✓ Recipes incomplete and lack of videosFor $6, I would have liked to have recipes that tell me how to cook the food (salmon in soy sauce) and perhaps a video that doesn't say "check back for updates." For this money I shouldn't have to check back for anything. Not recommended until this has been fixed..Version: 1.0.8
✓ Doesn’t compile shopping listI’m a big fan of Jason Vales, but on the iPhone X the app doesn’t generate the shopping list. I have the book and like the recipes but the app’s not much help above the book without the shopping list option. I will change my score when this is rectified..Version: 4.4.0

✓ Tasty recipes, buggy appI know the recipes are good because my parents have been making them, and they’ve been bomb. I decided to download the app and start following the same plan at home but found much of the app doesn’t work. Most notably, the shopping list never generates, and that was one of the key features I was looking for in a meal prep app. Ironically the link to report tech issues also didn’t work..Version: 4.4.0
✓ Not so super...I was really excited when I heard about this app and downloaded it straight away. One of the main attractions of the app was the promise of recipe videos. Now I understand more videos will be added to the, but to launch it with JUST TWO video recipes is extremely disappointing. The recipes are presented and photographer beautifully, but the lack of videos really lets it down. The app was clearly rushed out. If I had paid full price I would have been bitterly disappointed. Also a lot of the recipes include eggs and cheese, not exactly healthy and not great if you're vegan!.Version: 1.0.8
✓ Good recipes but shopping list doesn’t workBe warned! I should have read the other reviews. It seems few can work the shopping list generator (one of the main reasons I bought the app). When you write for technical help you get a lovely reply but zero result. I have a fully updated iPhone XR. The recipes look great and tasty. ✓ Disappointing customer serviceWas really excited to get this app but on tapping one of the selections, nothing happened! ✓ Limited recipes and doesn’t run in portrait modeAnnoying on both levels plus the app is slow. I’m a Jason Vale fan and have been since I bought my blender years ago. ✓ Not that healthy & lacking in imaginationI have to say that I'm pretty disappointed. The range and quantity of recipes is very limited and many are not particularly healthy. ✓ Good but with a sad glitchBought the book first & then purchased the app to have a mobile shopping list but it only works if you omit day two from the shopping list. Other than that, it’ll do any combination of days but the ‘techies’ need to look at why day two is stopping it working as it should.
