✓ Fun but...Putting is basic, usually no breaks, just aim straight to the hole. Another negative, cart paths are out of bounds and the ball will not bounce on it. It would be more fun if you could use the cart path. If the ball bounces into the fairway it's playable but if it stays on the path it's not. Also needs more levels and online 'vs' component. Some secret holes are too tough to find, had to go to a forum to see where they all are. The jittery play is resolved. Otherwise fun game, not sure if it's worth the asking price. I'd say $2 is fair given the depth of game available now. If features get added it'll be worth the price paid. I LOVE that's it's not a pay 2 play game, no ads or annoying in-app purchases to buy..Version: 1.1

✓ It wasn’t what I expected...I will be honest, OK golf when I saw it I really thought it would be one of those games with glitched graphics and horrible gameplay. When I purchased the game and played it I was amazed! It’s calming and the music was really natural! The game controls doesn’t show you a d pad/ joystick, but instead takes advantage of the vertical screen and pulls it off extremely well! ✓ Outstanding gameThis game is well worth the money as it provides over a hundred holes and more additional challenges. The art style fits perfectly and looks stunning. The team is always releasing new levels to play and explore so there’s always something new to come back to. My only gripe is that the levels can sometimes drastically spike in difficulty. I myself have collected every single star and had a blast doing so. Also the secret holes in Buchan bay are devastatingly difficult to get three stars on and should be fixed if possible..Version: 2.1.3
✓ 🔥💀🔥Awesome game, I have 3 stars on all the holes and only need a couple more secret holes to unlock. The game is perfect so please don’t change a thing because of the cry babies who want everything handed to them, boohoo I can’t make a shot, boohoo I can’t find the secret holes, boohoo the wind is blowing, boohoo boohoo, boohoo, losers go find a different game to play. Developers keep up the good work and don’t listen to the cry babies, they’ll move on. 5 star game all day long, well worth the money. ✓ Great graphics, ok gameplay, ok golfOk Golf is quickly becoming a must have in the App Store, especially if you enjoy playing golf or video games about golfing (remember Wii Sports?). Each levels (holes) are built in the shape of a cube, and although they're pretty small, they make up for how unique each of them are, and how pretty it looks, even from up close. I haven't unlocked any bonus levels yet (you unlock them by landing a shot in a hidden hole), but it adds replayability to levels, transforming them in hide/and/seek. The problem is the gameplay itself. Ok golf's controls were simply too simple for me. While I know it doesn't try to be realistic at all, they could've tried something more complex than drag/release. Putting, for example, is ridiculously easy. To sum it up, the game IS worth its price. There's always new unique and beautiful levels added time to time, which is rare for a pay-and-play, 100% premium experience. Bravo to the Devs..Version: 1.60

✓ Heck of a fun gameThis game is really rather fun. it was easy to pick up and learn, but taking quite a bit of replay to master. I'm enjoying finding all the tricky shots it takes to get three stars! the secret holes are a nice touch, too. and they're very cleverly hidden sometimes! if I had one complaint, it would be that the bounces can be a little unpredictable, and drift off a little in a direction you weren't expecting. this can be a little frustrating as you're trying to nail that three-star chip shot, but overall, it doesn't detract that much from the game. playing on a 2016 iPhone SE..Version: 1.3

✓ Best Value EverI bought this game almost two years ago and the developers have continued supporting it with free updates ever since. It’s a fantastic game with enough secrets and challenges to keep you coming back. And the multiplayer adds to the replay value. I only hope the developers keep supporting the game. I’d love to see multiplayer expanded with an option to do matches with more than two people and options to have timed matches against online opponents. Would also like a course scrambled which picks nine random holes from all courses for online. Would be happy to pay more for it too..Version: 2.1.0

✓ Artistic and funA lot of love and care obviously went into making this game. Just shows a game does not have to be photorealistic to be beautiful. Look, for example, at the earthrise scene on the moon, or the vertigo-inducing course set in the Paris skyline. The sound effects are particularly well done. The developer is, very simply, an artist. Then there is the “game within the game,” wherein there are many pleasant surprises to be found. My main quibble is the (apparent) lack of any cheats or hints for locating some of these extras that I have been unable to discover despite long, repeated, and persistent efforts. For example, there are two holes at Buchan Bay that I expect I will never be able to play, and not for lack of months of trying to find them..Version: 2.2.0

✓ Nostalgic Feel GoodFor some reason the golf game that I can most easily compare this to for review purposes is PGA Tour Golf for the Mattel Electronics Intellivision. I agree that this game is not a golf simulation but a fun remix based on golf. This is a great game except for two things - no object transparency and shots from the rough are way too short. Tree and other objects visually block shots when they should have enough transparency to allow for accurate shots. Fix that, and I’ll give the game the 5 stars it otherwise deserves. ✓ The Best Minimalistic Golfing Game for Non-golfers and GolfersWeather be a pro, or a casual player, OK Golf strips away the tensions of planning how far a golfball will go, the worry if you go a little too far and all that, and replaces it with an anticlimactic and fun experience, despite the high price, compare it to most games you’d find on console for a game with the same low-poly style that costs 5 times more. Though many reviews compare it as a mediocre game, OK Golf isn’t meant to be a game of seriousness and heart pumping action, it’s all about breathing in and releasing to shoot. With the support of MFi, it adds in more to the intuitive controls, and the game looks awesome on larger displays. You won’t find a game that’s still constantly adding content such as more courses based off real world locations splashed in such colour, with crisp graphics and 60FPS, it’s both a good game to spend quite some time on while giving a good quick fix, and the pricing is pretty reasonable, and it’s an instant steal when it’s on sale, since most people on the mobile market want a cheap price without in-app purchases, and this game answers those calls. However, it is SUPER hard to do so in the course “Buchan Bay”. Because it is so windy it hooks your ball all the way across the fairway all the time. ✓ Great game, BUT......there are times when objects on the course actually prevent you from being able to see the hit you’re trying to make. For example, a tree might be just behind the ball. You can zoom in the eliminate the tree, but as soon as you start dragging for the stroke, the game zooms back out again and the tree blocks you from being able to see what you’re doing. Ideally it would be good to have an option to “make objects behind the player invisible” so that when you drag back to have a stroke, they disappear..Version: 2.2.0

✓ Cracking little gameI have only recently discovered this and it’s a lovely little game, almost a criss between a golf and a puzzle game. There are loads of courses and I really like the seasonal courses like the Halloween and the winter wonderland courses. And it’s not boring or add filled or a waist surprisingly I’ve consistently playd it for a couple weeks then put it down and come back months later to have the same fun. ✓ Hole in one!First impressions - I really like this game. It's probably not for simulator buffs, but I never went into this thinking it was going to be that. Love the peaceful sounds as you play. Excellent work devs. I've taken a star off for the graphics. The amount of jaggies really takes away from the visual sheen. Some anti aliasing would have been appreciated. The preview screenshots show no such sign - everything's super smooth albeit a bit soft. But that to me is a better look than pixelated..Version: 1.5
✓ Good game!Even though you don't choose golf clubs, see a player swing or have a timing bar to mash your finger on, it is a very challenging, strategic and fun game of golf! It's harder than it looks! It takes some trial and error to get a grasp on the ball physics and how hard to hit the ball. The courses are nicely laid out and present a good challenge! The courses can be viewed from any angle, close up or zoomed out and you have complete control of the camera. I give it 4 Stars for it's superb minimalistic design and great fun factor! I recommend it to anyone that hates golf games that have that stupid timing bar! This golf game is different, simple, challenging and FUN! KUDOS dev's!!!.Version: 2.1.5
