About a week ago, all of my music deleted from the app (it was 3 years worth of music). I deleted the app but downloaded it again because I thought it was fixed. I don’t think it is. There was another bug in the app where I had to click on a song, click off of it, and click on it again because it wouldn’t play the first time. ✓ Basic functions missingI am not sure how the app developer approached this. Assigning songs to playlists is a massive chore. You cannot reorganize the order of playlists. How do you select a playlist to play? These are basic things that need to available in ant MP3 player. You create playlists, the you should be able to assign songs to the playlists. Be able to change the order of songs. When you go to your playlist list, you should be able to select a playlist and hit play. Obviously someone forgot to mention this to the development team. All i can say is the basic structure for a great app is there, but due to some lack of thinking on how this app will be used, it is a major disaster. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is i tried a couple of other apps and they were even worse.Version: 3.1

The loaded app shows up in Settings but does not show an option to allow access to mobile data, it is not listed in the Mobile data listing. The phone has 45GB of available storage. Went through all the resets as advised by Apple, still the same issue, only in this app, not in any of my other apps, Apple advised me to go to app support via the Cloud music player listener app by Jonh Belle and there was none I could find. ✓ Great app, best I’ve found so far. EDIT, not so great.I’ve tested a lot of these cloud music players. This ones the best I’ve found so far. You can download music, create playlists, and use offline and online. The adds are visible but don’t disturb your music browsing and listening. All id ask for is a way to make dark mode turn the white into black, and a way to add an image to the song itself. Maybe add the album cover on the song itself. Just small nitpicks. Overall it’s a great app. The best I’ve found so far. EDIT: the app isn’t playing background music anymore, nor does the music continue when on Lock Screen or the phone is in sleep mode. That’s a big part of the app, and I can’t use the app comfortably when working or doing other things without that feature. Dropped my rating until it starts working again unfortunately..Version: 3.6

But it determines the order, not alphabetically or by any other discernible principle (maybe how fast it downloaded them?) — and the paid version does not provide any obvious way to change that order. ✓ Beware your privacyThis app says it will have access to ALL of your documents on your G Drive including any private / business docs etc. It also takes the names and email addresses of people you share your files with. Why does a music player need to do any of that?! So to use this app to play music files off the cloud you’d best clear your cloud drive of any other files and use it to hold just the music or your life is available to the folk behind this app! I would have raised this with their support - but their support link and the developer website link takes you to a broken page. Another red flag. This app should be restricted to only looking at the folder your designate and no others and it should leave all information alone excepting only the music files in the folder and sub folders within that folder that you designate..Version: 3.6

This app seems to be designed to only play music you have downloaded onto your iPad, so it is not for me as I only want to stream, not download. ✓ Buggy and limitedI downloaded this app to create a playlist of mp3 files on my iPad. The choice of external file sources was a bit limited. It uses drop box, drive and one note. It was disappointing that it couldn't access the files folder of my iPad. I also use Box,which is not an option. After several goes I uploaded some files through WiFi. I created a playlist, but the files were in reverse order and couldn't be changed. I created a new version of the playlist successfully but then it wouldn't play the songs. Then the app crashed (not for the first time). When I reopened it only 2 of 9 files were showing as imported. I was tempted to give up at that point, but tried one more time and it worked. ✓ One RequestOk sooo I downloaded this app because I was looking for a music downloader. Then I saw this pop up, I downloaded blah blah blah. I opened up the app and starting tapping the settings and playlist basically just looking around. I didn’t know how I could download music, until I pressed the lil cloud button with the + sign in the middle of it. I pressed Drop Box but for some reason it wasn’t working. Then I pressed One Drive but I didn’t have a Microsoft account. So my only option was Google Drive. So I signed in and stuff. Then something popped up. “ This will allow Cloud Music To: - See and download all your Google Drive files. “ I did not like the sound of that. I read some more of it, and I thought: “ NOPE! “ So I hit cancel. And now I do not know what to do. Either I look for a new app, or I use Google Drive. I have one request, I don’t know if you do this request you probably can’t but: Can you add a new source? Like files? If you can’t then that’s ok. I would be very appreciative if you did. ✓ Good App but...I was worried about my problem and thought I was the only one til I found another user with the same problem. Last week, I got into my music and all of it was deleted. I tried downloading the music again, but it would just delete itself again. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and it fixed my second problem. A new problem has now arisen since the new update. Once I click on a song, I can listen through it and any music that comes next. But once I want to change the song, if I click on a new song it shuts down the app, and I have to reopen the app. Another small problem I faced with the new update is it deleted all the music out of my playlists. It kept the playlist, just not the music. Overall I’ve had this app for years, and never had a single problem with it up until now. ✓ App crashingWhen I first got this app I thought I had found my saving grace. It takes a little work to set up if you don’t have your music saved to onedrive etc. etc. but being a music lover like myself I would go through most anything to get it working. It worked amazingly for the first few weeks but just recently the app started crashing. I personally, was ok with this as long as it didn’t happen often, not every single time I clicked on a song. It started crashing on certain songs that I had. I tried everything to fix it; redownloading, restarting my phone, even deleting new apps that I had installed. Nothing seemed to work and the songs it “hand picked” to crash on are my favorite, and it’s not just a few songs it was many. Almost half my playlist I cannot listen to anymore. I have an iphone XR and i cant “update media library” and when i download songs into the app it doesnt put it in alphabetical order and it doesnt list the songs from A-Z.... with A being at the top of the list. Some of my songs that start with S are at the top and i cant change the order. And i dont have the ability to rename the song. (Ex.
