Getting back into exercise!This is a great app to get you motivated to exercise more regularly. Being able to do it in the comfort and privacy of your own home, as well as at a time the suits you is a game changer. At the cost of less than 1 gym session for a whole week it is also great for the budget. I love that it gives you the ability to change settings to suit growth and change exercises to suit ability. Good Workout AppI’ve used this app for a good while now and have seen results although it is coupled with a clean diet as well. Obviously if you can afford it you should go to the gym but this is great for people who don’t have the time or money for the gym, or maybe have anxieties about going. I have lost about 14 pounds so far. That being said I am using the unpaid version of this app and while ads don’t really bother me too much the ones with sound do. If you have your own music playing in the background the ads will interrupt it which is extremely annoying because you have to physically leave this app and go back into your music app and unpause your music. This happens often and again is very annoying and forces me to pause my workout. But other than that I do love this app..Version: 6.18.5

Best fitness app!I have tried many fitness apps and this is the best one I have come across! I feel motivated and actually want to do the workouts. Love that there is a video of the exercises so I can see if I am doing them correctly. I’ve been using this app for 4 weeks and have already progressed up fitness levels and starting be see results within my body. Good way to get back in shapeI like the built-in timers ... and the intuitive use of the user interface, it’s so easy to drag up between sets. The exercises themselves are ok, having done p90x and insanity when I was younger (I’m 56) I found their exercises well-designed, now I’m not up to that level and this app is seriously helping me get back to that — maybe it’s not a fair comparison, but it’s what I have. It’s not that the exercises are much different, but I find that they pay less attention to ergonomics and physiology than those systems — especially for those of us who need some steps to get to those movements. On the other hand, what this has that the others don’t, is the ability to adjust the load after each workout, very cool. The other thing I wish is that they paid more attention to earn-up and cool-down and actually spent a little time on stretches before and after. It’s not a bit deal because I’ve added those on my own ... but as much as I like this app there’s small tweaks that would make it amazing for me. I still give it a five star for finding an awesome app design that really helps me stick with it..Version: 4.0.29

Amazing app...30 day fitness is an app where you can just basically work out for free with no equipment necessary. If you don’t feel like going to the gym, bring the gym to your room with just a click of a button and you will be exercising in no time. You will be more fit the way you want to be, and enjoy your body the way you want to be. 30 day fitness is beyond amazing. They have 30 day challenges where you can work out for 30 days, and see if you can keep up with the heat. UnexpectedI’m a full time uni student and full time worker! This is great for evening or morning, only takes 30 minutes or however long you choose to exercise for. Saw some unexpected results but I got results, with a before and after. It’s obvious that you have to put in extra. BrilliantThis is a fantastic App! I have been using it for 6 months now since my local gym closed due to Covid. It has helped me keep fit, tone up and lose some weight. It is easy to use and adjustable depending on how much time you want to commit to workouts and what your personal goal is. There are clear instructions and videos of how to perform each exercise and which muscles they target. The benefit of an App like this is that it is similar to having a personal trainer but more affordable. It provides a good structure to work to, all you have to do is ‘turn up’ and follow each workout. Love it. The first week is free so you can see if you like it..Version: 5.9.1

Give it a try !Many people complain about the 5 dollars a week in which they would gladly spend the same amount or more on a cup of coffee in the morning. There’s a free 3 day trial which was enough for me. The app is flawless and although I haven’t used it long enough to see any major gains, I have gotten fitter and more agile. The workouts and exercises are easy to customize to be easier or harder depending on what you feel like. They even walk you through workouts and give you instructions. So far I give 5 stars for a great app. Keeps me extremely motivated, love it. Stop crying about the 20 dollars a month and try applying for a real gym and see how much they charge and the terrible contracts. Best fitness app for those short of time!This is hands down the best fitness app I’ve used (and I’ve tried quite a few!) It caters to any kind of lifestyle - whether you want to train once or twice a week or every day of the week; whether you want to train for strength-building, muscle-toning or just simply for weight-loss; whether you want 10 minute workouts or hour-long workouts...I just absolutely love it!! Best Workout App I’ve Ever Tried!Just did my first workout with the app. First, I love the variety of the workouts! I am a bigger fan of the challenges where the workouts are pre-selected for me though. As a beginner, I don’t always know what is best and I appreciate the assistance. Second, I love how the workout times or identifies the number of reps needed for each stage of the exercise! It was just wanted I needed and it really motivated me to keep doing my best. Lastly, I appreciate that the app only shows you one day at a time on the challenges. I am guilty of looking ahead for what’s in store and giving up because it looks too hard. Perfect fitness appThe format is extremely easy to follow and understand. The workouts and exercises are different every single time thus making exercise enjoyable. AmazingI use to do track in college but after 2 kids I gave up the gym life style I just walk 3-4 times a week. BrilliantI downloaded the app for a serious health change and oh my! Third week into using the app and Im so impressed. Alongside a changed diet I have already seen results. Love this appI read the reviews before getting this and I was impressed. Now I’m reading the reviews after using this app for 10 weeks now and people write such ridiculous reviews. Complaining that they haven’t lost weight even though they did it everyday, etc. Just a kind PSA: Every persons body is different!! Some people will lose weight just by exercising. Some have to eat healthier. It’s always different. I started this app 10 weeks ago and I haven’t lost weight but I feel healthy and that’s all I really care about and it’s all anyone should. It isn’t this apps fault if you aren’t losing weight so don’t blame it. I had no issues with how it charged me. Really makes a differenceI hate exercising, but 30 days fitness makes it so simple! Real life demonstration videos for every exercise, verbal direction, and you can costuming your assigned workout to what exercises are comfortable for you before you start the workout. Pair your workout with a fire playlist and before you know it you’ll be done with your workout and ready to do another one ( which you can do in the additional 30 day challenge section ). I promise these workouts take barely anytime out of your day. I used this app to loose weight, and in 15 days I already started noticing a small difference in weight and a major difference in the amount of tone I had developed. Highly recommend. Change your life for the betterI was over weight for many years and I wanted to maintain a body that I would not be embarrassed of, ashamed of, or feel I had to cover and hide from other people. I needed a work out plan that would help me feel comfortable and appreciate my body. This app has helped me reduce my weight in a healthy way and has made me feel happy about wearing a bathing suit with friends and not being worried that I look to fat in it or that I should be covering it up with a oversized jacket. Fantastic appMy friend and I have been using this app for a few weeks now and we love it. We go to the gym every night we can, making it on average 5 days out of 7 and we love using this app. The exercises are explained and there is a video of each to show you what to do, it does all the counting for you when it’s needed so you are not trying to set timers whilst exercising. The workouts can get quite difficult but not impossible. It pushes you when you need it and as you get further into using it it will tailor the workouts to suit what you can do. Great app! But just a few suggestions...Overall I love the app but there are a few things that I would change. 1. You guys give the option to thumbs up and thumbs down a lot exercise but that doesn’t really do much. What I would suggest is that when an exercise is disliked there is the ability to alternate that exercise with a different one that basically works out the same muscles as the one that you thumbs down. 2. You should also be able to adjust the amount of reps you do for each set of an exercise. I understand that you could change the difficulty of your workouts but doing this would allow for a more personalized experience 3. Some exercises require equipment. Great exercise appI came upon this app on a FB ad over the summer. It works for me and amazingly I haven’t missed a workout. I like the way the app gives me a range of workouts (4) each week and I can complete them when I want, so it fits in well with family life. They are also different lengths so I can chose when I have more time I can do the longer ones. There is a huge library of great workout I can add in if I want to. Better than Kayla Itsines!The layout is perfect and keeps you motivated for completing workouts each week and doing challenges. My favorite things are that 1) has voice to tell you “switch legs” or “10 seconds to go” and can do everything without looking at the app once used to it; 2) That the difficulty is actually accurate for someone who is a true workout beginner (FINALLY an app that recognizes burpees and jump squats are HARD!); and 3) you get to pick which one you want to do each day from a selection given for that week, and it says how many minutes to expect and can glance at the lineup of exercises, to see what you’re in the mood for, what’s sore, etc. Such a great app! After losing my Mother and Father before the age of 50 Years old due to heart disease I’ve decided to get moving. I’m boarderline diabetic and have high blood pressure. Really enjoyingI’m 13 and this app is really helping me get in the shape I need for my gymnastics team. I love how you can choose your workout and what part of the body you want to work out. I have a couple of suggestions. Make up fun names, like instead of leg raises call them kick the air or something like that. It would make it more appealing to teens like me, and also can make you remember the name so you can do it later too. Also you should make a workout with nothing jumpy because I stay up past my parents and don’t want to wake them. I will do another rate after my 30 challenges. Going to start 1 today and 1 tmrw. I also like this app because of the variety of challenges that it has and you can freely pick and choose which challenge you’d like to take which usually is 30 days challenge and each day the duration of the exercise is the lowest you could think which is no more than half an hour. My fitness journeyI’m a complete novice when it comes to training. I have been to the gym consistently before and I have lost weight and toned up, but my knowledge of training different parts of your body enough and evenly really isn’t all that. This app helps me to know I’m training different parts of my body each week in a way that I need to, to actually loose weight! Pretty Great!So, this app is amazing! The variety of routines and customized workouts are great! I’m hoping to pursue some of the monthly challenges, mainly the belly workout, and it’s going good so far (I’m a few days in). I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I’ve noticed the timer stopped a few times. I was doing a daily work out and saw halfway through that the timer was stuck at around 2:15. I tried to fix it, but it didn’t fix, eventually freezing and not letting me move on to my rest. Eventually the timer fixed itself, but I left the workout (losing all my progress) due to the issue. I will still continue to use the app, because it’s so professional and looks really good! Overall, I recommend the app to anyone hoping to lose weight fast and in a convenient, healthy way, but I hope some of the bugs get sorted out (unless I did something wrong, then my bad)..Version: 4.1.0

Best fitness program app I’ve ever usedI think the method of having several exercises to work through in a set amount of time really works for my personality. I know I have to work my hardest for a set amount of time and I’ve just got to do my best to get through as many exercises as possible in that time. Great!I’m loving this app! I love exercising but I always struggled to be consistent, this app helps me stay on track. And it’s super inexpensive! I actually worked out the cost compared to a gym membership to see if it was worth it and turns out I actually end up saving over £100 a year! Belly and bikini body WorkoutsGreat workouts. It is nice to be able to do the workouts at any time of the day and if I want to do two workouts in the day, I can. One of the most positive part I have found were the warm ups and cool downs. At regular gyms I tend to rush through them so they are really not 5 or 10 mins. So my body is not even warmed up. Great exercises, awful transferI loved this app until I had to upgrade my phone. There is no ready way to update your status from the old to the new mobile. And if you start afresh you get charged for a second subscription without any warning. No obvious way to contact the developer from within the app (there’s a secret four finger key you only find after hunting about on the website), also no obvious way to download and update data. And got no response from the developer after finally contacting them. All in all, a very negative support experience for what could be a great app..Version: 6.21.1

30 Day Fitness AppSo far the app is great!!! I love how each workout comes with a live constant demonstration during the workout. Also I love during the workout how the program times you and count down. You don’t have to wear a watch or have a timer. The app does it for you. Also, I love that the program is tailored to your goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, lean but tone, etc. And that’s not all folks, prior to the start of your workout program, you can tailor each workout in the program. Meaning, you if you don’t want to do jumping jacks, you can select another workout in place of that. This has been the best app I’ve ever used for cardio and weight loss. You WILL sweat AND burn calories during each program depending on your physical level prior to working out. So if your already an athlete you may have to change the intensity of the workouts. The only con of this app is that it is $4.99 a week to use. So approximately $15-20 bucks a month. I wish this app allowed you to buy it for the year. Love it but..I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and when the subscription plan came out i didn’t have to pay because i already had it before and the app is great, but, this new update seemed to produce some bugs and i’m getting really frustrated. i tried to do my challenge workout and it won’t open up the workout no matter how many times i pressed “start workout.” i tried to delete the app and redownload it but it deleted all my progress and started me up as if i was a new person making a new account. i don’t know if or how i can get my progress back but i was VERY upset when it deleted everything because a years worth a workout history was just gone. please let me know if there is a way to update all my information back to where it was!!.Version: 3.5.44

Worth the moneyI’m a working from home dad, once again confronted by the prospect of closed gyms. Weights and general fitness equipment? It’s all been bought up and you have to put it all somewhere. Enter this app. It’s got short (but sometimes very difficult exercises...alternating lunges I’m looking at you) that are perfect in the morning and then you feel pretty good as you go about your day of soothing a six-year-old as he throws a tantrum because you took his Nintendo Switch away and made him read a book. Great Fitness AppI’ve been using the premium version of this app for 7 weeks now and I love it! I started to see results after one week and couldn’t be more please! The range of workouts is insane so you never get bored, and each week the app will give you the number of workouts you ask for and randomise them each time. The exercises get harder and harder over time so they’re always challenging you, you can switch out anything that’s too hard/too easy within a workout and you can rate the individual exercises too. I love the fact there’s optional extras too. If you have ‘problem areas’ you want to focus on, you can choose to do the extra little workout plans they have instead/as well as the regular weekly plan they give you. I see a lot of complaints about the price, but I challenge those people to find a gym and a personal trainer for less than £4.49 a week! Great app, great results, great price!.Version: 4.0.33

Motivational and as tough as you likeI’ve now been using this app 5 days a week for 4 weeks and I haven’t missed a session, which considering I’ve struggled to maintain a fitness habit and have been travelling overseas in that time is pretty impressive for me. Things I like: you can do the exercises anywhere, even in a hotel room, and there’s basically no equipment required. That makes it really portable. I like looking forward to the routine to come and that I can look up new exercises before the routine starts. At the end of each routine you have one rating question and your answer changes the routines that come next. There’s lots of variety and I can definitely see a difference in how toned I look and how much strength and stamina I have compared with when I started. It’s easy to change individual exercises if you want or need to. Things that could improve: all the exercises are bodyweight exercises and I expect I might get bored and need to change to a different app in time. Some of the text descriptions don’t match the videos eg the burpees description seems to include a push up that the video demo doesn’t show. Although I have set a weight reduction goal, the app isn’t tracking my progress towards it at all. Notifications come regardless of whether or not you’ve completed the workout that day. It looks promisingIt’s my first week yet, so I don’t have any feedback on results. Generally speaking I like the way the app is done and the fact you can customise activities by rescheduling and changing the number of days per week. Things I don’t like: I don’t understand why there’s a plan and a challenges section. I would expect them to be merged together in some way, as I don’t know what’s better for me. For the warm up and cool down parts, why doesn’t it work like the normal workout? I don’t like the fact there’s a countdown: with some exercises, I spend seconds to understand what to do and part of the time is already gone. Pretty goodIt’s pretty good, but 1. It’s too expensive. $7 a week is crazy, especially for something that just makes working out easier rather than explaining unique and crazy workouts to do. I think 3 dollars a week would be much more fair, if you can’t do that, even a drop to 5 would make it that bit fairer. 2. When I got a pop up asking me for me to write a review, which worked because here I am, it said they’ve spent countless hours working on the app. My bad, coutless. Solid AppThis app is ideal for those with a busy working schedule who can’t really commit to going to a gym most days. The workouts are fun and interchangeable, I haven’t fully taken advantage of the rest of the app aside from my daily schedule but once I get into the swing of things I reckon I’ll start trying out the 30 day challenges. I can already feel a difference after a month of using the app, most noticeable results will come down to committing to a consistent weekly routine which is why this app is so ideal because it makes this a realistic possibility. The only thing I would say is that it’s unclear how hard I should be working, I tend to find myself switching between the too easy option and the too hard option a lot. I was also disappointed to find that after I filled out my dietary details there wasn’t actually any guidance on what to eat. I understand now that the dietary guidance is in a separate 30 day app, but for the price I’m paying for this one already I don’t want to have to fork out another £20 a month..Version: 5.2.0

Subscription OptionsI love this app, everything about it, it’s very easy to use, and it’s very friendly to someone like me who’s just starting out in my fitness journey. Me only criticism is about the subscription, unlike the other people in these reviews that complain about having to pay at all, my only complaint is only being able to pay weekly. I wish there was a monthly or even fortnightly option, as I find it difficult to pay a weekly fee due to how often I get paid. Question about the workouts.I was doing the free week trial and I was doing a bunch of “challenges”. However I noticed that in few of he challenges I was working on, the exercises were repeated. For example, I was doing the flat tummy and I got “side leg raises”, I enjoy that workout. But when I went to do the arms challenge, I got this workout again. So my question is do you have a base of workouts and just random select them for a challenge or am I not knowledgeable of how side leg raises are supposed to help my arms get toned? Besides that, I think the app is super user friendly and very straightforward. I would like to be able to go back on a few calendar days of the challenges because I accidentally finished one without meaning to and couldn’t go back and finish it. I know there was an option to finish it, pause it, and get back to it later but I wasn’t thinking and finished it so my workout for the day was cut short. Please please let me know because I would like to pay to use this app because it’s super cheap and awesome but not if the workouts are just the same for all the challenges. Fix the audio issueI’ve been using this app for a couple of months and love it! Now since the last update, I can’t listen to my headphones! Being in the app auto switches to the phone speakers and not my Bluetooth speakers and there’s no way of switching the source in the app. So very annoying! Amazing for beginners and I’m combination with other apps or workoutsGreat app. I’ve been using it for a couple of months and it’s very good but the workouts don’t change and it becomes very boring. If you increase the difficulty the only thing they do is making your workout longer but same moves. Beginners dreamThe app is easy to use and very clear to follow with both visuals and text instructions. Totally flexible workout planLove this app - drives me on each week to keep moving - sets me a variety of exercises to do and I don’t get bored. You have to be honest with yourself over what you want and how you feel - the app checks in with you after each workout and asks how you found the workout. If it was way too hard it will review your schedule and set something different. There are stacks to choose from so if there is something you don’t like to do you can swap it out permanently for something else - each exercise is well explained and the app tells you what area it’s working so it is easy to swap it for something if you want to. Life changer during Covid 19 pandemic.With my gym closed due to pandemic, I started to work daily with this app and I lost 6 pounds without much diet. Great Workout AppAs an ex-college rugby player, I’ve spent most of my adult life in the weight room or running and mostly left the old standards like push-ups, plank, iron chair, etc behind. Moreover, with the new COVID world in which we live, I needed a rigorous home workout to stay in shape - something that I could do without weights and get done in 20min or less per workout. After browsing online, I settled on 30 Day Fitness and could not be more thrilled with the results. I have been doing it consistently for a month and I can honestly say I’m back to looking like I did in my rugby playing days. Not only does 30DF have the old standard exercises, but tons of new ones that I NEVER would have thought to perform or even known about. And trust me, they are challenging! Also, you can make it as easy or hard as you want as there are different difficulty levels that target different body areas of focus. Great for first-time-exercise sceptic!This is my first attempt at getting fit. I had never considered paying for anything before and actually left these guys feedback saying I would pay however, after my first workout during my free trial I have just reversed my subscription cancellation because this is something I can see myself paying for. Great app for people not wanting to join a gym - like me, I am just starting out in the workout game and want to ease myself in at home. Instructions are clear, workouts well planned and I even like the warm up and optional cool down at the end. Love that you can personalise it and tracks how many calories you burn. It helps!I was not sure what an app could do that I haven’t tried for over 20 years myself. My 10 year old son was the one that said push the button and download, I did! I am on week 14 and it promised exactly what it said. I work out shorter and smarter and finally finally I lost inches around my waist. I am one who would love less weight although I still want to live and do not want to be on a diet, just make better choices and live in the skin that I am given. This was a great asset to that goal. Good, easy to follow workoutsI’ve had this app for just over a month now and the custom workouts are really good. They work for your fitness level and push you in the right places. I’ve also started and completed one of the 30 Day challenges which I really enjoy - now on to the second. Most User-Friendly Fitness App So FarI am a blind user who accesses my IPhone using Apple's screenreader, VoiceOver. I have been combing the App Store for a fitness app that I can stick with, and this seems to be the right one for me. The exercises have clear written instructions that are good enough for me to follow, without relying on video that I cannot see. The voice guidance is also very necessary since I can't rely on any visual cues, and honestly, who looks at their phone when exercising? Someone who's more focused on reading texts than burning fat, if you as me! The only minor glitch I have is when I swipe up using VoiceOver, sometimes I get stuck with an exercise for many many sets. Or at least, that's what I think happened with my five sets of side leg raises from Hell! Haha, thanks to this app, this couch potato really has no excuse not to incorporate some movement into her life, except maybe the fact that she really doesn't enjoy exercise, but I don't think any app has the magical ability to fix that. Best toning fix I’ve found!I’m constantly trying to get more toned and try every app/exercise plan/diet in the book but this app is perfect for me as I can tick off each day so it encourages me to keep it up, it reminds me with alerts, it’s a realistic time to exercise each day and it actually works. I’m two weeks in and have definitely noticed more difference than years of the other fads. Being a review addict before I commit, all I noticed for this app is people complaining about paying - not that the app doesn’t work. A few £ a week is a tonne cheaper than a personal trainer - give it a go!.Version: 2.1.13

Just so easy to use - no excusesI bought this app a while ago but have been using a running app instead. I decided to try this to firm up the wobbly bits after starting to lose weight. Really impressed by how user friendly it is. I love working through the workout with the heads up on the next exercise and clear video instructions. I’m doing the daily challenge for flat belly and really enjoy the exercises. I will definitely stuck with this program and try to up my twice weekly. It’s great! Thanks.Version: 4.0.33

(edited) It's good(Edited) I like this app, but I thought it would charge me without even telling me it would, without even telling me it was a week trial so I got pretty annoyed and initially gave it 2 stars, but I talked to Apple support and they said there was no subscription and so I wouldn't be charged. Anyway the app is great, the workouts are easy to follow and there is a vast number of them (like 420) with varying intensities, so there is a workout for everyone, and if you're an exercise noob like me, beginner is perfect, it burns but it's not too bad and I actually enjoy it, and I hate exercise, I really don't think anybody in this world hates it more than I do, so props to this app for managing to do the impossible..Version: 3.2.18

Amazing!Getting into the spirt of this whole new year new me malarkey it was my quest for 2018 to be the year of "fitness" after trying the gym last year I realised I wanted to get fit in my own home as I have such a busy schedule. I downloaded around 7 apps - some paid some free and this is the best one I have used. I can already see differences within my body after doing the bikini challenge (along side a healthy balanced diet) I cannot recommend more. Very easy to use and sooooo many fitness routines..Version: 3.1.9

Fab - but a few tweaks would make it 5 star!I really love this app and would definitely recommend for anyone who lacks knowledge of different exercises and needs a plan to stay motivated! I downloaded this app when my gym shut due to covid19 6 weeks ago but I’m going to stick with it even after lockdown and give my gym membership up! A few tweaks I think would really improve app: 1. Ability to enter any injuries/health problems and the app tailor the exercises to accommodate these. 2. More info on each routine - you can only see the intensity level in the workouts section so you have to remember the name of the workout scroll down all the workouts (there is no search function) and find out the rating. It would also be great if each routine told you if it was safe to do during pregnancy just for reassurance. 3. When the app tweaks the difficulty based on feedback it would be nice if certain exercises/workouts were changed rather than just adding or removing rest breaks. Part from that fully worth the £4.49 (cheaper than a gym membership and can be done in the comfort of your own home with no equipment necessary!) Thanks 30 day fitness!.Version: 5.5.1

30 Day Fitness.This is, without doubt, the best workout app. When taking part in one of the plans, it slowly makes the workouts harder, so you’re still provided with a challenge. I definitely saw an improvement in my body within 15 days. It’s great how there’s a variety of workouts to do as well. So there’s something for everyone to try. From those who love a challenge to, you who like to take it easy. I felt so much more confident and comfortable in myself after taking part in one of these plans. I did think it was quite a lot of money. But compared to other apps, and/or a gym membership it isn’t much. It’s definitely worth the money though. I’d recommend ‘30 Day Fitness’ to anyone looking to loose weight or get fit. It’s unbelievable!.Version: 4.0.24

Great at helping you stay a active working from home!I’ve been working from home for the past 7 months and it’s really hit home how inactive I am. I’m out of breath walking up my stairs! This app is great at helping you set goals and stick to a schedule. It spaces workouts throughout your week so there’s less change of putting them off. You can also do extra work outs specific to you whenever you like. The cost to use this app isn’t much at all, it’s more than worth it! Paying monthly is more of an incentive to use the app and keep healthy! The interface is great too!! Love love love.Version: 6.1.1

Pretty goodHaving only completed one work out this seems good like the count down and not too tough, hopefully not too challenging while recovering from a broken leg that’s had 2 major surgeries but I still need to get moving. So here’s to a good fit 👍.Version: 5.0.2

Good appGood app and I feel like I am seeing genuine results but I wish I could give more feedback on workouts because I feel the little notes you can write never get anywhere. But also I wish you could be more specific on what you want and what purpose your exercises are serving.Version: 5.3.5
