✓ Good but...The game is okay, similar to other bubble witch sagas... so if you enjoyed them than you will like this one. My only complaint is the amount of pop ups, offers, story line moments and other animations that slow down game play. Last time I played, just to get to actually playing I had to move though 3 pop ups, some storyline back and forth and then wait for 20 seconds or so for the game to allow me to shoot my first bubble. Sounds trivial I know, but this happens like every 1 to 2 levels which makes for frustratingly slow game play. Other than this very small issue it’s a fab game..Version: 4.3.6

✓ Love it.I love this game. Do get levels that I find cannot be done without power ups and extra bubbles, so have occasionally spent days on one level until I can get a Powerup. But it is fun and the extra quests help with getting extra help. It is very addictive and also relaxing. I do hate paying for gold bars though and do not have money to buy many, but I have found a couple of levels where you will not get by without them. ✓ Fun game!I really enjoy this game, had it for a year or two now and play it semi regularly. I do have a couple of issues with it, though. This new "piggy bank" feature for the gold bars is misleading. Instead of you earning them, it's just constantly there to remind you to pay for them - don't need to pay to progress at all, so it doesn't effect the game, but it's still annoying. Similarly, after you fail a game, it gives you the chance to buy 5 more shots to finish the game for 9 gold bars. Sometimes they'll have a "sale" or special offer, in which they say it costs 18 gold bars for the 5 shots but now they're letting you have it for 9. It's a really sad thing to see, that even for a silly game, they still need to trick people. I still recommend the game if you like this, but don't be tricked into giving money for nothing..Version: 3.5.6

✓ Skill + LuckI am finally writing a review after playing over 1000 levels. When a newcomer starts the game there will be a, perhaps frustrating, learning curve. Each type of level, “free the owls”, “clear all bubbles”, “help the ghost”, have a slightly different strategy, and you aren’t helped if the bubble combinations aren’t the best. Some levels are easy to win on the first go. Others may take a more than one set of “lives”. That’s a near-perfect luck and strategy combination. So far, I haven’t found myself “forced to spend money”, but I have purchased the piggy’s gold bars to get “lives” a couple of times this year. Partly that was because I wanted to keep playing when I was at the top of a tournament, and partly that was because I figured I owed King something for the months of fun gaming. I DON’T buy the power-ups. They are also awarded free for achieving goals, and my strategy is to use these free aids only if I see the finish line and calculate that using one will get me the win. ✓ ReviewVery addictive and fun game however there are a few issues. I don’t like that you HAVE to pay for gold bars, maybe give the players a way to earn them in the game. Another issue is I find when I play certain levels they are pretty much impossible to win unless you use gold bars or power ups, which you have to pay for. Using power ups do not bother me however it is frustrating when you have none, and the only way to continue playing the level is to buy gold bars. ✓ Like Bubble Witch 3, but not piggy libraryWhile I think I like 3 better than 2, I miss the tower ( there was a dragon early on, but I haven’t seen it again). I hate the library one... keep getting sent back and when I did buy to extend my turn and reach the top, the prizes were not worth the effort ( I had lost more than I gained). Not sure I’ll keep playing this much longer, particularly because I can’t turn the piggy bank off and I refuse to spend any more real money. Update about a month after i wrote the above review I do love the tricksters; and I enjoy knowing that my candies go to others on my team. And the dragon “ came back” briefly... but was still too hard to hold my attention. One idea I really like from another reviewer was idea to make our home additions be something different from redoing items we’ve already upgraded, with the same “ upgrade” choices but at a higher cost of fairy dust. And speaking of fairy dust... why can’t we buy star blasts etc. and gold bricks with dust. I have lots of stardust but not much to do with it..Version: 4.1.2

✓ Great free game!This is a great game and I play it every day. I doubt if I am better than anyone else playing it, but I have reached Level 602 without buying anything, not even the Piggy Bank. Yes, sometimes there are sticky levels, but nothing to get steamed up about. Overall, I think it is pretty well balanced. I have passed levels that were “Super Hard” on the first time. It would be nice though if the game would stop asking me to invite my friends. All in all great game and great entertainment. If I had to ask for something different on the game it would be life refills should take shorter time to regenerate as well as the cats abilities. Yes, you need to do tasks like saving owls, clear the whole screen etc but, thinking outside of the proverbial box gains a “happy”. Shooting straight to do just literally what it says will possibly frustrate you. The only problem I have found is that you do have to pay real money for the piggy bank feature for coins that you have collected. ✓ Gold Bars 😞I enjoy this game I really do. In fact I play it multiple times during the day, it’s my go to game. Why three stars you ask? Because there’s no way to truly get ahead in this game. You play and play until your piggy bank fills up with 50 gold bars. Sounds good you say, it’s not. You have no access to those gold bars. Once the bank fills up with 50 bars it won’t even except any more bars. They just fall off to the side wasted, totally wasted. And here’s the real killer, you can’t access those hard earned 50 gold bars that are sitting in the piggy bank. Unless of course you pay a fee. Sure, I get it most of these games are looking to make at least a few dollars for the creators I get that and I’m all for it. However, throw us a bone. Let us at least get our hands on a few of those gold bars - maybe special activities? How about having gold bars awarded for that little hut that we’re constantly upgrading?? My only complaint is when I’m in a league, I press on “play” and it takes me directly to the puzzle. Therefore I can’t see if I’ve received my golden pin for the last puzzle. Sometimes I don’t receive the golden pin and I don’t understand why. It seems like you’re leading me to the league puzzle and somehow not giving me a chance for the golden pin. I have noticed what’s been already pointed out that Stella’s wand is less accurate (since the latest OS update). The bubble doesn’t always land where pointed or it shoots at a slight touch. Once there are 50 bars in the pig, they cannot be accessed unless you physically pay $2.99 with your credit card. The bars are needed throughout the game for extra moves. If you do not pay the $2.99, you cannot earn additional gold bars. Nor can you use them. For instance if you have 4 bars on your score and 50 in the bank, but only need to 5 for extra moves... you MUST use pay $2.99 (even though you’ve already earned the bars). Also, during the same scenario, if you win the board and earn gold bars, they will not add to the 4 or go into the piggy bank until you pay $2.99. The pop ups when you open the game are a little too much, maybe these can be compiled into a “mail” button instead? Although I do appreciate all the boosters you give away ! And secondly when you collect potions from other people’s homes, the scroll screen at the bottom lags and jumps around a bit. Could this be fixed? ✓ Great, but finally met an unplayable levelI'm a long term fan of bubble witch, and I've reached level 1025 the hard way (not through the portal), having spent some money along the way. Up to now, every level has been playable, with the occasional use of a special power (bought from the piggy bank). But level 1025 seems to be only finishable if you use a LOT of special powers - I've not been able to get near the end in hours of play. Reasonable difficult pay I'm happy to fork out for. This level of difficulty I'm sorry to say is where I part ways. It was fun. Many wasted hours, but fun. Thanks for all the bubbles..Version: 4.4.3
✓ AddictiveI started playing Bubble Witch 3 Saga about a year ago and it is my go to game. I find it relaxing. There are degrees of strategies to keep the mind active. Some levels are harder than others and being able to use boosters that I have built up helps when the game gets monotonous, because of not being able to get past the level. My two main gripes that make me go with a 4 are 1) A lot of the “randomness” in the game seems to be faked to make the game feel harder. An example of this is the fairy picking the one bubble to pop which has the least effect or you never getting the one color you need. Once you view ads or otherwise make money for them, now magically the fairy picks a helpful bubble. No way they’re using a simple RNG. 2) Whenever you open the app you’re slammed with 3-4 different pages of mini games that you can’t opt out of. ✓ Great game but with potential for improvementBeen playing this game for years and I’m currently at level 2289 so clearly I’ve got loads to say. First, creativity is great in all the levels overall. Very addictive, King, especially after adding all of these treats like tricksies and the new booster challenges and “wake up the tree “ challenge as well as the starlight ones and team challenges and the usual “beat 18 levels “ challenges. ✓ Good gameI have been playing this game for a few years now, and love that I still haven’t ran out of levels - there’s always more! Since getting a new phone the aim is way too sensitive, but it does say that I can adjust this in settings (which I haven’t tried yet). I actually loved the house building, however, now that I have finished it I just keep collecting money aimlessly, and have over 62,000 now! It’s worse because some competitions (like the bouncing one and the medals) mainly gives money as prizes, which is obviously no good to me if I have nothing to spend it on :/ Lastly, I have also given numerous lives to friends but have only ever in all the years I’ve been playing received one back!
