✓ Unprofessional hostI have shopped at shop shop and most of the host I have streamed to are professional and disclose any flaws of pre-loved items (I.e. mumu, Renee, Oliver Barrett, Andrew, Tracy). This is greatly appreciated as we can’t inspect the items in person. However there is one host which I have watched that leaves me disappointed in their business ethics. COUNTRY SUNFLOWER is an unethical and extremely RUDE business host. Her level of profanity and remarks to customers and potential customers is uncalled for and she leaves a horrible experience for new and current shoppers. ✓ The worst experience!I was in love with this app, I purchased one designer bag from shop shops and was very happy with my purchase after that I got excited and started shopping for more but every time my money got refunded Because the item was no longer available. I was always getting logged out of my account and was not able to log back in so I made a new account I started shopping and for days and weeks I tried to shop and they wouldn’t allowed me to buy anything. I had so many beautiful designer bags, jewelry and more in my cart and I was not able to purchase anything I was very sad and disappointed..Version: 2.23.0

✓ Unique offerings but….If you have a problem with a purchase, don’t expect any help from anyone. A certain “popular” host on this site that takes a week to ship items either legit lost my order or UPS lost my order…either way, someone lost my stuff. Now I had just spent $300 with this same person a few days prior so maybe I’d get some help? Nope. I messaged for a month and after a few weeks, they stopped responding. And that’s another thing too; there is ZERO reason why the US sellers should be taking a week or more to ship out items. It’s beyond unacceptable given there’s a UPS store or drop box in most convenient locations. As soon as a host lists something, it is sold out literally within 5 seconds!! They keep stating no one ware using bots. ✓ BUYER BEWARE! Customer Service is horrible when you have a problemHave bought many items on this site. Never had a problem UNTIL I received a travel bag that smelled of cigarette smoke. This was never disclosed in the video or at time of purchase. I contacted the shop and they offered me $20 and say spray perfume in it. Really! I contact ShopShops customer service and told them the situation. I waited weeks and nothing. I contact them again to see what resolution they came up with. They said it’s a smell ( cigarette smoke is not just a smell it stays in the bag and can’t get out). They offered me $50 and have done nothing. I spent $500 for a bag that I can’t use to travel since my clothes will smell like cigarette smoke. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS APP SINCE THEY DON’T DO ANYTHING IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A SHOP THAT IS SELLING THE MERCHANDISE..Version: 2.18.0
✓ Fake item soldI recently purchased designer earrings from this seller on ShopShops. If I wasn’t educated enough and suspicious enough to think that the item was not authentic I would’ve been fooled. When I raise my concern to the seller they assured me it was authentic yet I was not still sure. Then I reached out to customer service which they recommended that I get it authenticated by a third-party. The result of that authentication was that the item was fakeThat I paid a good amount for. The fact that they guarantee authenticity of every item is now questionable. So I am disappointed. Also the seller refuse to accept my return when I told them I would like to return it. ✓ Horrible customer serviceI placed orders worth thousands of dollars and have been emailing these people for months first the customer service assured me they’d be sent to the correct adress months go by nothing I email them again they stop replying then I message their Instagram no reply again they don’t have a number or any other form of reporting if there’s an issue like that which is scary because if something goes wrong they leave you in a lurch and start pretending like you don’t exist so save yourself from this scam.Version: 2.16.0
✓ Don’t loose your time and moneyIt took me a couple to finally place my first order. I purchased a wallet during a live. I specifically asked the vendor if the wallet includes the box and he replied “yes the box yes” he offered a discount and I took it. When I purchase something from a designer I always like to have the box or the dust bag at least. My order finally arrived and guess what not even box or dust bag, very poor packaging, and no customer service AT ALL. Not from the vendor, not from the app. I contacted both of them. Vendor never replied and app cx service just told me they are going to contact vendor to fix my problem. I can’t return this item, I can’t sell it for the same price I got it.
