It shows completed and shows I got the money but I did not actually get it. The help screen will not help me get the money that I worked for and spent hours working for. ✓ Disappointing.I was actually happy that k had finally found an reliable survey app for myself. Turns out it wasnt available in my region. I am completely disappointed in this app. I had found out about this app from social media and it looked like it had a lot of potential to be good. Turns out I couldn't get the app toworkin any way cause of regional restrictions. I will say this again, I am disappointed in this app and wish it had more regions acces, I am currently residing in Pakistan and it is quite hard for me to find potential survey apps that are good and actually nice. ✓ Beware of being disqualified far into the surveySo, the app is okay. Just okay. I have been using it for the last couple of days on and off and made nearly £3 (when sat waiting to pick kids up/having a cuppa wet) have so far noticed that a lot of the surveys can just suddenly disqualify you quite far into the survey. For example, I was 34% in and basically wasted 10 minutes because it just randomly disqualified me and paid me nothing for my wasted time. I can understand when it does this early on but when you’re that far into a survey it should have already qualified you by then..Version: 3.8.0
✓ Great idea but some ruin itI like this app. It’s good for making some money while helping with opinions and some are actually a lot of fun. However, more and more are asking the viral info like age etc at the end and then you randomly get disqualified. It’s just happened again. When you go to report it… there’s no way of saying what happened in any detail to explain so you are left after 20 mins of filling it all in to be disqualified after stating your age. I don’t mind at the beginning as it means I’m not suitable but it’s not fair for them to do this at the end. Some of them take a lot of time. ✓ Pointless and a scamI did so many surveys yesterday, and was disqualified when it was completed for all but one survey. They’ve set up the scam well, you give all your info and data, then they ask you the “qualifiers” at the end, disqualify you and don’t pay you for the 15 minutes you’ve just spent giving personal info. they know what they’re doing. they strategically put it at the end so they can steal your time and info, any other logical way would be to have qualifiers at the START. absolute joke. they don’t listen to complaints either, waste of time and complete scam.Version: 3.6.3

✓ ScamSeems more of a scam than anything else. They automatically disqualify you for surveys, if they wish and it is mostly after you’ve already spent time and energy completing majority of their questions. I don’t see why they would optimize your profile for certain surveys then after 15-20 mins spent completing the thing they disqualify you. It’s not a good use of people’s time for cents. ✓ Disqualifies you in the middle of taking a survey!Pretty cool app for the most part. The idea around it is nice. You take a survey and they give you a little bit of cash in return. The reason I gave it three stars is because of two reasons. Reason number one it takes way too long to take the surveys for little to no pay. Reason number two I've been disqualified several times in the middle of taking the survey for not having the right qualifications. I think they should fix this problem by designing a way to have your list of surveys specifically made for you. It gets really annoying when you’re taking time out of your day to take a survey just to get disqualified in the middle of it. Please fix these issues..Version: 3.6.4
✓ There are better paid survey apps out thereI’ve only been using this survey app for a little while but I can confirm that this app is genuine and will pay you real money via PayPal for answering surveys. However, I’ve noticed a common problem that I’ve already encountered a lot. Often I’ll make it to the end of a very long survey, after having given detailed and comprehensive answers, and as I attempt to exit the survey a message comes up saying the survey provider has disqualified me. I think it’s pretty clear that the app itself is disqualifying me so they don’t have to pay out and the survey provider gets to keep the data. While there are times (on surveys with very small payouts) I am able to finish the survey, I would say this app is pretty distrust-worthy and it would take a lot of your time and effort to make even a small amount of money if you do choose to use this app. I use other survey apps that are genuine and pay out for every survey I qualify for (you should only be disqualified at the beginning of the survey folks). ✓ Money for minutesA good app if you have plenty of time. Unfortunately I’m often disqualified from surveys which means I waste a lot of time starting but not being able to finish. ✓ Good at FirstI was very excited to take part in the survey’s but after a while you would complete a whole survey by spending 3-20 minutes and it will disqualify you and on many occasions it would say “Thank you for completing this survey” then turn round and disqualify you. Very unfair! Some survey’s are good and will credit you 1p at the beginning of the survey and then pay you the rest when the survey is finished. I do think that some of the survey’s do just collate your information and views and to not pay you they disqualify you. It will take a while for you to make at least £10. I don’t think that some of the survey’s pay enough money in comparison to how long the survey actually takes and some of the surveys require a very detailed answer for a low payment..Version: 3.6.4
✓ Too many issues and unpaid timeUnfortunately I had too many instances where I got to the final page of a lengthy survey only to be ‘disqualified’ I was not disqualified for any reason as on 2 of the occasions I was just waiting for the sign out page to load. Attapoll does not help you with this and does not advocate for its users. When you open a case for being dismissed at the end they say the survey host didnt tell them you finished. They rely on not the fact you were at the end of the survey but whether the survey host paid them. So basically the survey host has no consequences to not being honest and you give up your time and data without being paid. This is not all cases but too many cases. When you reach $5 on the app you can cash out and do get paid. You have to be very persistent though because you are disqualified often..Version: 3.10.0
✓ Needs improvementFirst of all, I’m a little upset that when contacting customer service over problems they only have generic answers to click on. You can’t even explain what your issue truly is. Some of the surveys do pay out, usually the ones that pay like 15-20 cents for 30 minute surveys. My major issue with this app is two things, 1) you are asked to download an app and try it. You do it and only get paid like 20% of the time. You contact customer service and inform them and they tell you those kind of surveys are not allowed (yet it’s got its own label so you know it’s that kind and there is no way to report them). My second issue is spending all this time (20-30 minutes if not more) on a survey, getting to the end and being told I’m disqualified… especially when it says at the beginning I qualify and won’t get disqualified. I feel like they are allowing these companies to get free surveys out of us and are not doing anything about it..Version: 3.6.4

✓ Survey’s for people with more spare time than spare $If you have lots of spare time to do the surveys you can slowly accumulate enough money to make it worth cashing out. But you do have the frustration of surveys that disqualify you just before competition after you have spent time doing them. Sifting through the many that get sent to you that you can’t do due to incorrectly profiling you as a suitable match. The surveys are ok even though, as many people said, so many times you go through a LOT of questions and then get disqualified when you’re almost at the end (and no payment!). So just a waste of time. But, even worse, they just take your money if you haven’t logged into the app for a period of time. I didn’t use it for a while and when I logged back in my balance was gone - I messaged them and they replied to say I probably didn’t use the correct login details (as sometimes this could be the issue). ✓ It works…. for a bit.I was using attapoll for months and transferring money to my paypal without hassle. after submitting a £5.90 into my paypal, the next time i logged on to attapoll there were no more surveys. i thought that it was because i had rammed through all the surveys so i let it slide. 3 days later, i log back on and it still says “No more surveys we willl send u a notification when there are more surveys. ✓ Too many requests?So I saw an add that I could get 8k robux since you and roblox were collaborating. So I was like yes I’ll scan the receipt and get my robux. Little did I know the codes took about 10 minutes before they send to verify your phone number. After a while of not knowing this and spamming my phone number in it said to many phone requests. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it said the same thing. I think deleted it for good and 5 days later (today) I tried again and it said the same thing. Horrible app and if you’re reading this review just know the 8k robux thing is gonna end on June 12th (in 2 days) and I’m writing this review now. ✓ Worth it but only a little bitA lot of the surveys disqualify you right after you open them you don’t even get to put anything in. Another issue is that you can be almost all the way though a long survey and get disqualified and the fact that even if you answer the test question in the beginning of some of the surveys right you can get disqualified isn’t right. This app I wouldn’t say is a scam I just think it isn’t properly set up. That or a lot of the surveys are just thrown together quickly and not thought about so they are bugged. Sometimes you get 15 surveys and are rejected at the end of every single one. ✓ Mixed feelingsI've been using AttaPoll for probably around two years and I love that you can withdraw once you hit $5 unlike others that are sometimes $20+ minimum BUT I've noticed lately, there's a big time difference on what comes up on the app vs when you click into the survey and qualify, for example it might say it's a 8 minute survey then you go into the actual survey and answer the qualifying questions and all of a sudden it says length 20 minutes or maybe even more sometimes. A lot of surveys also have bugs where you can get pretty much to the end of the survey and the screen just won't load etc so you miss out on your money and the only thing you can do is push "survey broken" but can't get your money that you should get paid..Version: 3.10.0

✓ Hmmmm, wasting a lot of timeIt’s a fantastic idea BUT…. I have made an extra £10 in a week and a half of having the app, however I have also wasted a lot of time doing these surveys. Too often you spend 15-20 minutes completing a survey for a measley 15-25p, for you to answer the last question and be disqualified and not paid, this is a con. I have had this happen to me 6 times this morning and I haven’t earnt a single Penny, but wasted a lot of time. You can report these surveys but nothing gets done, you just get a response saying not to do the surveys with lower stars. It was the first survey app that was doing really good for me but then i started getting disqualified from surveys back on back like i would finish doing a survey which would take like 10 mins then it would say i’m disqualified. ✓ Whole lotta work for penniesI enjoy taking surveys and have multiple survey apps on my phone, and this one has to be my least favorite of them all. I know how these things work, I know they won’t get you rich, and I know disqualifications are normal, but this app is a ridiculous waste of time. I get disqualified from 9 out of 10 surveys I start. It wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t wait to disqualify you after you’ve already spent 10 minutes on the survey. The surveys here are never the length advertised either; if it says 8 minutes on the app, expect the survey to say 25 minutes once you start. It’s a sneaky way to get you to spend hours of your time for what I’d say averages out to about 50 cents an hour. But I haven’t been rejected from surveys because of answers I’ve given I was rejected after putting in basic info. ✓ It worksEach poll takes 2-20 minutes and you only get $0.02-$1.30 from each one, but it’s honest work. You only get to cash out after you’ve made $5.00. It’s not a scam though, I’ve actually earned money from taking the surveys. The only thing that was frustrating is the fact that sometimes you may not qualify for a survey. What isn’t so good is the customer support or surveys that disqualify you right at the end. ✓ Hard to name all the things wrong with this app.Oh boy. Where do I start with how terrible this app is. There are so many other survey platforms available please save yourself the annoyance and frustration and don’t go with this one. The worst one I’ve ever used namely for these reasons: - so many surveys give you a completion time that is absolutely wrong. You start answering the initial questions and get redirected to surveys 2-3x longer - numerous surveys have made you go to the end or part through and then say you’re not eligible for a reward and you’ve been disqualified. You can report but cannot add any comments and it’s annoying having to constantly report so many - the amount of times I’ve had the exact same filtering questions asked again and again it’s frustrating. I once had three times asked me to say my age, postcode and gender over again and then disqualified me. - most surveys end up redirecting you to other surveys and you don’t end up completing the survey you’d expect. There was no option to exit the surveys and return to the apps interface. I finally got to a legitimate survey about transport adds in my city and I continued. ✓ It’s decent for some surveysI was having decent luck with surveys and getting a little extra cash here and there and then I came across an offer for downloading an app and followed all of the instructions exactly as it said. It was a 26 dollar offer. I put in a complaint about the survey because I didn’t get the money for it and they basically just said next time make sure it’s something you’re actually interested in. Even though I was 🙄 and that the company didn’t tell them that I had completed the offer yet even though I did. It seemed like they made no effort to fix the issue. The surveys are long and tedious, and sometimes you get disqualified with no payment. So you waste time with no pay from the surveys. I would cash out at the end of the month and I got it through PayPal. The last one I did was rejected by PayPal and my AttaPoll account was disqualified. I tried to contact about why but no real explanation. So the $50 I earned just disappeared. AttaPoll could at least put it back in the account and give the option to send a gift card. ✓ DisqualificationsI am only giving this app 3 stars. Because while you are able to make a small amount of money, you won’t get enough to pay a bill or anything. The most I have gotten so far was $22. It took me about 3 days, and doing surveys for about 6 hours a day. So that’s about 18 hours for $22. I did several surveys that took me about 20-30 min, and then it disqualified me at the very end. So they got what they wanted from me, then didn’t pay. You are able to report those particular surveys, but nothing ever comes of it. Basically these multi-million dollar companies want insight and info from people, waste about 30 minutes of your time, and then not pay for it. Not to mention they make more money by selling your personal info to other companies. Then I started getting surveys that would take me the whole way through then kick me out the last second and AttaPoll would not reimburse me for my time, not even half the promised payout. It began happening a lot more recently, then today I got a notification that my account had been blocked/closed because I was supposedly not following the rules and that’s why I was getting kicked out all the time. I would take my time, read every question and would still get tossed out at the very last second. $3 minimum payout was easy to reach at the beginning but then AttaPolls survey providers started kicking me out. ✓ Something very fishy going on!You get all the way to the end of a (sometimes 20-30 minute survey) and on the very last question it says the survey has disqualified you! Extremely frustrating. I’m sure they’re still collecting the data but using the final question to disqualify so not to pay you. Out of the 2+ hours I’ve been using it, I’ve only actually been able to fully complete a small handful of surveys. All the higher paying ones disqualify you just before you get to the end. For instance, I qualified for a survey, it asked one of my children aged 13-16 to complete it. It took them 25 minutes (they weren’t being slow and were answering truthfully) and it said on the final question- what describes your living accommodation. ✓ Rewarding and annoying in equal measures.This app is ok. Pays a few pence here and there for answering surveys, and it’s surprising how those pence all add up over time. Pays out at £3 or above by PayPal and the money arrives instantly upon claiming. So frustrating though. For example, loads of surveys show as available so you do one. Finish it and the rest have mysteriously vanished into thin air. Also loads of surveys where you get disqualified without even answering a single question. Ok, so no real time wasted but you have to wonder why the survey was there in the first place. Also should you begin a survey which has the date at the top of the survey don’t do it. Been caught twice on this where you complete the survey and it thanks you and tells you that your input was valuable but you don’t get paid! The surveys are generally from the same companies and as such tend to be generally boring and repetitive so be warned. One company in particular have the strangest surveys I have ever seen which asks questions such as, “how has the coronavirus pandemic altered the way you feel about chocolate bars”, or “what is it about Cadburys flake that don’t understand you?” Very weird. ✓ Good idea but bad executionI have been using Attapoll for a few days now and it’s been interesting. I enjoy answering surveys so why not get paid? You do get a few pence here and there, so that’s great. The frustrating thing, as others have said, is that you can spend 10 minutes plus on a survey and it disqualifies you on the last question to avoid paying - this is for all the higher cost surveys. It feels completely unethical because you know they’re still taking and using your data, just without compensating you. The cons is, a lot of time the app crashes and it won’t pay out due to tech issues but it won’t say that. it’ll just keep loading when your done with the survey which leave you no choice but to exit out. There is mountains of tracking, including Google tracking (multiple Google owned domains) within the app itself (see App Privacy Report in iOS Settings). Some sites won’t let you cash out until you reach a minimum, sometimes as much as $25. AttaPoll lets you cash out at just $3 and it’s pretty much instant. You can complain about an issue with a survey but you can’t be very specific and rarely does it help. I don’t like that you can’t reach support and specifically state your issue. ✓ Why I left AttaPollI was spending half my day waiting or doing surveys that were cancelled . Out of the last 11 surveys I collected 2 pence. The electricity needed to charge my phone was triple that, if not more. Almost all surveys were far longer than stated, by 10 mins or more. Some surveys were extremely tedious . Question after question that were so similar it actually hurt my brain. It was an effort to keep my eyes open on some of them. A couple were well designed, but most a scripted interrogation, not fun. Also, after the honeymoon period, about 3-4 days, the money dropped significantly, from averages of about 30p to about 10p or less. I’m glad I tried it but personally it’s just not worth my time. ✓ Don’t bother!Out of the 10 surveys I’ve done I have been disqualified 8 times! They let you answer most of the questions and then disqualify you for no reason! The last one took me 15 minutes, I got to 98% (last question) and after I answered it they disqualified me! Are you fricking kidding me?! If it wasn’t the last fricking question I would understand but seriously?!? If you don’t want to pay 30P for a 15-20 minute survey lower the price don’t disqualify people for no reason! They make a lot of money selling our personal information but wouldn’t pay the fricking 30P they promise after a survey. What a waste of time. ✓ Attapoll is a terrible appI had been using this app for about 3 weeks and I stopped getting surveys suddenly. Then they disabled my account? Stupid. I answered every question right as well as the control questions. You guys are absolutely useless. This app is made for making quick easy money it’s atrocious how you can just disable peoples accounts. I was trying to use this app as a side hustle to help my children needs but i cant even do that now? It’s a terrible app. I wont recommend it to anyone. It’s better to find a well paying app and these referral codes? Silly. They don’t even work. And why do you keep getting disqualified? Just because you don’t fit survey standards! ✓ Seems like a dangerous and time-wasting app.. read everything belowI never write reviews but I feel like I should write this.. anyways I downloaded it for someone and it’s suspicious they asked for a phone number for security purposes. i used a fake email and put fake information in the beginner 10 cent survey just in case but omg I dug into the app a bit deeper and it has ur IP address? Idk if apps in general can find ur IP address but this is alarming to me. I’m pretty sure that shouldn’t be stored in survey apps. I immediately deleted the app after before it could try to get more information from my device or something… I wouldn’t recommend this app tho. I use other survey apps that r legit and so much better that give higher chances of earning a few cents or several cents from surveys. ✓ Was Useful At FirstIf you know how to maneuver through surveys and happen to have a lot of time on your hands this app can be lucrative. with that being said, aside from the consistent not qualifying either before or after beginning the survey is especially frustrating. there are times where the surveys are taken away but the biggest disrupting factor for me is having a PENDING cashout. When I first got on this app back in late May it would send to PayPal instantly, no wait time, no questions asked. then after a while although it was rare there would be times where it would take either approaching or over 24 hours to pay me what I’ve worked extremely hard to cashout for. there was even a time where it was pending for a day and just said failed at the end, then when I didn’t it the second time I waited an extra 24 hours and it went through the time with no problem other than punctuality. in conclusion I’m proud to say that after this payout I’m more than likely going to step away from using this app and others like it in particular. It was a convenient and resourceful run but I’ve had it up to here with having to wait for funds I’ve worked extremely had to earn through doing strenuous bare minimum payment surveys..Version: 3.6.3

✓ OkayIt is legit and gives you money for doing these surveys. But it has a bad habit of lying about the amount of time it takes to complete each survey. For example this survey was paying me $2.27 for a 10 min survey. It took me 15 minutes to answers the question and that was only the questions to qualify for the real survey. It then will take you to the real survey that takes you around the same amount of time. I also hate the fact that you can be in the middle of a survey you have been doing for 10+ minutes and you give a answer they don’t like and they will disqualify you. It’s a waste of my time to be doing these surveys and getting no money from it..Version: 3.10.2
✓ Frustrating when it disqualifies youThis app is a good way to earn money quickly, however it really discourages me from using the app when I can spend 20-30 minutes on a survey, only for it to disqualify you at the last question. In my opinion they are still taking the survey data without having to pay you. A lot of the surveys also freeze halfway through therefore you have to leave and don’t get paid for what you have completed. Often feel like I am wasting my time. ✓ It’s good but..I think this app is actually ok :) it’s an easy way to make a little cash. The surveys are usually quite easy and straight forward. However, quite a lot of the surveys seem to disqualify you at the end of the survey? Now I don’t mind if they disqualified me if it was at the start of the survey, but it makes you waste 20 minuets of filling out questions just to get disqualified right at the end. Seems like a way of getting answers of people for free. Personally, I only made like £2.26 in a week and a bit. If your thinking of trying the app then I’d say go for it, it is alright it’s just a few issues with a lot of the surveys. :).Version: 3.6.4
✓ OkayIt was fun but whenever I enter a survey at the end it says try again later because of the are bot looking forward to that type of answer they will not except it and when you try again it is not going to work and since iam Muslim and cannot drink alcohol it said how many alcohol do you drink per day and there was no option for you can’t drink ..Version: 3.10.0
