✓ Poor game :( :/It’s my first time ever uploading an app on the App Store and it was not how o was expecting it to turn out. I enjoy that the app is free but, when you enter it, the game says free trial. I think the game has lots of ads and it glitches a lot. The screen keeps on pausing even though I shut down or turn of my phone. I was expecting this game to be wonderful because it’s rating is 4.5 but it’s not. I hope you can add less ads and maybe make the money cost less or at least give you a free month. Also try to see if the game you made had any problems. I also forgot to say that even if I play the game right it says oops. It never gives me a score more then 45 percent. Also, when I try tapping redo it doesn’t let me. which means I have to log in and out to the app constantly which is very annoying. I hope you can add more times to watch the lesson because when I watch it, the mini lesson video goes very fast. some things that is good about the game is that it has amazing beats and the sound is very nice. ✓ Too many adsI’m just gonna start out by saying I’ve played this game for over 3 years and I used to love it but it disappoints me to see that it’s gone down the dark hole of mobile ads. There used to be the occasional ad when you wanted a new song or after changing songs and about 6 tutorials but now it feels like I waste more time watching ads than playing the game. I get a new song, ad that’s fine go to the library to play it I click on the game, ad. Launch tutorial No.1 finish in about 3 secs, ad. No.2 Takes about 4 secs, ad. This repeats and I spend about 1/4th of my entire time during the tutorial in ads. This has always been a thing but It was never this bad. It just ruins the vibe. You’re trying to learn a song but you get interrupted every few seconds to watch an ad makes you forget some parts or mess up. It’s just not as fun as it used to be. I know you do this for the money but maybe cu back you already make a ton from you’re other games. If you wanna play this seriously buy the V.I.P package and if you wanna seriously make music on here than don’t. Use an actual music software..Version: 2.11.0
✓ Hmmm..... maybe just a little less ads?Ok. Here is my one and only problem. So, the thing is , SOOO MUCH ADDS! I get that that’s like how you get money by getting adds but like the ruin the game play. An example is that I was learning in a tutorial and an add interrupted and I got a very low score. Like my little sister cant play it either because there’s sometimes some inappropriate adds that she can’t see and like I have to take adds off but guess what? You cant! You cant exit an add you have to wait about 20 freaking seconds till you exit the app! Like............ ok also, I would like to see many more things in the game like instrumental music or country. ✓ EhhI have had this game before and I loved it then when I got a new iPhone 6 it stoped working so when I would go onto the lessons and tap on one it would take me to and advert then it would not let me do the lesson even though I have done it before so I deleted the app. Now I have an iPhone 8 I thought I could re-download it because my 6 was an old phone and has been used by 4 people but when I downloaded it again it stoped working and did the same thing as the last to it is something wrong with the app.Version: 2.3.1

✓ This bug needs to be fixedHello, I really love this app and I completed two different types of tutorials, riddim dubstep and dubstep club, they are really fun and I love listening to the music and enjoying the satisfaction of pressing the right buttons, but I’d like to make a complaint. When I’m not in the tutorial and trying to record the music I’ve learned, something strange happens. When I press a button it lags for a long time and then the whole beat comes after a while and rushes, this makes it sound not so good. I have had my iPad for 2 years and it is an iPad 2, so maybe that’s the problem. Also my internet is really well so I can’t see any other ways this could’ve happened. This never happened when I played it yesterday and all the days since I got it though. ✓ Deceptive and full of advertsFrom the moment you load the app you’re presented with a notice to subscribe with a free month that rolls into a premium subscription with the skip/cancel button mostly concealed. Really nasty and deceptive with no aim other than to con people into paying. If I end up liking the software I will pay for a subscription but because you tried to trick me I will not and instead you get a bad review. ✓ EhhAfter I installed the app I went straight to the lessons because I had absolutely no experience in this sort of thing and I was enjoying myself until I got to lesson 9. I was getting it dead on and it kept giving me scores like 40 and it took me just under 2 days to complete and then the next few levels were easy until I got to level 12. It didn’t give me ANYTHING before to practice the pattern before I put the beat to it. It was very upsetting and I’m still trying to get past 10%. I know I’m probably just bad at it but I really think I could have done with some practice on the pattern before I put the beat to it and then I wouldn’t find it so hard. An ad comes on if you download a beat, if you beat a certain amount of tutorial levels, if you click the back arrow on the beat that your playing on, ad down the bottom of ‘my music’. ✓ I still love this but it’s become impossible to playI started using DPM last year and it was so easy, but turn on my wifi, watch an add for a track, download it, turn my wifi off and play on it. But now, you can barely play more than one pad at a time, the lessons bug you to tap all three at once but it’s actually impossible. ✓ Good but I have some complaintsI’ll start with the good, first of all it’s a great app I love too play on it when I’m bored but the bad thing is there is hundreds of adds of apps I’ve had and don’t want anymore so please take how many adds you give down a notch, after every single lesson I do I get 3 adds which is very annoying, another thing is they give similar lessons during the first few then all of a sudden you have to use 3-5 fingers on one section of the challenge so please don’t do so many adds every time I fail or finish a level because I get about 5 adds in 3 minutes, thank you for reading bye..Version: 2.3.1

✓ Ruined appThis app has been sabotaged for the average user by intrusive ads. I’m using the in-app tutorials to learn, and there’s an intrusive advert pop up literally every 20 seconds, which completely takes you out of your zone. This wouldn’t be such an issue if there was reasonable pricing, but they want $27 a month to ‘subscribe’. Realistically this means that 99.5% of people that would love to use the app are unable to, but they make their money on the 0.05% of ‘whales’ that can afford it. I’ve got a suggestion- how about a $5 once off tier that gets rid of the pop-up ads, but limits you to 20 minutes a day and 60 minutes a week? Hardcore users would still be incentivized to subscribe and casual users would be able to afford it. You’ve created a great piece of software and could bring music to many more people, don’t sabotage it with these ads that earn you $0.005 each but push away your fans. My only other suggestion for functionality is smaller time intervals for the loop machine, because sometimes you want to place sound on the half-beat, quarter-beat etc..Version: 2.0.5

✓ Not a really good app...I thought making my own music and such using apps would be fun so I downloaded this because of how promising the ads looked. When I opened it up, however, the app kept crashing while I tried to figure out how to access different parts of the app. Many sections took a while to load at first, and when they did load I'd get hit with an ad. There's a lot of types of music to choose from... if you somehow decide to pay $8 a week for an app I'd use maybe a handful of times a month, and the few choices you get without paying aren't always good. When one was loading, the percentage bar glitched back and fourth before getting stuck at 93%, and when it finally loaded I was hit with an ad yet again. There should surely be a reasonable limit to how many ads you serve your users, no? ✓ It’s fine, but not great. Slightly disappointing. :((While downloading this app, I imagined a universe full of fun hip-hop songs, and learning basic bass (mainly a whole lot of fun). But as the first 5 minutes pasted by, I felt I just waisted time finding this app, and using it. There was loads of ads every 10 seconds, and when I finally got to actually use the app, another ad was blocking half the screen. And that’s not even the worst bit. I can’t use most of the albums as you have to pay for them, AND you have to pay for some stupid Premium Pass to not get ads. I remember there was this hack with offline apps, to just turn off the WiFi to get rid of ads. With this app it does not work. If you turn of the WiFi, it will glitch SOOO bad, and you can’t play music. I suppose the only GOOD thing is the fact the buttons actually make a sound. Anyway. 3 months later he is in tears. He looked at his bank account today and was shocked to see multiple direct debits to iTunes. He had no idea what for. His recently opened bank account has been totally emptied bar a few pence. After an hour of panicking and not knowing where his money had gone, and after a lot of searching we finally found a subscription to this app. He has not even used the app since he first opened that first time to try it out! ✓ HorribleThe game is all about mixing up beats and creating a new song to give you power to write them. My son has tried downloading this game many times and I’ve even tried this game myself. Both of us think the same thing. All you need to get songs are premium passes. Simple right? Well not when every song in unavailable until you buy the pass! See, the only songs that we were able to play was a short selection involving: New beat, Santa Clause, and that’s about it. Every other song costs money. Please take this in note and remove some premium songs so we have more selection. Ads are the number 1 thing that is in this game. Every time I play, 3/4 of the tim it’s just ads ads ads. ✓ Horrible...I wanted to practice my drum beats on something since I am learning to play the drums, so I downloaded this app expecting to have a lot of fun with it. However, as soon as I pressed ‘open’ it wanted to give me a free trial for seven days and then said I had to pay £7 afterwards. So I Exited the app and came back onto it a few minutes later, and the payment screen was gone and it was replaced with a new screen, which asked if I wanted to play a song on the drums so I tried tapping on it and it didnt work. In fact nothing worked, and it was just a blank grey screen with a few words at the bottom. I’m very dissapoined with this app and don’t recommend it to anyone..Version: 2.2.0

I installed this app yesterday and when I wanted to go on a sound today, it said that it failed to open and that I had to click 'open' to get a fresh one from their server. That didn't work. I ended up having to uninstall and install the app again. Because of that, I lost all my work and recordings. I don't know if it's just me but it remakes the app really disappointing..Version: 2.5.3
✓ Please avoid this developer.This developer is a money hungry dev that grabs a bunch of generic assets for super cheap, reuses them for a bunch of apps, and then milks money out of people who don’t know how to make music in a professional environment or people who want to “make trap beats quickly and get cash money off their sick beats”. You can only use mediocre loops in this app (and all other Easybrain music makers), you cannot make you own original music, and anyone who listens to the records from this app could tell instantly. This app is made by a generic mobile game developer. If you’ve used this app, I’m not trying to shame you at all. In fact, I tried this app as well. But if you want to make unique music, try something like Medly or Auxy. GarageBand is also a great option, and if you want something easy but has quite a few pro options, try Remixlive. Even some other loop apps like MusicMakerJAM are okay! But all the loop pad apps are just money factories for giant capitalist corporations. ✓ You can’t layer any of your tracksI enjoyed playing this but the only thing that annoys me about this app is that you can’t layer any racks over each other. If you can record you should be able to layer tracks on top of each other, for example you should be able to lay down an 808 bass line then finish recording and put something over the top..Version: 2.0.3
✓ Could be pretty great but......the ads! I get that the developer needs to make money, and they deserve to of course. But the price is pretty steep. So if you don’t shell out about $50 a year you get a repetitive ad after just about every action. “Trying to run a tutorial? Cool, here’s an ad! Aww, didn’t quite get that right and want to retry? Here’s an ad! Awesome! You nailed that lesson want to move in to the next lesson? HERE’S ANOTHER AD!!” There’s a decent selection of beats, but you will need to buy a subscription or watch yet another ad to check it out. All of the ads actually make me want to not use the app, and if someone asked me I would recommend that they don’t waste their time unless they can afford the subscription fee, and it’s probably only worth the price if you do this for a living, and if you’re doing it for a living then there’s probably something better out there like a midi box or OP-1 or something anyway..Version: 2.1.1
✓ No…Your done your doneSo I saw these reviews this is describing one of them “ This app is amazing. If I had to pick one app on my iPad and only play that one forever it would be this “ that was a true review I saw and if your reading this you probably bought the full game. Nothing is really fun all you do is just make beats and way to many adds I get 1 ad after every lesson and it’s always the same ad the most common ad I get is a Candy Crush ad. But here is my overall story with this app : I got this app 2 years ago for the first time thinking “ oh this will be fun ! I am trying to get some free music lessons “ Well those free music lessons turned into “ why so many ads? I am deleting it for a different app “ few months later I re-download it because I got an add for it I thought “ oh I remember this let me try it again “ once again I thought “ to many ads I am deleting this and never getting it again no matter what “ I even told my siblings to not get this app it’s a waste of time. You play the ad to get to the lesson - the ad then goes away (after 5 minutes) and then you keep pressing the start button to begin the lesson and it doesn’t even work. And not to forget the unbelievable amount of ads and pop ups that are asking you to buy premium. I mean I understand that they have to make money but every time you press a button to go to a new menu or select a new song, a 2 minute unskipable ad comes up. ✓ VERY intrusive adsEvery 2 SECTIONS (not even every 2 lessons!) of a lesson a 30 second ad with the tiniest virtually untappable cross appears to interrupt any semblance of enjoying the music or what you are doing. I had to uninstall before finishing 2 lessons or I was going to go mad staring at circa 2001-esque graphics for a completely irrelevant trashy zombie game or cutsie puzzle game. During the setup process there is a big shiny ‘free’ button which sign you up to the very short trial period and to continue with the albeit actually free but horrendous ad version you need to find another suspiciously missable cross in the top left hand corner. I can imagine a lot of kids were suckered into tapping the big shiny ‘free’ button not realising they would be charged after 7 days. Another classic example or garbage app ethics in what otherwise could have been a cool and interesting take on a launchpad like experience. Apple needs to stop putting these kinds of apps right in front of naive faces in the appstore home screen. Avoid and get your beat-making fix in a DAW or something more worth your time..Version: 2.5.1

✓ It’s simpleIt’s simple, press some buttons at once but what if you can’t? The tutorial, right? That’s not what I mean. I can press three pads at once and at least try and make a cool beat, it’s incredibly annoying too. I’ll be recording a rad beat and then just have it just all pause because it won’t let me press three buttons at once. It’s a simple issue that can be easily fixed, so please for future references please fix it because it’s not that hard. Everything else is great but thanks anyway..Version: 2.0.8
