✓ It’s great… Until…I played 10 games or so before it asked me to rate it. I clicked ‘not now’ and at the same time thought how I hadn’t seen any ads. Figured I’d give it a good rating once it popped up again and asked me to rate it. The game itself is smooth and enjoyable, but as soon as the ‘rate it’ went away the ads started coming on strong. I quickly realized it was designed not to show any ads until after it asked me to rate it. I understand ads are ho devs make their money, but it was a bit sneaky 🤫😬.Version: 2.451.0
✓ FrustratedI have been enjoying this game for many years but now it’s very frustrating because I can’t find a way of buying out of the ads and these keep freezing allowing me no way back to the game without closing the app. Might have to download another version and give this one up unless these bugs are fixed..Version: 2.463.0
✓ Loud adsI like this app in general, but the ads are so annoying. Even with sound turned off within the app, the ads blare out loud. Because I like to listen to audio books while playing, I can’t turn down the volume on my phone. And the ads either play over the audio book, or stop the audio book (requiring frequent restarts). I wish there were an option to pay to get rid of the ads or turn off the ad sounds..Version: 2.458.0
✓ Ridiculous daily challenge scores and timesCan you do something to stop the blatant cheats who must have bots doing their games for them to get the ridiculous times and scores in the daily challenges. Absolutely impossible to get some of the low move scores that are posted. I’ve completed over 1500 daily challenges, that’s four years worth and now getting a bit sick of them..Version: 2.423.0
✓ Too many adsTo day they updated their privacy notice. It’s not possible to opt out of the non essential cookies if you accept. I went to the Messin support page, but there is no option to restrict their tracking and collection of personal data and reselling that info. I tried emailing the company but the addresses they provide in contact are non functioning. I’ve been playing this solitaire daily for about 18 mos. recently Thayer have made watching 2 30sec. ads before getting to the daily challenge. I understand the need for sponsors, but the sponsors are driving me away from the game. There are other free solitaire games out there that don’t require one to watch the same ad over and over again. ✓ I can’t play because the ads won’t closeI’ve played this game for a long time and really liked it. I could deal with the ads because they weren’t long (although I would be willing to pay a small purchase price to get an ad-free version). But lately there have been more and more ads that pop up and never go away. They didn’t happen too often so I just closed the app & restarted it. But now there’s a Lendingtree ad that comes on and never goes away, and no matter how many times I restart the app, that add comes back and I literally can’t play the game. ✓ Can Hardly Play Around Constant AdsI generally like the setup of this game so I find it eternally frustrating that you cannot open the app, start a new game, end a game, or reopen the app if you've toggled from one app to another for a few moments without being bombarded with ads. They will even interrupt your game (the timer will continue running on your game so hope you weren't trying to beat your own score), and about half of the ads have no means by which to "X" out of them ANYWHERE. Not hidden on black-on-black, no in the very corner of the screen – you plain cannot get out of them and back to your game. Restarting the app or even locking/unlocking your phone and restarting the app won't work – the same unclosable ad will continue to appear, making the app nearly unusable..Version: 2.416.0

✓ Another non-random solitaire gameI honestly don’t understand this. Why are there literally no solitaire games that will simply deal the cards randomly? Absolutely NONE of them will. Every hand is pretty much the same with multiples of the same value card showing in the initial shuffle, almost all of them will have at least five of the seven cards the same color, all the similar values are bunched together and don’t forget to bury those aces or deuces or both in about 75% of the shuffles. You don’t have to be a mathematical genius to the probabilities involved when using a deck of 52 cards. When almost every shuffle comes out pretty much the same, it can’t be random. The odds of the cards being stacked the way the are with that level of frequency are astronomical..Version: 2.434.0
✓ Bring back the medals!They used to run a little side game to earn medals every couple of weeks. They were cute and you had to solve about 10-15 games to earn it. Now they have puzzles that you can earn instead and they are not even cute. You have a few days to earn 3 puzzles. The first puzzle, you must solve 16 games. The second puzzle, you must solve 36 games. The third puzzle, you must solve 64 games! Some of the games are hard and you have to use jokers and then you get a weird, ugly puzzle as your reward. Definitely not worth the effort. Bring back the medals!!!.Version: 2.467.0
✓ Ad bombers specialI used to love it but now overrun with ads but not just any ads ones that doesn't recognize clicking the X takes me offsite to the ad. Most of the time ads won't take no for an answer. Id pay for add free but I'm done sending this to the cloud junkyard with the other ad bombers...... update my response after developers email.... I understand that ads keep it free. ✓ Good game, but with a lot of adsAt first, it was fine with one ad each new game, but is seemed a recent change has increased the amount of ads in between games and starting new ones. Some of these will not allow to be skipped until 5-7 seconds have passed, which would be tolerable if they were the only ads with less frequency. Now some ads are immediate repeats of the ones you have closed: “You just closed an ad to our game? That’s fine, here is a different ad to that same game!” While I know ads are important for a free game: repeated and unskippable ads will more than likely make people less inclined to purchase the product. ✓ Ads getting in the way of game playIN A WORLD OF FREE APPS WITH ADS PICK A DIFFERENT ONE I understand a free app needing ads but the timing of them is terrible. I really wanted to see how fast I completed a hand and I couldn’t because an ad popped up before showing my my results. I waited for the ad to show the x and I hit it and was redirected to two screens on my phone. I waited longer for the ad and tired again, and again and again. I actually had to force quit the app to get out of the ad and when I reopened it started me on a new hand and I never got to see my results. The ads also got in the way of the task bar at the bottom so when I would try to start a new game I would have to mess around in the app until the ad went away before I could do anything. ✓ Finally let it goI’ve had this version of solitaire for several years but finally decided today to delete it from my phone. Why? The app is by far the buggiest I’ve ever had. Many times when I’ve been in the middle of a game but put the phone down briefly, the screen has gone to black and frozen. The only fix is rebooting. (Yes, I downloaded all updates.) Also, like others, I’m incredibly annoyed by the barrage of ads. I get that you guys have to make money, but I would happily pay to turn off the ads. Worst of all, among the frequent challenges in the daily required goals is achieving a score of 80,000. Maybe the experts can achieve that in a brief time, but for mere mortals like me who have day jobs, it can take a couple of hours. And, of course, during that time I am subjected to dozens of ads running as long as 30 seconds each that I have to view to be able to move on. So I’m done. If you guys make it possible to buy one’s way out of the ads, I might be back. If not, you’ve lost me permanently..Version: 2.451.0

✓ Almost a good app, but NOTThis would be a very good solitaire game except for the fact that you are constantly interrupted, rudely, with ads for various products and other games by the same developer. This quickly becomes very annoying and takes the fun out of playing the game. I asked them if I could pay for an ad-free version and was told that there was no such option, so I’ve stopped playing this game. It’s not just one or two ads, but a series of them, and many have a delay built so you have to wait a few seconds before the x appears that allows you to dismiss the ad. ✓ Glitchy Lately & Ads GaloreThis is a great version of the game, but it’s been especially glitchy lately and locks up. ✓ Used to be goodI have been playing this game for years. This was a great game but like many companies Mezzen appears to have gotten greedy. Ads that were normally either 15 or 30 seconds long have now become 45 to 60 seconds long for the norm. On top of already having to double click to get out of the add they are now using deceptive tricks hiding the click out buttons such as fake buttons, delayed buttons and color washing the X so u can hardly see it. Ads sounds are also inconsistent now. Even though I hv no sound selected some ads still come thru with full sound and even worse some ads no longer hv a mute button forcing me to quickly turn the ph volume down. I turn it on, and go heat up my coffee while the first ad runs. Then I play a game, and then I go load the washer while the next ad runs, and then play another game. Then I turn it off. ✓ Ads Hijack Phone/Take you to diff gameThis is my favorite interface for solitaire, but app has serious problems with ads. Most recent prob (Feb 2022) is ads for other apps hijack phone. Ads take 30 -60 secs for game preview to play and then give you no way to return to the game. The only thing ad interface let’s you do is go to App Store and download advertised game. If you exit out of App Store, you go back to ad screen where the only option is to go to the App Store. To get out of loop you must turn phone off and on. Previous problem with ads where you were prompted to upgrade app but it was really for a different solitaire game altogether. After update you’re taken to new/different game. Game is good but not worth the hassle with the ads..Version: 2.456.0

Love this app, and I know ads are able to be dismissed after a few seconds and are needed for revenue, but one (or more) after each hand?!? ✓ Should be an excellent gameI really enjoyed this game until the shuffler stopped loading. It would say “loading” for the shuffler, but never load, even after two forced restarts done on my iphone7. I received a comment from the developer stating that their shuffler option has limited usage. I have deleted this game and won’t be downloading it again until they resolve this problem. I tried using their link in the email from Apple to contact the developer, but the address was rejected. Sometimes they build up three deep ab even open up other apps. Get one closed and two more are behind it. Close them and more pop up. Fun but I just could not deal with the ads. Update after reply - the user needs to be warned the ads are aggressive. They do not automatically close. The x to close it does not appear for awhile but when it does you have to find it. It’s often hidden and sometimes very very close to a link which opens a page in Safari, so you must be very precise as you touch the x to close the ad - often to find one or two ads behind it.
