✓ Great app but quiz questions are inaccurately wordedLove the videos with pictures. The educational portion seems well written. The quiz questions seem to be written by someone who does not understand the material. For example a cluster headache is not associated with high flow oxygen- it’s treated with it. Associated would imply that someone on high flow has a higher risk for developing one. I found all the quizzes to be this way. Revise the quizzes and I’d give 5 stars. I will continue to use this app because the videos are great and creative. Very helpful. Thank you..Red99Version: 4.9.2

✓ Needs work...Mostly I love this app and use it every day, but most days “Pencil-villain” jacks it up and doesn’t give me all of my quiz questions for the day. I would also really like to be able to go back to a previous question to review the rationale after I have already moved to the next question. ✓ Payment optionsAlthough I love the concept and idea behind this app the one thing that has put me off it is the subscription, I used to only go for apps that would do a pay once and you get everything but then I used an app for study purposes which had similar subscription plans as this app and I was dumb enough to go for it where when I tried canceling the app kept taking money out of my account even though I cancelled the subscription. Only recently have I managed to end the payment once and for all thank god I was hoping this app wouldn’t be a subscription based app as I find it very deceptive but if you guys can happily include payment options like many other apps like pay once and get access to every feature and lesson then I’ll happily pay but until then (even though I love the design of this app) I cannot trust myself enough to give my money to an app that will potentially take money out even if I were to try cancel the subscription (let’s say I’m not phased) Real disappointment I was looking forward to using this app until the subscription options were shown :(.Kenz1997Version: 4.6.4

✓ The app is simply not goodI have to say I love the service but the app is simply awful. The offline feature doesn't work (it says it's all downloaded but I get failed to load image along with the text, and that's after I put my phone on airplane mode since even if there's a little signal when I'm underground it will try to load from that and will keep trying to load forever). And that's not to mention the fact that offline quizzes (maybe the most important feature to actually retain the information) is not supported. Also I gave up on trying to use it on the iPad since it thinks you are trying to access the service on both your phone and the iPad at the same time, their solution was to quit one app completely before opening the other which resulted in me doing this dance of alternating quitting and opening until I simply deleted it from the iPad and made a web link to access it on safari. Anyway the app is basically a source of stress and frustration when Picmonic is supposed to be an aid during an already stressful period in our lives..BbBurnsVersion: 4.1.1

✓ Vet MedI am in the free trial and mostly using it for Pharmacology. So far, I’m really enjoying the app. However, I wish there was a veterinary nursing/technician program option. ✓ The videos lack detail for USMLE step 1I bought the subscription for step 1 and I am currently toward the end of my first year moving on to the second year. The videos are not enough detail. I love the illustrations and the organization with first aid reference page but the video doesn’t cover things in the first aid, it’s just barely touching the material. Not all the topics in pathoma are covered, this is annoying because then I have to go look for sources elsewhere to cover everything. Sometimes the examples and illustrations use more of a difficult language, my friend whose English is not her first language sometimes don’t understand some of the illustrations, I would suggest to make it little more simple so everyone understands. Please add some pathophysiology details to the videos, right now these videos are better for nursing school but the selling cover reads USMLE step 1. I don’t see the videos to be to that level yet, it needs major improvements and needs to cover more topics in north first aid and pathoma..Are. EVersion: 4.5.5

✓ Expensive but helpful with an annoying insistence that you rate the appThe program is quite expensive $120/ 6 months but I think it will be helpful. The topics are interesting and should help me in my PMHNP program. After buying the program yesterday it kept interrupting me to write a review which annoys me. It would earn a fourth star if it were less annoying and covered more psychiatric topics. ✓ Content is good but you might get chargedI signed up for this up hoping to try it and see if it would work well with my study habits. I ended up cancelling within the 7 day fee trial period but still was charged an extra month. I tried using the in app help feature but it wasn’t useful. ✓ It great but ...Ok as a college student I pay 14 dollars a month for this app ... and I can’t even have full access with paying that much and if I do the math I’m actually paying the most at the end of the year when looking at all my options for payment plans but ... giving 80 bucks upfront for unlimited access isn’t that easy as a college student ... ✓ Punishing us!So, I come here to get the best of the best! We are all poor students trying and struggling at work and at school. Here before us is a fantastic tool you have developed. Most of us, like myself, cannot come up with $200 something dollars to pay upfront for the premium price. Which is also deceiving at a monthly rate. I, like many other here, look to see if we can make monthly payments on the top tier, but you will not accommodate us poor students who are racking up student loan debt, working either part time, PRN, or not at all. So , my point is, your MONTHLY plan is the most overall. Therefore, you’re punishing us. That’s not right nor fair. What needs to happen, and you will get more customers, is to make monthly payments on each tier. But I suppose you’re too greedy to do so. Shame on you. ✓ A lot of informationThis app is very nice to help memorize things, this year I used it for fundamentals and anatomy and physiology, I wish there was more information, it has my book, but the information within each section did not include the things my class introduced. I wish that there was more on the subjects such as culture, it only touches on a few different cultures but I didn’t see anything about what a nurse also needs to know like not being ethnocentric. The anatomy part is cool, but when quizzing, you are asked to name this part of a bone or what muscle is depicted here, and it only shows the symbol they used in the story’s so there is no way to simply take a guess without uncovering the image. I am going to continue to use this for my a&p 2, microbiology and pharmacology. Overall it’s a great app, I haven’t had any problems with the app crashing.
