Welltory: Heart Rate Monitor for Positive User Reviews

FantasticI work out every day, often multiple times in a day. There are times I feel exhausted, and it’s obvious to me. There are other times I feel fine and this app tells me I am stressed or out of energy. When I listen, and actually sit down or take a break, my body demonstrates that it was exhausted. Just like the app says it will do, it will tell you times your psychology isn’t recognizing what your body needs a break. I hope to use this to help me more in mind body control. Highly recommend to everyone, even those who don’t work out the same way. If you have an Apple Watch, this app becomes a game changer as it reads your workouts as well. Hopefully I can get a chance to try out the pro features.Version: 4.2.1

Potentially usefulI subscribed to the pro version to get more detail around recovery after strenuous exercise. The insights fit well with my perceived recovery which is faster than predicted by Garmin Connect. Integration with Garmin Connect seems poor though and although some bike rides get pulled across they do not seem to impact the targets Welltory sets me. Neither does it seem to carry over all data from my Vivosmart which is also connected to the account. I have not been able to get it to link to Strava, at least on my phone. So in summary, very interesting app but not geared to cyclists..Version: 3.2.3

Great data - stupid designETA: to developer - I never had the old version. This is not a comparison to how it used to be, it’s the opinion of a new user. You seem very patronizing and like you are not listening to a large portion of your community. This would be a 5 star rating if not for one thing. The data and insights provided by this app are terrific. However the design isn’t just bad, it’s dumb. I can’t understand why they think this idea to show your insights as “a fluid” is so fantastic. Numbers are fine, thank you. Or if you love it so much, at least give the user the option to turn it off if they don’t like it. They also don’t give you options as to what types of info or advice you want in your feed, which makes it really cluttered. At least you should be able to delete the unwanted items after they appear. There’s also subtler lacks in customization such as the inability to setivh to a 12-hour clock, which depending on where you are from can be a constant annoyance. I’m a paid subscriber and have concretely benefitted from the data but these user experience negatives are starting to add up..Version: 3.2.1

So clever.Great app. Easy to use and informative.Version: 2.0.3

A personal barometerThis app is a revelation. It has helped me understand my work patterns and also the emotional patterns at home. I start to give myself permission to be tired or worn down instead of just gritting my teeth. Sometimes when I have performed really well at work, i think “more of that seems like a good idea”. Now I learn to bank my wins and do self care. If you like data and you’re an intense person who lives life at pace, this app is your friend..Version: 4.2.1

Great app !!I love this app 😀 When I am down and feeling low App shows / predicts the same !!! Too cool !!!.Version: 4.1.3

5 Starts for effort :)Interesting app with a better overall view on current and long-term health trends, especially when assessing and calculating stress, great visual interface, too, but not sure I’d pay £79 for the full version, or even the 13 per month, although there’s clearly a lot of thought and some science behind the numbers and the app development itself..Version: 3.6.1

Great Tool!A great, easy to use tool to help you keep an eye on your overall health and see where you can make improvements in your lifestyle..Version: 4.2.0

So far it’s spot on.I began using this a week ago when I was having a mastocytosis flare. The app picked up “something is wrong” (all red liquid with those little bubbles flying up fast) with the first reading. Stress (so far, on my best day since using the app I haven’t gotten below 65%), energy level (best I get is 47%), physical resilience (~70%), but that’s life with masto. After a week the app has become more attuned as I built my data set for my body’s & I’ve got readings from my other bt devices going to Welltory. AND I am using it to “check myself” so I’m not doing too much. Normally I push until I collapse — this app reminds me — running on high stress and low energy is not helping this 60 year old body. I do want to at least reach 70..Version: 3.8.9

Life ChangingThis application has been truly life changing, and I’m only a week in. I learned that I have been way overtraining at the gym and my body is totally stressed out for many hours afterwards. I now know what activities help me build energy, focus and health, and which ones drain me. I’m a busy professional with 6 kids, and this past week I’ve now become known as “relaxed Dad” instead of stressed Dad. My relationships are better due to stress management. I also bought the iHealth BP sleeve and integrated with Welltory. BP was stage 1 hypertension last week, but now I’m learning to manage it, and I’m borderline into the normal range already. I pair with my Apple Watch Ultra which works great. If you care about your health, you should have this app. My wife loves the app as well. My sincere thanks to the Welltory team. *first app review I’ve ever done— hey I’m busy, six kids, remember?.Version: 4.2.1

GreatI LOVE Welltory! Such a good idea, I always feel so much more in tune with myself doing my daily reading..Version: 2.6.6

Welltory helps me manage my ME/CFSGreat app for reminding me to slow down. Helps me find my limits and rest/sleep when I need to. Thanks Welltory team! Great app..Version: 4.2.0

Love this app butLove this app and the information it provides, but I wish it was clearer as to what the results and scores me and how it pertains to my life. Ie: when it says “something could be wrong” does that mean I could have a heart attack? Or something going with my blood? Or I have a cold. And I get the highest stress readings sometimes while I’m sleeping, I have no idea how to intervene on that lol and I keep getting the result that my sleep did not give me a full recovery…ok, how do I make my sleep more recovering when I’m sleeping during it? lol and certain readings are cool like the HRV and whether my heart and respiratory are in sync or not, but what does that mean? How does that present in everyday life? Overall, it’s amazing what all the app can do and it’s cool that it offers suggestions and stuff but how those different readings are applicable and what could be causing them would be helpful..Version: 3.6.1

ExcellentVery excellent information.Version: 4.1.3

One the best overall health insightful apps I’ve experienced!!I found this to be one of the most enjoyable, well thought out, easy to read and follow, as well as insightful, informative and overall a good overview into my general daily health. It was able to inform me if my stress levels, and provides an easy to read, clear understanding, and easy to follow in app structure, that allows even the most beginner users, to follow and have a clear and informed understanding of their own personal health and data. The only thing that prevented me from giving it a 5* rating was the ongoing annual fees for having the full benefits of this app. I personally found it to be far too high at over $100 per year, despite how much I was able to enjoy and benefit from its use. Hopefully in the near future, there will be a more affordable, or lifetime purchase option that would make this my top choice in personal analytics in health..Version: 3.8.9

Interesting dataThe app shows interesting data but it’s daily goals feel off - tells you to have a day off but sets the move goal high which you can only achieve by working out.Version: 3.7.7

“Sci-Fi” UpdateI am an occasional user of this app. I was previously a subscriber who used it everyday - sometimes multiple times per day. That will not be happening again with the newest update. It is no longer user friendly. I have no idea where to find anything and there are no explanations as to what each button means. The app keeps bragging that I should be able to use my Apple Watch to take measurements - that’s not working. I read the “help” section on how to connect my watch to the app and all it advises is to connect Apple Health. That’s done. But still no luck. I turned on the “Breathe” feature and did that a couple times yesterday, and none of that information has been loaded into this app. The raw data is really the only thing I looked at on this app previously, and now all of that is gone...or impossible to find. The reason I am even bothering to write a review is because I received 15 notifications from this app between 2AM and 7AM last night. That is totally ridiculous! The notifications were the same three messages repeated five times. Truly annoying! I went into the app to change my notification settings and, of course, that couldn’t be found. I think I am ready to delete this app completely even though I have data for almost 400 measurements saved..Version: 3.0.0

Very insightfulTons of helpful data points and reports..Version: 4.2.0

Good data, but then what?It is nice to get the data but what do you do with it after to improve your numbers? More articles about improving your results would make the app more useful..Version: 4.2.1

Sick OptionHey loving the app for the most part. I’m a Type 1 diabetic it’s a very helpful tool. Would be nice if there is a sick option though that you could set as just recently I went from about 18,000 steps a day down to 6000-8000 when I was sick (I have two young children no days off lol) The app still thinks I’m perfectly healthy, but my numbers are all skewed because I have no energy and I’m in bed most the day and is throwing off all my averages. Just a thought. Thanks. Travis.Version: 4.2.1

Just WOW!!I cannot believe that just a few numbers like the pulse can reveal so much insights!! Astonishing. Once I get a corroboration from my doctor I will pay for the subscription.Version: 3.7.1

Changed my life !I started off with the basic option which is good, but having the premium version helped a lot to gain even more insights about my sleep and daily stress levels. I use it 2/3 times a day now to assess how I’m managing my stress and constantly now I’m much more aware of how I am treating my body and managing my work day tasks. I often would aim to do too much, but now I see how much it is wearing me down with clear data analysis and positive advice for me to check in and change direction when needed. I use an Apple Watch version 3 and very useful data reports. The self tests are great too. I wish I got more automatic analysis but it requires you to be resting and relaxed; however I also use breathe feature on Apple Watch to assess whenever I want. Overall very helpful in assessing my life and making changes to improve my health. My only desire would be to get more automatic updates throughout the day. It’s say you need to be calm and relaxed to get a reading, but I often move throughout the day as I work as a teacher, so it would be beneficial to know when I should take a break and time for myself..Version: 4.1.3

It is accurate when I have rested, not when really stressedMy life swirls with emotional stress which requires the help of a psychiatrist and a therapist and appropriate use of drugs. I do my sampling of heart rate variability four hours after an anti-anxiety pill and a nap. If I had done my daily sample just after I had been very stressed for three hours, the results would have been differed. I am encouraged to see results that show that with my support including medicines that I am resilient. This is consistent with my having survived three major physician errors involving the rupture of my appendix a week after my 75th birthday. I too am a physician but am a woman and I believe that this is why the three physicians ignored my telling them that I had just ruptured my appendix. They elected to wait 3days to do my surgery and stopped all my medicine even though I had arrived in the ER with a current list of my drugs. As a result, at the time of surgery I had a grand mal seizure, was mildly psychotic and dehydrated and had a bacterial abcess in my abcess in my appendix and small bowel. I had a blood stream infection. I survived and ultimately went home. So I give this software a thoughtful excellent review for my first seven days. If you are not familiar with medical words and ways of thinking, the detailed information may be overwhelming at first. It is worth staying with the program and learning how to use it in your life. Bravo!.Version: 4.1.3

WOWed away!!After downloading multiple simple heart rate apps only to be disappointed, it took me one test run with this app and I was blowed away and subscribed shortly after!!! I’m not one to ever leave a review neither pay for subscriptions but this was so accurate I’m Excited to have guidance and advance technology right in the palm of my hands! Seriously ive already recommended to many friends that I’m certain can benefit from just being observant and aware. This App hands down is is a life saver/game changer for me!!! 🤓ThankYOU developers!!!🙏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Update:still Loving this app it keeps me aware of how my body works and handles stressors (it ask for a rate while I was in the app and the only way to submit appeared to be leaving a review again lol.Version: 2.4.3

Wee gemI downloaded this app on the recommendation of a friend. I wanted to be able to know my stress levels and find out more of what’s going on within my body and before I bought a garmin watch that has those features I thought I would try this app. It is amazing. It is so detailed and accurate. It pops up with the readings from my watch and when I go into the app it has pretty much summed up how I am feeling with regards to energy levels, stressed, tiredness etc. I wish I had found it sooner! I’m on the free trial option still. You get full access for 5 days which shows you all its amazing advantages so I don’t know what it will be like after the 5 days and how much information it will give after the 5 days. It is a bit pricey to buy, if they done an intro offer it would be better and maybe more affordable for people to purchase? That’s my only negative..Version: 3.8.9

Cool, but could be betterCool app. I’m an exercise scientist, so I like getting my hands on any actionable data that I can. Welltory definitely provides this, but here are a few things I would like to see improved: 1. The only way I can get a reading with 90%-99% accuracy is to lay my phone down and then rest my finger on the camera. Every time I tried doing it per the instructions I got 65-85% accuracy. 2. The measurement readings are considerably different between a 70% accuracy reading and an 85% accuracy reading. I’m talking one says I’m juiced up and ready to take on the world and the other says I’m dead on arrival. It would be nice to have a feature that allows you to delete the data from low-accuracy readings so they don’t appear on graphs and affect your averages. 3. I’m not sure if the free trial lasts x number days or for x number readings, but if it’s x number readings I don’t believe low accuracy readings that have to be redone should count towards that x number..Version: 2.6.7

Great Lifestyle AppThis app is valuable as it helps you to put a physiological lens across your life. It measures, among other things, your heart rate variability (HRV) and gives you a quantitative measure of your health. If you like experimenting this is the app for you. You can take measurements before and after an activity, say meditation or a brisk walk, and see the difference. After 3 coupled measurements it will even collate it for you. I am finding it to be a great life app on my journey..Version: 2.2.0

Cool app to keep track of your heart rateReally recommend this app to y'all your health and activity.Version: 2.1.2

App So good, I referred it to my Dr. & RNMy Mom just got out of the hospital and Im taking care of her. I wanted something to manage her health and mine. So, I can see her sleep, heart rate and stress! This app is hands down the best!! I even told the RN and Primary care Dr all about it and showed it to them. This app has been proven scientifically through rigorous tests and it is more than accurate. It goes above and beyond what you would ever expect from an app. It even tells you that you’re possibly going to make some errors today with minor things. Proving itself to be true. I’m still using the free features and haven’t subscribed to the whole thing as of yet. It’s not often that I tell people about an app I download because people download hundreds of apps a day and you know what’s another app. But this is different. So, I felt it deserved a review which is something I seldom do. The only thing that I would say re:the flip side: is that there is so much information that the app gives you…I would like to see it simplified a bit for the elderly and their caregivers. Maybe even have a separate download all together for the aging/elderly and their caregivers and call it: Super Simplified Welltory?? Thank you all for a tremendous job in creating this app!!!.Version: 4.1.0

Fascinating!Really interesting concept and it’s fascinating seeing how you body is behaving at this level of detail..Version: 2.5.1

Amazing but why no monthly option??I’ve been using this app the past week and found it amazing, so detailed and backed up with research! I honestly cannot say anything bad about it! I have anxiety and I found it useful ‘just ti double check’ my bodily functions and it gave me a peace of mind all the time! HOWEVER why is there no monthly option???:( i would happily pay £10 a month, but I cannot just pay almost £80 on an app. I hope in the future it’ll change!!:).Version: 3.6.1

Convenient & accurateI need to keep track of my heart rate & stress level’s due to an illness, this app gives accurate & concise feedback..Version: 3.8.5

Useful and informative health app.I originally left a 1 * review for Welltory however now I have revised my opinion. I used the app for a period of around two months, as advised, and always received very poor responses to analysed health markers. Stress off the scale, non-existent energy levels and trashed productivity despite seemingly being a healthy, productive and fairly successful individual. Until I suffered three heart attacks at 39 years old, had three stents inserted to my heart as part of an emergency procedure and am now medicated for life. Interestingly Welltory now reports metrics that match how I will feel that day. Whilst I cannot credit Welltory with diagnosing serious cardiac disease I would strongly urge everyone to use it and to seek medical advice if your analysis is consistently poor over time. My only criticism is that readings can be hit and miss in terms of accuracy/reliability rating and often have to be repeated to get acceptable levels of reliance..Version: 2.6.7

Usable insightful feedback!Well I’m not always happy to see the feedback I get because it’s a direct reflection of what’s truly going on with my body…I do appreciate the very useful and useable information. It allows me to slow down make some adjustments or changes and move ahead. I have had this App for a while now & would highly recommend it..Version: 4.2.0

Wow, just wowWhen I first downloaded the app I was absolutely amazed. So much information to help me, how I slept, at what time should I sleep again, my stress, health and energy level. You have really helped me taken care of myself as now I can sleep faster with your tips. Thank you for spending so much time on making this app! It really is a life changer. However, I wish there was an option to delete a specific self measurement as I have measured other people such as my siblings and that has gone into the algorithm..Version: 4.3.1

FascinatingInformative and accurate.Version: 4.2.2

Useful to know when I need to get restI am currently undergoing chemotherapy and I have a foggy mind and fatigue. I don’t want to push myself too much and know how to take steps to reduce my stress and anxiety. This app helps me realise what situations cause underlying stress..Version: 4.1.3

5 Stars!I love this app! It has been a life saver, literally for me! I now understand why my heart rate is so high! It detected that I have Tachycardia, which I’m learning more about that! This app is teaching me a lot more about myself, my cardiovascular & heart, and my my heart does what it does! Thank you for this app! I will be taking this to my doctor so he can understand my cardiovascular more! This is worth the monthly subscription, and I’m excited to learn more about the other features to this app! It detects the temperature in my house! This app is awesome and I recommend it to all my friends. 🥰❤️.Version: 2.6.7

Love it but sleep part way off. Needs improvementI absolutely love this app. I have the free version for now. My parents and my sister has this app I sent them and they love it too except the sleep time is hoursss off. So until that gets fixed we’re keeping the free version. Would love the full paid version if it would actually get the sleep correct or whatever else needs to be corrected. We all said we’d buy the full version if it worked right. I tho i everything else is pretty much on point tho. And like I said I found it and lived it sooo much I shared with my entire family and they downloaded it also. And we all use our Apple Watch with this. I gave only 4 star ⭐️ for now until they fix the sleep part that is it way off. Will change to 5 star ⭐️ when fixed!!! And again this is the free version we are using until then. My dad really loves it as me n him have tons of health and heart problems. Plz fix this so we can buy the full version ASAP !!!! Great job on this app. I highly recommend it !!!.Version: 3.5.0

FascinatingGreat app with useful measurements.Version: 4.1.2

Fantastic app to watch your healthI have been using the free version of this app for over a year. The amount of feedback & information is much more than I’d expected. I would love to have the money for all the bell’s & whistles..Version: 4.2.0

FantasticThis app is one of the best I’ve used. I really want to look after my health and this has been wonderful showing me the areas I need to improve..Version: 2.4.2

Helpful health insightsI have been using Welltory for sometime now and connecting other apps to enrich insights eg Omron for blood pressure, Apple health, SleepWatch to name a few. It has been incredibly helpful to build my understanding of my sleep pattern and how to improve quality of sleep: my activity level and impact on my health and sleep, stress and focus measures. I’ve used these insights to adjust activity levels and personalize my health plan. I can see what helps and what hinders. It offers guidance to manage stress and great education on the human body and function. Highly recommend ..Version: 4.1.3

WelltoryGreat insights into your current physical state easy to use and understand at a glance looking at the state of your well. The tracking of workouts is interesting and seeing the effects your workout has on your well is a great feature The apple watch app is very basic and doesn’t really add to the party much, hopefully that will get in on the act in the near future.Version: 3.8.3

Great Inner Health InsightYou can feel great on the outside but your body’s inner workings are the real engine and this is going to tell you what’s really going on in there. Who knew HRV has been around for decades and being used by elite athletes and people in the know? Now available to normal people in a super easy to use format!.Version: 4.1.3

What a cool app!I’ve only been using Welltory a few days and really like the performance data that it provides. I wasn’t well for a few days and when I recovered it was cool to see my measurement data also pick up..Version: 2.2.5

Anxiety & StressI just downloaded this app and I already love it because it gives detailed information of my health & stress just from my finger tip and that’s amazing. This app tells me how I am feeling and that’s mind blowing I’m very impressed with this app. I been to the hospital 4 times over me thinking I’m having a heart attack but all 4 times to the hospital my heart was X-rayed and blood work was done and my heart was in perfect condition and my blood work was perfect and my last trip to the hospital I was diagnosed with PTSD and Anxiety. The anxiety was the reason for my rapid heart rate and cramping and chest pains so that was I big relief but I still wonder if something was overlooked and something is wrong with me cause I still have chest pains but deep down I know it’s my anxiety and this app helps reassure me that I am fine and as long as I own a cell phone I will own this app. Thank you to all the men & women who developed this app to help people like me make our life’s easier..Version: 3.8.9

Great app and great peopleGreat application and amazing people to interact with. I provided feedback through the application and was responded to almost immediately. Support is brilliant and once the application gets a baseline it’s pretty good! Make sure you give this a go!.Version: 2.1.7

Very goodI really like this, like a lot. Suffering from long Covid as one of the early ones who got it, I deal with POTS, irregular BP and arrhythmias ..just very complex health issues and the “why how an solution?”…Questions the medical community just does not have yet. This app understands people like me who are looking deeper into cardio metrics given… where I was hit hardest, I just had a TIA after nothing but worsening problems after getting Covid again this past September, which is believed to be caused by the excessive heart runs upwards of 300bpm after standing longer then 15-20 minutes. I am now showing issues at night with heart waking me an low oxygen, basic sleep study suggesting apnea with 02 as low as 80 an this was from one night study at home. They had tried setting me up to go to Cleveland clinic, but I just could not make the trip and at that time they really did not offer much help others were reporting, they just really didn’t have the answers. But sadly, I just can’t afford a annual subscription cost upfront right now, I wish they offered monthly subscriptions as I am going to be soo sad when the 5 day trial ends..Version: 4.2.0

Amazing boost to anyones health planThis is an amazing app that gives insights and information regarding your health and well-being. It brings to focus different components of life and has articles that easily explain things so you can make improvements that are knowledge based..Version: 3.7.0

Very insightful almost too muchVery helpful and easy to navigate. Very glad I purchased the paid version, but the more I use the app I find myself avoiding wearing my Apple Watch because I feel like it’s just going to tell me how unhealthy I am! It’s crazy what this app does and tells u. It will compare your heart metrics to the frickin temperature outside or something and give you insights about yourself that happen on cloudy days or when you are around certain people or doing certain activities. If it’s data you want about yourself and your body then look no further, this is it. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because like I said it makes me avoid my Apple Watch but it’s so insightful that I can’t delete it. It’s like a train wreck, you know it’s not gonna be good but you can’t help but look anyways. At least that’s how it is for me 🙃.Version: 4.2.1

It’s like plugging an OBD-II scanner on your can bus (vagus nerve)!2 years ago I got struck by a serious health issue that, after multiple specialists and thousands of dollars in all possible tests, we still don’t know what was the root cause. Being an engineer, I approach my situation as an engineering problem. My body is a complex system and I have to fix it. That’s how my journey to a better self started and found this « bleeding edge » app that provides a wealth of information. I came to the very sad conclusion that our poor medical system is still using stone edge tools (not to mention archaic root cause analysis methodology) even if the science is light years a head. How can they properly do their job is a mystery to me?!? Using Welltory allowed me to understand my condition better than what the « Omniscient » health specialists could tell me and take the right corrective actions (no guessing) in real time without having to wait for them to tell me what they think I should do. They have extremely expensive monitoring devices that only monitor the heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen% and breathing rate. It’s like asking a mechanic to figure out the problem with your car over the phone and without opening the hood !!!! With Welltory, it’s like connecting an OBD-II scanner to your can bus (the automotive equivalent of your vagus nerve).Version: 4.1.3

Genius! Love it!!I love this app. Just started using it and already I see what I feel. High stress. I will be paying for the premium membership but will use the free version for now as it’s very comprehensive. My health will be back on track in no time with the help of this app. Thank you for this creation 🙏.Version: 3.8.9

Looking for more help and suggestionsI had been using the free version for Welltory for a year or more and really enjoyed seeing the feedback, so as a treat I paid for a years subscription for premium on Black Friday. I find the more thorough analysis interesting however I find it lacking where it comes to help and suggestions for the measurements it’s taking. For example it shows measurements that are low quite often and I wish there were clear instructions and help on how to improve these rather than general advice on meditation is good for you etc. I think it would be incredibly helpful to have more knowledge on the app about how to improve..Version: 4.1.2

Unbelievably detailedExcellent app, although I’m having a little bit of difficulty understanding all of the metrics. Some seem to contradict others, so I’m holding off a subscription until I get my head around it..Version: 3.3.3

So far so goodI have just started using this app. I am amazed at how detailed it is in explaining how my body is doing right now. It is a lot to take in but a bit of patience and it starts to make sense. It would be nice to see a link next to your scores with recommendations how to fix the issues that your body has. Apparently I am highly stressed and can’t seem to get my energy score up although I feel ok. Maybe I have just gotten used to dealing with how my body works. It would be great to know what I can do to get better scores though. It’s a bit frustrating to see my low energy and high stress scores but not know how to fix the issue..Version: 3.6.1

The Great Informative Health AppIf I could change 2 things 1st would be to cater for someone who is disabled but tries darned hard to get around the home. The amount of steps in over a year I’ve reached 1 time. I’d like to set my own so I have 2 Apps for my good & manageable steps & stairs & a day off. Also challenges that are achievable. I have 11 stairs this App counts more. Positive I like to read the information. You can adapt to health by adding. It gives excellent example not advice of stress heart mood. It takes a lot into account. You can look back over a month & do screenshots if you want to file your progress. I’m unsure if my emails have been read. I believe the stair 1 was. I’m 1 person in England & I imagine this App is world wide. So probably get lots of requests. I enjoy the App.Version: 4.0.1

Loving this app!!Loving this app! I now also really love my Apple Watch face with the metrics!!.Version: 4.1.3

Happy BossThis product has changed my and the people around me’s life family and coworkers now share results daily and encourage each other to slow down breath meditate relax do what ever it takes to improve Its an accountability group check in that is changing behaviours and getting tangible results I wouldn’t go a day without it and either would my mob Thank you Weltory.Version: 4.2.1

Body awarenessI didn’t know what to expect from this app when I tried it out but I have been amazed with the accuracy of the results. The concept is all about body awareness which is basically understanding how your body is coping with the daily challenges of life and in understanding this, you subconsciously make changed to the way you live to improve your own health. Absolutely love this app. It tells me if my stress levels are too high or even too low and then provides the relevant and advise in relation to how I should deal with a particular type of stress on any given day..Version: 2.2.0

Lots of Useful InformationI closely monitor my health so this is right up my alley. I like the HRV function as it’s easier with the iPhone camera than with a standalone HRV sensor I purchased to use with a different app. I also don’t trust the Apple Watch HRV readings so this is better. I definitely appreciate the more in depth information provided on blood pressure and HRV readings, but I hope that it stops flagging things that are normal for very fit people. My waking HR has been in the 40 bpm range years so it’s not bradycardia. Also things like a slightly wider pulse pressure is normal for someone who is fit, as is a relaxed Kerdo’s index. Other than that much of the information is very helpful. I like the Energy, Health, Productivity and Stress scores and insights. If the algorithm adjusts to my norms as hoped. I will come back and lift my score to five stars..Version: 3.7.1

POTSI have PoTS and EDS and this app has been a game changer in being able to understand and respond to my body!! I have a BP cuff that BT to my phone and between that, HRV, and rate from my Apple Watch the amount of accurate information this app is able to give me is quite mind blowing… honestly more than any doctor ever has and on a daily basis at that!! There is the occasional contradictory recommendations such as to drink caffeine to raise BP, when I’ve told the app I can’t have caffeine, but otherwise I LOVE this app!! It is super easy to understand (although I have been doing A LOT of medical research and reading) and really validates why I’m feeling how I am which is so priceless. I bought the premium for a year for 70$ you can’t beat that for anything compared to any of my other medical costs! Thank you so much Welltory for caring enough to create such intuitive software💕.Version: 3.8.8

Still checking it outSeems quite accurate time will tell.Version: 3.0.0

Fantastic appThe app is awesome. It has so many personalised info. Unfortunately it consumes a lot of battery charge even when not in use yesterday it drained the battery 49% while staying in background. That’s a massive issue. This can be caused by the animations not being stopped in the background.Version: 3.2.6

Love the concept! Need a few fixes to be useful.I really like the concept of this app but I don't find it very useful at all. I hope they can fix a couple of things. - The timing of the reports and suggestions is often way too delayed, even when Apple Health data is synchronized to Welltory in a timely manner. For example, I think activity target is meant to be sent to me in the morings but I often get it in late afternoons. Reminders to "relax in the evening" often arrive the next morning. - The metrics of HRV score, productivity, energy and stress all come from the same data sources (you can measure it in app using camera, and it also imports from Apple Health). But those 4 metrics seem completely uncorrelated for me. They explained HRV score is calculated using InRMSSD, but didn't explain the algorithms and theories behind productivity, energy and stress. I find it hard to trust the metrics. As of now, the app is not easy and intuitive enough for unsophisticated users who just want simple actionable recommendations. It’s also not comprehensive enough for power users. But I think both are fixable. So I’m looking forward to its future versions.Version: 3.2.2

Mrs Lonnie AtayaThis APP is wonderful, it helps me keep track of how my daily habits affect my body and helps me track my stressors. It’s very user friendly and simple to use, I also love how I get advice and tips on ways to help me me improve my physical and mental health. I recommend this APP to anyone who wants to keep track of how their body is doing, I won’t go into all the details but if you’re looking to improve your productivity, physical performance, and help reducing your stress as well as important insights to your overall health then use this App! Thank you Welltory for helping me on my journey of self improvement, the knowledge I’ve gained has helped me so much and I’ll continue with you as long as I can, you’re support is priceless! I can’t recommend this App enough😊.Version: 2.3.8

Welltory is the key to pacing with ME/CFSI have ME/CFS and I find pacing really hard. Welltory helps me know my limits and helps prevent over excretion. I listen to the advice it gives me based on my measurements and stay rested when it recommends and go for a couple minutes walk or gentle stretching when it advices me that my body is strong enough and definitely knows my body better than I do. By preventing crash’s I have more energy to play about with and less suffering. When I first started I was always on red and ‘really bad’ results due to over exertion and the damage to my body it causes but with welltory and it’s help with pacing I now am sometimes on ‘ok’ which is a massive improvement for me and It’s only been a month..Version: 2.5.7

Excellent but can you add age related dataI’ve been using this app for a few years and it has been particularly helpful since I had Covid. However I have seen recently that HRV is age related and this doesn’t seem to be included in app. Also, HRV should be lower when we sleep and I seem to get the same reports from my Apple Watch night as day..Version: 3.6.0

Professional approachI wish I was a professional sports coach or a professional medic to be able to read and use the data collected by this app! It is incredibly informative, it can be tailored to anybody’s needs, it’s based on scientific researches, and it’s probably one of the best apps out there to watch your body and health levels with. Fantastic accuracy..Version: 4.2.1

RenewalI paid for a lifetime renewal 299.00 Us the charge cleared my bank but when I checked my subscription they tell me they have no record of this. So, maybe the app is a hoax!.Version: 4.3.1

Doesn’t workI’m using iPhone 11 and it always just says that it’s not accurate, so pretty pointless, I readjusted about 5 or 6 different times and it still didn’t work. Update: the developers very promptly got in touch to help me solve this issue and although it was still tricky to find an accurate measurement it’s good that they appreciated the feedback..Version: 3.8.2

AI meets Self CareTruly an amazing app. As someone that deals with chronic illness, it has helped bridge the communication between mind and body. This app has helped me live a more functional life and has reduced certain symptoms of my chronic illness that I struggled with for years. I have had this app for almost a year, and I have to say my only critique is potentially incorporating calculations that take chronic illness or viral infections into account.I also wish there could be summary of the day regarding your measurements that could be exported. Exported to provide information to healthcare providers as a healthcare journal..Version: 4.2.1

Great appA great app but sometimes the results are a bit scary but insightful..Version: 3.3.0

BravoSuper application Merci.Version: 4.2.0

Validation of your ‘gut feeling’I’ve suffered from mental health issues the majority of my life. While I do see a therapist and take medication, I often feel like something is still “off”. Of course I know that medications can have side effects and sometimes cause other issues so this has raised personal concern however I haven’t been able to track and/or even see how my body was reacting. I’m fairly new to Welltory, and I will say it’s been more than eye-opening for me. While I don’t feel stressed, since my body remains in fight or flight because of ptsd, this app SHOWS me that I am stressed. It allows me to stop and Breethe when I don’t recognize that I should. The 3 things that I’ve come across that I’d suggest for developers: 1) a way to schedule several auto checkins instead of having to use Mindfulness. 2) the ability to enter additional notes in personal checkins, perhaps after blood pressure and weight. 3) alerts that tell you when your stress level is too high..Version: 3.8.9

Wont even show heart rate without payingEdit: my bad - thanks for your response just didnt realise i could see that info! Orig post: Cool app, surely some features like showing your heart rate avg over the 60 seconds could be available without charging. Just have to do it manually with a timer still for that info....Version: 2.1.8

IOS14 update potential issueGetting to grips with the new overhaul, which ultimately shows promise (despite confusing navigation etc). Now find I can’t tag prior day events so unclear how this will skew data set I’ve been building. Also my feed only shows prior days reading not current reading. Can see current day feed in history, but doesn’t give me the full picture of what’s going on. Generally like the app, and what it can provide. Hoping these are just teething issues for the new update..Version: 3.0.0

Excellent appI wish there were another way to pay the 80 dollars for the year. I love the information provided after testing myself with the Welltory so using only my phone camera. However, my only issue with the app is, When Using the Welltory app to pay the pro version in the amount of 79 dollars and some cents, this is where I ran into a serious problem. This created a red flag 🚩 which caused my bank to immediately freeze my account. The App Store / Apple gave the Welltory App unlimited access to my account, meaning an open check. The app has an issue by allowing the Welltory app to charge my credit card over 8x creating several Transactions. This is what needs to changed. So, the software app is a great concept and works beautifully..Version: 3.8.9

Helpful99% of the time my physicians tell me I’m in good health if I keep my conditions, physical, and mental health in check. I have a pattern of pushing myself and more often than not, I push myself too hard. Wellatory proved its usefulness and importance, to me, today when it notified me on my Apple Watch that my heart rate was high while being somewhat inactive. This was crucial because I had been going non-stop and I hadn’t eaten yet etc. long story short, it helped me to stop and realize I needed to eat lunch and chill out before I made myself sick, which usually ends up happening when I’m bouncing from one project to another. As I get older, I can’t go non-stop like I used to and need to pay more attention to care for myself so that I can live a long, happy life. Well done, Wellatory. 👍.Version: 4.2.1

Great App - use daily to improve workout & sleep! Thanks for the great app guys…. I’m focused on improving my workout quality and sleep quality. Much appreciated!.Version: 4.1.3

Statistical and analytical blissI came across the WellTory app when searching for something to support my heart attack recovery. The app interface is great, it’s surprising the insights you can get to every day issues, such as stress, when consciously you can’t feel really feel it, but your heart tells a very different story. There are good recommendations and also interesting information generally about the body I didn’t know before. It collects information from your smart devices, such as a watch and phone, and analyses the data you may otherwise pass over. Great app, great tool, now part of my daily routine..Version: 3.6.1

Great appAwesome app so detailed but it’s missing something very important. Widget for iOS. I would love to be able to see at a glance all my info relating to my health via a widget..Version: 4.1.3

Better than the other apps- Easiest HRV app to take a daily measurement - Good way to get consistent data over a week/month - Easy to explain to others how to use & input their weight / height etc - I would prefer to have a specific reading of the heart rate variability rather than a baseline figure generated, so that you can see the changes to Hrv with breathing changes, But overall, very good.Version: 2.3.5

Very informativeI have diabetes and orthostatic Hypotension. This app keeps me well informed as to what’s going on with my body..Version: 4.3.1

Everyone should be using this!As I approach 50 I’ve recently become a lot more aware of how important it is for me to respect my health - and after learning more about HRV I was wondering how I could get access to the data without having to go to a specialist... Then to discover the Welltory app has been a revelation! I cannot believe that I’ve had access to the info from my phone all along - get it now, you won’t regret it!.Version: 2.4.3

Excellent concept. Well implemented. 👍🏽Kudos to the developers. Some interesting metrics in here. HRV readings can vary from minute to minute but I think this does not reflect negatively on the app however. HRV can vary widely depending on your emotional state and is a reflection of the activity of your autonomic nervous system. To make the most of this metric you should probably take a reading first thing after waking each day to gain more reliable insights. Customer service is excellent and was contacted in-app by one of the support team as well as prompt communication by email in order to respond to my queries and dealt with them to my satisfaction ultimately. Some reviewers don’t like the new format and feel it gamifies it too much. For me I don’t remember the old format and think the current format is fine. One of the better apps if you are looking to join the self-monitoring revolution in order to improve your health. I’ve yet to explore the numerous other metrics in here but I’m impressed by this company overall despite some having experienced some minor technical issues with in-app purchase of subscription, they were quick to resolve the matter and assist me as best they could..Version: 3.0.4

It all started with an anxiety attackI thought I was having a heart attack. I had never felt this way before and I was afraid. Not afraid enough to visit the ER during a pandemic with the possibility of it just being gas, though. Instead I strapped on my heart monitor that I use for my daily jogs and tried to relax. Turns out my stress was through the roof. Not going to die today. Since then I have been wearing an Applewatch and I have learned (with the help of this amazing app) what the signs are that I am going through a stressful situation. Also, with the help of Welltory, I am learning to avoid such stressful situations. That certain someone who every time they are around gives my monitor a run for the money. I am not suggesting in any way shape or form that this app should be used in place of visiting your physician or going to the ER if you are having symptoms of a heart attack, but Welltory has given me great insights into my habits and their effects on my body. Recommend to everyone!!.Version: 3.8.8

Great biofeedback appMust say this is first review I’ve done due to the app truly being one of the best all round apps I’ve used. Have my Oura ring synced up, muse headband and fitness pal. Currently using the polar chest strap for measurements and recovering from several long term illnesses and chronic pain. It’s really helped see what works and what doesn’t for my own body. Thanks and keep up the great work.Version: 3.2.0

Useful but annoying clichEvery time I try to start reading it tells me that my HR strap has disconnected so I cancel and try again and every time it then works. I have no idea what all the numbers mean and would love some explanation. It seems to concur with how I feel though it consistently reads lower than my Elite HRV app and my Garmin HRV readings..Version: 4.0.1

Like itI totally like this app...Version: 4.2.0

Great appLove how it keeps me up to date on all my vitals.Version: 4.2.1

Fantastic AppI wish I could afford to buy this app at the moment. I really need it. But for now the free version is fantastic and the status are great. Shame I can't see what I'm writing here!.Version: 3.8.9

Doesn’t workCamera fails to take reading every single time despite following the directions on screen to the letter. Since trying to use the camera it’s stopped using the watch. Edit: after deleting and reinstalling it seems to be working fine with the watch again. However the camera still doesn’t work. However as it’s working well with watch I would have to say the data that the watch provides seem really good and as far as I can tell is extremely accurate. Very impressed so far. Would be tempted by the paid version however £250 for a lifetime purchase is just ridiculous, no app is worth that..Version: 3.8.9

Cool app, but buggy with notificationsUpdate: finally got an explanation. Just have to turn notifications off completely on the phone, which isn’t really helpful. Increased my rating to 4 stars. I like all the data sources and how the app presents them, but that’s about all. Notifications don’t work like they’re supposed to. They don’t come at the time I set, they bug me all day even though I turned them OFF. It even gives notifications for their sale ad. Support didn’t really read my ticket, they just told me how to do things on my phone most people already know how to do. I kept trying to explain, and gave screenshots, but I’m just banging my head against the wall. If I can’t figure it out without their help, I just won’t renew. I’m not happy with the overall experience even at the sale price..Version: 3.8.9

Heart monitorThis app is fantastic . One thing about it it said, the world will keep going but u need to stop. And which I did and felt better.Version: 3.8.9

Worth a shot.Helps keep self in check and accountable!.Version: 2.2.3

New userJust started using app yesterday lots of information will continue to follow..Version: 4.2.1

My new favorite thingThis app may is my new favorite thing in my life. I live with a rare chronic autoimmune condition and stress/inflammation are serious concerns for me. Recently learned about HRV and have tried various things to start to manage & track it, including the expensive Whoop strap and Oura ring. Neither of them is as good as Welltory. The comprehensive data they give you is unparalleled, the sync access to other apps is flawless and comprehensive, and I love the clear, cheeky summaries and lessons they built in—it’s clear the team working here is thoughtful, dialed in and fun. It’s weird but I feel like I love them—I’m that grateful. Ok, one small request now for whenever you have time, I would love to be able to click on an individual metric from the measurement data page (like moda, rmsdd, etc) and see the history of that measure alone, maybe scrolling to see them alongside the other individual measures’ history. I am just so fascinated by this level of insight into my body’s systems, and learning even more about what lifestyle changes are helping me improve. Thank you so much!.Version: 3.1.0

Informative but hard to readGreat app and lots of information, however the dark background makes it very hard to read the detail..Version: 3.8.9

Highly recommend this appIf your looking to know why you aren’t feeling as good as you normally do or how you can keep yourself on a healthy positive track I highly recommend Welltory..Version: 2.6.0

Fossil watchI have a new Fossil watch do even though I love the app, it doesn’t support fossil so I will have to delete it..Version: 4.1.3

Welltory is fantastic!Brilliant app for tracking health. It just gives me daily guidance on what I need to pay attention to with my health..Version: 4.0.1

Comprehensive but costlyIt’s a comprehensive looking assessment of HRV which could be helpful for many health issues. A few of the parameters were inconsistent with one another but I didn’t regard that as a problem. Unfortunately I won’t be able to afford the subscription..Version: 2.4.1

Good but UX could be betterI've only been using it for a day and just bought the pro version. I'm a covid long hauler and so I'm hoping it will help me speed my recovery and help avoid making myself worse. It's picked up that there are serious problems with my nervous system which I knew from the symptoms I still have. I'm hoping it will help me see what improves this v's what makes it worse. The UX is generally good but there are places where it could be a lot better. For example, the experiments feature could be really useful to me but its really buried in the menu and very difficult to find. Plus, I did an activity, recording my measurements before and after like it said, yet it didn't then appear as an experiment so I don't understand how it works. Some of the explanations of the measurements could be better, as a minimum I want to know what it means, what the normal range is and ideally a link to resources of how I might improve it. One explanation I saw just went on about how they adjust the measurement to remove the heart rate but didn't explain what the measurement was, which was pretty useless for me as a user..Version: 2.6.7

Chronic disease-long covidI have been using this app for 6 months. It helps me understand my limits and recovery. Love all the info and with colourful insights..Version: 4.1.3

Interesting appThis app have resourceful things in it..Version: 4.1.3

DetailsI am really enjoying learning more and more about the detailed information available, simply from readings of my heart rate. There is so much yet to discover. After just a couple of months, I am seeing an improvement in my energy and resilience, based on changes I have made as a result of regular readings. There are tons of pertinent articles to read to help with understanding and improving results. My only problem with this app thus far, is the very tiny and poor contrast print on so many of the charts. It can be a real struggle to read the detailed information. Otherwise a five star app. The above paragraph was written about a year ago. Seems I never actually sent it. What I am about to say is not a review per se. But since I downloaded the newest update a few days ago, the app keeps killing on me such that I do not even have time to contact support to let them know. I just tried restarting my phone and that did not help. Because this is a new update, I will wait a few days for bug fix. Otherwise, I just re-upped my subscription so may come looking for a refund. Hoping this will be fixed soon, as I have been finding the app helpful as I try to live a healthier life..Version: 3.4.1

Early daysSo far I loved this app. I use a lot of physical monitoring for myself and a team and this is intuitive and easy💧.Version: 2.2.4

Key insights for your Apple Watch dataI downloaded a lot of apps to analyse the Apple Watch data and this is by far the best. They use algorithms to detect your heart rate zones for training. Eg you should train in zone 2 4x a week and this gives me a live feedback of my heart rate and guess what it’s always different, in terms of output and body HR. Eg I might need to walk on an incline one day and run at 8kmph another day. It also tells me how hard I should train and when. The sleep data is also a bit more insightful. I would recommend it to anyone looking to train smarter or get healthier or even athletes who want to monitor closely their performance. My friends who are athletes aren’t far off this kind of tech and monitoring and it’s great Welltory puts this all together..Version: 4.1.3

Welltory to the rescue!I chose Welltory because I wanted to track all my health metrics and gain deep insights into how my body is coping with the stresses of daily exercise activities like meditation, cycling, gym sessions, walking & running. I really like the fact they use many different measurement techniques to track HRV, etc. Will continue using it for many years to come….Version: 3.8.9

Even if you’re young and feel fine, don’t be dismissive of “alarmist” readingsWhen I first installed this app, I thought the readings were wildly inaccurate, like some other pessimistic reviewers have. Stress was super high, energy and health were really low. I was confused because I felt fine. Until…. I visited my doctors office. My blood pressure was stage 2 hypertension and my HR was 110. I was advised to get a blood pressure monitor and report readings back to my doctor. After my first BP reading, which Welltory described as “alarming” I had already begun lifestyle changes. Using a food fitness app to track my diet and Welltory to track my metrics and exercises. Surprise surprise! After weeks of lifestyle changes, my blood pressure is almost normal and my heart readings finally aren’t as “alarmist” as they used to be. More surprisingly, I feel *so* much better. My circulation has improved, I have more energy, and a lot of other improvements I didn’t even know needed improving. I’m 27, so if I didn’t have Welltory I’d likely write it off as my ADD meds. In motivating me to go to the doctor, Welltory may have saved my heart from something more serious had the problem gone unnoticed for months (or years)..Version: 4.2.1

Excellent service highly recommend! Not only is this a great app. The customer service is amazing. When I had a slight bug issue with some of the features I was responded to with in 24 hours and the issue was resolved! Highly recommend! Great app with great added features that make it unique!.Version: 3.6.1

Wish I’d known about this soonerLove the app. Look at this every day and finding very useful insights into my body and health. Just wish I’d known about it sooner.Version: 3.7.1

Useful information to monitor healthWhen it comes to monitoring health, blood pressure and regularity/irregularity of heartbeat cannot be beat. But this app measures the interval between heartbeats and comes up with indicators of stress and energy and more. Now that is not something that the doctor will ask for, but it sure is useful - I can track whether I start the day rested, whether I have worn out during the day and need to slack off, and many other things as well. It has some neat information included to read while you wait for it to take its measurement. Great little app, and well worth having, so long as you use it. The only problem is that tracking with the phone camera which I do every morning does not always work. Using my Apple Watch is more reliable, although sometimes that message does not through to the app..Version: 4.2.0

4 starsEarly days in my use so not sure how useful the app is. Lots of stats. One thing that has bugged me is the various grammar mistakes/typos. Makes the whole app appear a bit unprofessional..Version: 3.1.0

A coaches viewI am a qualified hrv coach and as such know a fair bit about heart rate variance and have tracked my own over the last six years. I use several apps and advise clients upon plusses and minuses of each. I love welltory for the massive amount of information it offers. I owe my current excellent fitness and health to the fact that I monitor Hrv. For two years I was being over medicated for high blood pressure and proved this in order to come off all meds. If you are looking to understand more about your health I highly recommend this app..Version: 2.5.4

ExcellentGreat APP. I’ve known a little bit about this monitoring system especially hear variability and heart coherence for the last few years but to see it in action retrieving pulse response etc and matching the logarithm case studies from scientific fact is spot on. I’m currently seeking ways to improving all round, utilising the data feed back with food, supplements, prayer, meditation etc for good health and good wellbeing 💖.Version: 3.8.5

Great app!Love this app but I took away a star because it’s hard to get an accurate rating on my iPhone every time. You have to be very still and cover the camera and flash perfectly which can sometimes be difficult. Otherwise I really like it and I use the free version. Hoping to get an Apple Watch soon which will likely make it easier to get an accurate rating..Version: 4.0.1

HelpfulI find the app very helpful as I heal from Long COvid. It tracks the crashes and tells me when to be careful with my energy. I like it..Version: 4.2.0

I like it but would like more optionsHey guys I think it’s great rather enjoying the insights. Problem for me is committing to a 12 month subscription. Funds are tight and would dearly like a monthly option for an extended trial..Version: 4.2.0

I LOVE this companyPart 2. I needed to say more. These folks have THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE of any company I’ve ever dealt with. Bar none. Every question has been answered quickly by the team. If we can’t figure out the challenge, they work at it some more and get back to me promptly again. They have solved every issue I brought to them. I love this company and the amazing group of individuals managing it. WELL DONE!!! Part 1. I’m an active ‘not a spring chicken’ who wanted to track more of my activities and my health. This app is perfect, albeit a tad expensive. It does everything advertised. I had a problem getting a good reading during the first week, so I contacted customer service. Their response was very fast and with one setting adjustment the app now works perfectly. Two thumbs up..Version: 3.0.0

Great app but wired schedules for some resultsLoving this app, but I’m not sure why my liquid levels get presented to me only overnight and not during the day? It would be super helpful to know during the day if I need to take it easy and rest or meditate..Version: 3.8.5

Still LearningHave used the app now for over a year and am still learning what to do with the information Not all that’s in the App Store advertisement is available Or I just don’t know where and I do subscribe.Version: 4.2.0

Good self prepping toolAfter using this for about a year, I can tell that it accurately reflects my metrics. Now I use it at the beginning of the day to help me prep my day as it is a nice indicator for when to rest or when to go full stream. Highly recommended!.Version: 4.2.1

Confusing recommendationsI have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), a disorder that affects my autonomic nervous system. Some consequences are that I frequently have an unusually high heart rate as well as unusually low heart rate variability (along with sometimes dangerously low blood pressure). I got a Welltory subscription because I like being able to get more fine grained data about my heart functioning, and I love that part! I can take an extended measurement using the Breathe app and get a lot of useful information that way. But I don’t love the various summaries and suggestions that the app issues on the basis of my data. Or at the very least, I find them confusing and extremely difficult to interpret. I’m not sure if that’s because my own case is unusual (because of the POTS) or if this is a more general issue, but this morning, for example, I woke up to find two alerts issued while I was in bed overnight. One was a very low variability measurement and a warning: “Your body is screaming at you!” The other one, issued just a few hours later, urged 90 minutes of exercise: “Today is a great day for a killer workout!” I generally try to ignore all of this stuff anyway (I live a lot of my life, even my “resting” life, at 120+ BPM already, so I have to let my heart call the shots when it comes to “killer workouts”), but it would be really nice to be able to bypass some of these suggestions entirely. They’re just added clutter and stress that I don’t need..Version: 3.5.0

Free version not as good as it used to beI absolutely appreciate that I cannot expect to have as many facilities, using the free version, but, having used the app for a long time, I really notice the difference since the recent changes, removing the measurement history and, in particular, the ability to delete inaccurate readings, which skew the results. I’ve also noticed that the app has started taking some readings while I’m not at rest, making it look as if I’m very stressed, so those add to the negative skewing of results. Apart from these frustrations, it’s a very good app, overall. I would buy the premium version, but already obsess over it too much!.Version: 4.1.3

The best app of its kind .I was dubious about buying this app, but I thought nothing else works, so I took the plunge. It’s put me in the right direction and I’m happy to say that although I still feel stressed, I have seen a little improvement the more I use it. It’s not a magic bullet and the developer doesn’t claim that it is but if you’re willing to listen to the advice and put in the effort you may or may not find that it helps. There’s a plethora of activities and health advice, and I have found that it’s given me an insight of how I can change things for the better and for me personally, this app is the best of many I’ve tried. If I can express one criticism and that is, there are a great many people like myself who are not fast readers for various reasons, I have a neurological condition that has slowed my brain processes down and I can’t keep up with with the rapid fire information flashing before my eyes whilst I’m having my stress, energy, etc analysed. At this moment I can feel the benefits and it’s the first day I have managed to crawl out of the red tank and into the yellow one. There are three colours, somewhat similar to traffic lights and it’s green for go that I hope to achieve and even if I feel just a small percentage of the person I once was, I will feel that it was money well spent..Version: 4.2.1

Great Detailed MeasurementMeasurements are pretty accurate and amazed how close can an app measure using the phone camera. Kudos to the developers. I recommend everyone to try out this app. Need to be patient while the measurement is being taken by placing index finger on the lens covering the flash..Version: 2.3.9

Definitely based upon scienceI have a Psychological Science degree and so I have been exposed to enough researchers to know that this app has a very strong foundation in actual science. I don’t understand elements of the package because no one can know everything. I do find it interesting that I can take note of the daily feedback from how my body responds to the challenges of the day and then this app tells me how I am doing. Oftentimes it is bang on, which I find remarkable. The times I am left wondering if the app has incorrect I am also left wondering if the physiological response to the circumstances of the day correlate to what was happening more than I recognised. If nothing else, using this app gets me thinking about the relationship between mental health and wellbeing alongside physiological responses..Version: 3.8.9

HealthyI have try this a lot of time and it help to relax a lot..Version: 4.3.1

I am feeling health empoweredI knew I wasn’t feeling well. Recovery from stressors and exercise seem to tire me beyond recovery. Tons of data after 48 hours with this app and I now have validation and metrics to see the reality of where my health is…thank you, my physical health is now something I must work on - and, I am relieved! I thought I had developed a hyper focus on the way my body fought me - I have learned in two days that I am out of sync, unfocused, stressed to the max, not recovering between workouts, and my heart while beating normal it is certainly being impacted by stress in a huge way. All this data is empowering, and it is the type of data I can understand and utilize to optimize my health. I can’t wait to see what I can achieve, but right now I am so grateful for this app..Version: 4.1.3

Really helps with staying on top of your healthSo far I've used this about 3 months I paid for the pay version. I have had health issues , and deal with fatigue. I knew I needed to sleep better and get more exercise . Also it tells you how your adrenals are doing and that's been eye opening . So I can see on days exactly what is affecting my health and the way I feel. I am sleeping better. Now , I know I have adrenal fatigue and I'm slowly working on getting my stress levels and adrenals healthier. The readings do actually match up to the way I am feeling physically... my heart rate , etc I need to get better at adding in water and what I'm eating . I use Lifesum and a water reminder. The free versions. I'm glad I got it - hope I'll continue to get healthier and have more energy..Version: 4.1.0

WelltoryWelltory is the best app you can get, to keep track of your health, I use it every day, and I highly recommend it to anyone who has the mind, to care about their condition…!!.Version: 4.0.1

Terrific app, gets used dailyI really like this app a lot. The information it gathers is extensive (if you rush), flexible, and fascinating in its correlations between different integrations. It’s a bit of a leap to say it has an Apple Watch app, however. As you can see in the screenshots it’s just notifications. You can’t even action anything from them, so why not just “mirror iPhone”? A true Apple Watch version of Welltory? Now *that* would be something extra special - if done right 🤗 Well done, terrific app..Version: 3.3.2

Welltory keeps me activeI find the reminders and alerts to be excellent ways to keep track of what I am doing and what I should be doing it. The reminders of when I should take it easy or what I can do to reduce stress is absolutely phenomenal..Version: 4.0.1
