✓ Please respond to support ticketsThe concept of this app is great and it can work. However, there are some severe limitations and the development team have not responded to support tickets that have been open for months. I currently have four support tickets open. This is the latest… Hi, Managing shifts seems to be extremely difficult. How does one Pause, Reorder & Prioritise Shifts? Sometimes I only want a specific shift to be processed, but all monitored shifts enter the queue. Then, when I try to manage the order and sequence of shifts, the only option is to completely delete monitored shifts (requiring set up from scratch again later). Why isn’t their an option of pausing and selecting shifts for processing? I hate giving one star reviews and I really want to work with the developers to sort out the issues and restore my rating for this app as excellent..Version: 6.0.3

✓ Doesn’t always workWhen it works, it’s an amazing short cut. As a playlist curator it is very time consuming harmonising playlists over different formats and I was hoping this would answer my prayers. ✓ FALSE ADVERTISING, LIES, & FAKERYI’ve purchased premium for this app years ago, and to this day, it is my most regretful purchase of all time. For about 2 or 3 years at least, I have NEVER, NO, NOT EVEN ONCE gotten this accursed piece of garbage software to transfer EVEN ONE playlist. ✓ AwfulTerrible. Destination won’t come up. Menus are at the bottom of very long lists. No way to mass cancel playlist transfer no ‘add all’ function (MAJOR issue when you have hundreds of playlists). Configurations buried under individual playlists. ✓ Super inefficient and bad UXHas the functionality but is slow. Then every playlist has to be resolved one by one and every one of them blocks the UI. There’s no background processing. There were some obvious songs which couldn’t be matched (eg Starry starry night) which I was able to match by hand One playlist takes a few minutes. ✓ No contact from developers for simple questionI’ve emailed twice and left a Twitter post in the last week with no reply. My Tidal disconnected in the app and I get a “JSON could not be serialised because it’s in the wrong format” error when trying to reconnect it. Nothing has changed at my end. ✓ The idea is nice but functionality needs workThe idea of transferring music from one service to another is really nice, and the app is easy to use, but i’ve been having a lot of trouble with the transferring process itself. the app crashes a lot while processing a transfer, which interrupts the process and it doesn’t notify me which is inconvenient. also the wait times are inaccurate for me. i’ve been trying to transfer my song library for about three weeks and i’m always given a wait time of 15 minutes just to check back an hour later and it would then say 9 minutes. i would then check back in 9 minutes and the app would show that the process has been interrupted and that i need to restart the process again. so again, great idea, works well with smaller playlists, but i’ve been having a lot of trouble which my larger playlists and my song library transfers..Version: 4.2.2
✓ Not greatI understand that some songs and artists aren’t on all the different platforms… but when they are on all of them but with slightly different spellings such as “&” for “and”, that should not be enough to kick back no match. Slightly different is when a foreign artist changes from native spelling (ie. kanji or other Asian characters) to English, it’s a fairly simple translation in this day and age. How is that not implemented? Y’all make it seem like you’re “matching” is superior to others but y’all miss SO many songs..Version: 6.0.3

It’s decided to re-scan a bunch of my existing shifted playlists, and won’t let me choose which playlist takes priority - I want to import a new one and have been waiting 2 days so far! Why can’t I say “check later” or “not right now” or something instead of this binary “keep processing this one” or “delete.” Thank goodness I only paid a cheap lifetime subscription aaages ago. ✓ Great concept, frustrating bugsI’m finding this app difficult to use for a large library. The problems start when you have to manually find matches. If there are too many potential matches for an album, selecting one causes a second (often unrelated) album to be selected as well, and it seems you cannot select one without the other. Also, when the app crashes on the “shift” results page, you lose all of your work. It’s painful to struggle with selecting matches and then have to go all the way back to the beginning. Finally, you can’t use your phone while it’s running (40 minutes for my large library). It would be great if the matching process could happen in the cloud. This app is potentially a great tool, but I regret paying for it in its current state..Version: 4.2.6
✓ Mostly GoodI've had this app for a couple years now and even purchased the pro version, and it's pretty useful for the most part. The developers definitely have some work to do in terms of bugs, however. I've been forced to restart shifts a number of times because they fail or get stuck in the process. Most recently (and the reason I'm writing this) a shift I update daily with around 500 songs was "processing" for over a day and rendered the rest of the app unusable. I ended up having to reinstall the app which erased all my other shifts so I'm pretty bummed about that..Version: 5.2.12

✓ DisfunctionalSimply doesn’t work with the free version. I thought I could finally move away from manually moving songs from one platform to another, but I was wrong. Out of 116 songs, it only detected one, and when I tried to confirm anyway and ignore the mismatches, it got stuck on an infinite loading screen. ✓ Not great at allAfter subscription of the full SongShift version I was in the strong believe, that I can now transfer my LIKED SONGS from Spotify to Apple Music, but you can’t even find/select them. ✓ Not worth the money or timeI was suggested this app to shift my playlists from Spotify to Apple Music, and saw a lot of good reviews so thought I’d give it a go. Almost 200 playlists transferred and almost all of them had incorrect songs added/swapped out. It took me ages to reorganise my music and I could’ve saved the money from going pro and just done it myself. ✓ Honestly wouldn’t recommend.The app has WAY too many glitches to even be considered mobile friendly. I don’t trust the app enough to leave it alone while it transfers the music. I’ve had the premium for a day and I’ve experienced more problems than with the free version. Since I’ve purchased the premium, I’ve run into app resets, unfinished transfers, and unnecessary duplicates of those that did transfer. Mind you, most of the issues I just explained were issues that were said, by the owners, to disappear once you’ve purchased the premium. Not only did that not happen, things worsened. Rather quickly at that. I’m not even gonna bother with customer support I’ve seen reviews talking about how that is trash as well. I’m just glad I only spent 5 dollars. This is really frustrating because you can't exit the app and it forces you to type in your password. ✓ Avoid.Payed for the premium version. The app is laggy and buggy, songs take a long time to sync, and like 70-80% the songs it tries to sync are completely inaccurate. For all of my playlists I had to spend like an hour adjusting its bad matches, I gave up in the end even though I paid for premium.
