Videos often don’t play properlyStarts off ok but then freezes. Have to completely restart the app for it to play. Otherwise, the app is good. Good content and easy to manage. Would like a preview of today’s lesson but other than that good..Version: 9.30

Best DIY Yoga AroundSince finding Asana Rebel well over a year ago, I’ve been faithfully addicted to the various and fantastic yoga programs on the app. I wasn’t ever really interested in yoga but after getting bored with other work out exercises I found Asana Rebel and haven’t looked back. The app is really easy to use, I love how it tracks my progress and my body is very thankful for it!.Version: 3.20.1

The best got betterVideos are awesome the workouts are great. Totally worth it. I’m updating my review because I am LOVING the updates. I’ve had this for years and the added excel uses, meditation, hints and tips are great. It’s also very beautifully designed with a nice clean look. Great work developers! Keep it coming!.Version: 9.2

Great appI have been using this app for a couple of weeks. It is the best I've seen. Exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated which is great for me as a beginner. Great quality..Version: 3.7.1

My Saviour!I subscribed to Asana Rebel during the COVID-19 pandemic while being stuck in lockdown in Melbourne, Australia. The use of this programme has not only increased my fitness and wellbeing, but it has kept me sane during these hard times and I don’t know what I would have done without it! I feel healthy, strong, and mentally fit. Thanks Asana Rebel! X.Version: 8.2

Mixed emotionsI love using Asana rebel! It is professional and I love the layout. I also love each workout as it is as though you have a personal trainer! My only critique is that there isn’t a lot open for non paying users, and then there is a big jump up in price of $84! Most people aren’t willing to pay that much for a membership. So maybe open more workouts for non paying participants? But overall a SUPER good app.Version: 4.16

Great - could be even greaterThe app is truly great. Lots of variety, fun, well designed workouts. My only suggestion: You should add more “real-time led” sessions . In other words, sessions in which the instructor is truly guiding you as the exercises progress. The pre-recorded sessions are not half as good and unfortunately they are the majority. The sessions in which the instructor truly speaks through the session are SOOO much more professional and it feels like a real lesson. Careful with filling the app with “catchy challenges to lose weight “. You risk becoming yet another app that aims to slim you down unrealistically. Keep true to real life lessons and I am sure you’ll retain your success. Namaste..Version: 9.11

AmazedI am so surprised by this app! When you first get in, it tried to get you to sign up immediately with a yearly sub, which I felt was a bad sign.. I mean I hadn’t even used it yet. I closed all the ad screens and they offered me a free trial, so I took it and tried it out. At first I was surprised by how simple it was.. it just shows you a list of full workouts and one short workout at the top. I felt like.. wait, that’s it? Turns out they change the short workout every morning. I started with the topmost workout and figured I would just make my way through the list. It was amazing. I’ve been doing yoga regularly for a few months now and I’ve never had such a motivating, smooth, and exhausting but enjoyable workout. The videos are super well done, and as a woman, seeing gorgeous and elegant bodies and poses is inspiring and motivating. I felt like they did an amazing job of structuring truly full workouts into the yoga sessions, and this could easily be the only app one uses to stay fit. I am excited to let my trial end and pay full price, they definitely deserve it. I will be using this from now on..Version: 3.20.1

NewbieAs a newbie to yoga, as in haven’t participated for many years at least 2 decades👀 and at least 2 ACL recons on one leg later I am still finding what works for me as I am fairly cautious with my knee. I do know and feel the difference in my lower back when it’s worked along with my core stability greatly improving thus improving my general posture. So once again I start my path to being one with a greatly modified body that is slowly regaining its strength in areas that have felt weak for such along period of time. Thankyou for inspiring me....Version: 6.17

Just What I NeedI’ve been exercising everyday for the past 4 months using only Asana Rebel. I love the variety of programs that is offered, the daily/motivational quizzes, meditations, sleep sounds, recipes, and exercise trackers. What I enjoy so much are that the yoga programs incorporate strength, flexibility, and deep breathing with the instructors in each video coaching or reminding you to breathe, what muscles you need to be engaging, and how to perform the stretch or exercise. They make it easy for you to navigate through the programs as you select what you’d like to focus on- whether it be stress relief, building/strengthening your core, practicing cardio, wanting to get toned, etc. many of their exercises are 25-30 minutes in length and are great for busy people. I can truly say that with exercising daily with Asana Rebel, I have become more toned, have decreased body fat, I am feeling more energized, and flexible. This is definitely an exercise app that has made me look forward to working out each day..Version: 10.18

Attention inflexible and blokesI’ve been doing yoga for years for a bad back and flexibility. The sessions in this app featuring the young bloke are brilliant. I’ve had more improvement in the last month than I’ve had in years! Note the female instructors are just insanely flexible. Very impressive and inspiring but totally unrealistic for me. And strong. My god..Version: 4.9

It’s good… it’s just so hard to navigate!I downloaded Asana Rebel and immediately signed up for the premium version. I wanted to add yoga to my weekly workouts to help with muscle toning as well as helping with wellbeing, and in the main, I don’t regret it. But I feel like I constantly have to add everything to my favourites because if I don’t I might never be able to find a workout that appears on my ‘Today’ feed. I spent 15 mins yesterday looking for an upper arm workout that appeared on my Today feed and didn’t add to favourites. I was also disappointed by the number of recipes and the lack of meat and fish options. I have adapted a few to add meat and they’ve been very well received at home! I’d love to see more options and more options for different meals too, like healthy protein-filled breakfasts for example..Version: 9.37

Not what I paid forI downloaded this app in February so I could begin a new regime. After about a week it “updated” to this horrendous version with no functionality and no coaching programs. It is NOT what is advertised, the images that portray the app are NOT what you get and NOT what it looks like. Multiple attempts at contacting customer support got met with “we will update it soon” instead of rolling it back to the previous version. It also takes the whole chunk of $ at once for the full year rather than weekly/monthly amounts as advertised..Version: 3.22.2

DisappointedA year ago I was using some of the core based workouts with a fabulous girl demonstrating the moves in a studio. Whilst I was frustrated by too many pauses/ rests and lack of pace and flow the results were amazing and people would comment!! I can’t find/access these work outs and the alternative strength/ core/ bikini body workouts are no comparison and ineffective and I’ve noticed / felt they don’t give results . I previously contacted asana rebel and was told they were in my past work out history but they are not there/ the full workout or the same as I used!! I like the new HIIITS core power workout but I usually do this after a run so don’t want the CV bits!! I STILL want a really hard hitting pure hard core core workout PLEASE!!.Version: 6.6

Pretty good but could use some improvementsI couldn’t see any of the exercises before I got a subscription so couldn’t see exactly what was in here. The sounds for sleeping are great! And there are some good recipes in the nutrition area. But they just list ingredients and not how much of each ingredient to add. A complete recipe would be a lot more helpful. My biggest struggle is finding workouts that I can do in their selection. I have a bad ankle, I’m about 50 lbs overweight and 40. And all of the instructors so far are young, skinny and SUPER flexible. I need a ‘modified’ version for older less flexible people. I have hurt my ankle trying to do some of these moves. Even the ‘low intensity’ category has parts I can barley to. They defiantly need to add a ‘beginner/modified/40+’ category..Version: 8.9

Have had great results from this affordable appI was looking for a different yoga app for a while, as I was using Glo which became really expensive. I tried a few which were average, then decided to give Asana Rebel a go. The impact it has on the body is great, the works outs can be as long and as intense as you like..Version: 10.32

Version: 4.23

FrustratingHas great work out options, would rate a 5 if the app was reliable and you didn’t have to log out and in every day to refresh details. Work out programs go missing so I can’t follow the programs I have paid for. Too many bugs that need fixing..Version: 3.22.2

Still discoveringI downloaded this app for the 21 day challenge but I’m finding so much more in it. Day 4 of the challenge and as someone who has done some yoga in the past but have had a long break I am finding it perfect. The classes are well spoken through and just enough of a challenge..Version: 8.15

Brilliant work out take time to follow but worth it 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Version: 5.13

A journey of a thousand miles...Middle aged, overweight, out of shape. Downloaded this as at my stage of fitness I needed something that could ease me into a fitness lifestyle very slowly and gently, then grow into something more challenging as my fitness improves, with the focus being, core strength and flexibility. Had a good look around to see many workouts with varying degrees of challenge and time, and a very well thought out, pleasing to the eye and easy to use too. Today I completed my first workout in over 10 years, a 3 min stretch number. I'm bushed! I have just taken my first step. Asana's coming with me. No doubt..Version: 9.11

Great app! I’d make one or two changes thoughOverall I’m really loving the Asana Rebel app; I’ve been using it daily for almost two weeks which is almost unheard of for me! One thing that really confuses me though is why on earth I’m not able to change my diet preferences?? When I first got the app I was asked my height/weight and diet preference; at the time I selected no particular preference for diet but now I would like to try keto, and there’s no option to change that. So in my recipe suggestions are recipes that aren’t necessarily keto-friendly and I can’t sort them. What if I wanted to become vegan, and the recipes suggested had cheese? Seems a bad oversight that the choice of recipes isn’t able to be tailored in the same way the workouts are. At least have a function where, like in the workout section, you can select a tab at the top that shows you all the recipes, and then a tab that shows all the keto ones, and all the vegan ones etc. That way it’s really clear what options are available for which lifestyle choice. Other than that, though, I’m still really loving the app overall..Version: 8.8

Hate spending money, but this is SO worth it!I was always skeptical about paying for workout apps. I’ve been bouncing around trying to find a gym I like, or a yoga place I like, going between bootcamp or a personal trainer and everything else in between. It’s the coronavirus time right now and I obviously can’t go to the gym, but I love Asana Rebel so much. Seriously. This app has so much more than just exercise videos, it’s clear the creators want you to take a holistic approach to your health and really take everything into consideration. I have reminders for drinking water, meditating, doing homework, even sleep meditations or music to help me sleep. The workouts are amazing and every single one makes me feel glad to be working out. There’s really good recipes, too. You guys, this is totally worth the money. I’m gonna quit all my gym memberships (I have 2 right now) and only do this app with my husband from now on. THANK YOU ASANA REBEL! This is a seriously amazing quality app you have created. ♥️.Version: 7.5

Disappointed lately with the new updated versionI loved the exercises that the app offered a few years ago. Since then, a few updates have taken place which means that my favourites are in the past ones in settings, and I have to get them there more than being able to enjoy the sets directly from the main page. Secondly, all those new sets are quite hardcore to follow as they don’t always offer a preview and they do them very quickly- it means I have no time to enjoy them, and I’m probably not doing them well neither. I don’t like how the new sets are presented and it would be nice if the old ones could still appear on the main page of the app so I don’t have to go back to another folder to get them..Version: 7.11

AMAZING!!I like many have a crazy life and sometimes getting to the gym seems too much work....I kept falling off my workout regime and I allowed tiredness and fatigue to reign. Two kids takes all my energy!! I’ve gained a few kgs over the last few months and felt very self conscious heading to the gym. Then I found Asana Rebel!! I can train whenever I like, throw on whatever I like and be in the privacy of my home. I can choose to do any length of training. Some days it’s only 25mins others an hour and a half!! I feel so much better and my husband says I’m toning up!!! I never thought I’d see results from training on the floor of my home but hey I’ve been proven wrong!! The yoga aspect is great for strength and relaxation. The classes are so well instructed and narrated, easy to follow. THANK YOU ASANA REBEL!! 💋.Version: 7.5

Great app, minor complaintsI switched over to Asana after being committed to a different yoga app for the past few years. I haven’t explored much beyond the workouts which have all been valuable so far. I love the diversity in instructors and hope to see more of that. I am a big fan of the workouts being 30 minutes or less. For the price point, there is great value with the recipes, meditations, music, etc. My main complaint is the obnoxious voice that pops up towards the end of the workout before the cooldown begins. I think we can all already see the button for ‘skip warmup’ or ‘skip cooldown’ that is there. It tends to take me out of my zone for a little bit. I see the appeal for some, but would love an option to turn this off at least. It would also be nice to have a filter included for common ailments (ie, achy shoulders, neck, tight hips, etc). I find that the search bar can miss out on some workouts if you’re not specific enough. The ability to plan your workouts for the day/week would be nice too so I can spend some time on a certain day planning my workouts for the week rather than a lot of searching and thinking each day about what might work..Version: 9.15

DisappointingI paid for this app and was using it regularly loving it until the policies were updated recently. After agreeing as per normal to terms and conditions the message I keep getting is ‘sorry this email is invalid’. Consequently, I can’t use the app...yet I’ve only used 4 months out of the 12 not impressed..Version: 4.27.1

GreatHas been great so far..Version: 3.8.1

More useful if it could cast via ChromecastGreat app, better if it could cast to the big screen via Chromecast..Version: 3.19.2

Love this app! This app has been a lifestyle changer for me, I'm a person that doesn't like the busy gym so having a variety of workouts to do keeps me coming back for more and having a planned schedule means I keep to doing some exercise most days of the week!.Version: 3.7.6

Great for BeginnersI started using these workouts in February this year and within a few weeks, I saw big improvements in my flexibility and strength. I still do the beginner workouts (they are challenging, but not so hard I feel like I can’t do them) and mix it into my weekly exercise regimen (walking, HITT & yoga.) The very best part for me was discovering how much it helped me prepare for my recovery from my hysterectomy. Because my arms were toned and used to supporting my body weight, I could easily lift myself up to move in and out of the bed just hours after my surgery. I also noticed I had great balance, even when I was coming off the sedation. I was never really into yoga before, but these workouts have helped me not only get strong, but just feel better about taking care of myself. I have to take a 6 week break while I heal, but I can’t wait to get back to the workouts!.Version: 6.8

It's great butThe only thing I don't like about this app is the music , I was using Asana app for pretty much 3 months 4x a week. I only got bored because of the music. Not many options and after while you just get sick of the music. In my opinion and also some friends who I took to practice with me thought the same. That definitely could be improved. A part of that it's really cool app!.Version: 3.14.1

My SanityI couldn’t live without this app, I absolutely love it. So easy to fit in exercise with the many different selections of short, medium or longer sessions & I love the daily recommendations to make it so easy to say, why not, I don’t even have to pick one. The intelligence of the app that moves the recommendations as your ability increases is great. I’m 52 & love how this app has helped tone my body & is my escape for mental wellbeing away from work & the normal life stresses. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Version: 10.36

Yoga workoutJust did my first workout which I thoroughly enjoyed. Only issue I have is that you can not chrome cast to your tv, or maybe there is a way and I just can’t find it!.Version: 9.15

Dopa hitThis app is organized in a way that hits your dopamine sweet spot and keeps you coming back. I don’t particularly like yoga and often find myself bored. But I am enjoying asana rebel and feel tuned in and more engaged and looking forward to my next workout. I wouldn’t mind some longer ones with deeper stretches. I really liked the intro course that worked on fine tuning posture. I found that corrective and challenging.Version: 10.37

Love it,but it break down a lotI bought one year pass. It was all all, I enjoyed it a lot. But recently the app crush all the time. It’s really bother me a lot. I couldn’t use it for 4 days. I couldn’t open any yoga practice. I don’t know what going on with the app or the new iPhone system. But something for the app developer to improve..Version: 4.3

AwesomeGreat workout. I’m a beginner at the age of 37 looking to get fit and strong to keep up with my three children. Day one today and feeling great after two workouts. This is the only fitness that makes me sweat. That has to mean something for Asana Rebel..Version: 5.2.1

Great AppEasy to follow And even though it's only 20 min for a full body workout It's well worth it Thank you.Version: 3.5.3

Love itI’m anything but a yogi but with my crossfit I need to stretch & this APP has everything I need fast 5min sessions through to totally gnarly 45+ min sweat sessions! Video quality is awesome & the instructors next level.Version: 4.12

Great customer service and videosI was hesitant to purchase this app when I’d been let down by classes and videos in the past. It’s hard to find something that flows and doesn’t have you sitting one second and back on your feet the next. But, as I watched a friend share her daily progress I decided to do it. Unfortunately when I installed the app it wouldn’t play videos. When I contacted customer service Lisa responded to me within 24 hours and set up my own Vimeo page so I could follow their workouts while they resolved the problems. She was very helpful and responsive and the selection they provided was more than I expected. I’m happy to report that they fixed whatever the problem was and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the app now. The videos and selection are amazing and I’m looking forward to challenging myself! I would highly recommend this Asana Rebel!.Version: 4.10

Day OneI found the app easy to use one set up, started the Beach Body Challenge today. I could cast/stream to the tv for the kids and I to do. This particular video was nice and clear in its directions - obviously once I learn all the yoga terminology I won’t need to keep looking up. I got a Green Dot at the end for completing my challenge which get marked on a calendar- hopefully more green dots to come along..Version: 9.17

Tres bon challengeLe temps passe vite, c'est l'fun! le rythme est excellent et les exercices justent assez difficiles. Par contre les scéances "lag", download pas rapidement..Version: 3.10.1

Great PractisesIt feels like very difficult for beginners if you do not have a good background of muscle flexibility and strength but as you move and if you do regularly you just feel the power coming to you and feel tighter in muscles. I have been using only a week now and enjoy it. Many choices from strength to relaxation or cardio, I haven’t tried all but goes with suggestions. I enrolled for core strength as I an having pains here and there with no medical reasons and just because of daily struggles, it seems I will benefit. I would suggest people to try free sessions firstly then decide as it is a really matter of discipline which you can really make great progress with Asana Rebel..Version: 4.28

Many OptionsThere are lots of options for workouts, meditation guides, and meal ideas to choose from. The only two things I’m missing for it to score perfectly is: 1. The challenges (the whole reason I signed up) the exercises are all over the place to follow the challenges. It’s a manual process and not a section you can just begin from the top and work your way through. 2. It does have the option to “heart” your favorites, however it was be a really great feature if you could select a couple or few workouts and pair them yourself to play together.. rather than needing to stop in between. It does suggest some for you, although. (So this one isn’t a huge negative for me compared to the not easy to access challenge exercises).Version: 7.7

Great, easy to understand yoga and meditationHonestly, I always hated yoga, but recently I read a book called “The Body Keeps the Score” (great book if you want to understand your own/someone else’s trauma and how yo begin recovering from it) and decided to give yoga another chance. I downloaded the Asana Rebel app and have been blown away by how well the introduction classes (in both yoga & meditation) explain things, and keep the learning process feeling positive and also interesting. Thanks Asana team for making me excited to progress through my yoga journey!.Version: 10.21

Motivates MeI have been doing Asana Rebel yoga for almost a year now. I love the workouts and it motivates me to stick to yoga. After an initial glitch, I received excellent customer service from their team! I did prefer the in-studio videos as these were less distracting visually but on the whole it's very easy to use. There are a couple of small page glitches sometimes but as a business owner myself, I can see that they are constantly trying make improvements for the good of their users. Still the best yoga app I have ever used and I get a lot out of it physically and mentally. Thank you! ✌🏻️.Version: 3.9.0

I love it, but some tweaks would make it even better!I love this App, I get to do different Yoga workouts every day, some incorporating poses I have never done before which is a breath of fresh air. I feel so much stronger and fitter and I look forward to my workouts now. I also love the music and meditation and I have tried a few recipes too, this platform is well worth the subscription fee. There are some slight issues in the app that need addressing though: On my iPad this app will only show as portrait, I have it set up with a keyboard case so this just doesn’t work for me (the workouts do rotate at least though). Often the answer to the daily question is displayed when this is the first time I have looked at it (about 50% of the time). Sometimes it doesn’t record your workout which is really annoying when you are trying not to break your current streak. My recent workouts seem to be stuck on a few I do regularly but certainly doesn’t show my last ones, so if I do one I like its a real struggle to find it again another day. I would like to search for workouts by time i.e. under 10 mins etc..Version: 9.23

Brilliant!Just what I've been looking for! I use it almost every day! I wish I could do 2 programs at the same time though. I accidentally lost half a coach course last week I'd started because didn't read the pop up properly and lost my progress..Version: 3.6.1

Recent updates - got some good things, miss some of the old ones.A great program, and I really like the new workouts you just added. Have been doing it almost daily for a year. I appreacite that the workouts are of different lengths so I can choose one that fits the time I have. I also love the feature that automatically suggests a new workout before the cool down of the previous one so I can keep the momentum going when I have time. The recent updates are nice, but I miss the feature where the program offers me new work out options and then goes straight to the workout segment skipping the warm up. Then I could usually do one warm-up, three work outs, and one cool down. I would also like to request that when the program suggests your next workout, it provide me with three options as I prefer to mix the “strength” work outs with the “get in shape” ones. You system currently only offers me either one or the other of these options, combined with the “flexibility” workouts..Version: 4.25.2

Why did it take me so long to get started?Loving this App. Have had it for so long and not gotten into it. Now, I’m addicted! Love that it has short sessions so I can easily sneak them into my day. No way I can use the ‘no time’ excuse now!! Thanks Team Rebel!.Version: 6.6

Asana RebelGreat workouts.Version: 3.10.1

EntraînementLe débit de voix est un peu rapide, surtout quand on débute.Version: 8.7

Love it but recent changes are a disappointmentAsana Rebel has really motivated me and the coach workout programmes in particular. Yesterday I resubscribed and suddenly the app updated. There were lots of new changes but the coach workout calendar was completely gone. I could access the old workouts but could no longer tick them off on an 8 week programme. What a disappointment. The calendar was my main motivator. Now it is much harder to see the progress I am making. This morning for some reason the app had reset to it’s old state with the coach workout programmes back but with the new workout programmes missing. So now I am not sure what my subscription is buying me. I’m sticking with the old style for as long as it lasts but who knows when the update will randomly come back. Asana Rebel bring the coach workout calendar back. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken..Version: 4.0.0

Helpful app for getting into yogaGood stuff, slightly expensive but if you use it regularly it's worth it. Sometimes has trouble with pausing whilst your in the middle of a move, this may be due to internet. Wish it came with a bit that didn't need the internet to play. Would be great for travelling..Version: 3.3.3

Keeps motivated and InterestedUsually I get bored, or I go so hard at something that I burn out. Asana Rebel keeps me challenged and yet looking forward to each new workout. I love the range of instructors who are both motivational and easy to understand. After swapping Kung Fu for this during COVID I’ve kept my fitness but improved my flexibility and physique. I’m 50 and I Highly recommend this..Version: 9.10

Difficult to access downloads and no previewThis update is not an improvement apart from the new logo which I quite like. The very useful feature of easy access to the downloaded workouts from the main screen is now gone so you need to go to my profile, settings and then finally you see what you downloaded. Annoyingly this update was downloaded the week before I will be away without internet for a week so the timing couldn't be worse for me personally. The other thing that has been worsened with this update is that when you click on a workout to see if you want to do it you no longer get a list of what individual exercises make up the 15min workout/it just starts straight away. This was invaluable for me as I have injuries which prevent me from doing particular exercises and the feature was invaluable in knowing which workouts to avoid..Version: 3.10.1

Very good, needs a couple small changes to be greatI really like this app. I’m a relatively active person (weights, YOGA, HIIT) already and this app has many workouts that push me to the limit. I like that the app stops before the cool down and gives you the option to do another one. The one problem I have is, from what I can tell, is it’s difficult to keep track of the work outs I like AND why. You can “heart” a workout but that’s it. Some are good for serious HIIT, some are good for a moderate yoga-like workout and the descriptions can be too vague to know for sure what you’re getting into. Honestly, that would be fine if there was a way for me to track what I liked about them. Even a simple notes section or something associated to my “hearted” workout to indicate what I liked about it. Just a thought! Other option would be a more thorough description. Otherwise, I recommend this app to many people and have enjoyed all the new workouts lately!! Keep up the strong work and maybe add a better tracking system for those of us who are looking for different workouts at different times. Thanks!.Version: 7.5

It’s good so far but I had to pay to experienceThe app seems pretty professional. Great balance of workout and meditation. Built with the busy professional in mind. Short quick effective exercises. But there was no free demo I had to subscribe for a whole year. But it’s just $4/mo..Version: 8.4

Nice app but..I quite like the greetings page, the fact it changes depending upon the time of day. It would be nice to see other options so you can get to the activity, say work out or recipe you want to view. I appreciate this really a lifestyle app however it would feel more accessible if you could go directly to what you came for. For instance I have woken up, had drink of water and now want to do a quick routine to energise or whatever. Currently I have work my way down to the bottom of the page click on some workout suggestion I rarely have time for to then get to full listing to then choose favourites to then, finally, get to what I came for..Version: 9.16

Great app, but a couple of nigglesNiggle 1: Completed workouts are not always added to my activity list. I want kudos for my hard work! Niggle2. Cut off of the last little bit of each workout as it tries to compel you straight into another one. Very jarring in the middle of a relaxing cool-down. Otherwise, a great app. I’m close to 60 and I’ve got my bow-pose back!! 😊.Version: 10.34

Suits me perfectlyI am only a newbie. Tried yoga various times in the last 10 years but never stuck to it, found getting to a class too hard to keep within my busy life and schedule. I tried AS a few years ago, didn’t stick to it. But two years later, decided to give it another go. I absolutely love it! The workouts works up a sweat if you push yourself. I was totally uncoordinated when I started but after a few goes, I find it gets easier and it has had a positive effect on my body, especially my flexibility. I do Pilates reformer a couple of times a week, but im finding AS workouts has the same affect in half the time. Most importantly it’s building my confidence, im losing weight, and my lower back pain is getting better & I feel stronger and more lean. Thanks Asana Rebel 👍.Version: 10.11

Really flippin love itI used to be an avid exerciser but stopped for about a year. Asana rebel has great programs that offer a kind of no-excuse way to work out because it can be, like, three times a week and you just need to press a button. It’s amazing. I’m actually excited for all the workouts because none of the exercises go for very long, but when you put them all together you feel relaxed and loose and strong. Real strong. I can even walk faster. It’s incredible. So AR: please keep adding workouts and programmes, and Potential Users: I highly recommend and it’s completely worth the $70 or whatever for the year. Do it..Version: 3.17.1

Great workouts but the process is frustratingI like the workouts a lot. I sweat. I’m losing fat and I’m getting stronger. But the process of getting an hours workout is frustrating. Each workout is 10 minutes plus warm up and cool down. I want 45 minutes of workout with one warmup and one cool down. So I can “add a workout” before the cool down starts and the app does the right thing (skips cool down and the next warmup). But what it doesn’t do well is report to my Apple activity. When I “add a workout”, and I finish doing 50-60 minutes, the app only reports one workout of 21-29 minutes (the typical warmup+workout+cool down), not the entire time I worked out. So to calculate the workout correctly on my phone, I have to skip through the cool down and skip sivasana and skip the next warmup. It’s too much downtime between workouts. And when I do that, it actually adds too much one because even though I skipped 10-15 minutes, the “whole workout” is considered to be 21-29 minutes (not just the additional 10 I actually worked out in the second and third sets). I would really like to build my own workouts. Also, fining workouts I’ve done before is clunky and you can’t click to start them from the list, you can get the name and then scroll to find it in another area. Also no search feature. Also I can’t figure out how to see previous month’s workouts..Version: 4.6

All in one appThis app has a everything and all kinds of exercises as per times and mood and part of the body which is awesome. And meditations by Cory are just excellent excellent excellent. Can’t ask anything else. Must recommend to the one who are new to yoga and spiritual path..Version: 9.28

DurationI’m loving the different variety (!). Just wondering if I choose to go past my trial phase is there anything different with the app: Eg: * longer workout sessions. * Also, when you finish a workout it gives you the option to cool down or the option to do another workout - the app tends to select another workout for you instead of you being able to select (without having to cancel the current one to select another)..Version: 4.19

Pure PleasureAt 49yo, I’m not as active as I used to be so Asana Rebel provides a great range of practices that I can enjoy even at my age. The soothing narrations provide gentle guidance and encouragement. After every practice, I feel relaxed and replete. Have been subscribing for 2 years, and I feel so satisfied, I’ve posted this review; which I wouldn’t normally do. Worth every cent..Version: 8.24

Good workouts - app needs some workI used to go to the gym regularly and used to sustain injuries regularly as I didn’t have enough basic strength. I downloaded this app to build my strength away from the gym just using my body weight. In 3 months of regular usage I have noticed better posture, a lot more flexibility and a general feeling of fitness. The streaks and green dots really keep me motivated specially when I get a good streak going. However the app has a few issues, while you first get used to it it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of workouts. But if you explore for a while you find past work outs in settings and there are loads in there. If you update the app and can’t find your regulars they’re probably in there. The other issue I’ve had is that some days I do a workout and don’t get a green dot. Customer services are usually great but for me this has been an ongoing issue which something affects my motivation. However these bugs don’t outweigh the benefits for me and it’s an app I would definitely recommend.Version: 4.6

Love yogaI just want to say, I appreciate the free yoga app, but it’s too short . Would love it a lot more if it’s a bit longer. Thank you.Version: 4.6

FussyJust like to say, thank you, Ive looked at a lot of programmes for fitness and never got any further, then saw this link and wow, easy to follow understand and get motivated so again thank you all. Kind regards Amanda hyde (Satisfied no longer fussy).Version: 3.19.1

Super! As a busy mom I am doing the coach sessions and loving the guidance and sets. When I have some extra time I do some add-ons which is a great option. Thanks Asana Rebel for being awesome!.Version: 3.8.1

Some moves are too fast even though the difficulty is perfectI enjoy this app however at 2 different occasions I pulled a muscle because all of a sudden the instructor does a few moves quite fast and i did it quickly not to fall behind (such as vinyasa flow going into upward dog way too quick). Another issue is that the web version videos don’t load smoothly. It would have been nice to see on a bigger screen than my phone. But I even connected my laptop to the internet with a Lan cable and still no joy. The video is too choppy to be able to exercise along. Need to improve the streaming..Version: 10.22

Great yogaThis App is great for anyone who is familiar with yoga and the poses but does not have time to go to regular classes. This App allows me to do 1/2hr of daily yoga at home, in an upbeat, motivating environment. I would highly recommend..Version: 4.28

Asana rebelI am loving the upbeat vibe of this app great combos to suit timeframes 😝👍😘.Version: 3.10.4

I like itThis app is great. My only criticism is that it doesn’t allow you to cast to a TV. It can be difficult to follow the exercises when you can’t see what they are doing. Also some of the poses are quite advanced so maybe adding levels to them could be useful for beginners..Version: 9.23

Sticking to a routine is so easyI never knew I could do yoga and stick to it. This app has been great to keep me on track with my fitness goals. I did yoga in the past but found hard to concentrate or practice for long sessions. With the short effective sessions in this app I can stick to a routine easily and I am already noticing the benefits with only three weeks of practice..Version: 9.23

Nearly 5This is an excellent set of yoga programs and exercises. However the app has problems which spoil it for me. I like to use my phone so that the workout appears in Apple health but I also prefer to screen mirror to my Apple TV. This latest update breaks that. I understand they changed to app for iOS 11 to prevent screen recording which is understood but they have implemented it wrongly and you can’t mirror the screen because the screen recorder button is greyed out in the on position so the app thinks it revising and won’t play. They obviously got that wrong and intended greying out the button in the off position so it could not be switched on. This is a very basic app programming error and needs fixed quickly..Version: 3.17.0

A variety of different times workouts would be helpfulI do like this app and use it most days. I’ve got the paid version as that was easier than the free version. The only downfall is the length of Programs. It would be so helpful to have a variety of 10 min workouts (other than breathe and relax), to have some 15 min workouts and also 20 min workouts. This would be helpful for those with different time constraints. As it is there are only the 4-5 min mini workouts, 10-12 breathe and relax and the rest are 18 mins+ Sometimes I need a 10 min workout or a 15min workout and trees no option for this. It would also be helpful to have the instructors present/describe the workouts so the participant does a mirror image of what’s being demonstrated (this is far more natural than trying to do the same as the presenter). Other than that. Thanks for the App. Keep up the good workouts 😊.Version: 4.30

Lots of options, could use more modifications and diverse body typesI primarily use this app for the exercise modules. While many of them are great, most are super downward dog centric, which is fabulous if you are one of their 104 lb 6’ tall yoga models. A ton of downward dog is not so rad if you are of a curvier or heavier build, or have any sort of issues with your shoulders, wrists, headaches/sinuses. It’s cool to see that they are getting WOC to model in some of their videos, but for the most part they still stick to the same emaciated ballerina body or in one woman’s instance, she’s muscular as hell but with close to 0 body fat. That’s totally cool if you are built like that, but most of us aren’t. I’d like to see better representation in their modules, there are many diverse body types who can do yoga. It would be nice if there were modifications thrown in for those of us who have injuries to our shoulders or knees. I do get a good workout from these videos, however they need to keep up with the zeitgeist of where we are at culturally: which is one of more inclusivity and diversity. Not super down with the #thinspo aspect of this, but again, I do get a good sweat and feel my muscles and form improving. Worth the $13 a month but the second I find something more inclusive I am jumping ship..Version: 6.12

Bring back coach!I would have given 5 stars, but I really miss the coach workouts and having tried the new workouts I’ve gone back to the old ones in Past Workouts. The new workouts move too fast for me and I like that coach gave you a full program to follow without the need to think about it everyday. I’d really like to see this brought back..Version: 4.9

Life changing app!For almost a year and half now I have consistently used Asana Rebel on an (almost) daily basis. I began with zero yoga experience and used the videos and tips to teach myself. Fast forward to a few weeks back, I went to a yoga and surf retreat- this was my first time ever taking yoga with an actual in-person instructor! I could do EVERY move, and more, and the teacher was blown away by my skill level. She really didn’t believe me when I said I only used an app! All of that to say, I highly recommend this app for both the HITT style workouts for a good cardio workout and the slower yoga workouts. I also used it as my sole source of exercise for months when I injured my ankle and it worked wonderful for me to be able tailor exercise to what feels right for my body. The app is constantly improving and it is obvious that the app and the UI is well thought out and super user friendly. 10/10, this is app is worth every penny and will teach you more than you even realize!.Version: 6.10

Great for a fragmented lifestyle!Been using it for six months now. I love the variety and convenience of work out options. I have two small children and do shift work so an exercise routine is hard to keep. I don't use it every day but intermittent work outs over a period of time has made a big difference to my body in both feeling and appearance. Even if I just do five minutes in the morning I feel really good..Version: 3.11.2

Great contentIt’s a great app with great content. But the apps on my iPhone and AppleTV aren’t syncing well. The calendar (dates you’ve used) is synced on the both apps. I’ve started a challenge on the phone app, and I’m doing the workouts using the Apple TV app. Which video I’ve done using the AppleTV app isn’t recorded on the challenge section of the phone app. (It looks like I still need to do the day 1 video to move on, even though I’ve done that already.) The check mark on the top right section (of the video, I’m a challenge on the phone app) isn’t working, so I cannot manually check that I’ve done that video to move on in the challenge. Also, it’s a little annoying that there’s no challenge section on the Apple TV app, so I’ll have to look for a video to move forward with the challenge. Could you please look into this? This could potentially discourage me. Thank you Update: thanks for your response but the app doesn’t let me manually check “done.” I’m seeing the check mark but even if I tap on it, it won’t change anything and I cannot move on to Day 2..Version: 10.25

I like this app a lot!The first time I paid for a subscription to Asana Rebel it was on accident. I clicked on the yearly rate to check it out and the transaction went right through. Oops! My friends made fun of me for weeks for accidentally spending $60 on an app. But once I started using the app, I didn’t regret it so much anymore! Within just a few weeks, I could already feel my body toning and strengthening. I like that there are different trainers and different music and differently themed workouts, so I’m not doing the same thing every single day. I also like that there are different intensities, so if I do a really difficult workout one day, I can switch to an easier one the next day. Although I got bored quickly with the available workouts, they soon added more videos so I had more to do. I even got my mom into yoga, and she never thought she would be able to do it! She loves the basics of vinyasa series. They are always updating this app and have great customer service! The only thing I don’t appreciate about this app is it’s price. I’m a college student, and I don’t have the money to drop $60 at once. Maybe if they gave me an option to pay $5 a month? I’m not sure that I’m going to pay for another years subscription because I don’t think I can afford it, but I really liked my time here. It will be difficult to replace this..Version: 6.8

PerfectMy yoga teacher has never restarted her classes after covid shutdown so I had been rehashing old stuff in my daily practice. My yoga was based on Krishnamacharya…. And I couldn’t find much that followed the principles of straight extended back and keeping the head and neck in line. So much of it was arching and throwing the head back - all of which felt so wrong for me after years of keeping it line. Then one day amongst all the yoga stuff that popped up on fb I saw that my yoga teacher had pressed “ like”. On Asana Rebel . That was a sign ! This is perfect for me … it has given me a new yoga practice and I love it , I like that you can slow down the speech too..Version: 9.35

Love this appThe value is amazing, you get high quality, intense, customizable yoga work outs at your finger tips. It's so easy to just do a quick workout! I am a new Mom and this had changed my work out routine because I can do a quick 5 minute set or 30 minute set. I love the programs and have definitely noticed a change in my body since starting. Updating my review just for feedback: I’ve been using this program for probably three years. I loved how in the beginning they had programs that you would follow and a schedule. The programs were based on your level of experience and fitness. Now there is no reason or rhyme to the workouts and with the new update there is now intensity level shown so I start a workout that is wayyyyy too advanced for me and I get frustrated. I also wish there was a way to see what workouts I have already done while I am browsing so I don’t keep doing the same ones over and over. I would love if there was an option to build a program to custoMize and follow like way back when I did the beach body one. Thank you!.Version: 6.10.1

Different modes for shavasana neededUnlike traditional workouts, asana rebel yoga gets you toned and in shape HOLISTICALLY, focusing on whole-body strength and flexibility rather than targeted muscles. Its fun and the results are amazing. However it has short comings on the yoga-mindfulness front. I’d like if you could customise the shavasana experience, just a setting that I could turn off the instructors voice for shavasana, so that I don’t have to be distracted by the instructors rambling while I’m trying to concentrate on my breath. In my opinion, it’s not a very well-delievered shavasana (how am I supposed to focus with non stop talking) and always leaves me jarred and frustrated. I’ve been using the app for a year and have started pausing the video and shavasana to finish the practice myself, which pulls me out of the flow..Version: 10.32

Great AppThis yoga app offers a great variety of workouts and styles. You can choose workouts that are super hard or just enough to get your aching body moving again. There is also a good range of instructors so you don’t get bored. I find all instructors have their unique style. My family noticed a difference in my muscle tone after a few weeks in doing short sessions daily . There are health tips and meditations available too.. I really think this App is great..Version: 9.17

Upset with latest updateI love this app as it literally made me become more motivated to do a little bit of exercise everyday. I also really enjoy the 5 minute daily goals. However I loved it more before I updated the app today. The removal of a daily unlocked (normally locked if you haven’t subscribed) workout has really cheesed me off as it gave some variance to the app other than the ‘sample’ of free workouts. I live on a budget so now I have to weigh up whether to pay for a subscription or find something else ☹️.Version: 3.15.0

A bit too fastHard to follow for a beginner such as me: there would be a summary of the exercises to read before so that we could catch up. Otherwise very very good ❤️.Version: 8.7

Navigation really lacking!I am enjoying this app! The home page is beautiful, the health tips are fun, and the yoga teachers and music are great! The layout is very clean looking, however the navigation is clunky and lacking. I’ve been following along with a series, but each time I open the app there is no way to go straight to and access the collection I’m in the middle of doing! To navigate You would go to “search” where there is no search bar, confusing... the pages are full of pictures and font that look lovely, but it takes an unnecessary amount of time to wade through all the visual stimulation to find an individual workout. This app really needs to SAVE your last workouts, have a page for workouts you’ve recently completed and series you’re in the middle of and have a way to search straight to whatever your looking for. It’s SO frustrating to click on the progress calendar, see your last workout but not have a way to go right away from there, or anywhere to the collection you’re in!.Version: 6.13

My asana rebel workoutsI love the asana rebel app, I wake up early in the morning before my family have woken up and do the coach workouts. I’m 41 years old and I find it keeps me more toned and stronger than any other workouts I’ve found. And bring a Mum of two young girls it’s sometimes hard to fit in a workout, but asana rebel is perfect for me lifestyle. The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’d like there to be more variety in the workouts. It would be great if you could select a timeframe for a workout and it would give you a different shuffled workout each time. As I like to do a 30 minute work out each day, but the coach workouts don’t have enough variety for that..Version: 3.10.4

Picket-sized yoga for every moodI love yoga but often have no time but Asana Rebel has so many bite-sized yoga workouts for very mood, I can always squeeze in something. From energetic workout styles to flows and intensions, Asana Rebel has something for every day - and you can string them together if you have more time. Love it!.Version: 10.32

If you are new to yoga this is NOT FOR YOUI downloaded this and paid for it and the instructions on it are no where near as detailed as it needs to be for beginners. I’ve been doing yoga for two years and I struggled at points plus disagree with the cues for a lot of the exercises as they encourage you to do unsafe things. Good for motivation but it’s a supplement to classes not a replacement..Version: 3.16.1

Excellent appI’ve been using Asana Rebel for a while now and have found it a great app to keep me committed to a daily practice. The cue’ing is really clear and the videos are very good. There is an amazing range of choice depending on what you want to focus on ie. balance, flexibility, restorative. Can not recommend highly enough in terms of value for money and convenience..Version: 4.1

Changed my lifeThis app is amazing! I’ve been using it for just over a year. I started it mainly to get into a routine to do exercise more regularly, but I soon got hooked by yoga. It has made me feel so much fitter in general, and especially so much more flexible. I also love that they’ve got a space for meditation, recipes for healthy eating and music for focus. After a year of practicing yoga at least 3 days a week I am still not bored with the content and I’m still discovering new sessions. I absolutely recommend this app. The value for money you get is so good it cannot be overstated!.Version: 10.37

Help neededHi guys, I am a Premium member and an Asana ad is coming up on Instagram for a ‘28 Day Yoga Challenge’ which looks great - but I can’t find it anywhere on my app - there are other times this has happened - challenge advertised on Insty but can’t find on app - other challenges come up on the app but not the ones advertised on Insty. I’d really appreciate some help. anniecran.Version: 8.17

ReviewLove Asana rebel. Would like more different challenges.Version: 9.38

How do I cancel this app and auto-renewal? Is that done in iTunes on my laptop?Does anyone know how to cancel the annual subscription? Like others here, I like the app but agree it’s missing some basic requirements to be en effective training aid: -No coaching feature where you could start a 4-6 week program with a defined goal and it guides you thru recommended workouts on daily basis (regardless of whether you missed a day, which happens from time to time) -No abilty to pause/rewind a workout while in the workout. I wanted to rewind slightly during a workout — which is not possible. And is you try to skip a section or go back, it either takes you to the end or to the very beginning and all your time was wasted — with no tracking of anything you did to that point. -No ability to string together workouts as noted by other users. -The library of workouts don’t change much so the content seems pretty stale. It’s the same flows over and over again, which isn’t very dynamic. It has potential to be very good if they addressed some of these issues. Or maybe I am just using it wrong? Either way, trying to find switch to turn of ‘auto-renew’, but that seems to be hidden away somewhere. My next step is to check my iTunes account on my laptop....Version: 4.23

Look forward to itI love this program. I especially like the challenges and sets of workouts because I’m doing in the morning I just want to click on the next days workout and do it without much thought. Some other reviewers said there used to be more programs for long term success that were more effective, I would love that and thought that, from the ads, thats the way asana would be. I hope that is also done, that both the old and new ways are both available. My favorite flows are the ones by Jonah. I wish there was a feature to search by teacher, that’s one other improvement I would make to the app. I LOVE the feature where at the end of a workout there’s an option to do another one, it really encourages me to do that, and because I’m feeling so good after the workout I just did, its easy to do just a little bit more. This is the first time I’ve done any workout/yoga program where I truly look forward to doing it every day, and at the end I’m like “its already done?”, also that I don’t even have to psych myself up and “just do it”. Even the hard ones are a pleasure to do..Version: 9.26

Simply the Perfect workoutI’m 44 and have been using the Asana Rebel app for several years - and NOTHING comes close. Before then I’d never done yoga-I thought that for a workout to give results it had to HURT! then on Facebook I saw this ad for asana rebel featuring a totally ripped lady, sweaty from what was obviously a tough workout.....and it was for a YOGA app!! Due to problems with my spine I was seriously needing to find a lower impact way to exercise, so I thought I’d give it a try, and I’ve never looked back. This app does EVERYTHING.....there are workouts to burn fat, increase muscle tone, but also to seriously stretch those hard to reach tight places, and also to relax you. These workouts make me feel better, more confident and positive both mentally and physically. I feel calmer, more poised and capable. And for a working mum running a business and currently homeschooling 2 warring kids, feeling calm is a serious achievement! I’d have gone utterly loopy of it weren’t for the 30 minutes or so that I lock myself away for with Asana Rebel!!!!.Version: 8.10

Life changing! After not being able to do any impact exercises I was even struggling with biking but my knees can’t handle that everyday. I started this program. I love that there is not a over excessive talking instructor she is calm and you don’t have a coach if you don’t even want one but I actually like her and her little tidbits of info. So not only did I tone up very fast, I am strong, my back pain is gone, my mental focus is amazing and I am in such a better mood. I’m up to level III but I have done yoga in the past. It don’t even feel like work with the breaks and the stretch feels so good. I like this app because I can do it anywhere. You can pick a program and it gets harder as you progress. I love all the little short videos you can do in addition. I did the 5 supper fit exercises that work everything and I’m sore already. I don’t see how anyone could find this a bad idea. There is something for everyone. Continue to look for new poses as well to keep it interesting. Their really good with the flow from antagonistic to protagonist muscles, you want that. You will get really sore strong..Version: 3.11.1

Makes fitness super approachableI just turned 44 and was needing to refocus on my fitness. I also belong to a video yoga website but was finding I just wanted some more “workout” based options. Asana Rebel has been absolutely perfect for me because of the customized selection of workouts, their even pacing (not hyper like some cardio classes), and their length. Some days 20-25 minutes of strength training is all I can handle and this makes me feel like I am still able to engage and keep up even when I am still sore or have less time to devote. I am definitely building strength and tone quickly and in a way that doesn’t leave me decimated for days. The video and audio quality is excellent - loads better than the other site I am on. I like the music options and the home feed’s suggestions. I don’t have to go searching for what I want, it’s served to me which saves me the decision fatigue. I like the music options and will be checking out some of the recipe suggestions soon. Overall this just makes my fitness commitment super easy and very doable..Version: 9.6

Free version is great!Great little app!.Version: 9.16

Firmer and more flexibleAfter 2 weeks of doing short sessions whenever I can fit them in I’m feeling stronger, more flexible and more toned. The length of the sessions is great. They’re not hard and the commentary and video style is easy to follow. You can double up if you want a longer session. Enjoying it!.Version: 3.21.3

Every day!Love this app; use it every day!!!.Version: 3.7.1

Asana Rebel is more than wonderful…Asana Rebel has helped me to return to yoga after having my 4 children and is no exaggeration to say is helping me rediscover who I am. I used to practise yoga before motherhood but with a busy schedule with my children at the heart of it, prioritising time for classes (or myself!) was too hard. Asana is not only the ultimate convenience but with workouts that start from 5 minutes and upwards, it is so easy to build it into your daily routine. The Yogis are gently pushy, their language and messaging encouraging and inspiring and their workouts are just great. You kind of get to know them and can look out for your favourites. (I’m slightly in love with Danni Pomplun!) The other aspects of the app around meditation, nutrition etc complete the story so you can approach this from whichever angle suits you best.. weight loss, well being, health… I’ve been doing this for around a month but started to notice a difference in my body and mind after 2 weeks… I just love it..Version: 10.32

Elegant Design, Great Content + Room for ImprovementI’ve recently installed Asana Rebel and straight away signed up for the premium subscription because it’s great value for money and the content quality is really high. The app takes a holistic view to health and has some nice resources for cooking, meditation and other wellness areas. There are a few areas where I think this app could be enhanced. Firstly, when doing a workout for the first time, a tutorial of the movements would be quite nice; although I’m a qualified personal trainer, I found myself looking at the phone constantly to check the movements and understand if the programme had moved forward, so I think an optional introduction to new movements could be useful (just like the optional warm up). Secondly, I feel the challenges could be better integrated into the main feed; I’ve selected one of the challenges and ideally, I want a daily reminder or at least a visual trigger in the feed, but, I’m having to manually navigate to the challenges section to start day 2, 3 etc (also, days don’t record if you skip the cool down, would be great to make warm up and cool down optional). Apart from that, it’s a really nice app and I look forward to seeing some further investment in this app..Version: 8.7

Pretty good BUT could use some improvementsI’m really enjoying this app! However, it could use some fine-tuning. Pros: • The app and widgets are motivating. • The workouts are great! I have a 16 day streak going right now because I enjoy the workouts so much, and you don’t have to do a long workout to put the work in. The streak has also lasted for so long because the workouts are so addicting. I used to only work out 4 days a week. Whereas, now, I work out every day (sometimes twice a day) whether it be before work or after or both. Cons/ areas for improvement: • The app itself could be a little more detailed with guidance on how to make the most out of the app (eg. should I be working out 3x a day or only as much as I want or...). • I don’t like that the app sometimes freezes or something while you’re doing the workout and doesn’t recover. Then you have to restart the workout. If you try to fast forward to where you left off, you will either get stuck on the loading screen again or it may work. • I would like to use the widgets and daily planning on my phone and then do the workouts on my iPad since it has a bigger screen. However, I cant do that without breaking my streak because the app across platforms doesn’t sync. So I could do my daily workout on my iPad but it won’t syn to my phone and my streak is broken..Version: 8.17

Great app great workoutsBeen enjoying Asana for a few month now and I can feel a difference in my body and strength practicing 4 times a weeks. Keep the great work.Version: 4.6

Great, could be better with a few minor changesFinally found an app that works for me. Lots of workouts to browse for different areas you want to focus on. Good thing is they vary in length too so you can choose depending on the time you have available. Only minor issues I have with the app is the layout of the main page, and the tabs. They either need to create a separate tab for the daily routine, or organise it so it appears on the top of the feed when you open the app. I like to track my water intake, steps and weight. But find it frustrating having to scroll through everytime I want to log something. Also finding workouts or stretches I have saved to favourites are not super easily accessible, you have to go into each category just to find them. Overall, if those two things could be changed/fixed then this app would be 5/5 for me.Version: 10.22

So motivatingThis app has got me exercising every day. I have done yoga for 20 years but my practise had become stale and repetitive. With asana rebel, every day I can chose a new workout from their huge range of very professional videos set in beautiful locations. They are clear and encouraging. Highly recommend..Version: 8.8
