✓ Fun gameExcellent game, particularly for those who enjoy armoured vehicles. Too many advertisements and requests to purchase packages..Version: 8.28.0
✓ Good game but could get very expensiveGreat game if you’re a casual gamer who is content to play for just 10-15 minutes at a time (3-4 matches). It is possible to progress nicely but slowly without spending real money but you gotta be very patient. If you’re willing to stay with tier 1 tanks, you may be able to play decently with just pure skills for a while. Remember, once you get higher tier tanks, you’ll need more diamonds to buy special ammo, thus you will be tempted to spend money for those diamonds and coins. Regular ammo are still free but quite useless in higher tiers. Tip to newbies: stick to the free tank and keep upgrading before getting a new one. Upgrade your new tank before using in battle. NOW: If you like playing for hours with the best tanks and ammo and power ups and customizations be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars. Suggestions for the developer: At least make those coins convertible to diamonds or better yet just make it a single currency. Limit the effect of customizations and improve match-ups (4 fully customized tanks vs regular tanks= plain massacre). Don’t be too greedy, be nice to your paying customers..Version: 6.16.0
✓ Play this if you like throwing money down the drain..Awfull, adverts everywhere. Not to mention the tanks. They’re horrible; it takes ages to reload, even if you have max accuracy rate it still fires all of the place. I do not recommend if you are saving money or simply don’t want to get dragged into spending money in the absolutely foolish way. Also there is those types of add where if gives you a silly amount of money such as 25 coins for watching a 2 minute advert. You really need thousands.. The graphics and choices of "Field Location" to choose from is incredible. As a Marine Combat Vet; I can understand what some of "today's" Controllers of Autonomous Weaponry are learning; and the basic skills whether 'live' or 'remote', must be mastered. 'First & foremost' is 'eyes and hands coordination'; which is formerly known as, "Target Acquisition". In other words; 1. Master Controlling the Tank in every direction possible. 2. Choose options carefully. 3.Know your opponents (this will take the most time). After serving in VietNam 1968 & 1969; with expert ratings in the weapons available, I was not equipped for "Autonomous Weaponry" Even-so; the Basic Skills are, always absolutely needed first!.Version: 8.24.1

✓ The Game is Fun, But.....Do not mislead yourself. This is a pay to play game, and if you are competitive, eventually you will be plunking down real money to play. There comes a point where you have to buy ammo or a better tank. Yes, there are tanks that can be bought with coins you get in the game. However, those tanks are generally the weakest in their tier, and to get a competitive tank you need to spend diamonds. You can collect small amounts of diamonds in the game, but to have enough to buy tanks, or ammo, you purchase diamonds with real money. As an arcade gamer from way back, to me it’s not much different than pumping quarters in a machine. If it bugs you to pay, don’t play. You will get frustrated with it at some point and quit because your tank will become obsolete. Having said all that, it’s a fun first person shooter game. It requires some strategy and being able to work with a team, or clan , is nice. It could use “in game” personal messages, but it doesn’t have that. It does have group chat. ✓ Fun gameI think it’s a really fun game but like that guy above me said about the language I’ve been playing for about six months and I don’t really ever hear people talking like that yes people do you swear but I never heard about ask your mother and stuff but as for the game it’s a good game but yes in order to keep playing as you go up in the levels you do have to spend money or you really won’t be able to compete that’s the only thing that stinks because as you get higher and play with stronger people you have to buy bullets with diamonds and they don’t give you enough diamonds for free in order to keep playing the game and I don’t spend money on games in this game I spend probably $20 a week this is the only game I’ve ever put money on tenplay but very fun game and addictive just I think they would need to give us more diamonds for in the crates.Version: 4.5.0
✓ One of the best games out thereA fantastic game that is addictive and has long term playability. For a free game the best thing for me is the lack of ads. Sure - the in game purchase popups are relentless - but they well integrated and are not time consuming and the developers have to make money some how. I much prefer this to the ad-model. I’m even happy to pay for small upgrades occasionally as the game is so good. The subscription is too much though. The clans and community really make it through. A real sense of camaraderie and great fun. It’s a tough balance of skill and upgrading. It does get frustrating that at top levels to stay competitive you have to put either tonnes of time in going slow, or pay - but again - fair enough. If you’re putting the hours into playing that much, why not pay something to the devs. As feedback - I think the crew star upgrades are confusing. But overall, my top iPhone game..Version: 7.7.1

✓ A canny gameThe game ain’t bad, it has decent graphics and the majority of game runs smoothly. It is also annoyingly addictive although it would be better if each game would last longer than the 2 minutes 4 seconds. The game however does fail when it comes to in game prices, admittedly you don’t have to pay anything, but getting killed repeatedly and having next to no effect on opponents does ruin the enjoyment. There are quite a few bugs in the game, especially when it comes to Shells, it seems if you have more in stock than an undisclosed amount, the game will remove them leaving you with 50 and as you have to buy the shells, they are effectively ripping you off. Another pain is contacting the game owners, with the system they have in place, it is near impossible as you constantly get sent round in circles..Version: 5.17.1

✓ So so GreedyAfter a couple of years away I was curious to see if anything had changed but alas no. The same maps the same greed with the only changes being the additional ways the devs have introduced to squeeze more money out of its user base. Basically you need to spend at least i £40 -£50 a week to play the game once you get past tier 5 if you want to be competitive.I would recommend Call of Duty Mobile over this game everyday of the week. Although not a tank game as such more a fps CODM even has better tanks, new maps come out every month and you can play all game modes for free. There is no need to buy the in app purchases to play the game and how good you are depends on skill rather than how much you pay to win. It’s a shame really as War Machines could be an excellent game if the devs adopted the same principles as the devs in CODM..Version: 8.2.2

✓ Better than I expectedThis is a fun great game. Most of my reviews tend to be 1 star as I get annoyed a lot by developers that make advertising platforms instead of actual games. But these guys got it right. Good graphics and sound effects. Easy to play no annoying ads (at all) and you are kept with at your level so you’re not getting killed every time you spawn. Live players good resolution and most important is when you are lying down on your couch resting and wanting to do nothing, you can play on your mobile like i do. One great feature is that you can play for free, that is one credit we have to give to the developers! And you can collect money and diamonds. We need to thank them for that! The game is always interesting but, it has two setbacks. If you want to upgrade you need diamonds and they are expensive really expensive, in my case i dont buy so i am stuck with a tier 2 tank and in some matches, many actually i am totally destroyed, i need to play smart just to collect money and diamonds from the field and do some back hits, i am no competition to the rest! ✓ Super GamingI write this with reservation. Which means I’m torn in two directions. Play the game or not. It can be expensive. But the enjoyment is second to none. We cannot get a stronger, faster or more capable tank unless we have a subscription. We can move up slowly without being part of a clan, but the benefits make it worth $19 per month. The game allows everyone to continue upgrading and moving up in rank and tanks. However you won’t ya e the kind of battling power you need to crush your opponents unless you buy extras. Decals, patterns, ammo, and crates which all enable you to make that tank a super hero. The problem lies in that without all the extras it can take getting shot a million times over and over while scooping up stars and diamonds on the battle field. A long hard battle. I suspect those with extra money or funds to buy the extras needed, do the best at upgrading the fastest, creating a top tier fully capable destroyer tank. But even with all the money spending the tanks will not be completely invincible. You will get shot at and eventually picked off during the game by others who are sniping shots at you as you roll along crushing your enemy. I gave it 5 stars as a premium member and do recommend you at least give it a try. One awesome game that takes your breath away and engulfs you with nervous encounters. Time after time. ✓ One step at a timeDear developers, I have deep concerns for a glitch in the game that I’m dealing with and have been for the past two years at first I thought it wasn’t that much of a concern, but I will describe what the glitch is While playing in game on the Maps, for instance, you get a choice of Battle maps to play on. For a good while the tank moves good forwards backwards left right like it normally should when I want it to move those directions. As the game goes on, i’ve experienced this glitch a lot when I want to move the tank forward to collect a battlefield reward it either will move backwards once I wanted to move forwards or sideways when I wanted to move back or left while I want to move right and vice versa this create A situation where I can barely move at all or I can’t collect the rewards on the battlefield. In hindsight, it leaves me at a disadvantage. I would like the glitch to be fixed because it’s making it difficult for me to move and I end up getting shot out before I can even do anything about it. as for me, I am getting the short end of the stick for this glitch.Version: 8.7.0

It is true that if you want to be competitive you have to pay real money out of your own pocket. It’s not enough to go just premium. You generally only get to play four games before you have to fill up your tank watching the same video over and over again to fill your gas one slot a video. Or wait a whole hour before you can play and have your tank completely full. There is a way to get unlimited energy but that cost too. They finally offered Battle packs that allow you to open them but it takes so long for them to fill you might get 12 hour energy or 24 hour energy but it’s a trick because it’s the same crate just with one more item minute which is 24 hour energy or 12 hour energy..Version: 2.13.0

It seems midway during a war and the first championship in months was the perfect time to introduce better looking clan badges - at the cost of no one in the world being able to join a battle. I’m glad I don’t spend money any more on this game and feel sorry for those that do. It seems to get worse each update in terms of playability. Match ups are also completely random and most times completely imbalanced. Apparently it’s too hard for devs to introduce some logic into balanced matchups. ✓ Buyer bewareOne night, i was thirsty so i went downstairs to get a drink. I was looking through the fridge, then i saw the cranberry juice. I (used to) generally like cranberry juice so i took it out and set it on the counter. My cat was really hyper at the time so he ran into the kitchen, jumped on the counter, and continued to run around. I tried to grab him, but i accidentally knocked the cranberry juice over and it spilled all over the white tile flooring. Then my cat ran over to get a drink. i didn't feel like cleaning it up that night so i just went to bed. And that was my worst mistake. As soon as i woke up, my dad burst and started beating me with the belt. Apparently my mom had slipped on the juice giving her a concussion. And apparently my cat had a serious had a serious allergy to cranberries so he died from the juice. And later that day the cranberry juice came to my hospital room and beat me up again for dropping it on the floor. Ammo, fuel, upgrades, tech, camo and decal buffs, challenges. Bing bing bing bing bing bing. Gameplay itself is plenty fun. Small changes like fixing the awful collision geo would make big improvements. Expect your big tough tank to get hung up on a curb, pole or burnt out car body. Then for some reason you can drive through a picket fence. Synchronous mobile play results in lots of missed shots, either jerking when you fire or the enemy tank disappears. If you care about stats, that stuff matters. Do better or don’t show those stats. Some tutorials or even instructions would help too. Conquest for example is team-based King of the Hill. Sucks when your team mates don’t understand they should control the circle! Tooling around sniping while the enemy has possession = lose. The multitude of different ammunition and enhancements are useless and make no difference. Tank upgrades cost a fortune and take forever to come through. The games themselves are fixed and almost pointless, you can expect to get a maximum of 2 to 3 kills per game if your lucky while the top 2 will get in the region of 20 kills per game .Progress is excruciatingly slow and prizes virtually worthless, every new upgrade is designed to con you out of even more money. I actually enjoyed upgrading the tanks and getting crates with bonus power ups, it’s an addictive game. The biggest issue is that your drawn in with the “free experience” which is great, and actually the fame is fun and playable. The biggest issue is that as you get into the game you need to spend money to get anywhere. Now I don’t mind spending a few quid (and I have) but really the games pricing is actually outrageous.! It’s a bit like gambling as it’s addictive, you want to get a better tank and move up the ranks, but trust me either this game has a massive glitch or it’s designed to work against you if you don’t spend money.! Shots that don’t do any damage even when your using advanced shells, have numerous power ups and enhancements, kills that don’t register and the other tanks that seem to kill you with one shot despite you having amour, shields and other gadgets to protect you! Talk about frustrating!! It’s just got to a point where I think deleting the game is going to be the only option. Or it’s going to be £100 for a years premium membership to just get faster upgrades and better tanks! ✓ Decent game which draws you inA very good game, rather addictive and fun with its 3 minute all or nothing format. You get placed in the arenas with other users at similar levels and it’s just luck if you are the best commander in that small amount of time. Free download and free play, however the number of premium players with premium equipment is high, so unless your happy to tootle along having your tank blown up a fair bit, be prepared to splash a little cash. Overall it’s a great game, for solo effort and for banding together with friends. ✓ Bon jeuxTrès bon jeux mais pour ce qui est du planter et m4 Sherman les informations sont fausses le M4 Sherman était plus rapide que le panter le panter était plus puissant que le Sherman et le panter était bien plus blindé que le Sherman le Sherman avait 5 cm de blindage frontal le panter 7,5 cm sachant que le blindage ai plus mince sur les flancs et a l’arrière le M4 Sherman devait tirer l’arrière ou les flancs pour détruire le panter et si par chance le Sherman arrivait à toucher le panter entre la tourelle et la carrosserie le panter ne pouvait plus tourner ça tourelle.Version: 8.26.2

✓ Great gameGreat game but as always with many games on App Store, money hungry. I would rather buy a game for a set price then play without having to pay to keep up. No matter how good a player you are, someone who buys upgrades is always going to kill you quicker. Other wise the graphics are ok, good range of choices of things to do and work towards.
