Photo Manager Pro for Positive User Reviews

Great for a portfolios and collectionsIf, like me, you want to have collections of your favourite photos (exported from lightroom or similar for example) available on your iOS device then the stock photos app is really not setup for that job, and PM Pro really is - I have all my collections regularly updated and available on the app for showing others and viewing myself. My only request would be to update the app to look a little more modern and remove or streamline the folder icon, or at the very least let us make it a dark grey colour as the available colours make it look quite amateurish. Beyond that if it were able to arrange the thumbnail view to be a mixture of landscape and portrait aspect ratios that would again make for a far more modern and polished look...and as it's not a subscription (thanks!) I'd certainly pay for PM Pro 6 with a whole modern fresh look!.Version: 5.7.3

Importing issuesI am finding that once I import photos into a folder, I can’t import new ones to a different folder. I have to reboot the iPad so I can import the new ones. This is the first issue I have had with this app. I still love it..Version: 6.1

EXCELLENT!!Amazing app for organising your photos & videos. The absolute BEST in it’s class..Version: 5.7

Great appThe app is working great so far, my only concern is that I wish there was an option to hide the photo title in the gallery as it can stand out too much and look unpleasant..Version: 6.2.1

AppEasy to use, and very handy..Version: 6.1

Great appHas great security. Integrates the latest biometric security features ie FaceID and TouchID. My only issue is when copying photos, the ordering is seemingly random meaning I have to do a lot of rearranging.Version: 5.5.1

GreatHas everything I want to organize my photos. The only thing is that changing the rating on a photo is a bit hard. Would be better if rating change were as accessible as deleting. Then it would be 5 stars..Version: 5.5.1

Better than initial releaseAt first a few months ago I wasn't even sure this was a real successor to the old Photo Manager Pro app as it was released under a different developer name and lacked a lot of the original features! Now it's finally had some very important updates lately and is essentially the same as the old app but updated for newer devices and it's easier importing. Recommended.Version: 5.1.1

Great app!Love this app, I can organise photos into folders and password protect if I want. I had the old version too and it took me a while to use the new version but happy so far. It does everything the old manager pro did and does a lot more. I agree it's a little jerky sometimes but hopefully that's something that can be improved on..Version: 5.4

Just what I neededWorks for me, on my iPad Pro. More options for the slideshow settings would be a big plus for me, personally..Version: 5.4

Very good photo albumI have use the app since it first came out and have found it satisfies all of my needs for storing my photos in albums. If you are looking for something better than the native photo app give it a try..Version: 5.4

Greatest thing for organizing pix!!!!I raise puppies for Guide Dogs of America and take a lot of pix! What I love about PMPro, is that I can create folders within folders within folders! Each puppy has it's own folder and within the folder, activity folders for that pup! Easy to use and so very convenient. What I really like, is that I can access my IOS library straight from the app. What I wish for...to have changes Synch across all devices that have the app!!! For me, that would be perfection! Love this app and recommend it highly! Thanks guys for making a photographer's life a lot easier!.Version: 5.5.1

I really like this appPM Pro is a great app. I am using for my airbrush face painting & airbrush tattoo business as a private menu board. To the creators of this app… 1. Issue: I have issues when transferring my folders from my iPhone to my iPad. The metadata is missing. Sometimes they will transfer with all the info, but most times I am missing the metadata. 2. Suggestion: I would really like to see a feature where you can allow other people to view and interact with the photos, as in search, viewing folders/photos, etc. without them being able to have access to changing or deleting the photos. This would be an amazing feature as I can then use my app as a digital menu board for people to choose designs, but not able to change anything. Thanks for the app!.Version: 6.3.3

So far so goodI was pretty upset about having to pay for a new app after having purchased the original one years ago but I do appreciate having my pictures secure so to me it was worth it.Version: 5.4

Excellent organizerLove it. Amazing..Version: 5.5.1

Suggestion to add the option to delete photos from the galleryGood application. I would like to add an optional option (delete the transferred images from the gallery) when you select a group of gallery images. You want to delete them directly from the gallery and move them within the app. The transferred images may be many and difficult to search for. Please add the option to delete from the studio during the transfer directly..Version: 6.3.3

Does everything I need it to doWas looking for an app for transferring and managing hundreds of images from my PC and from the internet, anything to get rid of Apple’s god awful standard option. I found this little doodad and, apart from being a bit tedious from time to time, works near-perfectly if you know your way around computers..Version: 5.5.1

Great AlbumInclude more digital apps in the picture album that makes the apps do more things with photo pages & writer that I can buy online in Apple..Version: 6.0.5

Photo manager ProIt's almost perfect!! But what I miss from the old version is.. being able to see the stars rating when you are looking at lots of thumbnails .. is was soooo useful and very visible to the eyes ... now you only see it when a photo is in larger... wish they had this feature again! I'm also having a hard time backing up my "subfolders" in Dropbox... I have to do it one by one.... and I have sooooooo many subfolder... it just doesn't want to backup all my stuff into Dropbox all at once! Why? I have a lot of important photos that I really really don't want to lose it! Please help!.Version: 5.5.1

Essential App for meSorts photos by name or date - couldn't easily find another app to do this. Can import photos from PC via iTunes (have to view System Photo Library then return to My Photo Library for them to show up for some reason). Keeps the photos I want to sort separate from all the other photos on my iPhone. Instructions are lacking. To sort photos in a folder just hold and swipe down to reveal the sort menu at the top. The app works very well for me and now I can keep a sorted view of my collection just in the order I want (by being alphabetically consistent with photo names) on my iPhone and iPad..Version: 5.4

The BestThis is the best iOS app for photo/video management for "local storage" (storing content on your device). No question. And this app can also interface with cloud storage, if you prefer that. I used to use the old Photo Manager Pro app (and did so happily for years), and now I'm happily using this new version 5. The app is more than worth the price, and the developer seems to be very good at responding to inquiries. Long live the great Photo Manager Pro!.Version: 5.4

Best photo app, 5-star featuresTo preface, this is so far the best photo manager I have, and I've tried just about all the premiums... it's not quite perfect, but it does deserve 5 stars. Some of the more useful features to me are ability to create sub-folders (yay!), multiple sorting methods, transfer capabilities, and customer service. Two suggestions that don't affect my rating... 1) <I received an email reply from the developers saying they would fix this. thank you devs> Currently, photos favorited from within a locked and hidden folder are accessible through the decoy password. Favorite photos in locked folders should only be accessible through the main password login. 2) Add menu option to go back to exact place you were in app when app is placed in background, either the photo or exact place on a video timeline..Version: 5.4

AwesomeAs a serious amateur photographer, I started using this app several years ago. The bottom line for me was that I needed a way to carry important photos with me and have them organized efficiently in a way that makes them easily available. At the time, it was the best I could find and now, after several years of steady improvements, it continues to serve my needs. Recent upgrades have made this an incredible app..Version: 6.0.5

FabulousStumbled across this organizer and can’t say enough about it - was easily able to spend a rainy weekend sorting all my pics on my iPhone phone and tablet - only downside I see thus far is I tend to send a lot of my pics to Walgreens to develop- and it appears I have to do a workaround and print from camera roll or Dropbox - regardless outstanding app for a minimal cost.Version: 5.5.1

Please fix External network storage accessI just downloaded this app. It is a nice app. I tried taping the + sign under the hamburger menu. It takes me to a menu with External location as one of the options. Great so far. I can access all folders on my Synology NAS with ease. Still great so far. But how do I save said location so the app will display all photographs on my NAS? I want to use this app in the iPados 13.5.1 Files App. iPados sees this app. All that is needed is to be able to save and view my external storage. Please Fix. Then I will give this app 5 stars..Version: 6.0.6

A very useful App. Did what I wanted.I wanted some way to carry my photo collection (23,000 pics in Aperture) around with me on the iPad and be able to sort them and run slide shows to show to family members etc. Having them in iCloud wasn't much help. Too slow to download and problematic when no wifi available. So I downsized my pics to max 1024 x 1024 pixels and this has given me a manageable file size and reasonable quality. (I have a 128 GB iPad). I did some pre-sorting in Aperture and selected (for example) all pics of my mother and added her name into the title. Did the same sort of thing with all my photos with 5stars and added the words 5stars to the title. Then downloaded to PhotoManagerPro5. The downloading took some time but worked smoothly. The App works very well. I can sort by any part of my titles .... which are pretty detailed (like keywords)... though I can't sort by several criteria at once. I've done the same thing with my iphone. This App is not integrated with Mac Photos..... but I actually see that as a positive as I'm not getting collections scrambled up with icloud synchonizing them in mysterious ways etc. plus having thousands of duplicated shots where I held the shutter button down for too long. It's not perfect (I'd really like to be able to sort on keywords from Aperture for example) but for my purposes it is very, very good. I can carry around 23000 pics on my iPad and iPhone and have them instantly available. Hence my 5 stars. Keep developing it..Version: 5.1.1

Good but not perfectVery good app but it could be better. I would appreciate to be able to download pictures FROM the apple photos app directly instead of being forced to do it from this app..Version: 5.5.1

ImpressedI have used the previous version for a couple of years and have been very happy with it, it does exactly what I need. When I changed to this version I was impressed with migration feature as I was dreading having to copy such a large number of files. I have just upgraded my iPad and can't believe how pain free it was copy large numbers of files from iPad to iPad. Great app..Version: 5.4

Fantastic app !!I use it everyday and i love it !.Version: 5.4

Easy to useOnce you get the hang of it this programme is a great repository for you photos.Version: 5.7.2

Almost perfect...Much more flexible than the built in app, with a couple of exceptions: synching large amounts of photos with it is a little tortuous and there is - as yet - no live photo ability..Version: 5.4

PM ProLove this App. So easy to use..Version: 5.7.2

Great AppFinally an App that allows you organize your photo in an easy manner. I love the feature that came with last update that allows you to delete photos from your camera roll so they are not duplicated on your phone. 5 stars all the way.Version: 5.5

This is one good Photo Album app... 👍I've been using this Photo Album app for quite some time with some 2,500 photos with-in the album. Say the saying goes "Works as advertised" and is one of the best photo albums available in the Apple apps. If you are looking for a photo album and desire to have a large number of individual photo folders covering all aspects of your photographic subjects and sections, this app is brilliant at allowing you you sort your photographs in a number of different viewing styles. And this photo album apps allows for easy backup via iTunes for album security. I.m giving this app a 100% rating as I've used it now for some years with no major issues..Version: 5.3

Agree with othersThis APP has all I need but it doesn’t sync across all my devices. I need to use my graphics on more than one ipad... i have a small and a big one. Also, my phone. The procedure for allowing one to use the app across devices is convoluted and only temporary. I would pay more to have this happen. Please???.Version: 5.5.1

Top of the LineI have been using this app for three years. I waited a long time until one came along that would do a few things that I felt a necessity to have for my work, (from reading I found others felt the same). Like I had to have folders, sub-folders, sub, sub & subs, to organize and yet be able to keep it cleaned up and get to in a snap. I can make as many folders as I need for my 5,000 pics. I could not find an app that had this simple feature, or the feature that worked well, until this app. Now that’s just one thing, but everything is easy peasy and you don’t have to be a pro. Highly recommend this..Version: 5.7.1

Excellent AppDoes what you want it to do and that is to protect your photos from prying eyes. Also it is much easier to download your photos in iTunes to your hard drive, too easy. I have noticed the speed of transfer from your Cam Roll to the app is now superfast. Even better than previous versions! The ability to delete after download is good too!.Version: 5.7.3

A couple of bugsI love this app and use it almost every day. However I have noticed a couple of annoying bugs since the upgrade. 1. When you edit and save a photo it is automatically saved as a “favorite” whether you intended that or not. 2. The thumbnail doesn’t always match the photo. This seems to happen if you have say 2 photos, P1 and P2. If P2 is deleted and subsequently replaced, the thumbnail still shows the original photo. Otherwise it’s great!.Version: 5.5.1

Photo Manager Pro 5Excellent little programme for the Mac. Much more useful than iPhoto..Version: 5.5.1

DesignI'd probably say it's missing a few features from the old app, you probably already know which features it's missing. Maybe the design of the app needs to be a little cooler and more modern. I enjoy the app, and your migration feature should have come when the app was released. I had to transfer almost 7000 photos manually. It took forever. Migration would have taken few minutes..Version: 5.2.1

Fantastic - and I'm picky!I have over 1800 digital photo album pages. They are organized and easily acessible ! I access my albums all the time (multiple times every day). The migration worked fine and there are several improvements with the new app! The developers are responsive to requests. I was unhappy with some sort results (across folders) and they put a fix in the next upgrade..Version: 5.4

Perfect… Almost. This app works for everything I wanted to do. I can view the file names, and choose where I want to keep my photos without all the hassle. The app can also get photos from the iOS Files app, which makes moving photos a lot easier than the standard iOS Photos app. The Apple photos app does everything that Apple wants, but zero choice for the user. This app is superb, and gives plenty of choice. Data is not collected, so privacy is good. Dark mode too. What’s not to like? Suggestion: I’d rather see thumbnails in the photo’s own format. 16:9 in my case. Not cropped into square thumbs. Please, can we have an option in Settings for that? A few more folder colours would be nice. Maybe red and grey. But it’s not a real issue. Great app, and thank you to the developers..Version: 6.2.1

Worthwhile upgradeThis is a worthwhile upgrade from the previous version..Version: 5.3

Great softwareA very useful software on my iPad to show my photos to people. Work very good, interface is perfect, the space between thumbnails should be less..Version: 5.3

Hooray it's back!I had the previous version of Photo Manager Pro and was heartbroken when they stopped updating and supporting it. It drove me mad that I couldn't sync via a cloud, that getting photos from my PC to my phone was so long-winded. In the end I found another photo app, certainly not as good, but tolerable to move to... Then yesterday up pops an update and the discovery of v5. Yes I've had to pay for it again, despite having paid for PMPro, but oh my! I spent a wonderful time putting all the photos back into v5 and lo THEY NOW SYNC VIA DROPBOX!!! Whooooo!!! Ok, I know I had a slow Saturday yesterday, but this made my day. I am so happy to have this app back. Hands down it is THE best photo app out there and I've tried quite a few. I like that the photos I choose to add on my PC will sync and be on my phone, I love that the description I have thought about on my PC is there (if I choose it to be), I love that you can so easily flick from photo to photo without any lag, I love how easy it is to collate photos into folders and subfolders... I could go on! I LOVE THIS APP!.Version: 5.2

WonderfulI have been using this app for the better part of a year now, and it's fantastic.! I love it. To have the ability to create folders, that I want, not what apple wants, but what I want. To be able to, copy or delete, to be able to move, back and forth between other apps, to be able to upload to various cloud storage facilities. Fantastic. Worth every penny..Version: 5.5.1

It worth the money!Just an ideal tool for photographer..Version: 5.1.1

Very nice appThis is a very nice app that fills a niche, giving functionality that the Apple photos app does not. The two work in good combination, with PMP acting more as a photo repository. If you use a ‘Shared’ folder to contain all your other folders, you can also get at whatever you put in PMP via the Apple File Manager app. What it needs right now, though, is an update to kill the glitches when importing and make if fully compatible with the latest IOS..Version: 6.3.2

Nice look.Like the new look. Unable to use the transfer feature. Would be a higher rating if this worked. Edit: technical support contacted me and worked me through my issue. Adding a star because the app deserves it and another because of the help I got..Version: 5.4

Good appI use this app for slideshows because it is easy to use and works well. Believe it or not apple's "ipad photo" DOES NOT I repeat DOES NOT OFFER a simple shuffling feature so all your slide shows run ALWAYS in the same sequence. This app also shows photo metadata. Simple app but does what it says and does it well..Version: 5.4

Just a little niggle - SlideshowEdit June 2021 …. Are we going to get an upgrade soon? Upgraded from many years using previous version. The only problem that I really have with this release is that when I select a photo to view and wish to start a slideshow FROM THAT PHOTO, PMPro starts the slideshow from the FIRST PHOTO in the album and works through from the start, whichever way the album is sorted. Eg if I am viewing #50 of an album of 100 and then select the slideshow album, the slideshow goes #1, #2, #3 ..... I would like the slideshow to commence from the selected photo, so that if am viewing #50 of an album of 100 and then select the slideshow album, the slideshow goes #50, #51, #52 ...... If required, an option in the slideshow section of Settings could toggle between Start Slide at #1 or Start Slideshow at Current Slide. Thank you..Version: 6.1

Very goodWorks perfectly good. Thanks.Version: 5.5.1

Well done. All good stuff, keep it up. No hassle and a pleasure to work on..Version: 6.1

Perfect for my useIt is simple to use, and it removes the ton of picture load I had in my camera roll. An app I was wishing for a long time. Easy to organize and I don’t need any sophisticated functions. Just want to find photos quick. And with that app I can create folders and sub sub folders. Instead of offloading some pictures, I want to add even more pictures from my camera, because now they are so easy to find..Version: 5.7.2

No Longer can edit PhotosEver since the update I can longer edit any photos. There used to be a pencil in the upper right corner that no longer appears. If I am missing something please let me know, otherwise I am disappointed in the updates..Version: 5.7.1

Flawless! For my use case... this app replaces iOS Photo app and I even use the camera within. What I like most is my ability to be in control of my own photo backups to my Mac. When you transfer pics you don’t lose any metadata and the create date will be preserved. I ran tests so I’m 100% confident relying on this app to manage all my photos..Version: 6.1

Head & Shoulders above the rest!I am enjoying this photo manager app, which has exceeded my expectations. I had been using another photo manager app, which no longer is working. I can only guess the developer moved on, and the app no Ionger works with the current iOS. Photo Manager Pro allows me to use folders and sub-folders. It shows a full frame picture. You can edit the file name and re-arrange the photos within a folder. The dark mode really adds a dynamic look to the photographs. This app is a winner!.Version: 6.0.5

Great AppWorks Great but a reminder to remove the transfer photos would make it better yet..Version: 5.4

Actually seems really good.Upgraded the old app version 4.5 and 5.6gb of photos were copied to the new app - great they weren't deleted, just copied. Checking out version 5 and it seems better than hoped. All of my migrated photos are still separate from the Apple system photos, which was important for me. All good so far!.Version: 5.2

My most essential appThis review is long overdue. I’ve had this app for years and I rely on it for sorting my pictures. I wish I could put it on my computer because it’s better than anything else I’ve found..Version: 6.2.1

Guess I Might Give it a GoDoesn’t Matter I Like The Other Photo Albert App a Lot Way Better.Version: 6.1

Accidentally deleted photosI accidentally deleted my photos and I think there should be an option to recover them in the app..Version: 5.5.1

An excellent photo organizerI love this app. Finally got all my pictures organized. I use it on my iPhone and iPad. I wish it was available on windows and Mac so that I could keep all my equipment synced. It deserves all five stars..Version: 5.5.1

Very good appI’ve used this and the previous version of it and like it a lot. It is perfect if what you want is a reliable photo app for organizing and showing images on your device — exactly my need. It also allows easy sharing between your devices. This is my main photo app in both my iPhone and my iPad..Version: 5.5.1

Excellent!Superb app. Does exactly what a good photo management app should do and more. The team are also very quick to get back to when you email them. Definitely recommend.Version: 5.7.2

Photo infoIt would be extremely helpful if the location information could be seen in the “Photo Info” section.Version: 5.7.4

An Excellent Photo OrganiserI had been searching in vain for a program that would allow me to organise photographs into albums, write descriptions, add tags and then search for photos of interest. This app does it beautifully and is a must for anyone who wants to photograph collections of things - be they plants, minerals, birds, antiques or whatever - and then sort and arrange the photographs. So far, I have used to program only with local images on my iPad..Version: 6.2.1

Why did I waste money on this?If you upgrade an app, you really need to improve it. I have reverted to my old app, because this new one is boring and offers so much less than older versions. It is not worth even 1 star. I also want my money back..Version: 5.0

Developer ignores sent emailsIt’s a very good app, but it opens always the same place. It might be a good idea to add an option to select the default folder so I could for example select iCloud..Version: 6.3.1

FTP FTW!!!Photo Manager Pro 6 just saved my bacon! My iPhone XS had its SIM reader crap out & had to get a new phone (could not wait for repairs). Went to use iMazing to get the photos off the phone but NO DICE! Ended up using PM Pro 6 to import all 10,600 photos and then using the FTP Server to grab them all. PM Pro will be on every phone moving forward....Version: 6.1

Great photo sorterOkay got the slideshow running.... so now I am ready to review. But I will say would like to see a random and or other transitions in the Slideshow. Heck I would be willing to pay for that feature alone. I am not one of those who wants to create a movie out of stills with music, I have music and other editor apps for that. You have a great picture sorting app with a decent slideshow added now just tweak the slideshow a bit and show us that customer service and would willing to give this a 5 star..Version: 5.5.1

Excellent! 😍This is the most excellent photo album & organizer in the world! I took days trying to find a great photo album organizing app, and every one I checked out, but this one, had either bad reviews, didn’t have the features I wanted, or hasn’t been updated in years. I finally bought a cra**y one that automatically crashed (4 times) when I tried to open it - File Manager Pro 6 - and I deleted it and lost $3.00. In the past, I’d created specific folders in the Apple Photos app, because I thought I could find them easier when I needed to - mostly for photo editors, and emailing or messaging them (when the memojis didn’t convey what I was feeling). The issue was that I couldn’t create any sub-folders, which left me scrolling through all the photos in that specific folder, and took forever. I feel so happy, like I finally found a rare treasure, right at the last minute! I LOVE this developer for creating this awesome app!.Version: 6.1

Excellent appHelped me upload bulk load of photos from my pc to iPhoto with ease. That alone is enough to give 100 stars..Version: 6.3.3

This is the one you want.Very easy to use, great graphical interface, excellent file transfer set up via wifi, FTP and cloud storage services. Best of all it’s absolutely free and secure..Version: 5.5.1

Love this appIt does all the things I need.Version: 5.1.1

A Great App for Organizing and Editing PhotosI have used Photo Manager Pro for over five years to store thousands of photos. I need the ability to organize photos into collections and to arrange the photos in the orderI want within each collection. PM Pro allows this, though the process can become tediously slow for very large collections because new photos are added to the end of the collection and the process for dragging each photo to a new location is rather slow. The app handles basic editing, like cropping and changing exposure very efficiently. The app is extremely stable. I only run into occasional crashes during a session when I have been editing a large number of photos and try to edit a very large photo. The developer actually responds to queries and implements suggestions to improve the app. Most of the changes made to the app over the last few years have been improvements. Overall, I have found this to be a superb app and one of the 5-10 apps I use most..Version: 5.7.2

The best photo app since since St@sh for IOS 9FINALLY!!! After years of searching I finally found a photo app worth upgrading my OS for. St@sh 2.3.1 stopped releasing updates after IOS 9, and since that time I have been searching for a photo app with the same features. Photo Manager Pro is now my favorite photo app and I will finally be able to upgrade my OS. Thank you PM Pro staff for making a product that sets you apart from all other photo apps. Thank you..Version: 5.7.4

Finally! My searching is over!I’ve been searching and searching for an app that could be the only app I’d ever need for my video playing needs. I always had separate apps for what I needed to do rather then just have one app. This app has saved so much space on my iPhone. I am also so grateful that this app can change the metadata on any video on my phone too! I never could find an app that could do that, and that was very simple to use. It’s totally worth the price that I paid for the full version!.Version: 6.0.2

Great but not perfectI used the original version before this app exist Which I found a quite useful and very strong capability of keeping my photos in high quality and timelines in each picture and video.. but unfortunately the new app just keep it but in random location and have gone wrong with timeliness .. even if I personally put pictures and video into it’s right order but still keep coming back to where it was in the first place.. finally the main issue that truly plagued my happiness about this great app is the awful lack of control of video, you see? Whenever I click a video I wanted to see, rather then watch it and stop it or skip few seconds or minutes or put it in long turn even , it just put it in between photos and videos . I just wanted to be like the old version when I can enter video and watch it and control the minute and seconds .. Again thanks for making the best app I ever have . It’s great with gif especially.Version: 6.1

Excellent ExcellentVery well written software. Have organized 6,000+ photos, used photoshop to edit, required work-a-rounds but did not hang. Wishing: an internal cleaner, a search on location, and the ability to have editors work directly with PM PRO just as they do with photos. Excellent, and thanks..Version: 6.2.1

Good app with a few niggleswThis is very good app for the management of your photos, with excellent filing possible. It is also secure and private. The slideshow feature is not as good as the previous version and the shuffle slide feature does not work..Version: 5.2.1

Great photoUpdate: Great photo app, highly recommended :).Version: 5.3

Almost Perfect Photo ManagerHave been using this for many years after an exhaustive search for a phot manager that matched my needs. I like to sort my photos by year and subject, while also being able to search by partial or full file name, which most don’t do. I also don’t use iCloud for storing photos or use the Apple Photos app, preferring to keep them on my Mac in a similar folder structure, which for many apps make transferring nearly impossible. Photo Manager Pro does this well and offers multiple ways of sorting and organizing. To me, the only drawback is that it doesn’t include a file transfer utility, necessitating the use of a third party app such as FileZilla or Cyberduck. To the average user such as myself, these may be intimidating to use at the beginning. That said, it’s a great app, which I highly recommend..Version: 6.3.3

Easy to useLove this app, allows me to sort my photos into the order I want..Version: 5.5.1

SolidGreat app. Simple to use and secure..Version: 6.0.2

AppPretty good appexcellent.Version: 6.1

Still the bestI've been using the old version as my main photo manager for years, but had some trepidation about upgrading after reading all the complaints. The migration process went smoothly and quickly for me, though, and this new version has a better interface and some nice new features..Version: 5.4

Great With One Huge Missing FeatureI chose this Photo Manager based on the rave reviews and I absolutely agree with all of them. The reason I gave it four stars is because it’s missing a critical feature (to me anyway) to auto-sync the albums across devices. Right now if I build albums on my iPhone, I have to rebuild the same albums from scratch on my iPad and then maintain the changes manually as well. Even if this feature were added as optional it would make this app pretty close to if not perfect. I love that I can pull images from my camera roll yet still keep them locally. I’m a tattoo artist so the ability to have my portfolio on hand but isolated is flawless, and this app does all I want except the auto-sync. Please tell me this feature is coming!!.Version: 5.5.1

Great programI recommend it highly I no longer bore friends with too many of my pix I just make a directory of the best I am not very good at iPhone photos albums No more searching lots of images looking for one.Version: 5.5.1

Photo Management ExtraordinaryContinues the developer’s excellence. Packed with features such as nearby device recognition, cloud services integration, in app camera and editing. Slide shows with playlists! Gives choice and control, easy to use. Superb..Version: 5.4

Works great!Purchased this app because the previous Photo Sort app I used quit having the ability to list pictures alphabetically or numerically...and that was really important to me. Also love the “Face ID” ability. I hope the developers continue to support this app with updates as necessary..Version: 5.7.1

Best Replacement for Native Phone StorageWhen iTunes stopped syncing photos this app saved me. It not only syncs all 20,000 of my images but the fact I can organize by name, folder, date and drag and drop is the best. Please don’t ever stop working. I’ll never go back to using the native device photo storage as long as this app exists and works..Version: 6.1

Nice upgradeI had the prev. pmp 3.0 and it was working pretty good (no bugs) but unfortunately became obsolete with time. This new pmp 6.0 is missing some old features like recycle bin and exif info but works with external and cloud drives. It is still buggy, to the point that sometimes i have to kill the app in the background in order to make it work again. Also, it cannot import photos from "all photos" folder, only "recents" folder. In general i think for the price, it is still a good photo manager app if you like the old fashion way of having your photos organized by folders (DIY)..Version: 6.0.6

Perfect AppDumped iPhoto years ago. So much easier to load my images and keep them as I want them in the folders that I select and not as dictated by iPhoto..Version: 5.5.1

Glad for the updateA great program.Version: 5.2.1

FinallyI use this to keep track of new names and faces. Also documenting things around the house and work. Renaming pics and adding captions easily is invaluable and so easy now. I stuck with the old version too long - PM Pro was a flawless conversion and now updating both iPad and iPhone thought not a true "synch" is very easy and no longer requires a PC or secondary program. Email help was prompt!.Version: 5.5.1

An AMAZING and powerful app.Don’t believe the recent negative reviews. Most of the things I see people complaining about are actually possible to do in the app. This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for and it took me trying close to 20 other apps before coming across this one. It has so many features and settings to tweak it just how you like. Maybe that’s why people are giving bad reviews. Take the time to play with the options people. It’s an amazing little app..Version: 5.7.4

Very Good but could be betterI really like this app but it could be better. First the size of your Folders that you create are to small. If enlarged in landscape mode you could see the full name of the titled folder. Also you are supposed to be able select music for the slideshow. That feature isn’t working..Version: 5.5.1

A Really Good Photo ManagerThis is exactly what I was looking for and I have to say definitely worth what you pay for. The reason I’m giving it four stars and not five is a small issue and an important missing feature that have both made the photo sorting take a bit longer than it should the past hour I’ve been working with the app. Very often when I drag a photo over a folder to drop inside, it moves inside the folder and I have to come out of it to continue. Maybe make it half a second longer till it moves inside the folder? The second, and more important, problem is the inability to select and then drag and drop multiple photos at the same time. Having this option would make things much easier. Other than these two issues (and mostly the second point about the missing feature) it is a great app and recommended for anyone who can’t handle the camera roll mess Apple offers us..Version: 5.7.4
