✓ Very poor serviceI’ve been playing the game for three years. It has a great foundation. However, it is painfully obvious the game was abandoned by Igg as there have been no updates in almost 2 years. Over the last month, paying customers, having been losing access to castles they have spent years making. Igg has not publicly sent word that they are even trying to rectify the situation. My recommendation is that everyone stay away from any Igg games. Very poor support and communication. I don’t even think there have been server resets in months.
