✗ Slow to load, no landscapeWhile I do like the info available in the app, it seems slow to load. I have pretty good internet connection with 400mbs connection. Also the app does not appear correctly in landscape. I review the info in the app while reviewing/paying medical bills on my iPad with a keyboard and the app shows up as a portrait app on a landscape screen. It works, its just small. Will these things stop me from using it? No, they are just inconveniences. Should BCBS have their app developer work on these things in the future? Probably if they want to continue pushing paperless statements..WhiteclsVersion: 5.20.0

✗ UselessAs far as I get is it recognizing my face at log in. Can’t get past that so there really is no point to having this app. It would be very helpful if you could fix that so I can actually get in to see my information. This has been going on for weeks and it doesn’t matter where I am or if I’m connected to WIFI or not. I have the I phone 11 which has recently been updated to whatever the newest version is. So not sure what the issue is but please do something..Smk1031Version: 4.5.0
