✓ Missing featuresThe customer address details are missing Often the courier company requires a text number and an email to make the tracking information available to ensure it’s safe delivery. This information is important to keep scammers from fraudulently claiming that they never received the item. PayPal then gives them a refund when they did get it so leaving the merchant out of pocket. Seller protection is important too ! We pay big money to use this service and PayPal side with the buyer 99 %.Sellers need protection tooVersion: 1.8.1

✗ Simply let a customer steal from meI am a photographer. I had a client that had paid a “non refundable” deposit, as stated on my website. A couple of days prior to her session I tried to confirm and didn’t hear back, the day prior I tried to confirm again with no response. Finally the day of her session with myself and an assistant in studio I tried once again and let her know we needed to know if she would be coming. Finally about an hour prior to her session she replied she wasn’t coming…something came up. Well, it has been a month or two since then and she just simply went into PayPal and disputed the charge of her non refundable deposit saying “she never received a service and the photographer was rude”. They opened a “case”, took the $100 out of my account, and after sending them ample proof of my deposits being non refundable, decided in her favor and gave her $100 out of my account! Basically, it’s complete theft! I don’t sell “items” I sell my time. I have five children of my own and running a small business already is extremely difficult. I have been with PayPal for about ten years, but after literally letting someone steal from my company. NEVER again. Sellers….do NOT let your customers use PayPal!.Griff572Version: 2022.05.26

✗ Not as good as it used to be..For many years I been using the PayPal business app on my iPhones. It always performed very satisfactory. However, recently there are several problems developing that have a high nuisance factor: 1.) Push notifications will suddenly stop being generated. The only work-around is to delete the app and re-install it, then confirming to enable push notifications again. This procedure I have had to do about 10 times in the last 4 months, as each time after about 2 weeks or 20 notifications (not sure which it is), they stop being pushed. No info on any forums and PayPal support don’t know a solution either. 2.) Lately, when launching the app, dashboard summaries don’t seem able to be displayed/loaded. You have to click on the section to get it to load. This has been developing in the last 2 months or so. This I haven’t reported yet, but does affect the rating I now give the app..PreferTheGoodOldDaysVersion: 2.4.0
