Scenic Motorcycle Navigation for Positive User Reviews

Better than garminWell, its sad to say, I’ve had to rely on Scenic over expensive Garmin XT2. Scenic is easy to use, off line maps are reliable and the whole system just works. The only drawback will be the phone/device GPS ability in forested areas..Version: 3.19

Great Biking AppBeen using this app for a few years now and love it. Simple to use and perfect for planning your own trips and tours. Also able to plan a day trip if you don’t know where to go and just want to get out and explore a new route. I use it to record where we go on holidays so I can look back and share with other bikers..Version: 3.19

Brilliant motorcycle app, well thought outI have used many apps and this is very easy to use, I understand that the maker needs to make a living and it is not expensive by any means £19 a year affordable but £74 something for life may be small change to some people. Their is nothing I don’t like about this app, you can make routes up, share GPX FILES for your Garmin or Tom Tom which is amazing, pity Google maps can’t get their act together. I have tried many apps and they sometimes can’t find a location or town (calimoto) or MyRoute-app won’t let you cluck start after a long time making up a good route. Maybe when Father’s Day comes around I might take the plunge but as far as I have used it it has not let me down or disappointed me..Version: 2.4.0

Excellent trip plannerDefinitely recommend this app .. either as a yearly subscription or as an option to buy it . P.S any chance topography might be added .. I know it does map height , but it’s very much a secondary feature ..Version: 3.08

Great AppI’ve used Scenic all year and never went for a ride without firing up the app. The features are great, the UI is well thought out. Keep up the great work..Version: 3.51

A little confusingBut with practice I'm sure it will become easier. At present I haven't used it in a practical trip, only trying to work out how to make a map for trips I'd like to do, with not much success so far. I'm sure it will be fine once I get my head around it..Version: 1.64

Very useful app for motorcycle trip planning and riding.I have had the app for about 3 months and, with the assistance of the developer, have come to depend on it for both functions listed in the title. Planning. Using IPad, the screen is large enough to create routes, which allows you to use the most unique feature supplied: the curvy setting. Once you get the curvy route drawn, use waypoints to lock them in, then edit the route allowing highways and/or efficient routing, and you can plan a day’s travel to meet your needs. The tip from Guido, the developer, that made this more possible is to look at saved trips in the edit mode, which allows for full screen viewing. Syncing your ride from the IPad and then on your phone allows you to take the route to the bike. Riding. Once you have a trip route saved, or if you import and edit a publicly posted ride, you can then navigate it. The in-route map and turn-by-turn directions blue toothed into my helmet make following the route very easy. I like the features that show you where the next turn will be, speed limit and current speed and the map details. Certainly download and use this app with the credits supplied, but take the time to learn how to use it. Once you do, if you like to plan out routes and then ride them, the price of subscription and credits needed for off-line maps, can be justified by the features described above, in my opinion..Version: 1.73

AwesomeI have been using this app for over a year now. And I think it’s absolutely brilliant the fact that you can choose and plan a route while being able to input the type of roads and route that you want to ride on is great. We’ve been on many a magical mystery tour and seen so many different places that we would have missed using a generic SatNav. Highly recommended!!!!!.Version: 3.19

AwesomeDid an 8.5h ride 50/50 black to dirt and it is so easy to use. It also places your pics on the route. I would highly recommend..Version: 3.15

Very impressedSometimes I struggle to find a nice scenic route to ride. With this app, you can select a destination, and by using the “curvy” route option, and making sure there is some countryside between you and your selected destination, you can pretty much guarantee a great ride out. Going to Europe in the next few weeks, can’t wait to see what we discover!! Thanks Guido, I will be subscribing to premium..Version: 1.74

Awesome AppI tried all of the major motorcycle route planning apps but found them all lacking certain features. This app however combines all the missing features, and more, into one great app. Very good app..Version: 1.36

Superb biker appDon’t waste any more time looking for an app that links .gpx and turn-by-turn SatNav directions... you’ve found it right here. Linked with Best Biker Roads app, this provides you with a seamless way in which to make sure you get to enjoy the best routes in a particular area of the world you may find yourself in. Can’t fault this at all.. well chuffed..Version: 3.19

Great Nav AppThis app has all the function that I was looking for such as a route overview along with speed warning and countdown distance to next turning or round about. I used this app to navigate from Ireland to Switzerland in offline map mode only using the gps signal and it worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend you give it a try as It is a well thought out app..Version: 3.19

What I was looking forThis is exactly what I was looking for in a GPS app. The BMW Navigator I had back in 2004 was the benchmark. I could use their utility to map a trip and download it to the Navigator. This app is now so much better. I can sit in the easy chair Friday night and map a route in the app and not worry about making a route in Google maps, translating it and downloading it to the app. All can be done inside the app. I created a route last night and tested it today. It worked perfect. I have not scratched the surface of the apps features but just the 10 minutes I spent with proved I have to look no further. Well done developers, I’m hooked..Version: 2.0.0

IPhone screen glare no issueThis GPS does everything I need and way more. I don't like the distraction of a GPS screen while I am riding and this is the main reason I haven't purchased a dedicated GPS. With Scenic, I can turn off the phone screen, and it will give me directions over my headset. If I get lost (which is often in the state forests in central Pennsylvania), I stop, turn on the screen and ask the GPS to get me out (usually to the nearest gas station). Inputing planned trip is a breeze and the UI is easy to understand and use. I gave this app 5 stars because there aren't 6..Version: 3.08

Great AppsI have been using Scenic for 3 years now. Best Investment I have ever made!! Looking Forward thé Apple Car Play Integration tout use on my Africa Twin.Version: 3.19

Great Motorcycle AppFantastic app use for planning routes and then sharing with friends. Other feature we use a lot is we can stop along the route and then either search or petrol stations or cafes and add them in to the planned route. We have the speed showing which turns red when you accidentally go over the speed limit. 100% recommend. Nearly forgot you can then save your route and use again or share with others..Version: 3.19

Great navigation app and user friendly. It has been great around NZ and USA Canada and Europe, but like all the navigation apps the up to date road detail in central and South America is bad. We got around this by creating a route on google maps when we have wifi and then creating a copy of that route ins scenic so we can use off line. It’s long winded but works and you won’t end up in peoples gardens or going the wrong way down one way streets.Version: 3.19

Best Bike Navigation System I've used.I've had a lot of Bike Nav systems over the years and this one is the best yet. I regard myself as tech incompetant but i try hard and this system was great from the start ..Version: 3.19

Le meilleurJ’utilise des GPS et Apps depuis des décennies, J’ai testé Scenic au Canada, aux USA et en Afrique. Le meilleur pour planifier et guider des voyages de moto..Version: 3.18

Good appGood app to use, gets “lost’ every once and a while and recalculates and wants to take you on a loop to get you back onto the road you are already on. But if you pay attention to your route and just ignore it, it will eventually correct itself. The only thing I wish it had was a pause feature, it does pause on its own after setting for a bit, but that doesn’t always work and there are times when I get off the bike to go into a store and scenic will still run and be giving me directions. Unfortunately right now the only way to stop it is to stop/save the ride, then re-enter and start a new when you are ready to get back on the road....Version: 2.3.0

Version 2The new version is a massive improvement on an already fantastic app, well done keep up the good work! Version 3 has improved the app appearance, always used the app, there is nothing more compatible if your a biker, tremendous work from the app developer yet again , five stars from me yet again 👍.Version: 3.0.1

Best all around moto nav appI’ve tried nearly all major competitor apps over the last 6 months and this app is the only one that has everything I need in a user-friendly format. I was reluctant to pay for yet another navigation app and strictly used the free features of the app for nearly 6 months. However, I finally purchased the lifetime version today because I continually find myself trying something in another app I also like and end up setting up the same route in this app because a certain aspect is just easier. Great work! Definitely has the intuitive feel of an Apple product. Thank You!.Version: 2.2.0

Extremely ImpressedI’ve only used Scenic for a few days now, but after years of using Google Maps for planning trips for both motorcycles as well as when pulling my toy hauler, I have to say that this is light years ahead when you want to plan a specific route, save it, share it, and ride it. Still learning, but seems very user friendly and just finished a ride that I had been planning for months in the Smoky Mountains, and Scenic was a life saver. Would have stayed lost trying to execute my planned routes in G maps but this made it much more enjoyable..Version: 3.16

Just what I needed, after waiting years!I was looking for a phone app with offline maps into which I could import routes from an extensive Basecamp-developed library, have them show up in the app nearly perfectly, and be able to quickly edit the small imperfections. I also needed voice turn-by-turn directions. Scenic has all of that and more. And the timing is perfect, because my expensive motorcycle GPS just died. At last! The app I’ve been awaiting for years has finally arrived! And if that’s not enough to convince you, I exchanged several very helpful emails with the developer, Guido, who replied immediately. What a guy!.Version: 3.08

Hands down the best moto navigation app there is. Period.Having tried almost every navigation app there is on iPhone/Android, for most use-cases (except serious off-road and city driving where real-time traffic data is essential), Scenic blows them all out of the water. It strikes the perfect balance of useful functionality and usability - and most importantly, the navigation just works. With motorcycle gloves on. Huzzah! I’ve been waiting patiently for version 3.5 and first impressions seem great. The main things I’d like to see in the future are: - traffic info for turn-by-turn nav and route calculations - a web UI for discovering/planning routes and some kind of classification/rating system so it’s easier to find really good roads. Similar to Butler maps - but crowdsourced. I’m sure a lot of folks would be happy to help grow this side of Scenic - myself included - a map layer for cell phone service Lastly, as one dev to another, a big thank you. Keep up the great work 👏.Version: 3.50

Scenic works so wellAt last a navigation app that delivers on so many fronts. The ability to create routes on google maps then send them to Scenic with just a couple of clicks is just one of the features I enjoy so much and for bikers in particular to be able to click the “Curvy” button and have Scenic create a more enjoyable ride for motorcyclists is just brilliant. These are just a couple of the many features available so if you only get one navigation app then make it this one..Version: 1.74

Great app for navigationHave tried many nav apps and have found ScenicApp the best for what I need. What makes it even better is how the developers are very quick to respond to any questions you may have. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to version 3.Version: 2.4.2

FiggyGreat app. Use it on most of my rides. Have been using this app for over 12 months and it just gets better. So many different options for importing. Scenic 2 even better than original. Love it..Version: 3.51

Good appKeep it up.Version: 3.19

Creates some really nice twisty ridesGreat for easily sorting some enjoyable routes. I particularly like the round trip option. I would like to have the option to filter out dual carriageways and motorways. It only lists highways? Would also be nice to be able to have a more detailed overview of the route instead of numbered waypoints? Other than these points it works as an effective tool to identify enjoyable bike friendly route options. I recommend!.Version: 3.19

A pleasure to use & plan withScenic is the most comprehensive & easiest to use bike routing apps that I’ve tried..Version: 3.19

Best App for motorcycleLove it….Version: 3.19

Scenic Routing AppAn excellent app for tracking and planning routes. A good feature is that you could go on a trip with a pal and if you want to do the same trip again but can’t remember it the app can navigate it back to you. Its worth reading the help files before you use it. Guido gives excellent support replying to any queries you have pretty quickly..Version: 1.73

Excellent Routing AppI’ve been using scenic for a few weeks and absolutely love it for the ease of mapping out a route. I find it very accurate and easy to use..Version: 3.19

Intelligent NavigationThe developer of SMT seems to have all his (or her) ducks in order. Not only is the app well-thought and well-built, the explanation for its need to use in-app purchases strikes a balanced cord that lets the user feel good about supporting the app’s continued evolution. I won’t go into detail about its functions because I don’t have enough real experience using it on the road, but the simplicity of route planning (building your route step by step from start to finish using the Via button) stands out as a well-executed feature that speaks volumes for the rest of this app. I’m looking forward to the next biking season (I live in New England!) and plan to move up to a premium version if I like what I see, as I think I will..Version: 1.75

Simply the bestI never go riding without it. I use it for short trips. Complex multi day trips. I’ve tried them all this one is made by a rider for riders..Version: 3.51

The best maps navigation app I’ve foundThis is the best navigation maps app that I’ve used and I travel a lot. It’s quick, easy and accurate and covers australia very well, even the very remote bits.Version: 2.1.2

Love this App!By far the best option of this app is the ability to place waypoints throughout your ride. Being able to choose which roads and where to turn easily beats out anything else that I have tried. It would have gotten a 5 star review but the constant mistake recording of speeds is annoying. Recording that you are going 150 km an hour when you are going 90 and getting a very loud audio warning has made me turn off the warnings..Version: 3.19

I really enjoy this program but…One of the easier GPS motorcycle riding programs I have used. But if a road/trail is not on the map there is no way I know of to force the program to navigate down said road. Suggestion Be able to bridge between roads that do not have a known link. Have a map that shows every road you have ever ridden while using the app. That would be an awesome selling feature..Version: 3.19

Scenic App is outstanding!!I have been riding street bikes for 30 years. I have lived in many of the most scenic areas in the USA. I seem to be the one organizing and leading rides with my group. For many years I have struggled with spending hours mapping out the best and most curvy rides and fumbling with maps on my tank to make sure I didn’t miss a turn. Typically a lot of u-turns. This is the product I have been searching for!! Just plug in the # of miles I want to ride for the round trip, pick the general direction, select the amount of curvyness and click start! That simple and keeps me on track the entire time. Been living in Florida for 8 years now and this application is taking me to curvy roads I didn’t even know exist! This application has been great. I love it and highly recommend it..Version: 3.10

A must have Adventure planning/ riding app. This app has gone from a good adventure planning ride app, to a great Adventure riding app. You can do all your pre planning in google maps. (I actually use ITN converter the send to google maps, as can then have as many waypoints as you want) Then it is so easy to send ride to your device, and share with other riders in your group. I have found the route maps produced to be more reliable than any other app I’ve used. Also display is great for motorcyclists. I thoroughly recommend this app for a Team leader/ planner for adventure riding. With great communication, and updates, this app is a must have. Ross Bowden Taupo NZ.Version: 2.2.3

NewbieAs a new rider this was helpful and fun to use.Version: 3.19

ScenicGreat to follow a planed route and to let you know what is coming up so you can enjoy the ride even more. Love this App..Version: 3.19

Professional Level Navigation For MotorcyclistIf you’re a motorcyclist this is the app you need for navigation. For the motorcycle rider it’s the best there is. Reduced functionality when free but the subscription is worth it. Supports route importing and turn by turn instruction. Maps for all over the world though there’s a small additional cost for extra countries. Yes it’s not free but if you want the best give it a test ride..Version: 2.2.2

It’s amazingI love how easy it is and as an adventure rider it’s takes me through the bush and down gravel roads which I love.Version: 3.19

Awesome app! What a pleasure to use! Keep it up Guido! How about ‘invite friends’?.Version: 2.2.8

Top navigation appMy screen name is Dragon129 and I have been using this app on just about every daily journey for over two years. WORTH EVERY PENNY:))) If I could give the developer one suggestion for improvement on the next upgrade. Have the ability to communicate with fellow riders in a community live chat room so we can snap towels at each other on our accomplishments. THAT WOULD BE COOL... NOTHING WRONG WITH A LITTLE TOWEL SNAPPING AMONG FELLOW RIDERS WITH OUR RIDING EXPERIENCE. Think about it!!!!! no one is doing it:)))... otherwise this app is PERFECT...I have logged almost 60,000 miles since purchasing this app without a glitch. In life... you get what you pay for:)).Version: 2.3.2

Excellent app for enthusiastsExcellent app for planning and navigating off the main routes. Share with your mates and you’re all on the same route..Version: 1.73

The best Adventure Motorcycling app on iOSI have tried several other paid apps & have found this to be the best. While a little pricey there are a generous amount of initial free credits but the ease of planning, navigating & sharing routes is the best I have found..Version: 2.3.8

Brilliant appHands down the most comprehensive and easy to use navigation app for motorcycles. Improvements to the interface for music control and adding off-road tracking would make this perfect..Version: 3.0.1

I really like it BUTCan we please just have a one click start journey button without options for map updates or recommence trip. If I am riding I just want a one click gps! If I want a route I will ask for it..Version: 3.19

Fantastic appI have used this app now for a few weeks and we’ve had several road trips avoiding highways and main roads using Scenic. The app works really well and plenty of features. If you into exploring places you’ve never seen, even in your back yard, this app is great finding those roads less traveled..Version: 3.19

App of choice for a bimbleBeen using Scenic a few months. Really enjoyed the routing which definitely keeps things ‘scenic’ and avoids built up areas whenever possible. I find the app mostly intuitive to use. I’ve had a few navigational glitches. But it takes some time to get used to a new app, so at the moment I’m putting the glitches down to operator error. Scenic has always got me where I wanted to be. It certainly hits the spot when the aim of the ride is the journey rather than destination..Version: 2.2.9

Great AppAfter downloading a couple different apps only to find they required a purchased upgrade to add more than a handful of waypoints, I found Scenic. I plotted an entire 3-hour (suburban Fort Worth) ride with around 30 waypoints. It was great. It’s easy to use and has great options besides planning trips. I haven’t used it for a few weeks as I don’t need it when commuting, but I opened the app today so I could see about paying for an even better version. And I’d be happy to pay for the version I already have. I’m do not know the people or person that make the app and I submit this review without being compensated in any way by anyone. The app is that good. Just keep your eyes up..Version: 2.3.2

Best Motorcycling Navigation AppWealth of features, easy to use, intuitive menu and route planning system.Version: 3.19

Paper mad Smaper maps! No, just kidding…I’ll always keep the paper map with me. But, the last trip I took was planned with Scenic exclusively. My brother and I took a 12 day trip from Pittsburgh to Nova Scotia. The paper map was only used for a broad overview. Not only was the planning nearly flawless with Scenic, the ability to save all of your trip info….route, breaks, time, distance, top speed, average speed, pictures, etc. is priceless. More things to refer to to remember your trips! A couple tips…check the route you plan before you go, on your other map app…..Scenic does not see road closures (to my knowledge). Also, know that in remote areas, the route could be gravel. It happened once on our trip. The road was still passable on my sport tourer….just not fun. This app is fantastic….get the premium and download the maps you need. I’ve tried others but this one blows them away. It’s well worth it!! JPK, Pittsburgh.Version: 3.0.0

Very Good With Room For ImprovementFirst off, I’m not a tech nerd. This is not paid. I’m just an average guy who can easily figure out how a new app works. So, I’ve tried all the popular ones and right now Scenic is the easiest for me. It has more features than I’ll probably use but they don’t get in the way. I especially like being able to choose a curvy route! Now for the improvement part. The app has a habit on secondary roads of nagging. It says NOW TURN RIGHT ONTO (road) but it’s just a curve. On a road with dozens of curves this gets annoying pretty quick. Also, it took us all the way the down a road to a highway then had us make a U turn, go back down the same road almost all the way to then make a turn to get back on track. So I began testing this out. Scenic is very reluctant to simply modify the route if you miss a turn. It insists - and nags - you about U turns at every intersection until you either do it or get so close to being back on track anyway. This needs fixing in my opinion. If you miss a turn, it should tell you, yes. It should tell you to make a U turn. But after a couple it should recalculate. All in all though, I like it and it’s still probably the one I’ll keep using..Version: 2.0.0

My Go-To Touring AppWith the overhaul as part of version 2.0 a great navigation app has become truly excellent. I must have tried every option out there and Scenic has seen off all other apps for its combination of excellent route planning, twisty route generation and navigation. Route tracking is also great, imports GPX files easily...it’s brilliant. Updated for v3: incredible. Scenic is now peerless..Version: 3.08

Great appThis is the best motorcycle mapping app out there. You can customize easily the maps into having them displayed in a way that makes sense to you, and you can customize the way the app reacts when you miss a waypoint and moves on instead of constantly trying to bring you back to it. Highly recommended.Version: 3.19

Great…butNot sure if I’ve got this to how I want it setting wise. Happy to be told otherwise. This app is a great alternative to using my Tom Tom rider, and less equipment to carry and remember to take off my bike on pit stops. When going off route because the screen is on auto (not wanting to mess with the display whilst riding) I can see the actual route I should be on and I’m not seeing it trying to get me back on the original route, if that makes sense.Version: 3.02

Love this appScenic is very intuitive. The navigation buttons are clear and easy to use. It’s easy to plot complex routes with and exporting gpx is a delight to use. The only improvement I would like is for back roads to be more clearly defined. I’ve struggled sometimes to find the road I want because the lines used to define the road are so faint. I have plotted several multi day complicated routes and Scenic has coped really well allowing me to correct my errors without wiping the whole route and easily plotting the routes I want..Version: 3.19

Easy app with most flexibilityI wanted an app that would let me program a specific route of my choosing and be display that on a ride in a very clear fashion. This ticks those boxes..Version: 2.3.4

Really good app...This app is good, really good. I couple of improvements and it will be great. I find the screen rotation annoying, there is a feature to lock screen, but this needs to be activated each time and only in navigation mode. When putting on my mount it changed and then you need to take it off again or start navigating, set screen lock and then mount. Something routing takes a turn for the worst and the logic seems off. Speed limits are a ‘for guidance only’ for most bikers, posting your speed data to ‘public’ could be a big mistake. Seems a little too easy to do so the defaults should be switched, just saying 😇 Out of all the apps out there, this gives me the best route planning, navigation and dats analysis of all of them. Happy to recommend..Version: 1.74

Great for cars, tooNot just for motorcycles, I’m using Scenic to set routes for a west coast road trip I’m on and have used it on club drives. I love the ability to download the maps for entire states because so many of my drives go out of cell range. I also love the ability to choose my own static route rather than most nav software that’ll change the route in the middle of the drive, trying to be helpful- causing me to miss some detail long planned for. The route genie function where i set a start point, how far I want to drive, and how many curves I want and the software designs a route for me- super super cool. My favorite nav app! Just wish you’d partner with W@ze to integrate their police presence data into the drives…..it’s really the only thing i miss..Version: 3.18

Finally!!I have a BMW R1250 GS and have been using the BMW/Garmin Nav VI unit which although in many ways made the navigation experience nice through its functionality with the Wunderwheel and many features (eg, weather, traffic alerts, media player etc), ultimately became greatly inconvenient due to its screen ghosting issues and the need to connect to a pc in order to add routes created on the computer. I used several apps for route creation and navigation, but had not found any that did both well until I found Scenic. It will work on my iPhone and iPad so I can create routes as I would on a computer with my iPad 11 pro, and then navigate the route on my iPhone or iPad mini. No more having to export the route from a route creation app to a standalone gps or another navigation app. And through its integration with the WunderLink app, I can use my BMW wunderwheel to control the app in an even more robust way than I could with the Garmin Nav VI unit. Last but not least has been the awesome accessibility and responsiveness of the app’s developer who truly monitors the forum and is obviously interested in helping you and developing a great app for motorcycle adventures.I am looking forward to the app’s future development..Version: 3.19

Break ride trackingScenic is a great product very easy to use and has been great for use around NZ on rides. This is highly recommended to other riders in New Zealand..Version: 3.19

Best app for riders! This app is fantastic ! Trust me get it you won’t be disappointed if your ride you want this app tracking your every run! Best app for motorcycle navigation by far , I can’t say enough good about this app …You will love it !.Version: 3.05

Meilleure app moto jusqu’à maintenantDe bonnes suggestions d’itinéraires et belles routes panoramiques.Version: 3.19

Does exactly what you want it toHow many times have you bought a Sat-Nav and set about with high expectations to create interesting routes? Only then you find it’s clunky, irritating, woefully slow and generally disappointing. Well I have and now there is an answer to all your prayers and it’s Scenic. I cover a lot of miles, around 30,000 a year, some of it is European touring, most is local stuff as I don’t drive a car much even in winter. Where Scenic shines is when I use it for planning local ‘retirement group’ rides that I organise weekly. The route planning allows me to create back roads routing for rides to last the appropriate time available and arrive at our desired cafe or other destination. So if you want to avoid the Garmin Uber-clunky interface and mourn the passing of Tom-Tom’s ‘winding roads’ options then this is the app you need. Oh, and it automatically keeps your track so you can save it for review later..Version: 2.3.0

So far, so good!Had been testing out this app as an alternative to a dedicated GPS for my retired iPhone 6 using just the credits. So far it’s been a very good trial run. The few issues I’ve had I sent to the developer and have had quick responses. It’s obvious they take this app seriously and I’m excited to see how this program evolves. Some notable features worth mentioning if you haven’t already tried the app: Turn by turn directions on imported GPX routes. Yes, imported GPX routes! Offline maps. Easy to use driver / rider friendly UI. Credits give you a good opportunity to try before you buy. I feel like it’s an essential app for anyone wanting to get off the beaten path while off the grid..Version: 1.62

4/5Lost star because it was so hard to change privacy on routes, other wise good app..Version: 1.74

Perfect for meI have been searching for an app that I could use for rallies where I have a fixed route. Google maps and many others are no good because the route changes if you make a wrong turn. This works perfectly. Importing routes is a little tricky until you get the hang of it and the voice commands are sparse but enough. It will even work on an old I phone with no SIM so it doesn’t matter if I damage the phone. Battery life can be improved by running it with the phone on aircraft mode. I am very happy with it..Version: 1.74

Best one for MotorcyclesI’ve tried a number of phone apps over the last year and Scenic is the best to actually use for your trips. Best sound of turn-by -turn directions, clearest screen layout for viewing while riding and clearly visible road information. You may want others in addition such as Google Maps and REVER depending on others you ride with and what they have but when it comes to your ride, do it in Scenic. Other reviewers have said “take the time to learn the app”. I totally agree and you should view and bookmark all the Scenic tutorials and feel free to contact the developer as you go through your learning process. Worth the money AND your effort to learn the features!.Version: 1.73

A Learners friendReally easy to use to plan rides and record time on bike..Version: 3.0.1

Simply the best motorcycle GPS appThat's it! Even better with the update 3.5.Version: 3.51

AwesomeAwesome keep up the great work.Version: 2.4.2

Best available but needs workI’ve used most of the app based moto navigation apps but decided for me scenic was the best one so committed to the lifetime subscription. It has many great features such as the turn by turn navigation, it’s route generator is decent and filters to avoid things such as motorways, unpaved roads or narrow roads is handy but not always perfect. The features this app is lacking greatly in my opinion social features. Although you can find public routes they are difficult to find on the app, the social element is almost non existent. You have a profile but no friends list so I can’t see their rides or routes unless you export and send them..Version: 3.12

AwesomeHighly recommend to anyone and everyone Really like the fact that the routes can be public for all to see and share.Version: 1.60

Awesome AppLove this to track my rides. To be able see where I have gone, speed, also automatically stops and resumes during breaks..Version: 3.08

OutstandingAll motorbike riders should have this app user friendly interface and great features for touring and recording your ride.Version: 3.19

Ride Safe ! Pick your curves 😎Getting to know more scenic. More fun in the rides Less stops Nice surprises Scenic 🔥.Version: 3.19

Better than calimotoI was using calimoto for a while but I became frustrated with that app. It was difficult to make custom routes stick. I found myself going round in circles too often. Scenic feels a lot more intuitive. Easy to quickly edit any discrepancies in a route. I also found it easy enough to combine multiple rides during the day using a text editor. This would be much easier if Guido built this into the app. It’s really a must in my opinion. Nice App. I’ll be using Scenic on all my rides now. Paul.Version: 3.02

So far very impressedI've been trying all kinds of map, route planning and navigation software for years but this one (which I'm still running as trial) is so far the best when it comes to customization and options Rerouting is a little too sensitive and should not try to take me on private roads, 6 feet wide moto cross tracks or dirt roads in general When it comes to unpaved roads it would be nice if this part is highlighted so you can manually move your waypoints or just simple find a way around automatically instead of a warning route contains unpaved even it was marked to avoid The overall impression is very positive and my testing continues to turn out well I'm more than happy to purchase.Version: 3.19

Top of the biking GPS Pops!If you are a biker who likes to explore and create new routes or a car driver on a touring holiday, then Scenic is the GPS app for you! As a “navigate to destination” app it is functional and effective, but nothing really sets it apart from the competition. However, Scenic comes into its own when you want to create a specific custom route for sightseeing or just great riding - then hit the roads! Scenic is by far the best app I’ve come across for creating a custom route that goes where you want to - and not where the app decides you ought! One of Scenic’s best features is the ability to sync routes between devices. Make full use of the larger screen and create a new route on your iPad then sync it with Scenic on your iPhone and immediately you’re good to go using your phone as your bike or car Sat Nav. Of course, you can also import routes that others have created from a variety of sources. Scenic is already a 4.5+ star app - if the major new update due to be released soon addresses its very few minor shortcomings then it will possibly be the “perfect” GPS / Sat Nav app!.Version: 1.71

Best Nav App for motorbikes everThis is a great Navigation app especially for motorbikes. It is user friendly with the ability to import routes and alter to suit once imported. This app has what a lot of the others are missing. My Garmin Zumo got tossed, my IPhone and this app are much better than any GPS on the market. I wrote this review when this app was first released. This app just gets better and better. Guido listens to bikers and makes improvements on their feedback. I’m sure he will improve even more.Version: 2.2.2

Simple yet extremely useful !!Found this app when trying to plan out fundraising rides for a local group. It is very straightforward to use but has valuable options that make the most out of planning any ride 👍👍… as well as editing routes as roads change or due to construction…🤙🤙 Also great for “Multi-Stop” rides for stretch/smoke breaks !! 😁.Version: 3.19

Perfect AppDon’t usually leave reviews, but just finished a 1,200 mile motorcycle trip and can honestly say SCENIC absolutely made the trip for me - A perfect blend of simple, easy to use options and preferences, and a navigation system as good as any out there including Garmin, TomTom etc. the curvy road option allowed my trip to unfold in ways I would otherwise never have experienced. Hats off to the developer(s) - Have happily paid the subscription fee, because genuinely good apps like these are few and far between. Can’t rate highly enough..Version: 3.12

Fantastic. My navigator on the roadI did 2500 miles round France Belgium Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland and Italy in May 2017 and Scenic on my IPhone was my constant companion and a fantastic help. It never argued with me once and never got me lost! Croatia next year!!! With confidence I've had two technical issues over the past two years and both times Guido has personally resolved my queries in a matter of an hour or so each time. Brilliant service..Version: 3.12

Good program and with some updating could be great. We use the program for our Porsche club activities. I have not been able to get the program to reliably route voice instructions to my 2020 Ford Edge. The phone is connected to the car using bluetooth and anyone calling the phone is answered by the car but Scenic doesn’t work correctly to announce the instructions to the car. We set the phone to use the internal speaker. We look forward to CarPlay being added with the new version. It is easy to create the routes in lots of different ways and the program works great no matter where the route was created. It is easy to create a route totally within the program. We look forward to the updates and will probably update to the lifetime version..Version: 2.4.2

Love it!Fantastic app with a very responsive developer. Can’t wait for some of the requested features and further added functionality from the forum!.Version: 3.19

First Time UserEnjoyed the software so far... still navigating through the system. Thank you... like the voice over speed warning. Darkhorse Indian.Version: 3.02

Finally found what looking for!I’ve studied and trialled 9 bike gps apps looking for best on and off road adventure app. This is the only one that ticks all the boxes. Well done! Intuitive design, accurate and surprising search functionality, easy route planning and a function to route only unpaved and narrow roads/tracks. I love using it and highly recommend..Version: 3.05

New userIf you leave yourself time to plan routes it’s quite fun. I’ve found that sometimes it’ll take you off route prepare the route in the comfort of you home the day or week before and it seems good. My routes so far have missed traffic and been a rather pleasant surprise. Interestingly it’d be nice to instantly see pricing and really this should be open source as we are giving routes to others publicly maybe we could get credits for this..Version: 3.08

Great App, Good PeopleThe app has everything that you need , planning is extensive, many options, they keep updating the app with intuitive options.Version: 3.51

Great app for the bike adventurerHaving looked for a motorcycle nav apps they all were left wanting with annoying glitches n traits. Then I came across this little gem that can download gpx files to follow imported routes and rides, as well as track and record new ones. Map and ride analysis comes up after and there is the ability to share routes and rides with mates. The mapping is on the whole good, although it sometimes gets it wrong with missing turnings believing the road is a continuation rather than a turn off, and saying slight left instead of turn left. It does however give u a very clear Donk noise to tell you so not hard to work out where you went wrong. This is rare rather than the norm though. I only use the audio instructions and do not see the map whilst riding, which would sort that issue. I do not want a map distraction visible when i am riding. Offline maps available for all over the world. Power saving mode and various map settings to personalise to preference. Great with the BBR app for best riding routes. You pay to download the offline map of a country (once)even when you have premium subscription. For that reason its a 4 for me on what is a great app.Version: 1.74

Great appMy BMW Nav5 stopped working about 7000 km ago. It’s route memory is full. Logically you should be able to delete routes on the device, but as it’s made by Garmin and things are not always logical, the only way to create more space is to connect to a computer, but I’m not carrying one. So I needed a new navigator. This app has been working brilliantly in the Alps, through Italy, Switzerland, and France. I am very impressed. Well worth the money. I am so impressed with this app I have started to wonder how standard GPS units can compete with their relatively poor software and high prices. The only advantage i can see is that they work when the iPhone cuts out because the weather is too cold or too hot. Otherwise, Scenic is far superior. My only criticism is the timings given for routes. I can’t ride that fast on twisty roads. Maybe that is my problem! Excellent app, recommended enthusiastically..Version: 3.19

Very impressedI have always been a lover of TomTom - simple, intuitive and clear. I have had many car manufacturer sat navs in the cars over the years and I have anted one that can give me all the same for the car, bike, hire cars, etc and to include scenic routes etc for biking across Europe. Having tried others, including those with additional hardware devices - TomTom, Garmin etc, this one meets all requirements and no more devices/cables/brackets..Version: 2.3.0

Reliable tracker that doesn’t kill the batteryI’ve been using this tracker for the past few rides and am quite impressed with it so far. I tend to push start, throw my phone in my bag, and forget about it for the duration. This app comes with an auto-pause feature and so far it’s been incredibly accurate with pausing and restarting itself appropriately. I downloaded my local map and it does a great job tracking even when my service is sub par or non existent. The speed tracker is also decent, I’m new to riding and slow down on the more technical trails and this app has a hard time below 15 or so, but I don’t really need to know my exact speed when I’m struggling along in first gear. It also doesn’t seem to drain my battery nearly as much as a few other tracker apps I’ve used. Not sure if it’s because the map is downloaded or if it’s just that good, but my phone battery is down maybe 5% after a 4 hour ride through areas with little to no service and it auto pausing and resuming itself during breaks. 10/10 recommend this one. I ride a dr650 on 99% dirt, couldn’t ask for anything better..Version: 3.19

Love itHave tried numerous navigation software, and always been disappointed. This is rock solid, packed with features, and really easy to use. There is a need to practice a bit, especially for route entry but once you work it out, it’s really straightforward. You can turn previous routes into new journeys and the auto-routing seems good so far although I usually work out my own rides so want to be able to plug that in quite precisely. It’s so good I’m actually thinking about upgrading to full paid version. Really impressed!.Version: 2.3.5

Forget Basecamp!I have been a Road Captain for a touring motorcycle riding club for several years. I’ve been using Garmin Basecamp for years to map out our rides. Basecamp is not user friendly, difficult to use, and takes way too much time to create a route. The Garmin motorcycle specific GPS’s are expensive and seem to get outdated quickly. I found the Scenic app by accident and decided to give it a try. It’s easy to see this app was designed by a motorcyclist for motorcycle riders. It is very intuitive, fast and gives you just the right amount of riding options without making it difficult to use. The yearly fee to be able to sync your planned routes between devices is very reasonable and well worth it. I can create my routes on my iPad and they sync to my iPhones automatically. Scenic has made my job much easier and I actually enjoy creating my club routes now. I highly recommend Scenic!.Version: 2.2.4

Delete the rest...This is the only motorbike route planning app you need! Everything you want in one place - no switching, reasonably priced add-ons and great support - got several emails from the developer within minutes of logging a support request, and it wasn't a fault with the app in the end. Get it now! Edit: this app has just got better and better over time and the future is looking really good with 3.5 on the way adding speed camera alerts and traffic. I have spent money on all the other nav apps over the last few years - I like change and the speed camera thing became a bit of a priority (oops) - none come close to Scenic for all round functionality and usability. Run it with something like Radarbot or Amigo in the background and you’re set…til the update comes! Cannot speak highly enough of it..Version: 3.19

Mostly GoodThis app has worked well for me after planning motorcycle trips and using the turn by turn voice navigation. Just a couple of problems: - In loop circuit I planned it got confused about whether I was on the way out or in. And I couldn’t fix it. - once or twice it has missed a turn command. - When creating a route you can only undo the last step. If you’ve made two mistakes you have to start again!.Version: 1.74

PerfectGreat to plan and track rides..Version: 1.71

Good app, paid features need workGreat start and with improvement an app I’d use a lot. Two minor complaints, the paid (credit based) turn by turn routing should refund if you end a ride that is too short to save. I lost a credit not realising this. Also the turn by turn routing has some weird quirks. It would tell me to turn left when I was actually just following a leftward corner in the road. A bit dangerous and distracting as you’re then looking out for a corner or checking the screen to confirm when there isn’t one there. It also doesn’t seem to announce turnings if you have a corner with a turning on it, where the turning continues straight, as it thinks you’re just going straight, even though you are actually turning off the road you were on. Needs a lot of improvement here, especially as this feature requires credits to use..Version: 3.19

Really useful!Absolutely love the app and use it all the time. We have found places we never even knew existed when using Scenic. Highly recommended..Version: 3.10

Hands down my favourite motorcycle appI don't usually buy lifetime subscriptions to anything but I can honestly say that do not regret doing so with this app. It's feature rich, comprehensive, reliable and intuitive. Looking forward to seeing how it will get better over time. Highly recommended..Version: 3.51

Good routing app.2021 update… Currently using this app in Okinawa Japan, pretty darn fantastic still. Works really well for what I want to do, mostly for just tracking my rides, Okinawa is so small I don’t really need to plan out a route. But looking forward to using it for some mainland adventures here soon. 2017 I’ve been using this app for about a year now… There’s been a few hiccups along the way… but the developers are really good about recognizing them and making corrections very quickly. I really like using it. It seems to do pretty good job of tracking where I’ve been, and giving suggestions for where to adventure next..Version: 3.0.0

Great Navigation AppThis app is exactly what I was looking for in place of buying an motorcycle gps unit. You can download maps to use offline at what I think is a very fair cost. You can import routes from other app and websites like motorcycleroads.com to this app to ride. The routing will take you from a starting point to the beginning of your planned ride. Very happy!.Version: 3.19

Awesome appI used it a couple of times on the free version but upgraded to the paid version pretty quickly. I tried a heap of apps but this is the best. I love that I can plan a trip on google maps then access it through the portal and use scenic. A huge plus for me is that it doesn’t change the route like google maps. It’s easy to read, shows recommended speeds, my GPS speed. It auto dims at night and is just as easy to read on the bike as Google or Apple maps. It will plot a route like a normal GPS, recalculate if I take a wrong turn and is easily programmed to find an address. I really love the fact I can ask it to stay off motorways and to find the curvy way home. It even has a basic record route function not that it’s very good but hey it’s there. 10 out of 10. Glad I finally found the app which does all I ask. There’s very clearly been a lot of hard work put into this and it shows, very polished and easy to use. Congratulations on a brilliant app. Highly recommend. No negatives..Version: 1.74

Great appCould be great to have acces to more stats (only, 2 years, 2 months or 2 weeks).Version: 3.19

Just started to use Scenic 3Excellent app so far, getting use to it and learning best way to use it, curvy round trips work very well for me, finding roads I haven’t used before!.Version: 3.08

Find the scenic route between A and B, and then customise!Awesome ability to find your own scenic route from A to B and then customise. The feature missing from every other navigation app I have tried..Version: 2.3.2

TryUne super application.Version: 3.19

Great appHave been using this app for a few years now. The latest version is really great and far better than a conventional gps imho. Excellent for route planning, using the curvy route generation. Only small gripe is, the mapping could be better and i sometimes have to use hema maps for planning in more remote locations. But sealed roads are not a problem.Version: 2.2.2

Great appPlanning routes to share with my riding buddy are a great way to get more from your rides.Version: 3.19

As AdvertisedRecently took a trip to Harrison, Arkansas to ride the the Ozarks. Looking for a motorcycle app that was simple to use and I would be able to map out my rides by mirroring the paper maps for motorcycle riders provided by the local City Chamber of Commerce. Scenic is that app and much more. There is not enough space or time to elaborate on the functionality of the Scenic App. I shared the Scenic App with several other motorcycle riders while in Harrison. After using they to came to the same conclusion. I bought the Premium and had a small glitch in the down load (which I believe was my fault) I reached out to Scenic via email and had prompt response and solution within a short period of time. Great App and Great Service. Looking forward to great up grades which I know is coming..Version: 3.18

Superb and very versatileThere are plenty of sat nav apps out there and some are very good. However what makes this stand out is the superb personal support that you get from the developer along with regular updates to keep it fresh and up to date. In addition the easy and very useful feature of planning your own route by dropping pins. This means instead of following the set and usual route you can set your own route. Well done and thank you.Version: 2.0.0

Best motorcycle navigation that I’ve foundI’ve looked at a lot of different options for navigation while motorcycling, and while there are a number of apps / devices that do some things well, Scenic is the only one that puts a check in the box next to all of my must-haves: - has to have downloadable maps: Scenic gives you a set amount of credits for downloading maps of desired states, with the ability to purchase more. I live in New England, so I ride a lot of different states, but the allotted amount of credits has been enough to cover all the states I ride in (7 so far). There’s no pulling you in with 1 state and then dinging you for the rest. Also, when maps need updating, that doesn’t go against your credits. Scenic doesn’t have those hidden costs so prevalent today. - has to accept custom maps from other sites: I use Kurviger to really detail my maps, and I love the fact that I can import this directly and simply. Scenic supports a number of formats from a number of different providers. - has to have good, clean interface when riding. The interface is very simple and clean. It’s easy to glance down under way and not get distracted. All in all a lot of great features and good value for the money. The only alternative I can see is a $700 Zumo, which, while nice, is hard to justify when Scenic exists..Version: 3.50

Limited use so farUsed in basic mode before considering paying for the full version. Downloaded uk offline map and can’t find where it’s gone lol. Quite simple to use, definitely would benefit from voice commands unless you’re using a HUD. Used for a few rides now, found my offline map (lol) and tried circular route and voice commands. Also imported rides from best biking roads. The app is very easy to use and the interface is very self explanatory. Reversing routes is a bit of a ball ache as it doesn’t have the intelligence to work out you are going to do it on the correct side of the road, negotiating roundabouts legally. All in all not a bad app..Version: 2.3.0

BrilliantUnbelievably good. I am spending some time tackling classic high alpine routes in the alps in my trusty 993 Porsche, on my own. In days of old I would have bought proper paper maps, planned a route and navigated it with frequent stops. I figured in the modem era I could manage with an iPhone, google maps and Waze, plus off line coverage from proper maps where gps location will position me on the map. Wrong. It’s really hard to set correct way points and even if you do it as you go, the minute you go wrong the route gets recalculated possibly not the way you want, and if you lose data coverage it becomes very difficult indeed. After a day getting seriously off planned route in the Vosges I thought there has to be a better answer. 40 minutes work to find this on line, download it, figure out how to use it and set up a 150 mile route over two classic Alpine passes via tiny roads. Enough free functionality in it to try it and see how it works - but it’s absolutely brilliant for this type of touring. Essentially it sticks to the route you planned in advance, and if you come off it will take you back to it. Lots of other great functionality as well. Top app!.Version: 1.72

Fantastic AppI use the record ride every time I go for a long distance ride, that way when I find a cool road, I have a copy to tweak for a better ride next time. Also like the add a route feature. I can plan an entire round trip picking the best motorcycle roads..Version: 3.19

Great motorcycle trip planningI serve as a Road Captain with a large ride group, 300+ strong. My fellow road captains and I have been putting Scenic through its paces and trying very hard to break it. It refuses to yield even when we have put loops into our routes. The app flawlessly routes you through a prescribed route no matter what. Unlike inRoute or the Harley GPS, which failed our tests, Scenic is smart about routing you back to a route if you deviate. You don’t get endless requests for u-turns to go back to a missed waypoint. Also, because it only routes off downloaded maps you don’t need cellular data, which, for motorcycles hitting the countryside is an absolute requirement. InRoute was lost as soon as we got into the twisties. Great App, definite buy. The newest version is a whole new level of great. Five ++ stars..Version: 2.4.1

This a great app for bikersI have used this app a few times now and found it to be great. Importing routes from your PC is really easy and the mapping is as good as any stand alone SatNav or phone based SatNav around. It’s really easy to use and very intuitive. I also enjoy the other “value added” features such as the “Moto Intel Report” email each month with articles and tips from the authors of the app. An app put together by riders, for riders..Version: 2.2.5

Love itGet it.Version: 3.19

The perfect satnav?I was reluctant to spend much on a dedicated SatNav and then have to lug it around if my phone could do the same thing. I spent a lot of time researching options for use on a motorbike. I was impressed by the reviews and so downloaded this app. The user interface is great and quickly becomes intuitive. There are enough options to allow customisation that should satisfy most users. If you want voice commands, there is a fee that is renewable annually, or you can make a one-off payment. Considering what you are getting, it’s well worth it. Great app! Well done Guido!.Version: 2.3.0

Awesome awesome awesomeThis is the best app for navigation on a bike by a long way. I have used it in the UK and Australia and it has never let me down yet. The app keeps getting better and the integration of bar buttons is brilliant..Version: 3.51

Best Moto Nav So FarThis is my favorite navigation app for motorcycle rides. The ability to quickly plan a route with multiple vias(waypoints) and multiple stops means you can make your route as twisty as you want and still get where you want to go. Also, should you choose to bypass a via or stop — or if you couldn’t actually get to where you had placed it — it is simple to tell Scenic to skip it. My only complaint — and this isn’t really the app’s fault — is that on the new CarPlay screen I just added to my bike the screen is always in Night mode. Google maps lets me force day mode map colors on the CarPlay screen. Maybe Scenic’s developer(s) could also add a setting to use alternate color schemes when using CarPlay..Version: 3.19

ExcellentExcellent app. You can customize any trip road by road. Customer support was very responsive when I had an issue -answered my email within minutes and within 20 minutes or so solved the problem I had (I have the app on both mine and my Husbands phone and the maps weren’t showing on husbands phone initially but are now) Can not recommend highly enough. Suggestions: a way to export a trip so a thumb drive. Also a way of the map staying open. Sometimes when I go to look at something else on another app within a minute I reopen the app and the trip I was customizing has closed and I have to reopen it with the changes lost..Version: 3.0.1

Harley BoyHey ,I like you’re App it’s one of the easiest that I’ve used to route a ride plan on couple things I would like to see that would make it even better, and you may even have it on there and I haven’t found it yet would be a caution when routing if the road is not paved and also caution for rider experience level for instance Tennessee 116 between triple switch back and Graves gap on the devils triangle in Oak Ridge Tennessee that section of the road is for experience riders only some of the tightest and steeper switchbacks I’ve been on. my son ,who’s an intermediate rider ,was going to come with me on that trip but he canceled at the last minute I took my wife instead and we rode that section of the road (2up )without too much trouble because I would consider myself a more experienced rider but for him I would have picked a different ride plan had I Known, Could saves someone’s life -if the planner at least had a caution..Version: 3.14

Route planning and following 👍🏼Downloaded this morning. Had directions from a third party and I was given the role of ride leader. So with the responsibility of not getting everyone lost, I tried google maps but with only 8 waypoints it wasn’t going to happen. Too many turns and google was changing the way I wanted to go. Found scenic app. Free to try. This app did what I wanted on the day. 21 specific turns to link up curvy roads in the Perth hills. So happy at the end of the day I signed up for a year so I could share the ride with others. I would like a more detailed sharing experience with Facebook. To share a Route On Map image with the trip details on our clubs Facebook page would be nice. Even though members of our group may not have the Scenic App yet, it would be good to post something. It might be done with a work around? I’m not sure. Happy with purchase..Version: 1.72

Great App!I have used this app for 5 or 6 trips 99% off road. I really like this app. I tried it out for a while before upgrading to the forever version. I have a few issues with it that I have worked around one way or another, that is why I gave it 4 out of 5. Here are the issues I have had (keep in mind this app is mainly for riding pavement). 1. While planning my own off road routes the app often wants to take you out to a main road and re-route you on pavement instead of continuing on the dirt road/ seasonal you have been plotting points on. I wish there was a follow dirt option. 2. Because this follows Scout (a road map) seasonal roads often do not show up or simply end. On other maps and in real life the seasonal road/2 track continues on and the app tries to re-route you miles out of the way. 3. Be carful to check your entire route when you are using create your route because you can end up going down a road and it turns you back around the way you came. This is easily fixed while planning just be aware that it can happen. Other than the items that I listed above, this app is top notch. I have other GPS units and I leave them in a drawer collecting dust. This is all I need..Version: 1.73

Really enjoying the app!So far it works great for rides I’ve been on..Version: 3.19

Navigation Guidance is lackingI like the app design and the concept. For routes that are user specified for each via that keeps the app from taking odd turns it works great. The navigation is sometimes not the most efficient taking one off the quickest route when not necessary. Developer response is excellent although he is apparently a one man show and the quality suffers. Wunderlinq integration is awesome. Cons: 1) Routes are not necessary the best (quickest or least intersections) unless the user nails them down with via points. 2) Guidance does not offer two turn directions by voice when turns are very close together so your chance of being in the wrong lane are decent. When driving in traffic is not the best time to stare at the GPS. The map could zoom out to show the two turns if they are close. No lane guidance either. 3) No traffic avoidance for routes without via points It seems like offering underlying maps via Google or Apple would be preferred to costly navigation suggestions. I’d gladly pay more for a premium experience..Version: 2.2.8

Best navigation app ever!Don’t be misled by the name. This app is just as useful to car drivers as it is to motorcyclists. It has a combination of function and ease of use that few apps can match. You have the choice of designing a route yourself or allowing the app to design it for you. The app can import and export GPX files from/to any app that supports them, as well as standalone navigation devices. The automatic track recording is useful for exploring without a plan in mind and revisiting the same route later. The integration with Apple CarPlay is the best of any nav app I’ve tried. Highly recommended..Version: 3.19

Great navThis is my bike nav to go. Never had a gps and don want one.Version: 3.52

So far loving this app!Only had it for a week so far but has worked flawlessly and is such a great way to track my rides, create memories and navigate my way through a planned ride! The ride planner is easy to use and works well from what I have found so far!.Version: 2.2.8

Great apGreat ap for recording and planning routes. Can also import gpx..Version: 3.19

Finally - endless waypoints you beauty!Import, export, plan, share, record, breadcrumb- it has all this and more, and bulk waypoints! No longer does the nav try to take the shortest route to the destination. It follows all the waypoints. I've found the navigation to the route, and on the route to work really well, voice guidance and all along the way. Auto zoom, 3D and auto rotation are expected and are all there. Imported the whole of Aus so can run off-data. Great app! Best motorcycle scenic navigation app I've used - Period..Version: 2.3.4

AMAZING NAVIGATION APPScenic App is amazing for navigation on short and long trips. It is incredibly easy to set up and very functional. Route and locations can be saved and it records your trips which includes the top speed, average speed and any pauses in the trip etc. You can publicly share your routes and also have a bit of friendly competition with a Rank system for the amount of miles you rack up. My only criticism is that it would be useful to have a speed camera warning feature just to support safety etc. The app does indicate your speed and how much over the limit you are but a warning about upcoming camera would also benefit to ensure you do stick to it, especially in cities. Could there also be a feature that means when someone calls you on the phone, when the call is finished it sends you straight back to the app? I’ve noticed that it sends the phone onto lock mode so you can no longer see the map. Instructions vocally continues throughout the call so it’s only a minor point..Version: 2.0.0

AwesomeI used to use CoPilot along with Furkot to make custom motorcycle routes, that is, until friggin Apple locked out the ability to access root directories to be able to drop in TRP files. I've just started to use it but so far it's fantastic with no major flaws. As it uses Open Street Maps, it remains to be seen how accurate it is vs Google Maps, but so far, so good. The major bennie is the ability to quickly and easily import a previously made route in Furkot (which I use but it also does Google and others) right on the phone: no need to plug the iPhone into your computer to download maps. Love it. The developer, Guido, is highly responsive to questions - great guy. Highly recommended!.Version: 1.75

Handiest part of any rideI’ve used Scenic for over a year now and it has planned all my major rides. I even use it to calculate road distances for other reasons. It’s great to be able to share a route to fellow riders the night before a ride so we can all be certain of where we’re going. All in all it’s a powerful tool and I can’t sing its praises enough. Perfection is a tough gig, but this comes very close. Great work Guido..Version: 3.02

Great app for motorcycle ridersI’ve been using the app for a couple years now. It’s great to be able to try all the features on an as needed basis by using the credits, without having to worry about a “trial period” expiring. I also like the option that you can purchase additional credits if needed. I’ve imported several gpx files of tracks that others have created. I’ve logged around 3k miles with the app and have been satisfied with how it works. My only wish is that it would display your cell service at n the map so I can quickly glance at my phone and know whether I’m in an area that has reception..Version: 3.08

Super pour planifier des trajetsC’est la meilleure app pour planifier de trajet et choisir des petites routes..Version: 3.15

Great route planner for your carHas been using this app for several months now, and bought the subscription on day one. This is the easiest yet most configurable ride planner out there. Don’t let the name of the app and the loading screen misguide you — this is a generic ride planner that has nothing specific about motorcycles. I use it to plan my weekend car rides. It’s route editor is the best one among competitors (and I tried all apps I could fond on the App Store). It allows you to easily create roundtrip routes along scenic country roads, and then provides smooth turn-by-turn navigation with voice instructions. The UI is highly configurable. What I also like is that this app doesn’t try to be a social network for riders or any of that social nonsense. It’s just a great navigation tool that does all it is supposed to do and nothing more. Of course, there are things to be improved (and I’m waiting for the next big release that should drop anytime soon, as per the author, to see what’s new): - I’d like an ability to exclude certain roads so that planning can be done much quicker with just a couple via points - I’d like the overlay buttons / icons and the UI to be a bit more modern - I’d like to be able to easily add gas station detours in the middle of a recorded ride - I’d like to use more modern text-to-speech engines for navigation But these are things that don’t prevent me from being a happy Scenic customer..Version: 3.19

Great AppThis is one of the best apps I have used that’s been designed for motorcycle navigation. Easy planning of routes. Import / export GPX files. Save and organise favourites and routes. Only slightly let down by out of date map data. However a new map provider is planned so version 3 is going to be even better. Any purchases are all transferable to the new version. Great support. What is not to like. Brilliant !!.Version: 2.3.2

Really like this appHave been looking for something to take over from dedicated Satnavs, which to my mind are becoming redundant unless they offer more and better functionality. This app is my favourite, have thoroughly enjoyed using it and the support is terrific, prompt, thorough and even personable. Offline maps, pre ridden routes, easy to use route planning, import / export of gsx files, route tracking and navigation, route stats & saving. By the authors own admission, the sync between phone & iPad not perfect but workable but this and further improvements plus more functionality being worked on in a major update (preview looks tasty) but this app is already very good and fun to use:-)..Version: 1.75

Works Great!!I’ve been using it for over a year and have mapped out easily over 5000km of bitumen, gravel, dirt, national park tracks etc and only twice it wouldn’t join two way points on tiny out of the way roads. Plan your route by dropping way points from start to finish then follow its directions and ride your planned roads. I’ve had no trouble with it.Version: 1.73

Excellent App! Get the pay version!I’ve been using this app for a couple years now and it’s my go-to for planning and mapping routes in the New England area where I live and ride. You need to spend some time to understand the interface to get the most out of it but you can just do it on the fly - just don’t rate it until you give proper time! I recommend using it at first to just track you rides/drives. Then review and play around with modifying tracked routes for future rides. Once you get familiar with the the tools then you can be super creative or just use the algorithms to create routes for you instantly! Be aware that the app doesn’t currently distinguish between paved and dirt roads. I would love to see a feature added that allows you to put preference on dirt roads for dual sport/adventure rides. Love the app and keep up the great work!.Version: 3.19

Compared to GPSScenic is as good or better than a dedicated GPS unit. It turns your mobile device into an intuitive GPS with capabilities of creating your own routes . Yes , I know that most navigation apps have that feature but with Scenic it’a easier to import any of your favorites routes. . Personally I don’t like having a lot of farkle on my bike so just having only my mobile device keeps things simple. And since most think mobile navigational apps are susceptible to lack of data coverage ( cell coverage ) with Scenic you just download the offline maps you need . They give a certain amount of credits so that you can download a good amount of maps but if you need more just purchase more credits and your good to go. Again just be sure that your mobile device has the room for extra data. The reason I gave it 4 of 5 stars was due to the voice prompts. Just don’t like they way it sounds. Besides that it’s the go to motorcycle navigation app for me , go ahead give it a try..Version: 3.19

Addicting GamificationIt’s upsetting to see everyone else out on their bikes while I’m stuck at home. I was #598 in my country but then I had a period of a week or two where I was unable to ride for whatever reason… now I’m #612. Why do I even check the rankings?? Because I’m addicted to this app. The route creator is cool, and offline maps are helpful. I’d love if they added a social component so I could see my friends trips and routes instead of just a leaderboard and share function..Version: 3.19

Scenic among the topSo many available features, however well organised and without clutter, making it easy to use. Definitely created with the writer in mind..Version: 3.02

Great appVery good for motorcycle riding or other travelling.Version: 3.19

Amusant mais…Appli très agréable pour le Touring…. Mais attention, plusieurs indications routières sont erronées ou datées..Version: 3.19

Essentially the best Motorcycle Route Planning and Nav AppLet’s face bikers spend lots of money on gear without question - but we get so annoying when we have to pay a few dollars for an app- we think everything should be free- well I am embarking on a 2000+ mile journey from New Orleans to Montreal and this app has proven to be absolutely amazing - I gave up trying to plan it out on the Garmin desktop app - THIS app was designed for bikers and it shows. It’s easy, intuitive, it crosses platforms so I can route plan on my iPad and pick it up on my iPhone while riding. Is it worth the $ to get the premium version with lifetime updates and offline maps - you bet it is - if we don’t patronize developers like this - top notch apps just wont exist. So for the price of a few tanks of fuel and a couple of burgers this is WELL worth it. Kudos to the developer here. Thanks and please keep it up..Version: 1.75

Reliable, easy to use, precise, and super convenient!I own a 2019 Harley-Davidson Street Glide with the optional larger screen Infotainment GPS system and leading group rides. I also love the power of my Apple iPad Pro 11 inch (new Pro models that came out on late 2018) and coupled with the Scenic app and an Apple Pencil (2nd generation) you have a powerful Road Captain ride planning console that has taken my ride planning game to the next level. I love the graphics, the ability to place waypoints with pinpoint precision (with some practice), and being able to do so from the comfort of wherever I am (my favorite leather chair, my bed, or sitting at a bar as I plan away with my favorite drink to go along). I love that I can also download Scenic on my iPhone and check ride plans on the fly and even make tweaks and adjustments on the fly. I also love that I can export GPX files directly from my iPad onto a memory stick from which I can then easily load ride plans onto my Harley's Infotainment system (which has a beautiful mapping interface IMO). I have friends that are hard core Garmin BaseCamp lovers but they have seemingly fallen asleep at the wheel as they haven't yet developed a compelling and user-friendly app for iOS devices. I highly recommend Scenic and celebrate Guido's work. By the way he is super responsive to questions and publishes a great newsletter too!.Version: 2.2.7

Best motorcycle planning & tracking app I’ve usedLove all the features. A lot of thought has gone into this app. I chose it for the offline map function. Works well both in my home country (Australia) and when I’ve used it overseas (Thailand). I paid for the lifetime premium feature. Worth every dollar..Version: 3.19

Super effective motorcycle sat navPaired with an iPad for planning and a Sena headset for instructions, this app is absolutely brilliant for bikers. Totally replaces the need for a Garmin or Tom Tom. Great curvy routing, really excellent planning tools, the ability to plan on an iPad and send the route to iPhone, great information at the end of a ride, import and export routes, share routes to social media, POIs and favourite places, and a very fair pricing policy. It’s easy to use, the developer replies very quickly to questions, really what’s not to like?.Version: 1.73

Motorcycling Navigation made easy.I’ve been using Scenic for about 1500 miles, on my iPhone X, and have just updates to V3. Using my phone, on the horizontal, the display is easy to read and “layed out” nicely. I’m just getting my head around the new menu on v3. Planning routs is easy too, with Start, finish and as many Via’s as you like. Keep up the great work..Version: 3.17

So far it’s brilliantEarly days but so far the app is very easy to use, doing a ride that I know and then converting it into a public route for anyone else to use is Brilliant, easy as, and it comes up on the map so you can check it out before saving. Haven’t had any issues with it at all. A great app and a brilliant app build, well done 👍😀.Version: 2.3.4

Amazing app! Keep it up Guido! This app is amazing!!.Version: 3.19

Lots of potential and lots of bugsI really want to love this app. Every time I use it, I find lots of great roads that I didn’t know about. Also every time that I use it, the app will route me in circles or tell me to go in a certain direction and then want me to make a u-turn. I always wear gloves when I ride so I can’t make corrections when the app crashes on me. I have to pull over, take off my gloves and try to fix the issue. I even upgraded to the premium version hoping that this would help. It didn’t. So I have to change my review from 2 stars to 4. As I said, I loved the app but had issues with it sometimes routing me in circles. I reached out to the developer and received a response with in an hour. He told me how to work around the bugs until he releases the next update in a few months. At least, he does stand behind his product..Version: 2.3.7

Wish I’d found this ages agoExcellent app.Version: 3.19

Absolutely fantastic app.I’ve been using it for a couple of years now and have yet to be disappointed. Haven’t found any mapping glitches in the newest version. Any route plotted on Google Maps, even off road and logging roads, all import into Scenic no problem. Less waypoints are better especially with multi lane intersections. Zoom in to pick the correct lane. With some places I go, I’d be lost without Scenic, really! Google Maps don’t work without cell coverage and GPS units don’t always give enough detail. British Columbia is a big place. Get the app and thank Guido later..Version: 3.19

ImpressiveI use this whilst motorcycling. I’ve been using google maps for years but it has the irritating habit of taking you the way it wants to go rather than the option you chose. Earlier this year I buckled and bought a Garmin. Biggest waste of £300 ever. Slow, buggy and then died within months. That’s an ongoing claim! So anyway, with all these GPX routes I’d created in basecamp (don’t even get me started on the POS!) a friend suggested Scenic. After he had showed me how to do a few things it’s been a revelation. It actually works and as it’s on my up to date smart phone it is way better than the Garmin could ever dream of being. OK, so down sides, and these are minor niggles given this is made by one man. I find creating routes a little fiddly but still way easier than basecamp! I’d like it to say actual road names and have speed camera alerts. With that said, it’s the best thing I’ve found so far if you like to create, import or share routes and I love the auto tracking as I export that to relive to get a pretty animated map of the day’s riding..Version: 1.75

Most attention to detail and usability!Best navigator for my bike so far..Garmin Zumo can finally retire ! Getting better with each version..I have no longer any need for Garmin or TomTom and also use it for car navigation ! Really great effort, Bravo to the developer...Version: 3.14

Essential motorcycle trip toolI’ve used the old version of sceanic for a while now and we have been waiting on this major upgrade. This upgrade has catapulted scenic into the dependable Gps apps set. Developed by a single guy it is a most impressive and useful tool. I am currently touring Spain and relying on it. We did report a bug to Guido who responded within the hour and fixed the problem within 12 hrs. Scenic has the look and feel of an app developed by a large team but as far as I can make out it is just one guy. It is very impressive and I recommend it strongly. Guido you are a modern day hero!.Version: 2.0.0

Detailed NavigationI use this for planning rides or to record my rides with others. There’s good details retained of my rides and I can share with others who don’t have it. Always good to look up the list when deciding where to ride..Version: 3.0.0

Great appI use this as my navigation for all my motorcycle rides.Version: 3.19

Incredible app. Makes riding 10x more fun.I drive a Harley Softail Deluxe, a VROD, and a Ninja Z H2 SE. I ride alone some but mostly with my teen daughter (Ninja 400 and Honda Grom) and/or with a variety of friends on everything from 1970’s Honda CB to new Indian Scouts. Before I found this app we’d decide on a destination and I’d google map us there same route as a car or we’d just ride and I’d make it up as we go; meandering mostly directionless. Sometimes we’d stumble upon something interesting but more often we’d just find boring. With Scenic, in just about the same time you can google map to a destination, you can map out the best motorcycle ride to a destination. Or map a 45 mile extra curvy loop to the southeast avoiding gravel roads. BAM! Using Scenic and referencing google earth and yelp, I now make specific rides geared toward sport bikes or cruisers with stops at cool country restaurants, off the beaten path antique shops, lakes, etc. Now we’re not meandering aimlessly, we’re riding the best roads for the bikes we on that day headed to somewhere interesting. Epic!.Version: 3.05

Fully recommendedThis app was reconnected to me by another mate and I’m blown away by all the features it has and how easy it is to use. Don’t ride without it now..Version: 3.07

Made for motorcyclists! Enough said!I was an early adopter of Scenic when it first launched and I was a big fan of it back then even though the developers were still working out some bugs. With the new update last year, I’ve really gotten to get to this app and realize at just how great it is for motorcyclists. I like that I can download maps that work for me with my subscription And I can always get more if I need them. I like how things on the screen are meant to be glove friendly with large buttons and very simple app navigation features. I love that I can now create a simple Nav route and it gives me various filters to use to customize the route. Long and slow. No problem. Most direct route, no problem. Also being able to create a custom turn by turn route using the route builder on the phone, during ride, is unheard of by the apps that I’ve seen. I’d like to see a few route organization with features like click these 10 routes and put them in this folder..Version: 2.3.0

Very comprehensive navigation appScenic is a terrific app. I can plan a route complete with waypoints and stops on my iPad, share it with others, then come back and tweak it, and then I can navigate and record the route using my iPhone. And then share the recorded ride. The offline maps are accurate and are updated frequently, and make the app useable outside of mobile coverage area. A speed limit display, coupled with display of true GPS speed and optional overspeed warnings, make it a useful tool for long distance rides. The developer is extremely responsive and has built a high quality product. I bought a lifetime Premium subscription. Whether you pay annually or lifetime, it’s very good value considering the effort that goes into it and the specific tailoring to motorcycle riding..Version: 3.50

Perfect.Absolutely love this app. So far I can’t really fault it..Version: 3.08

Easy to useUsed it all the time last season and looking forward for this summer 🏍😁👍🏼.Version: 3.19

Terrific for planning and sharing ridesThis is the best app I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot. Did the free plan for a couple of weeks before I paid for the full kit and haven’t regretted it.Version: 2.3.8

Simply FantasticGreat app to create, to import, to export, to follow, to modify… GPX routes. Also very good to suggest routes with a lot of curves….Version: 3.19

Scenic app reviewExcellent routing app. Only a couple small things I’d change but otherwise I really enjoy the features this app provides and allows to pre-plan routes..Version: 3.19

A must for dualsport bikersAwsome app. Awsome service..Version: 3.19

World of BMW/Navigator 6Having left prior reviews on how delighted I have been with Scenic since the start (not to mention the new version now) it has been another delight to find that the GPX file supplied to me (by BMW for a week long tour) has seamlessly imported into Scenic without a single issue. Interestingly, BMW also provide a PDF of ‘import notes’ for the Navigator 6 that runs to many pages explaining the nightmarish use of Garmin online, SD cards and Laptop. Oh for the pure joy of Scenic, bless you Guido and team!.Version: 3.08

WOW!Meilleur app et je l'utilisie à chaque randonnée en moto. On passe par les plus belles routes!.Version: 3.19

The undisputed best route planner I have ever usedThis is the best route planner, hands down. I tried a dozen other route planners including google, Waze and apple maps but none would allow you to plan and stick to custom routes. This one works for me and to thank the developer, I’ve paid for the voice Navigation. One more thing, I don’t have a bike, I use it in my car and it works great..Version: 2.3.7

Brilliant; great road selections; easy to use.I’ve been using this app for the last few days in Wales and it’s been absolutely brilliant. I initially had the routing option set at curvy but found some of the roads were like goat tracks, fun in their own way but a bit muddy etc. I then set curvy highway option and I have found this to be exceptional. The roads have been excellent and often just off the normal beaten track so traffic has been less of an issue too. But, if you want a quicker blast home you can set efficient and it’ll get you there a bit faster. Lots of options, very user friendly and I couldn’t recommend this more highly. What is also great is that as a new user I got 20 free credits to trial the apps premium features. I am very pleased to see that there are options for not only permanent subscriptions but pay as you go. Great flexibility which supports any user. Thanks Guido, fantastic work..Version: 1.75

Great App - Update!Easy to use. Lots of well thought out functions. Would have liked an option to be able to select unpaved roads as well when calculating routes. I use this for planning long trips, and do a lot of adventure riding. If you can add an unpaved road option as well, then I will rate this 5/5!.Version: 2.2.4

Scenic is a powerful and flexible route planning toolFifth update: Just downloaded the version 3.5 update and it looks very impressive Fourth update: Scenic allows me to create folders of routes and of favorite locations, to keep my plans organized. I can save and edit a route and use it at any time. I can join the route at the closest point to where I am. Third update: I now have a library of over 100 routes created and saved in folders by city and state. I use these routes for pleasure drives and longer trips in my Mazda Miata. Unlike other nav apps, with Scenic I can choose the exact route that I want to take. This has become one of my most-used apps! I really appreciate that I can update an existing route with new vias and stops, and that I can save a different variation of the route. The user forum is a great source of information on how to do specific tasks, and specifically how features work. There are configurable "detour" options to control the desired behavior if you miss a Via or a Stop accidentally or on purpose. That was a problem with other apps. I also like that I can import routes from Google via the Web App. The app is very customizable - I just changed the colors to increase visibility of the route. I create, copy, and edit routes on my iPad using its larger screen and then drive them using my iPhone in the car..Version: 3.50

Scenic ride appLove it and find it an improvement on Google maps, but would like to see more info and ranking in the points tables and be able to change my route more easily once a ride is underway..Version: 3.19

Helped me track my Ironbutt AttemptI am in the process of applying for Ironbutt Certification. This means l have to ride 1000 miles in 24 hours. Was able to plot my route in Scenic and have it count the time it would take and the mileage estimated. On the day of the ride it started off great hitting my first 4 major stops, but it had not saved or had dropped off the list my 5th and 6th stops. As I had only been using Scenic a short period of time for local rides I did not know how to fix this. Had to resort to optional gps tracker to get to the next two locations. After I got the the 6th stop I was able to resume the rest of the ride in Scenic. I now know I could have added stops, but didn’t know how to do that at the time..Version: 2.2.8

Ride LeadSmiled at Jeffseach review - he stresses as much as me at messing up a ride for all those following behind him. After 9 more months of happy use of Scenic, today I thought I knew better, and went past a turning. Stuff-up for all. Listen to the directions, trust them and turn!.Version: 1.75

As advertisedThe night before a big ride I decided I need to up my trip planning and route guidance tools. I was still using routes designed in Google Maps that I printed and stuffed into my tank map pocket. I would run Waze as a way to always know where on the map I was. I was not willing to shell out the money for a dedicated GPS as I knew someone would eventually come up with an app for us bikers...hello Scenic. I less tag an hour I designed the route using Google My Maps, downloaded the KMZ file, dropped it into the Scenic Desktop App. Open the app on your iPhone, complete the download and go ride. Everything went flawless until my phone died on hour 6 the day of the ride (didn’t know my charger cord came unplugged under my seat). Given that, my ONLY comment would be to have the battery status be visible while using the app - oh, current time of day as well. Thx Guido!.Version: 1.72

Best app I’ve found for the motorcycle community!!I’ve live in middle TN area for many years and know a lot of fun roads to ride but when planning a ride typical mapping apps just get you there the fastest and don’t send you on the winding fun roads to ride. I had taken a ride to Chattanooga last weekend on major roads so on the way back I wanted a challenge. It took me about 5 minutes once I dropped my start pin on the map to come up with a beautiful ride home up and down mountains on very challenging roads. I chose to pick my own roads, but if you don’t want to take the time do that simply put in your start and stop location and the app will give you an typical mapping route until you hit the winding road button and viola it reroutes you onto a scenic route you will enjoy. This feature will be nice when I’m somewhere I’m not so familiar with! The app is very easy to use! Job well done! After getting home from that first experience I actually paid for the app. For me that’s saying a lot about an app because I never pay for apps, but this one is worth it!!!! Last night i sat down and planned out today’s adventure! I can see many fun rides in my future that take me to places that I’ve never ridden before because I didn’t have a way to plan my route the way I wanted to go, but now I can. This app is amazing!.Version: 2.0.0

Better than any stand alone GPS deviceThis is now the only app I use for navigation on my motorcycle, great customisation and clear directions, thank you for such great work on developing this 👍🏻.Version: 3.04

Best Adventure Navigation AppI have used all the rate top 10 navigations apps and I find this the best for adventure riders. It is getting regular improvements..Version: 2.1.0

Great appI’d been looking for something to give turn by turn on a route of my choice for ages and this is excellent. I like being able to pay as you go..Version: 2.3.4

Love it! tried and testedThis is an awesome app and completely developed for motorcyclists in mind and hence why it works so well. It takes some getting use to, the video instruction is a great idea. I like the route planning ability, but would like a heads up when the road is on dirt first tho. Route planning with its options for curvy and mode means it’s great for those times when I just want to get there fast and the other extreme when I have all day and I want an interesting suggestion which chances are I have thought I’d taking before. Navigation is good. Voice navigation is OK but 2 annoying things 1) when activated does tell you it’s on you have to wait for the first instructions after setting off, 2) the beep for interrupting helmet comms is loud and ear piercing, needs refinement. Apartment from this, I love love love this app and it’s always my go to motorcycle apps.Version: 2.1.2

Love itSo easy and handy to use. Much better than Basecamp which can be a pain..Version: 3.19

ExcellentThe best option available fro pre planning complex routes and sharing amongst people. Highly recommend..Version: 1.54

BrilliantMorning, Absolutely love this app👍🏻.Version: 3.19

Great app you need thisFound roads that I normally never would have taken . Thank you scenic for making my rides more interesting.Version: 3.19

Great ride appSo far this ride app has out done everything I asked of it and expected of a ride app and more. Still working out how to use all the great features . Happy with it so far..Version: 3.19

Scenic first monthSo far very impressed with the scenic app. Curvey route feature excellent, brilliant roads that I would not have found normally. Glad I got rid of the Garmin. Big test later in year when it will be used to navigate to Portugal and back through Spain and France. Looking forward to Apple car play compatibility. Keep up the good work..Version: 2.3.7

Great appI use it (along with several other people) for finding and sharing fun roads for club tours by my car club. Worth the subscription fee, cheaper than a stand-alone GPS device..Version: 3.19

ScenicFantastic app and support.Version: 3.19

The best motorcycle navigation app. There are a number of features to love. Offline maps and the ability to import custom routes are the highlights for me. I can route a motorcycle specific route on Google Maps then import it to Scenic. Meanwhile you can use this app for stand alone navigation and it can pull from multiple sources. It also allows for more motorcycle friendly options when choosing routes. Definitely worth it. I recommend downloading the offline maps if you are planning taking backroad routes that may not have cell service, it can really save you from getting lost..Version: 2.3.0
