT because of the workout layout of having audio and a GIF of the exercise, and also the reward / progress tracking element feeding into the addictive part of my brain making me look forward to workouts and want to complete my weekly targets. Well done and thank you, Sweat!.Version: 6.0.2

Such a great deal!I have been using this app 4+ times/week for over 7 months now and have never had to repeat a workout. I’m so impressed with how much you get for less than the price of one in-person fitness class per month. I started off with Kelsey Well’s PWR program, then decided I wanted more high intensity worked into my workouts so I switched to Chontel’s FIERCE at home as soon as it came out. After 12 weeks of that, I decided I wanted to change things up just for fun so now I’m doing Kayla’s BBG. Add into all of those programs the fact that they have regular sweat challenges and publish all NEW workouts for you to do for 6-week chunks before switching back to your regular programming- basically, the choices and workouts are endless! I’ve always gotten bored with workout programs after a certain amount of time and repetitiveness, but the amount of choice you have in this one, all included in the $20/month, has kept that from happening with the SWEAT app. I am a huge fan and so thankful to have this app to keep me feeling my best..Version: 6.31

My Go ToI follow this program religiously. I love the variety of workouts and I know I’m following a safe and organized program. It’s a million times better than doing random workouts from Instagram and a lot easier than trying to create a journal or program of your own. It’s easy to follow and makes going to the gym on a busy schedule that much easier. I love this program and the women involved that partnered with Kayla to create this. They keep adding variety so I don’t think I’d ever turn to another app. The way it keeps track of my progress is great too. All the work-outs cater to different tastes and they are really effective. Totally worth the $20. Occasionally there are app issues but that is usually solved quickly and with app updates. I’ve used this app for years and it’s the best one on the market. I think the way it explains moves and shows how to do them has really helped me feel confident in the gym too. Most women I think are a bit timid to go into the weights section of a gym for fear of incorrect form and some dude coming up to tell them they’re doing it wrong, this app eliminates that!.Version: 6.37

I love this app!I was recommended this app by a friend and was initially quite skeptical about if I would like it. In the first few weeks I will admit I struggled to adjust to this new way of working out but now I LOVE THIS APP. It has changed the way I work out and given me so much motivation to go to the gym and achieve something. No other workout plan / diet that I have tried has given me the results I have achieved from this and has made me feel as excited and positive about working out (which I used to dread). Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try something different or struggles to motivate themselves to work out - the app plans everything out for you and makes it so easy..Version: 5.2

Just Bite The Bullet and Do ItI have always struggled with motivation to work out consistently. I would exercise 6 days a week for a month or two, then lose drive and stop. My weight and motivation have yo-yo’ed for the better part of my adulthood. I would always work out at home because going to the gym intimidated me. I started BBG workouts at home and finished the 12 week program. I felt great and was in better shape than I’d ever been, but wanted to start lifting and toning with weights. Now I lift 6 days a week thanks to the PWR program and feel confident and good in the gym because I no longer feel like I have no idea what I’m doing there! This app has programs for home workouts or gym workouts based on what you want to do. It lets you log progress and actually makes you feel like you’re accomplishing something every time you finish a workout. It has meal plans, alternatives for moves you may be unable to do, special postpartum programs and yoga programs. It’s comprehensive, challenging, but doable and has made me feel 1000 times better about myself and my abilities. If you’re on the fence about it, get it! It’s totally worth it. I can’t recommend it enough for beginners!.Version: 3.6

GreatReally enjoy this app, think its great value for money. I would love if you could progress through two programs at once... like pick a trainer for weights and then when you go into the “by demand” tab, you could see sjanas entire program and pick the next yoga sesh you are up to. The other thing that could make it really awesome is a bit more added for advanced fitness, as theres been a-lot added for beginners. The food plan hasnt changed in years either, for a vegan its not diverse enough. Also, a boxing and cycling trainer would really top the app off. Then you would have just about everything you need. But overall, excellent app, have used it for years. Shout out to steph sanzo, im almost getting back to a 100kg deadlift after injury to my back 4 years ago and her programming alone is to thank for that because I've been trying to get back there for about that long..Version: 6.12.1

Great all rounderI’ve been using this for a couple of years now. I’ve had problems with inconsistency but I truly do love this app. I love that they now have all sorts of fitness choices. You can do yoga, Pilates and so much more. It’s always inspiring and being connected on socials helps so much too. There is also a pretty awesome community behind it and I think I’ll keep using this for some time to come. I’m finally getting stuck into my fitness and being consistent and being able to change workout types or choose one on demand any time helps with the motivation too. My only down side is I wish the meals were more customisable. I would love to be able to swap meals as you choose on certain days as sometimes I don’t feel like that meal or I don’t have everything on hand but that’s my only downside..Version: 6.39

The best fitness app out thereI love, love LOVE this app! I love the variety of trainers and training styles, I love how you can choose your equipment and the app modifies programmes for you based off what you have at home or at your gym. I love the use of the scheduler. Also I love the one-off workouts you can do too. 10/10!.Version: 6.40

Highly recommendBeen using this app for three years now, the last one of which I’ve been using it consistently (4-5x/wk). It makes going to the gym so much easier. Things to Sweat, I now know how to work out effectively. Working out has become fun because of this app!.Version: 6.4

Love it.. but needs a couple tweaksLove love love this. I’m doing the PWR at home and it’s great! I’m in my mid 30’s, haven’t worked out since my wedding ten years ago and definitely not in shape at all. I have 3lb dumbbells and a set of bands and i feel that’s enough to get an excellent workout. I’m sore most days but in a good way!! I’m definitely modifying moves to make them easier so I feel like i could keep this app for a LONG time and still feel really challenged. And most workouts are a TRUE 25-35 minutes, warmup to cool down, so awesome for a busy mom like me. I also love that there aren’t 700 billion programs. Just enough for variety but not feel overwhelming. And they don’t feel gimmicky. The tutorial videos are amazing because I can see a quick preview right before the circuit and I love that it shows it throughout so I can keep my form. My FAVORITE part is the ability to add my own playlist. It’s so fun to make my own Hype playlist of songs I love and I don’t have to compete with the crappy track from the a program. I would love to see the app for Apple TV, though. I hate having to air play it. Also, the ability to record workouts that you might have missed. Sorry, solid Type A here..Version: 5.7.2

Wonderful app! This app is hands down the best fitness app! I have been training for several years and have used and tried so many different apps/guides and this one offers so much! While bbg itself is enjoyable, I truly enjoy heavy weightlifting and was thrilled when they added more weight based guides and trainers on the app. The nutrition portion is helpful too; they provide step by step on the recipes and even a grocery list that you can tap to cross off the items you have or buy while shopping. There is so much detail in every last aspect in the app that it is honestly impossible to not know what you are doing while using it. Each exercise has explanations, modified for easy or more difficult versions, a voice guide, and an animation that goes with it to assist you with learning the exercises. The online community in the app is great too! Everyone is very supportive and there is so many posts and tips to read on the forum. Kayla also offers challenges in the app as well as includes stretching/from rolling to help with post exercise soreness. I would highly recommend this app to anyone!.Version: 4.0.2

Best workout app!Super easy to use and you can select workouts that fit into your routine and even if you don’t use all ingredients in the nutrition section there’s some great ideas for recipes so you never get bored! You can set times workouts to Jesy suits you best, different levels and different categorises from strength, body building and yoga! It even sets up a recommended workout plan each week if you don’t want to schedule your own. Highly recommend!.Version: 4.2.3

Great but currently limits you to one programmeI’ve been using the Sweat app for over a year, and generally it’s excellent - I’ve been using the BBG programme and have progressed through each one of these. It’s been a brilliant way of structuring exercise at home and whilst travelling for work, and it does work you quite hard, with minimal need for equipment. HOWEVER, although it has a choice of different programmes (Fierce etc), you only see week one for all of these regardless of which week you’re on in your main programme. This means you can’t vary your workouts across programmes, which is a real shame given these are shown as if you do have this option. You’re therefore forced to pick one ‘lane’ and stick with it, slightly surprising as the app isn’t the cheapest. But, if you’re very clear on what you want, not bothered about varying your programme, you’ll be really well catered for..Version: 5.6.3

Really works for meIt’s not easy. It’s tough. I sometimes have to repeat weeks if I can’t keep up with her progression. BUT, it definitely works- I am much more toned when I do BBG, plus I don’t look too muscly. I must add, I only do the exercise elements of BBG (legs, arms, abs plus one 35 min jog per week I.e. working out 3-4 times a week) but have noticed a really big difference every time I do it. If I regress, I just go back a few weeks and once have started all over again because I took my eye off the ball. If you can fit this into your life (30 mins / day) it will work for you. Be prepared to work hard for it though. I mostly do my work outs infront of a TV programme I’m currently addicted to - it encourages me to do the work out and keeps me going..Version: 4.0.5

Always a good workoutI’ve been using this app for almost 2 months now and I’m loving it. The workouts are as good as you make it. Meaning, you get 7 minutes to complete a round of 4 workouts. You do what you can within the 7 minutes. You can push harder to do more or you can just do what you can. In total there are 4 sets of 7 minute workouts with a pause between each 7 minutes. I feel more in shape and I’m now starting to see results (age/weight/workout type/diet all play a role in results). There are plenty of different workout options for different levels of fitness and desired results. I have been doing the bbg at home (at home workouts require minimal equipment such as dumbbells, jump rope, and small bench). I might switch to another workout type that requires gym equipment. There is also a lot of support within the app from other users for questions, affirmations, and suggestions on many topics. I made an Instagram account and connected with users from the app and they are always positive ( another outlet for support and affirmations). I recommend giving this app a try..Version: 4.1.2

Best at home fitness appI got this app as I had to quit my gym (covid) and I have honestly never used a better at home exercise app! So many different types of work outs. First time in a long time my abs have come out! Would recommend to anyone :).Version: 6.15.1

Best fitness app I’ve ever hadI love this app! Have had it for 2 months now. Had planned to cancel after my free month subscription at the end, but ended up subscribing for a year (works out $2.30 per week) which is so cheap! This is a program that could work for anyone and everyone! The recipes taste good and are all pretty easy and its good that it generates a shopping list. The only downside (for me) is that I usually meal prep on Sunday. The meal plan won’t work for people who meal prep one night of the week. The meal plan comes up with 5 different meals every single day. I don’t have time to make a new meals 5 times a day. I wish there was a way to choose a simpler meal plan option. For now I’ll just pick 2 days times the ingredients by 7 (for husband and me), make all meals on Sunday and eat them alternative for throughout the week. Hopefully a more simplistic plan might be in the works for the future??.Version: 3.6

Affordable and lots of contentLove this app. I love it even more because I got it on sale during Black Friday a few years ago so I’m locked in for $10/month which is an amazing price for all the content. Even their usual pricing is worth it in my opinion. So many different programs. Used to have a lot of bugs but works seamlessly now. Love the ability to sub out and modify separate exercises before starting the workout - really useful postpartum with diastasis and certain exercises aren’t as safe or are too difficult. The modification suggestions are exactly what I need so I don’t have to stress about what to change myself. I would love to see a prenatal program. I was so lost trying to exercise while pregnant. I believe i heard this may be in the works by Sweat which is super exciting! I wish the app had better nutrition and meal plan ideas. I love the idea of this feature within the app, but it falls short. The ingredients are odd - not typical things I can find at my grocery store - and doesn’t offer substitutes if I’m remembering correctly. I find it to be the least useful part of the app. It makes eating healthy seem more difficult than it is. I need a nutrition planner that makes eating healthy seem “easier” (every day ingredients, one pan meals, kid friendly meals, etc)..Version: 6.33

Love This App!Such a great layout of workouts! Really enjoy the diversity of the trainers and the levels that each of them provide for. It’s a really accomodating app with great workouts for anyone of any ability. I found this such a great app when I wanted to get back into exercise it just didn’t know how. Everything was laid out for me, and I was able to really ease into it! Now I’m 10kg down and still really enjoying the app! Would love to see more tips and possibly good gouge from the trainers themselves, because they all provide different perspectives on health and training! Also a “like” button would be great for the workouts. That way we can easily access the random workouts we’ve done outside of a set program, so we can do them again in the future if we want!.Version: 6.11

Love the new updates... but substituted exercises don’t save to planner!!I love that the new update allows users to substitute exercises based on equipment and filters for reason for substitution. However, I like to plan my workouts the day before and spent time making subs in preparation for tomorrow morning’s workout. I was disappointed to discover that my subs didn’t save when I scheduled my workout which makes the feature useless for me... like, who has time to make these changes when you’re aiming to do a 6am workout? I also do 2 programs simultaneously- BBG & Fierce at Home. Can you pls make changes to the planner function so I can easily add workouts from a particular week of a different plan without having to go to “manage my program”? Lastly, new workout updates, such as Fierce at Home 3.0 should be added before the preceding 12 wk plan ends. It’s frustrating to finish a program and have to wait for new updates... surely this can be planned and updated in advance (for example when I finished Fierce at Home 1.0 it took several weeks for the 2.0 program to be released). Otherwise I love this app- it’s my daily go to for working out and keeps me motivated.Version: 5.15

Great app, great priceI’ve been using the Sweat app for about a year. It works so well for me and I recommend it to everyone I know! There’s something for everyone here. Beginners, gym rats, and everyone in between. I don’t use the meal plan feature; I only use it for working out. Most of the workouts can be completed in 40 minutes. If you don’t have that much time or you’re not feeling up to a full workout, you can use one of the MANY “quick workouts” that are 20 minutes are less. There are “workouts” for stretching, too, which is so nice if you’re feeling sore or just need a refresher. One of my favorite things is that you can use the app on your phone, laptop, tablet, and you can even cast it onto your TV with the Apple TV! Also, you can schedule your workouts and sync it with your calendar. I will say this: I don’t like doing yoga with this app. I tried the 3 yoga “workouts” and it just wasn’t great. The instructor seems good and I definitely got a good workout, but I just don’t think this is the right platform for yoga. The countdowns always end with loud beeping which brings you out of that zen moment. I highly recommend the Sweat app and I’ll definitely be renewing my subscription!.Version: 5.7

Best fitness app for women!!!I’ve been using sweat for 3 years and I absolutely LOVE it!! The app is really easy to navigate and I love the fact that it syncs with your calendar so you can really plan your workouts. There are so many different programs to choose from so something for everyone! The community is so supportive and encouraging. The information that Kayla and her team provide is really helpful for those who have never worked out before or those who wish to understand more about exercising and nutrition! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a sustainable and practical way to improve their overall fitness and health..Version: 6.2.3

Good but needs improvementsThe works outs are good but the app itself needs some improvements to be more user friendly. Ie: notifications to give you a gentle nudge to do the days workout. You can add reminders in but have to manually load these for each workout which is long winded & a pain. And then if you don’t complete the workout at the time of the reminder some have said it doesn’t log the workout as complete later on. Also notifications for the app in general when you get a msg etc. A list of equipment needed when starting a programme would be helpful. Currently this is only listed within the workout so you don’t know until you start it or go through each one. Not giving you chance to buy everything before hand. So in conclusion good but could be a lot better. As I am obviously not the only one to highlight these issues they will hopefully get resolved soon..Version: 5.4.1

Everything you need!Have been going to the gym for years but have never been consistent until joining SWEAT! Have been using the app since 3mo post partum and it’s not only helped get me back into fitness but allowed me space for self care and to learn to love my body and self. These amazing women are inspirational and have your best interests, they’re not just in it for looks, fame and fortune, they genuinely care about spreading body positivity and healthy lifestyles for everyone. Life changing and redefining what exercise means. So thankful for Kayla, Kelsey and everyone on the SWEAT team. The community board also provides us the opportunity to continue that support to each other. Love love love!.Version: 6.35

Join Sweat Now!Getting to a gym was really difficult for me (a single mum who works full time). Throw in a pandemic and it’s even harder! This app has been an absolute lifesaver! It’s suitable for all levels of fitness as the program helps you improve as the weeks go on. There are workouts to suit everybody and you can switch them up each time, which means it never gets boring or repetitive. I absolutely love that I can get a workout done in 30 mins (or 10-15 if you go for an express one) and that I can now workout wherever I am and I’m not held back by time constraints, lack of childcare, no equipment etc. Not only that, but if you stick with it you genuinely will notice a difference. I’m actually seeing muscle definition - hooray! Aside from being physically stronger since joining Sweat, most importantly, I’m so much happier in myself. Completing these workouts is such a mood booster and the reason it’s so addictive is because you feel such a sense of accomplishment along the way. The Sweat community motivates you and the app is basically having the best personal trainers and a bunch of friends at your finger tips. I really can’t recommend this app enough!.Version: 5.14.2

Love, love, love this app!!I’m updating my review from several years ago. I still love this app and in fact love it even more. I started doing Kayla’s app on and off years ago, but my daughter and I have been doing this app regularly for the last year and a half. We started with Kayla’s HIIT program but that was just too high impact for me. We did Stephanie’s weight training at home & finished the full 15 week program and loved it! We’ve done some challenges in between. We’re trying out Kayla’s low impact program now, going into week 5, and we really like it too. I like this one because it’s only a 1/2 hr long and it works into our schedule right now. We will eventually try to do the extra weeks that Stephanie just recently adde to her weight training at home program. I’m really starting to see results and I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress. I love that Kayla has added so many different trainers and exercises for all fitness levels. Anyone should be able to find a program that suits them and their needs. I also like the trainers philosophy on eating: eat a well balanced diet and don’t deprive yourself of things that you like to eat. I would (& have) recommended this app!.Version: 6.17

Actually noticing resultsSo it took me a while to actually stick to the workouts, I’ve been using this app since about end of Feb (it’s now mid April) but I’m definitely noticing less of a tummy - and I can actually do push-ups now! Not just one but 15 consecutive pushups! I think if I was going to see mega results I would have to start eating better (as suggested with the recipes in the app, so can’t really fault it). I’ve also been doing the home workouts recently due to the gyms being closed and they’re actually really challenging so I’m still just as satisfied! The only thing I would like to suggest is I often forget to log my cardio until I come to do a resistance workout a day or so later, so to be able to log it for a previous day would be really good :) but that’s just an admin thing, the actually content is brilliant. Well worth the money..Version: 5.6

Life changingFrom this app to her blogs, Kayla has changed my life. I feel good, eat healthy and work out 5 times a week. I look forward to the new challenges each week and after week 2 I could already see the change within me and my body. I can't begin to put in to words how different I feel. This is a lifestyle change and I am so happy that I found this. Kayla encourages positive thinking and attitudes, if you have time to read her blogs you will see how inspiring she is. You are encouraged in the most natural healthy way. Exercise a little, build it up and eat healthily. I've been going to the gym for years and nothing changed much until I started following these weekly work out plans. If you are dedicated and really want that change then this is worth every single penny..Version: 6.5

Schedule feature is off, everything else is great. The app is so much better than working out from the BBG e-book! Especially love having videos of the exercises. Every feature I’ve used so far is great...except for the scheduling. I hate the automatic scheduling feature and there doesn’t seem to be a setting to turn it off. For example, I might have completed most, but not all, of my BBG workouts in week 12 before the week got too busy at work or home and I had to take more days off than usual. Automatically, the app moves me to week 13 on Sunday! But I wasn’t done with week 12...so I go to “Manage My Program” and set it manually back to week 12. Now that I’ve done that, it doesn’t show which workouts I completed anymore. It’s all reset. What it needs is: - a setting where you mark a week completed, rather than it automatically moving forward. Life gets in the way and I’m sure many people aren’t ready to move on every Sunday. - at the very least the app should keep record of which workouts you’ve completed even if you backtrack to a previous week. Maybe there could be a “reset week” option for those who want to erase what they did and do it over. But it seems like most people would benefit from their progress being saved..Version: 5.12.1

Great fitness app! Just need planned/live alterations, then it’ll be perfect :)Hi Sweat app team, I’m loving the app and all the exercises - Kayla and the team have made workouts accessible and succinct and I love following the program and different challenges! I just have 2 suggestions which I personally could make the usability and functionality of the app even better: 1. Make available the option to “save” workouts with our preferred alternatives. I normally like to plan my workout hours or days in advance, but currently when I go to swap out the exercise for an alternative move, it doesn’t save and I have to do it all over again right before starting the workout (this then eats into my specified workout time!) 2. Make the substitution option available even after workout start, within the duration of the workout. Often I am well into a workout only to find that the machine I need to use is unavailable (out of order or being occupied by a slow poke haha) and swapping to an alternative move would be highly preferable. Appreciate all the hard work the team has put into making this app a great tool for the community - thanks and keep up the great effort!.Version: 6.0.3

Great workouts but app could be improvedThe workouts are awesome but I think they could work on the app functionality. For example it would be great to be able to add the weights used in each workout so you can improve the next time. Also in the planner it would be cool to drag and drop the workouts when planning the week.Version: 5.1.1

Thank you Kayla!I’ve been doing your workouts for four years and I feel strong and oh so good!.Version: 6.44.1

FeedbackI love the workouts, the community and the extras like nutrition, etc. BUT if I could give you a little feedback, I would love the app to be easier to navigate without necessarily having to look through each program to see what you can or can’t do at that moment (gyms sometimes are really busy, so sometimes we only have certain things available and also limited time). It would be great to get a search bar where you can just type things like “squats”, “crunches”, “leg press” and get suggestions on what program to do based on that so that we could create a program based on what we have. Hope this helps! And don’t get me wrong I love that I get to follow programs when I go to the gym because I often don’t really know what to do to target different areas of my body. But yes just a little suggestion. Keep up the great work!.Version: 6.34

Exactly What I NeededI’ve been using this the Sweat App since May and I love it. I’ve followed Kayla for a few years on Instagram, but always thought I was too much of a beginner to do her HIIT programs. Once the low intensity programs launched, I finally took the plunge. The workouts are perfect for where I’m at in my fitness journey. I love the way the program is laid out in the app. It’s easy to see what I need to accomplish each week. I like the built in timers in the workout because they make it easy to transition between exercises in a set. I like that the moves are shown and there’s a detailed description of each move. It’s also easy substitute exercises, if needed. Im not following the meal plan right now, but I like that it’s available and have been inspired by the suggestions. The only thing I would change, and it’s really minor, is the timer for the cardio. Instead of counting down from the selected time, I wish it worked like the Map My Run app where I start the timer and stop whenever I’m done. Overall, I love the app and highly recommend it. It’s so easy to use which helps me stick to my program and actually makes me look forward to working out..Version: 6.15.1

Great exercise programsI’ve been away from this app for a while and have only recently come back to it. I like the updated app. The programs (I’ve done the exercise programs by Kayla Itsines and Kelsey Wells) are great, however I’m disappointed to see that you still cannot log a workout on a previous day (there are so many times I’ve completed a workout and forgotten to log it on the actual day). It’d also be great to see, as someone previously mentioned, the ability to log weights used and number of reps (if you happened to complete a different number of reps than suggested). Also, when using a different workout app I could get an overview of the whole program and look ahead to the following week to see what my upcoming workouts would be like, which I cannot seem to do in this app. Overall, great exercise programs (thanks guys) but the app itself could improve..Version: 6.14

Love itThis fitness app is personally the best I’ve ever used. Not only does it show you how each exercise is performed, it has a built in Interval timer which goes in sync with the workout so you don’t have to try time it your self. Have used a few of the recipes too. I love that it counts your steps and shows them in the activity planner..Version: 3.4.1

Really good for learning new gym exercisesI never really got into BBG because the format never really suited me and I already did high intensity circuit training once a week. I downloaded the free trial however and discovered PWR by kelsey wells and honestly this has been amazing! I never manage to crack all the recommended days but I just do what I can and it has motivated me to gym so much more!! The workouts are fun, and have showed me so many different ways that I can use machines at the gym. I haven’t dedicated my life to the fitness but I honestly love kelsey wells and can see the changes..Version: 3.6.2

Great app but some issues.I love the app and the workouts but there is some serious issues with the dashboard weekly planner thing. I spent 20-30 minutes yesterday looking at my week and putting the workouts on the right days and times. Then went back in to look this morning and they were all gone? Then if I went to a different week and back they reappeared? THEN tonight I did Legs and it came up incompleted and completed LAST Monday, then when I went back to this week tonight’s workout was there as completed but every other workout disapeared?! Also I tried to submit this on the app as feedback and tried to attach images and the request dissapeared? All around a sorta easy app to navigate, I am glad I don’t use it for much other than the workouts and progress photos but it needs some work.Version: 3.6.2

LOVE!!! (With one small request)I have been using this app for 3 years and love it! I live remote in a community with no gym and so this app is absolutely perfect for me. I can’t wait to be back in the city and try the strength gym based programs!!! Not long ago I was so excited when I tapped on trainers and saw that I could try workouts from different programs based. I could choose the workout from a specific week. The ability to mix up my training style through choosing the trainer, program and then selecting a week and a workout was a game changer. I love variety in my workouts so I continued this process, without have to change my program, which I was also following. Recently, I went to use this function but I can see it is no longer there :( instead, it give the option to “switch program”. I would LOVE to see the is function back in the app!.Version: 6.39
