Canvas Parent for Negative User Reviews

Me grumpyIts over complicated nonsense.Version: 3.2.1

LimitedApparently I can only see grades, not notifications and announcements in the iOS app..Version: 3.3.4

Can’t log outAppallingly bad—logged in with the wrong account and can’t log out. Useless at the moment..Version: 3.2.0

Absolutely terribleNothing is formatted properly - in fact even writing this review is the screen populated by the Canvas app shows my text in white on a white background - so incredibly not helpful. This app is absolutely the worst, in my inbox it shows all of my outgoing messages - there is no way to filter them out. It doesn’t show the alerts from teachers in one central location on the app so I have to open each class page to check when things are posted. Never mind the fact that when you open files on canvas they aren’t formatted to print properly, and you must download them, then reopen them in another program and reformat them so they are printable - in no way is this convenient! Even something as simple as viewing a file as a pdf is made impossible in Canvas - as you are forced to move the document around in a dead space to view the entire image at once. Schools fell for this shinned up garbage app, and we are all the victim. The complaints from teachers and other parents about Canvas are many..Version: 3.5.0

Calendar FlawThis year my son and I have grappled with a teacher who loves to upload assignments late. So, anything posted prior to the current day we are unaware of. And, truthfully my son isn’t the most reliable when it comes to checking his notifications (we are working in this.) The calendar needs to be updated to show a line from the date the assignment was created to the actual due date. Much like a virtual calendar- if you block off multiple days. There is a color coded line used for the applicable date span. We are all visual and, while my kid may get alerts on his app. That isn’t always the case on mine. Blocking off days for assignments offers a quick glance for everyone to alert them that an assignment should be in the works as the days go by. Just a thought!.Version: 3.8.0

ProblemSeems to crash and loses data.Version: 3.5.0

Doesn’t workThis ap doesn’t work. Over the past few years I have emailed about this issue & had no reply. Terrible service..Version: 3.5.3

Phone access non existentThis must be all a joke. I have no problem getting in on a PC, but with the app on my phone, not possible. It’s says my user ID does not exist, so when i go to recreate the account it says it’s already being used. And round and round I go. When I go back to the PC, no problem. So I look for Tech support while there since it doesn’t exist on the app. Well it doesn’t exist period! It tells you to click the help link at the bottom of the page if you’re having problems, no such link. There is no where to get help. Everything links to these community blogs just like SalesForce. What a joke. I some how found a phone number and the woman said she couldn’t help, that I would have to contact the school district. What? The school district can’t help themselves and they are going to figure this out?.Version: 2.0.3

Difficult to useI don’t know if there’s any good system for schools but Canvas is difficult to navigate, not intuitive. Each teacher decides to do things a different way- locate items differently, grades differently. I have 8 years of college and find this system difficult, so I can’t imagine my child, who has learning disabilities, to be able to navigate this system. Clearly teachers must have issues with it based on the feedback I have from them and my student..Version: 3.5.2

NoIt’s rubbish.Version: 3.6.0

Not up to dateToo many communications, too many applications and platforms. Not up to date..Version: 3.5.2

Difficult for ParentsThe ”Dashboard” is actually just a list of classes. It does not show for parents what is currently due and needs immediate attention - as a real dashboard would do. Rather, a parent must click into each class and then into “Assignments” to identify upcoming assignments, then return to the class menu, then click to “Grades” to identify each assignments your child has not turned in... FOR EACH CLASS, EVERY DAY! Alternatively, you can sign up for a barrage of emails or notifications, requiring regular tracking to determine how your student stands at a point in time. Does anyone at Canvas actually have a student? Anyone? Anyone?.Version: 3.4.0

Multiple issuesI am finding class assignments that apparently do not relate to my son. There are links to multiple other apps that we have to navigate just to have an educational experience and today we tried to send a notification through Canvas to all of his teachers letting them know that he has COVID and the, “To,” field was not active. Bottom line, this platform is top heavy, confusing and not an improvement over traditional ways of delivering an education. Bring back books and paper, then try this e-learning when it is more streamlined and actually makes learning more effective..Version: 3.6.0

Two👎👎Canvas is awful! It has caused so much stress in our household. My son had to retype his assignment 3 times because it randomly disappeared and didn’t save when he went to click the submit button. Frustrating beyond words to a child with dyslexia, who is already working 3x as had as the average student just to keep up. Assignments say that they are submitted only to find out the next day that the teacher didn’t receive them so now they are late. You can’t just type in the assignment box, you have to jump through 45 hoops of copy and pasting in google docs to get a document to submit. Our teachers aren’t trained properly on it either which only adds to the mayhem and frustration . There is not training for parents to help their children navigate through this mess either, My apologies but needless to say we are not fans..Version: 3.6.0

Not Ready for ReleaseAs of 2.1.0, this is a garbage app. If you work for a school district, please don’t use this. I didn’t think it was possible, but they’ve made it worse over the last year. Now, you can’t see individual assignment grades at all. This is a regression; it used to work. Let that soak in. This is an app to let parents see their kids grades. Without. Grades. Garbage app. The management should be embarrassed. Update as of v2.0.3: Nope, you haven’t fixed all of the problems with two kids in the same class. If I’m looking at the calendar entries, I see the right grades for Kid1 and Kid2. But, if I tap the calendar entry for - grade belonging to Kid2 to get details, it shows me the grade of Kid1. Try try again, and please tell me that your software test plan will run this test and the prior tests so you don’t introduce more regressions. I’m tired of being an unpaid software tester. Previous review: First, my prior critical review was mysteriously deleted. That’s not a sign of a company confident in its product. Second, this app simply doesn’t work for two kids. I have twins in the same grade, and the app only shows one kids’ grades, even with both kids entered into Canvas. Selecting kid one still shows kid two’s grades, even acted dragging down to refresh..Version: 2.1.0

Can’t get inI have tried to get in numerous times using the email I gave the school and it won’t let me..Version: 3.6.0

Parent app and website ok when they workThe app and website are okay when they work. The problem is that rarely happens. Website regularly dumps me to a we don’t know what happened error. Support says talk to the school about log in issues, but it works occasionally with browser saved passwords, so it’s not a login problem, unless the site is down. App is about a day behind, so if I get a notification email I have to wait a day and then I can read the details in the app. Just this side of useless..Version: 3.3

Worst Application I have ever usedMy questions expired? I have to call my LeA what? No number no idea what that is to get support and find out my password. It asked for a new one last year when I first started and then when I tried to put the new one in it expired me. My husband just used his but now with him traveling. Try getting in touch with the school to get support? Last year it was hell! This year with Covid it will be worse. There has to be something g better than this. It is horrible. Ironic my nick name of fedup and pain is taken..Version: 3.2.3

Deeply frustratingNot impressed with the app which refuses to acknowledge I have a login or the support team which referred me back to their website to seek support which was unobtainable. A frustrating waste of time..Version: 2.0.7

ParentSo far this has been cumbersome and confusing. I am not sure if it is your application or the student and teacher training in using canvas? Submission of assignment is not updated. Please create a time stamp so all can see time and date submitted. Work that needs done is not in chronological order and you have to search for assignments? The point of a list is to have an easy way to keep track of assignments not so easy. Communication with teachers in application is good and intuitive..Version: 3.3.2

Worst Educational App Our School District Could UseSometimes I get logged out and it takes days for me to get logged back in. I finally figured out. I had to reset password, not from Safari but Chrome, to get back in. When I finally log back in, I get sent to the app that took me days to get back to. Also, I have no clue why my password does not work in the first place. This has happened three times and none of the admins on my district's end knows why. Second, I have to go in and out of each, if my children's classes just to see only grades from second semester. My children couldn't see assignments due that I saw, putting them behind. I'm on it this thing daily because the app is so poor in quality. I read a few other reviews and it mentioned -how some students are using a different area from teachers and teachers are using a completely different area from students. It doesn't surprise me. I hope our district chooses another app soon, because the issues continue..Version: 3.3.4

Grades no longer displayed??All of sudden, I wasn’t able to view my daughter’s grades starting last week for an unknown reason. It was doing just fine when the school started several weeks ago. I logged on the website to ensure it’s not an app issue. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an app issue after all. The grades are displayed and listed for me to view on the web version. I did everything I could think of. Logged out, back in. Deleted the app, reinstalled. Restarted my phone. To no avail, nothing is resolving the issue. Any suggestions, update or feedback would be greatly appreciated! By the way, my daughter’s school distract is in Las Vegas which would be CCSD - Clark County School District if you need the information to troubleshoot the issue or data communication. Thank you!.Version: 3.9.0

Okay, could be betterI am a teacher and have been using Canvas for approximately 5 years. I downloaded the parent app to track my kids during virtual learning. It functions very similarly to regular Canvas, but there is no option to edit my settings. I hate getting emails for every single minute item. When I click the link in the notification email to edit them, it takes me to the student login page. How can I turn off the obnoxious/excessive notifications?.Version: 3.2.4

Jose classes.. can you change your rules at least during covid...It would be nice if teachers did NOT lock homework even if late.. Change it... leave work unlocked!!! Also when kids turn work in late let them get their grade still.. Jose has been having a hard time with so much work.. he is failing all his classes when he does get a couple A on homework teacher keep him at a F still because late. It makes the kids not want to do their wirk at all. No inspiration at all.. I’ve talked to other parents with the same failing grades.. same issues.. you need to change what is going on.. stop locking their work.. it’s frustrating fir us parents as well.. please help our kids to succeed at Forest lake elementary.. I have other grandkids at other schools do not lock their work and give them there grades with out giving them lower grade because late. At least through this covid time!!! Thank you Shelley Vennemann.Version: 3.3.4

Bring back previous calendar viewI have two kids using Canvas for online school during this pandemic. This is my first exposure to Canvas. It took a little getting used to but really liked the calendar which was more like an agenda. At a glance I could see what had been submitted, what was missing or late, and what was coming due. Yesterday the app was updated while I was viewing the calendar. The one “update” was a redesigned calendar. This new calendar is OK at best if you are the student focusing on a single day’s work but practically useless for parents used to the ability of a bird’s eye view of assignments and their status. I’d rate the app 4 or 5 stars if with this “redesigned calendar” offered the option of switching views. As it stands, the app is now useless to parents..Version: 3.2.0

Basically uselessEveryone associated with this App should be fired and banned from coding for eternity. It's really that bad. There is absolutely nothing useful about this app. Based upon the functionality currently offered in this App, we are years away from having something almost useful. The UI is horrible. There is no separation between my two kids' info. No grades displayed. No assignment details. The grade I give Canvas is an F. The fact that my tax dollars are going to support this worthless application makes me want to fire the entire school board. Update: latest release is just as worthless as all the previous versions. There really is no hope for this software package and App..Version: 1.2.6

Worst user experience, especially the app!!!Had to sign up as an observer for my child, you can’t do it in the app kept trying forever no clues or info to let you know, so I finally went to the website to create an account there, great did that from my phone, finally managed to pair it with my child’s account and then went back to set up the app. Still no easy way to access my account in the app, can’t find the school, it only seems to list US school, I’m in Canada no way to select that and then the only way to sign up in the app is to scan a OR code from my account which I created on the website, how are you supposed to scan it from the same device? So you basically need two devices just to log in… I go to log in from another device so I can scan the qr code with my phone and now the password that I had just set up, just now and used twice doesn’t seem to work or it can’t find the account. Exasperating!.Version: 3.9.0

Can’t use Canvas Parent at the MomentCanvas parent is not working. It just sits on the loading screen each day I try. Have tried re-installing and still doing the same. Where is the support email or number?.Version: 3.6.0

Not a fanI really have to say as a parent I do not like this system at all. Our old system is still in use and seems to be way more up-to-date with assignments whether they have been graded, missed, or whatever the status. Nothing synchronizes right. I know the reason we went to this is so teachers didn’t have to double enter grades but this does not seem to be working. In addition our school got rid of Google classroom in favor of this program and it’s very difficult to figure out what assignments are due when and how to hand them in. Not a fan..Version: 3.5.0

Not goodIf I could give this app negative stars I would. What kind of app is built where the kids can see their grades but the parents can’t. Not very smart in my book at least I can see what the grades were in progress book and I don’t know if they’ve turned in assignments or have a turn in assignments you show things are red but there’s nothing to look at. If there’s a more messed up way that we could do this I don’t know of it this is by far one of the worst things that I’ve ever seen an education system do. Thanks for making my job as a parent harder because now I have no clue if they’re doing better or worse only when I see their final grades for the quarter or semester do I know they didn’t do good but I couldn’t tell because Canvas is not friendly. Nor is it helpful. Please a band in this app or get better at it..Version: 1.2.8

New calendar update has deleted it for usersI’ve had the Canvas Parent app and have been using it successfully for years. I really appreciated the calendar view that would let me see my students assignments every day and also see if it had been submitted or not. With this most recent update the calendar view is now completely blank on the freestanding Canvas Parent app and I can see from the community forum that many other users are experiencing this too. It would be great if we were notified of a fix but so far none has been made known and that’s the app is significantly diminished..Version: 3.3.1

Zero QA on this app4.0 star review, must be all fake. Student’s grade automatically decreases and marked as missing once it’s past the due date because the teacher has not finish inputting the grades in. My kid gets stressed when we question about the work and every single time, it’s because they teacher didn’t finish inputting the grades. This is causing some serious tension because of your stupid app. Get it fixed. The so called attachment syllabus can’t be viewed properly, because it seems to be a pdf file. Not sure if it’s a training issue with the school setup, but I have no way to do a simple click to contact a teacher for a given subject. No click or email information to be found within the app..Version: 2.0.4

Needs improvementCanvas is good in which it allows the parents to be linked to view the child’s assignments and performance in class to communicate with teachers for better understanding. However, the bad part about it is that the teachers, students, and parents all have different view from the same portal. On the parent’s view, I’ll see missing, late, or non-submitted work. Then, I ask my child about it and he/she will check and show me that it is turned in and gets frustrated with me because any time I don’t see work submitted on my view that is due, I’ll ask again because I don’t see or remember that he/she told me it was submitted another few days or week later as it’s still showing the same status. I’ll check with the teacher and the teacher will say that he/she does not see it submitted or that it’s not graded yet because it’s turned in late so grade average will still show low, or they’ll comment on the child’s work that we’re not able to see on our view. Teachers are busy. So, they get frustrated when they see many emails from parents..Version: 3.3

Just Horrible.I get emails saying that a teacher graded an assignment or left a comment. There is a hyperlink in that email to “View” these. This takes me to a Microsoft account login. I do have a Microsoft acct, but when I try to sign in I get an error message saying I’m not allowed to view this. So, I jump on canvas app. There is NOWHERE where I can view comments, or even see grades. The entire app and system is beyond confusing. Im sure the teachers are struggling with it as well, but there is no way for me to view assignments that my student needs to complete, or has completed, or see a comment a teacher leaves. I’m sure the teachers do NOT have time to answer tons of emails in their inbox when this system is supposed to be that for them. Just horrible..Version: 3.3.3

App CrashesPlease update this app for iOS 11. It continues to crash on multiple devices iPad and iPhone.Version: 1.2.8

PainfulThis app logs me out all the time and then there are continuing issues trying to log in again, it is quiet annoying..Version: 2.0.4

Not user friendlyI created a parent account, which required inputting a name, an email address, and a password. However, after logging out and trying to login it asks for a login name. I tried using my name and password, which does not work, then tried my email address and password, which also did not work. When I created the account, it did not ask for a login name. Can’t log back in and can’t create a new account since my email is already being used on Canvas. App is useless for me. I need to contact the teacher. Hopefully I can get an email address somewhere. So far this has been a big waste of my time..Version: 2.0.2

Frozen on launchThe logo spins. That’s it..Version: 3.9.0

Obstacle to EdcationThe entire Canvas platform is difficult to navigate and filled with bugs. From simple things like the extreme difficulty of setting up an account, to pages and pages of convoluted instructions to pair to your child’s account that don’t work… nothing about this platform is intuitive or easy to navigate. Everyone we know that uses this platform has stories of how difficult canvas is to navigate. One high school student had to drop an AP class because canvass locked him out for a week. The platform is a joke. It’s so unfortunate that it is the mandatory gateway for students at our school to access their education. I have never written a review like this before, but have also never had an app / technology platform provide so much frustration to our family..Version: 3.6.0

Used to be great, for last month at least, no longer opensI used to use this a lot to keep up with my students. Schoolwork and teacher interactions but as of about a month ago, the app no longer works. The ball just spins, but the app never opens so I’ve deleted and reinstalled done everything I can to get this to work and it just doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried contacting Canvas directly and there is no link to contact them for support. Very frustrating.Version: 3.9.0

Why can’t I see comments on my child’s work?I love the simplified view of Canvas on this app but a huge oversight is not having teacher comments appear on my child’s submissions. As a parent I am a lot more interested in the teacher feedback through comments and rubrics that help to progress my child’s learning than I am in the overall mark..Version: 3.2.3

Clunky & FrustratingThe concept of this app is great. I’m relatively tech savvy, but find the execution frustrating. In my case, when I want to quickly scan over grades for my 3 kids, I have to weed through years of past courses on the list that appear in alphabetical order. Not all classes, but enough to make it a bit confusing. I don’t need to see or sort through 6th grade classes for my freshman. There isn’t an obvious way to remove the courses I don’t need to see anymore. I would appreciate more control to customize the information I want to see. There also isn’t a way to mass clear notification alerts. In my opinion, a red notification icon listing a count totaling hundreds of unread messages with no way to quickly clear them, is irritating. Early message settings that sent an notification every time a teacher created an assignment, etc, racks up way more notifications than anyone would want or can reasonably handle. Multiply that across 3 kids and all their classes and it quickly gets overwhelming. Giving users more control in the app would be greatly appreciated..Version: 3.5.0

Cumbersome and limitedI don’t know if Canvas has the capability of being a great application, but I do know that San Jose unified is using the student and the parent versions of the app in a way that makes it impossible to see an easy representation of today’s work across all of the classes. There are no sorting features to sift through complete and incomplete assignments. Some teachers use one area of the app to put their assignments and other teachers use another area. Sometimes assignments that are prepped and ready to go end up not being covered by the teacher that day, but still show up in the assignments in the coming days as not turned in. It’s really hard to keep everything straight. Also, I don’t know if the parent app is supposed to be so functionally useless, but I find that it has no value whatsoever. All of that said, the district and the teachers had so little time to put distance-learning together, and it’s a miracle that we have what we have. I am grateful that my child is at least able to attend virtual classes and stay engaged with teachers and peers. The teachers are all working so hard, much harder than my student is working..Version: 3.3

Canvas Parent is a useless appI am a teacher and have experience with Canvas and the Canvas apps from all three perspectives: teacher, parent, and student. The parent app is completely useless. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. It’s nothing more than a list of assignments. You can’t see the grades of individual assignments, or the submissions themselves to see what your student got right and wrong. There is no way to message the teachers (which would be the main reason for parents to use the app, in my opinion). I ended up having my child log in on the student app and view her progress exclusively from the student point of view. Clearly the developers of the parent app have never been parents involved in their children’s education. There are also known bugs regarding missing assignments that the Canvas developers in the forums have outright stated are not being fixed because the parent app is their lowest priority..Version: 2.0.4

Leaves a lot to be desiredEspecially considering the fact the desktop version is missing crucial functionalities, such as sorting and filtering. Or search functions. Or reliant submit buttons. I could go on. I was hoping the app would complement the deficient desktop, but while it allows you to be notified of overdue assignments across various classes (so you don’t have to go into each individual module), it doesn’t remove missing assignments once they are submitted. Learning from home during an epidemic is hard enough for families. The fact that a for-profit company fails to provide the most basic of functionalities when other companies offer better solutions for FREE is way below expectations! Do these guys even test their UX/UI?.Version: 3.3.3

Largely UselessLets me see the scores and almost nothing else..Version: 3.5.0

Not parent friendlyThis app should make it easier to track students’ progress. Instead, there’s an email notification every time time teacher grades an assignment, but no grade is shown on the email. So there’s no purpose to the dozens of emails each and every day. Once your email is set in parent canvas, there’s no way to change it to a different email (like a secondary account you don’t mind getting hundreds of emails a week on.) And even on the app itself, your student can submit an assignment but it will show as unsubmitted until it’s graded by the instructor. THIS IS USELESS! I need to know what assignments my kids need to turn in! Wholly unsatisfied with this app. Trying to figure out how to delete it & stop the email train..Version: 3.3

Very complex to useR Rex.Version: 3.1

FailThis app is useless. all teachers use it differently. There is no consistency. What a parent sees from their app does not match the students. The student could be submitting their work but depending on how each teacher uses the app depends on what a parent is seeing and if it is even accurate. There needs to be a more common practice for every teacher using this without so many options. Make it more simple and streamlined so as a parent we can see what our children have or have not completed and what the teacher is assigning. I have two kids in different grades with different teachers and each one is using this system differently. I think canvas has failed our teachers, students and parents with this app. It appears that whomever created it actually never utilized it or realized how teachers may or may not use it..Version: 3.2.0

Work set each dayWould be handy if it could tell you what work was set that day as well.Version: 3.5.2

Why can’t this app do the following:1) So each time you open the app you must search for the school? Why can’t it store that info so that at least this step can be skipped. 2) You have to enter your user name each time. At least when I enter the site from my web browser, all the info including my password are automatically entered with face recognition. So why have the app? 3) I don’t a link for us to be able to reach an IT person in case we have any issues with the equipment the school provides. Anyhow just my 2¢!.Version: 3.5.2

Not very user friendly.1. I wish you we could go to the work due list in the dashboard, move it onto the calendar. With more than one child it is way too many steps to move it onto the calendar if the teachers don’t put it in themselves. 2. On the dashboard I wish you could move the classes to put them in an order that works best for the user. I’d rather have one group for each child. Right now they are all over the place each child’s classes are mixed together. It feels and looks Chaotic with no way to change it. 3. I’d love to see my kid’s schedules. It doesn’t look like there is a place for this. 4. Some of the prompts and pages aren’t clear. Who has time to stop and go watch a tutorial? At this stage with technology and brilliant software professionals. It could be simple and self explanatory and still serve its purpose. If it was easier ALL teachers would use it. If it’s not user friendly enough for teachers wont use it therefore impossible for parents to get the benefits to support our children..Version: 3.2.0

Needs more featuresNot many features and would benefit from an email option from parent to teacher..Version: 2.0.8

App not loadingThis has been a great app. It has allowed me to keep track of our kids’ progress in their school classes. However, recently the app has not been loading. When opening the app, only a spinning Canvas logo is displayed and doesn’t load beyond that. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t work. Tried reporting the problem to Apple, but was informed that reporting is not available for this app. Some of the teachers exclusively use Canvas to report their students’ progress. I can access Canvas in my web browser. But, the app was very nice..Version: 3.9.2

Canvas parent not loadingThe canvas parent app does not load it just gets the spinning wheel and then freezes has been doing this for the last 3 weeks.Version: 3.9.2

Logged me off, can’t find schoolI was looking at my daughter canvas on the app for my iPhone. There is not the same information available as when I connect through the email links sent from teachers. So to gather the proper amount of info needed I need to connect through the link making the app useless space on my phone, which also has “locked out” parent inaccessibility. While I was on the app I got automatically logged off; Didn’t touch or do anything, just observing a page. When I try to log back on I can no longer find my school. Been working on it for 3 days. Just figured I’d pass the info on. I should have full access to canvas with the exception of posting or responses to teachers..Version: 2.1.1

New update CONCERNSI have always found the parent app easy to follow (much easier than student app) and loved that it showed what was submitted/missing at a daily glance (all assignments at one time). This was the main value of the parent app. The new update takes this submitted/missing daily view away. So many unnecessary steps to get to the same information. You now have to click on every assignment to see whether it is submitted or missing! Why??? This is very inconvenient, takes excess time and is much less helpful/effective. Pleasssseee..... bring back the daily view where you can see which assignments are submitted/missing all in one glance!.Version: 3.2.0

Time consumingI find canvas to be difficult and time consuming to navigate. Several issues…. Biggest ones being, assignments are all over the place instead of being lumped together by due date. Makes it easy to miss assignments. Also the fact that an assignment will be labeled not turned in and when you click in, you can find a submission and then it will show you a grade. So again, creates needless stress when your student has actually submitted their work. Overall, I have been very unimpressed with canvas and trying to keep up with 3 students is frustrating..Version: 3.6.0

Unable to loginWaste of time. Spent hours trying to login. Tells me user doesn’t have account. Then try to register again and says user ID is in use. Really? Sort out the issues. Then I might use. Reading the reviews everyone having this issue and obviously nothing has been done to fix it..Version: 3.1

DelayYesterday my grandson had submitted his assignment a while prior to me checking canvas but on canvas it showed mot submitted. I checked with him and it showed submitted on his computer. He unsubmitted and resubmitted (which I wouldn’t recommend as it took a while). Then I in mailed the teacher who responded very quickly and indicated they would check on it. A little while later it showed submitted on canvas. If there is a lag time between submission by the student and what shows up on canvas parents should be informed so we won’t be bothering the teachers or was this a one time occurrence????.Version: 3.2.3
