Useful but….I use this app daily for scheduling clients for work… but for paying $10 a month it should include a few more things, especially the auto reminders.. Also sometimes the app has a glitch, almost like it’s froze up!??!? UPDATE…. I recently switch to the premium plan….. not only does it not send out the extra reminders…. however, they did try to fix it I think? But is ended up not working… On top of you only get 500 messages per month to be sent out via automated…. Anything more cost extra and won’t allow you to send out manually…. SERIOUSLY IT WAS THE ONLY REASON I UPGRADED TO THE PREMIUM!!!! I don’t have time for this especially running a salon with 7 workers, and having 2000+ clients of my own! I’m switching to square booking. Thanks for basically robbing me and having an app that only works half the time! 😐.Version: 9.6.1

Poor ExecutionIn short with you turn an appointment into an Appointfix scheduled one you get a duplicate on your own calendar. There’s no way around this apparently unless you use their own clunky calendar. It promised synching with Google and whilst that’s technically true, in reality it made my calendar unreadable. Lastly there’s no decent SMS ID. The reminder comes from what looks like a mobile number and after checking with clients, this will create confusion and doesn’t look professional. It’s a shame for what looks like a good system..Version: 3.0.6

Love but as a real life user I think it needs improvementsI really enjoy this app but as someone who has used it for 2 years I think it needs a few tweaks. With the services if you change them (name, price, color etc) they should be a way to change them on existing or reoccurring appointments instead of changing them all manually. If you remove or combine services there should be an option for that as well with existing scheduled appointments. With the online booking there should be a setting to allow current clients to book but not new clients if your books are closed to new clients. There should be an option to send a client an invoice if the are a no show. Also no show should be able to be marked on the appointment not just in notes and stored on the clients information. Allowing the client to confirm appointments, reschedule or cancel through the ultimate fully automated version A web browser version would be helpful too for managing schedules. When paying $20 a month for something these would definitely be helpful..Version: 8.0.12

Needs two more features1. Address for appointment that links to google or apple maps with reminder when its time to leave, calculated travel time between appointments. 2. I have some clients who get two of the same service and I can’t add the same service twice in the same appointment. Add these two things and you’ve got a winning app in my eyes..Version: 3.8.0

FrustratingFirst year this Ap was perfect. Now I’m having lots of problems. Support has been substandard and now they won’t respond at all. Paying for 2 devices only 1 works and now that one is playing up. Very frustrating!.Version: 9.2.0

Was greatApp has been working great for about a year. As of late, it freezes up way too often. I often have to delete the app and reload it in order to get the changes I made to appear the way they should. I’ve sent in a message addressing this and have heard nothing. I also heard the beginning of this year (2023) we were going to have it for desktop and I don’t see that either. Unfortunately I was loving this app but something seems to have gone south quickly. Also, these issues have been happening on a few different devices so it is not my phone or my iPad. Hopefully Goldie can fix things and get back to a five star app..Version: 13.0.0

Summary of services and paymentsI subscribed to the app for 1 month to test it out. I currently use another free app, but Goldie was recommended to me and I decided to buy it for just 1 month and if it met my expectations, I would subscribe to the annual plan. I really liked it, but the screen with the summary of services and the total is very confusing. The application does not detail the value of each service, showing the total outstanding balance. Instead, it shows all the services (without the values ​​for each one) and the total final balance. And you cannot know what was charged for each service. Sometimes we apply different values ​​for different customers. Anyway, the payment screen could be better structured, with the values ​​of each service and the final value. What's the use of the value of the variable in the service registration if I can't change it at the time of payment? Do not use this appI’ve used Appointfix for my medical practice for five years and it wasn’t perfect but it was pretty solid and the tech support was always on point. Now that it’s Goldie it constantly malfunctions. Several times a week. Not exaggerating. And I cannot get anyone to get back to me to fix it. I’m missing patient appointments or getting triple booked. I’m losing patients over this horrid app. I have so much patient contact information stored in here now, however, it’s hard to cancel and I’m sure they realize that. Appointments entered on one device don’t show up on the other devices frequently so my staff and I have to constantly send each other screenshots to verify the schedule and I have to text them every time I’m entering a block. Avoid this app like the plague..Version: 9.0.7

So frustratingI’ve hung in with this app for a couple of years now and it’s been constantly frustrating. They keep updating the app to create more features but the updates create problems. The customer service response has always been pretty poor (Daniel Pop). I’ve lost lost hundreds of dollars in clients not getting reminders again with zero acknowledgement of this from the customer service team. I am 100% done with this app..Version: 14.1.0

Update-thought I LOST it ALL but found my linkI set up my account with Premium trial membership. I sent the link out to my clients - something glitched? Or I deleted the app and then added it to my home page- next time I went in to check the schedule it’s all gone! Terrible updateThis was a great app until the update. The update deleted ALL of my clients appointments and their information at my busiest time of year. I will no longer be using this..Version: 9.0.6

Glitches when clients try to bookClients that try to book using my online system but often struggle as it glitches and crashes … when they return the time slot is still kept on hold and they can’t book (says it’s unavailable )- 20 mins-30mins later the slot is still unavailable even tho no one booked . So close to working for meWould love to rate this a five stars! However I realized this wouldn’t work for the type of business I perform. Pertaining to real estate, is there a way to schedule certain services at certain days and times of the week? Instead of having an open availability for anyone to choose from? If I’m showing a property on the west side, then someone books a showing on the east side I wouldn’t be able to make that even though technically I would be available to show more for the same property I’m currently at..Version: 6.13.2

When It Works, It’s GreatWhen it works, it’s fabulous. However, every single time there is an update (and there seem to be updates every other week), it temporarily does not. To give Appointfix credit (and why I continue to use the app), the issue gets resolved the day after, but this error continuously makes it look like I forgot to message my clients reminders for their appointments. I wouldn’t complain with the free/basic version, but paying a monthly fee to look unprofessional is unacceptable. Customer services DOES get back to me, but I have quickly learned to send a video of the problem. Ok appI love the set up & lay out, but unfortunately I have found the ‘send message’ feature quite annoying as when you go to appointment time & hit ‘send message’ it then takes you back to the same page & then tap ‘send message’ again and it again goes back to ‘send message’ this is obliviously a glitch & its spoils the whole process as it doesn’t work. I have even paid for this app, will be cancelling subscription.Version: 7.6.4

Syncing issuesI really like the app and I do not want to switch as I have a lot of info stored in this app. However, the syncing ability is less than par. I use two devices to do my scheduling and it seems like there’s always an issues with the devices syncing up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, which made the sync worse. I feel like I can’t trust the sync and have to double check both devices all the time which is very frustrating and time consuming!! There should be a sync button. The whole uninstall and reinstall shouldn’t be a thing. If the syncing doesn’t get better in the near future I will have to seek a different scheduling app :(.Version: 9.11.5

Updates aren’t always greatSo I’ve been using this app for a couple years and I do like it. Recently they did an update which I didn’t like where when you go into schedule an appointment before you could schedule something personal or your appointment will they took out the option to schedule an a personal appointment. I hate this. I hate that I have to go into a different calendar and not schedule it just for it to show up on my work. It doesn’t make sense to me why they took it out it wasn’t a problem. Appointments disappearing and no resolveI am so so disappointed in this app. I just use the basic free plan while I grow my business and planned to use the paid for version when I needed it. However upon opening my app last week the majority of appointments from August onwards have disappeared. Some clients have lost all of their appointments for the year except for the odd one or two. I contacted the help section but the replies I received were really unhelpful and then I was told it had been resolved even though it hadn’t. Unfortunately now I don’t trust the app AT ALL, and would really advise anyone against using it. The app has worked fine for the most part and it’s a little strange that the disappearing appointments seem to be coinciding with constant app updates. Something is obviously going on behind the scenes, to the peril of my client bookings..Version: 9.10.0

It is great but has a lot of problemsThe app works really well for a while then crashes and glitches, it’s latest problem is that it won’t send out client reminders (I know many people with this app and are facing the same issues currently). The app is great but just has constant issues that cause a lot of chaos especially with working on your own as a beautician. NEEDS CARD ON FILE!(UPDATED) STILL WAITING:::: I absolutely love this app so much, I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement. I have my messages set up to text my clients as soon as they request a service for a “Deposit fee” with my PayPal etc. But would be nice if that option was available in the site itself. Especially when dealing with no shows even with reminders. Would be great to charge clients no show fees! Also would love to be able to add pictures of services provided! JUST A FEW CONCERNSI have used the app almost a year now. For the most part it is GOOD. I have a deposit set for all clients, 50% of the service total. Sometimes I have to book a client here or there and it does not ALWAYS set the 50% for all clients and I have to go in and set it. This also happens with a client setting the appointment as well. It can be very frustrating for both the client and myself. I have to cancel their appointment and start over agin. Then I have my payment payout account on file and it takes longer than it had been before. I should be able to change a card method in my account without it starting over and making me wait for 2-3 days with all transactions. For an example if I do a service on Friday I don’t get those payments til Monday. When before my payment come at the end of every day. That was the best thing ever. That ONE problem is almost worth going somewhere else. Ppl need their money and having to wait after getting used to getting it each day is frustrating as well. Just something to look into ESPECIALLY since getting paid daily was suppose to be an upgrade for us..Version: 11.0.0

Great App, but..Used this app for a couple months and LOVED it, but it recently logged me out and when I logged back in 90% of my schedule had been deleted. Support was great about it and tried to help by comping me with an upgrade but when you have a fully booked schedule and then 90% is just gone from the server...I would recommend keeping a paper copy. In response to the developer review; that’s what support recommended I do, among other things, which I did. They discovered that your database had just deleted my appts, there was no longer an existing backup. I wouldn’t have reviewed as I did otherwise as your support is great and has helped me before!.Version: 3.1.0

Changed free booking to have to payVery disappointing have to pay if book in more than 20 bookings, I also use app for daily Callander as well as bookings so everything is in one place so it’s quick and easy to see what I can and can not book in depending on school holidays early school pick ups doctors ect so this will now take me well over but not worth paying as I only have an actual small amount of actual bookings.Version: 15.3.1

Don’t get to many clients or you will pay!!!If you are successful and have many clients Goldie makes you pay extra for text messages. Don’t go over 160 characters or Goldie makes you pay. Goldie sends 2 messages per booking. And then another if it is new client. Sure you can pay for more. But I promise you that you will blow through them. I purchased 250 more messages and suddenly I had none after a week. Contacted them and same runaround. I love red my message count to 112 and still team out. Bought a year and not I am screwed. Can not get a refund because I am 4 months in. Used to work fine!!! Goldie offered to refund my money but I would have to go through the apple App Store. Guess what?!? Too much time has passed for apple. So I am screwed. I will NEVER recommend this app. I guess it is good if you only have 10 clients. Shame on you Goldie !!!.Version: 9.5.3

Reminding customers an hour before?!I downloaded this app as I need to be able to make sure all of my clients from my cleaning business are aware of their appointments without me having to manually text each one of them. Unfortunately I am having to uninstall due to the fact the only options for this in the free version is 1 hour before which I don’t understand as no matter what business your in or service you’ve booked you need to know before this timeline. The rest looks good but it’s not for me..Version: 5.7.0

Don’t waste your timeWas working great, up until today. I’ve been locked out, won’t allow me to log back in with apple id OR email… my account has just been removed entirely (out of nowhere). I had used this to keep track of all my contract jobs - now I have to find another app and start from scratch! Definitely don’t make the mistake i did!.Version: 8.0.15
