✓ How do you cancel the subscription.I downloaded this app by mistake, I meant to download Nest. The instructions on how to unsubscribe do not work. I will delete the app from my phone but I want to make sure it is not going to automatically subscribe again like it states. Anyone have any ideas?.Version: 2.1
✓ Home cam let downVery disappointed in this purchase. Don't waste your money very poor app. Unable to connect says camera inactive no connections etc. Have lost sound & the touch controls don't always work on my iPhone 6 for the camera/sound buttons & it's not my phone that's wrong. Not a user error it's all down to the app. Used manything before this but was only on a trial but worked a treat recommend using the manything home security app for home camera security instead it's so much better. And work very well. Very very disappointing with Annie Home Security. My advise "Don't Buy It"..Version: 1.0.2
✓ Shockingly bad AppThe installation instructions read straight forward enough but ... 3 hours later and no connection between iPhone and Camera or camera and wi-FI. £5.99 for the ‘App’ I suspect this is a rip-off. Apple please remove this from the AppStore.Version: 2.1
✓ False advertising for FunluxThis app showed up as a match for the camera I just bought. Of course, I paid for it thinking it was a match; only to find out its not. No way to get a refund for something that doesn't work. App should not be allowed to charge an individual until units are proved to be compatible!!.Version: 2.1
✓ Waste of MoneyI was trying to use the app with my iPad in the backyard to figure out how the dog was getting out. You kept switching between telling me it was “active“ and “in active.“ But the app did not give me any clues about how to keep it active or why it kept turning on and off. And the resolution kept going up and down – and I have very good Wi-Fi – so half the time I couldn’t tell what was going on in the backyard anyway. Sometimes the app I was monitoring from on my iPhone, the screen would just go completely black even though it said it was active and it one point app completely crashed on the iPhone. ✓ Great when it worksDefinitely gets the job done with not a lot of fuss if you already have another device. Problem is that it hardly works. Short of my home wi-fi I haven't had a smooth stream from anywhere else, using data or wi-fi. If they can fix that, would be an great app..Version: 1.3.1

I can’t find anywhere in the menu where to connect to WiFi, it seems to have connected my phone as the camera - which is pretty useless if I want to monitor my house when I’m out and have my phone with me! No facility to delete an installed device either. When I sent a question - I got an automated response in polish I think!!! I will be deleting the app and accepting that I’ve just wasted £5.99 and I’ll be returning the base unit to Amazon and asking for a refund! If I could give zero stars then I would!.Version: 2.1

✓ Absolutely no documentation and not self explanatory.I made a mistake configuring my iPhone as the host unit and can’t fix it. The help & FAQ both point to the same page, which describes alleged features, but no instructions or answers to Frequently Asked Questions, or any other questions. There is no actually connected to the Tutorial option, just the names of the steps supposedly involved in configuration, with no attached descriptions or instructions. I’ll update this review when I find out if they actually provide meaningful support. The automatic response to a support request came in both English & an Eastern European language.
