✓ Hunted Cows are thievesI’m posting here what I posted on HC forums which they very quickly removed and then banned me from posting again. So, where to start? I’m sure this post won’t last long.. Several months ago, Sharksharp (Alpha 1 region) told me he didn’t have time to play anymore. We organised for me to take control of his account (no money involved). I had made some purchases, and a couple of those ended up failing due to issues with HC systems. Zorg and I worked through it and were able to find the issue. This was beneficial to HC. Zorg also said HC only had real issues with account trading or sharing, but given that I was allowed to continue using shark’s account, I assumed it was allowed. In fact, Zorg even went so far as to compensate my purchase issues (which were 2x AUD14.99) by adding 2x 300k shard packs. Since then, I’ve spent over AUD1500 on the account. Recently, due to some complaints, HC decided to suspend that account. I have since provided evidence of Zorgs communication with me. HC have responded with comments which either ignore or contradict the evidence provided and what Zorg told me. I have asked that the shard packs bought on sharks account (by me) be applied to my Zathras account. First they claimed this is not possible (which as Zorg proved, it certainly is), then they continue to refuse to compensate me for purchases made in good faith, and the understanding that a well respected employee supported my actions. ✓ Great gameThis is a great game. Like many others spending gets you stronger. But it's still a very cool game. It's not quite in league with with war of nations or the infinite black, but it's still growing and has great possibilities. The reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because it crashes something terrible it's aggravating as hell. This crashing has been going on for months now. I have contacted them several times about it, but still it goes on. I use a iPad four and this app crashes much more than any other that I use. Actually at times it crashes every 2-3 mins and at these times I just give up. Sometimes this goes on for days and can't be used..Version: 1.4.3

✓ Unfair Alliance'sI loved playing this game for quite a while. There are maybe 10 alliances in the 4 regions of the whole game that are the most powerful. You need to join a powerful alliance to "SURVIVE" and grow in the game. If you create a new alliance and try to build it up, it is impossible. I have tried it 3 times and every time I got attacked many times for no reason. I always lead my alliances with honour and following the rules. It takes months and months to build an alliance to the point of being satisfied. When you keep getting attacked for trying to build something from the ground up it becomes really annoying and makes the game unplayable. I'm writing this review because you need to be told what is involved with playing this game. If you want to join a huge alliance feel free. If your intent is to create one, all I can say is good luck. I have now stopped playing this game because of the unfairness to new alliances..Version: 1.4.8

✓ Game is not getting bugs and fixes from developerThis game has been "let go" of by developers. They want your money and do not want to fix what is broken, and start "new" projects that create more problems, they do not want to fix and continue to do this over and over. There are better games that DO get proper response and support out there to spend your money on. Worse, they have gamers that "cheat" the game and, "support", does nothing to stop these players, so, you spend your money fighting uphill battles, which they like! They get more money this way! You get taken advantage of. If these players were at least "blocked" in some way, you might stand a chance in this game! I wonder if this "review" will get any response from the developers/support, to fix what is broken, before venturing on to new ideas! Instead of "blah,blah, blah, "our game is unhackable" blah, blah, blah! Equifax was unhackable too!!! Tell me another story, developers!.Version: 1.7.9
✓ Fun but there are issuesGame play is fun and alliances make it unique...but some issues are hard to ignore. In app purchases are insanely high priced and value is all over the map. What may seem like a "deal" one day, looks like you got hosed the next day when they do another promo. Also really high point of entry for in app purchases. All the "sales" are on packs $70+. Another big problem are the glitches which screw with events. So far hasn't been addressed. Good game and lots of promise but needs these items addressed above before it will be a great game that users stick around for..Version: 1.02.1

✓ P2W and lots of bugsMy biggest complaint is that every other update to this game stops the game from starting up entirely until the next update. I get notifications that I'm being attacked but can't get on the game at all. Yes I've tried reinstalling. By the time the next update happens and I'm able to log in again, I'm left having to replace resources that were stolen because I wasn't able to log in and defend myself. Then I need to use said resources to heal units that again I wasn't able to defend. Then there's the lost lvl 5 outposts that require more resource. But the real kick in the pants is that the whole server has months to get stronger with research and I don't even have the resources on hand to start a good research project. Let alone make up for lost time. The only other option is to pay real money for speed ups. Even when the game is working there are "billion power" players that attack you at way lower levels and when they attack the game freezes. You can only watch as they demolish your base. You can restart the game but you will still only be able to watch as all your in game items are bugged. You can't activate shields ... you're just stuck watching in anger as the mechanics of the game stop working for you but continue to work for someone who has spent tens of thousands in their currency. Then if you go to support they sweep it under a rug like it never happened..Version: 9.19

✓ Players ruin itPlayed a short while, joined a faction. Asked by that same faction to teleport closer to their crowd. I did, ok for a bit. Didn’t log in for 24 hours, come back on and find myself out of the faction and that same faction farming me for resources. So yeah. You only get one free teleport and then your screwed. So I have no way to get out of that situation. Beware of DNX.Version: 13.0.0

✓ TerribleA small group of players have spent a lot of money on this game. There are no zones or level restrictions on attacking so everyone is at their mercy. So new players get attacked non stop as the strongest alliances and players keep expanding your territory. Why else is this game terrible? It's laggy, the chat engine is the worst I've seen ever, upgrades take a month or more once you reach level 18, the developers promise features then never release them. Basically if you start this game now you will get killed like 10 times then probably quit. So whatever you do don't spend a dime on this game. You would have to spend a couple thousand dollars to be competitive and not have to worry about being zoned non stop. Even joining alliances doesn't protect you unless someone in the alliance is really powerful. Otherwise a strong player can teleport in to your area and kill everyone and there is literally nothing you can do about it. Except spend money to buy shields. That's it. Terrible game. Edit!!!!!! ✓ Really good but could do with improvementsI love this game. It is exciting and play with some really great people. I think it could be better if you had the option of getting more than 1 engineer as things start to take a really long time to upgrade (months) unless your willing to spend a lot of money to speed it up. It would also be a good thing if the map expanded when the big alliances have captured most of it. You tend to just be stuck with nowhere to go when this happens.
