✓ Amazing!My sister introduced me to Jason Vale meal plans and I haven’t looked back. The meals are so lovely. Some take a fair bit of prep when you’re cooking for a family but I love cooking anyway from fresh, so no problem for me. I had always only really eaten dinners and had fruit or nuts during the day but snacking is not very good, it can lead to bad habits 🤨. So thank you Jason, I would recommend any of your plans to anyone..Version: 1.6.0

✓ Amazing recipe bookThis app contains some incredible recipes using simple, natural ingredients. The recipes are easy to make and there are no obscure ingredients needed. What I love most is very recipe has a picture to entice you and you can create your own meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides and desserts). The plan you choose then generates a shopping list on your phone that you can tick off as you go and even better you can email the shopping list to yourself or someone else. This is such a professional app with videos from Jason and is so easy to use, I just love it. Healthy, nutritious food made simple - thank you!.Version: 1.0.8

✓ Jason always deliversFor the last 2 years I have downloaded a few of Jason's juice apps and he never disappoints on his product, performance and tasty recipes. However, I wasn't sure if his food recipes were going to be up to the standard of his juice recipes. All I have to say is ... they're just as good! Seriously, I don't know how he does it. I just tried the "No Dough Pizza" and all I can say is WOW 😍!! it's gonna be my new weekend treat. When I was making it I thought this is gonna taste nothing like a real pizza. But believe me it tastes fresh, flavoursome and just as good as takeaway pizza. The app it's self is well put together. Jason is passionate and a great teacher as always. A lot of the recipes have video tutorials. My only critique is that I wish every recipe did, as watching him cook helps me figure things out quicker. However, each recipe has a picture of how it's meant to look when finished and the instructions and ingredients list are clearly structured so anyone can really cook the meals. I look forward to trying more recipes... I just wanna say thanks Jason for introducing me to juices (originally) and now healthier and tastier food choices. ✓ Best Recipe Book Ever!This is the least expensive and best cookbook I have ever bought! All the recipes are fast, easy and delicious-as promised. Jason is funny in the videos and not fast in the kitchen and still makes amazing food in under 30 mins-which is extremely encouraging. ✓ 100% Worth the Wait!Since Jason mentioned his 'Super Fast Food’ recipes on Twitter it has been all I have been banging on to my friends about… and this app definitely did not disappoint! It’s everything I hoped it would be– and more. The recipes look incredible, the ingredients aren’t ridiculous in terms of quantity and aren’t difficult to get hold of like some recipe apps AND I can create my own meal plan suited to me :) I’ve never seen this with any of my other apps so this is a lovely personal touch. Top of the bill for this weekend is a Herbaceous Omelette breakfast, a ‘no dough’ pizza and some healthy carrot cake. SUPER FOOD HEAVEN!.Version: 1.0.8

✓ Great app! But...... can we please get the sync option between devices? I love the recipes, which are easy and delicious. The shopping list and meal planner are cool features. Finally an app that has it all! Food, shopping list and meal plan! Nevertheless, it kind of spoils the fun that there’s no sync between devices. I mean you made a plan for a whole week on the iPad, as it’s bigger and better viewing. And then you’d like to go shopping with your phone, but you can’t!
