✓ Great tacos horrible appLove del taco. But the app doesn’t allow for the promotionals that I get notices for. And it times out multiple times before finally updating my payment. Such a hassle. Had to go inside to prove that there was a free promo. Ladies kindly gave it to me. But even they say they don’t use the app. As it’s difficult to navigate. ✓ Del app VS doordash…I’ve ordered del taco countless times mostly pick up. I’ve always used the doordash app maybe because I’m a full time dasher who knows lol. Well I decided to download this app and order the exact same thing I always do with doordash pick up. Long story short this app saved me $6… are you kidding. 5 stars just for that. Oh and this is part is for paranoid reviewer who perfers Apple Pay… guess what… Apple Pay stores your credit card info too and it’s a lot more likely for someone to get your info from that than this app. Did I just blow your mind?.J E double S icaVersion: 3.0

✓ Love the app except no cancel once you close the appI ordered my usual from the app to pick up inside on my way home. Doors were locked, so forced to use drive thru and drive thru was SLLLOOOOOWWW with only a 6 cars. Waited 5 minutes and no movement so I left but wasn’t able to cancel the charge from my gift card so I called the restaurant. No help. She didn’t know what to do about refunding me and said she would the next day. No call. App needs to allow a cancellation once app is closed..Love Del but bad experienceVersion: 3.7.4

✓ Warning! Don’t use this app!!If you want to lose your money then go ahead and use it. When your order never arrives and the driver says he delivered it, good luck on getting your money back!! Stood outside, alone, and next thing I now is the app says my food was delivered. Call the driver to ask where he was, and he said he gave my food to someone saying I told them that if was ok for him to receive. LIES!! This was delivered by DoorDash but doesn’t show in my DoorDash app since it was ordered through the Del Taco app. Still trying to figure out how to get my money back!!.XVI-PacfanaticVersion: 2.8

✓ Good easy to use appThe design is very simple; it’s quick to open and use the scan tab. I wish that you could add more than 1 store as your favorite. Besides that, I love the rewards and offers tabs. I think there should be even more rewards, although it’s a good selection. I usually use my points for a bean and cheese burrito (with no sauce, but it’s good bold with the green sauce I believe). ✓ App not workingRevision: I heard that phone updates sometimes cause apps to not work properly. I deleted this application then downloaded it again (IPhone 8). The app is now working and I have been able to use my offers again. Thank you! I have received many offers from this app. I really loved using it until recently. Now, When I click on the app I get a black screen. I drive over 30 minutes to eat at Del Taco and would love to have the great offers this app used to provide. ✓ New update, no offersThey say it’s working as expected, but their new rewards program after their newest update is disappointing. It used to have 4-5 offers every day, including a few I loved to count on, like a BOGO bean and cheese burrito and ones involving the egg cheese toasted wrap. All gone, no longer. Now we are lucky to get one a day, and it usually is not something I like. When it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. You did, and now it’s broke..RfingerVersion: 3.1

✓ Deal with it ! ! Spoiled onesThis app has worked well for me & my family . After reading all the reviews I can’t understand why people get so frustrated & upset ? What do they expect? ? ? Nobody’s entitled to anything as well as nobody should feel that they’re owed anything???? People always seem to be very opinionated & judgmental putting all their life’s stress into something like this app when in reality the app is simple there to provide you with extra perks & savings that you might want to use ? I LOVE it whenever I’m able to save $ & or get something for free & this is exactly what this app has always provided me. ✓ Great food and serviceI’ve always liked Del taco, especially the chicken burrito supreme. But that Carne Asada queso torta is so good. I am just like addicted to those right now. The bread is nice and soft and the meat is fresh and it just has such a good taste to it. And then last week I was at the Del taco on mountain in Ontario and then a few weeks ago. The one on Gary in Pomona and both places I got excellent service with a smile, so I have been very impressed with Del Taco Thank you.LynZay88Version: 3.7.1

✓ Love Del Taco but Your App…I’ve been with Del Taco even before the app was made. The app before worked just fine and I got my rewards here and there with minimal fuss. After this recent update, I can’t even log in anymore. I tried so many times it said my account got locked, so I heeded its recommendation to reset my password since it was saying I was an existing app user. I check my mail. Nothing. If your idea of updating the app was to lock out of us from being able to earn rewards or even order, well, you succeeded. Guess I’m uninstalling till you guys fix this lol..AmarlyisVersion: 3.0

I prefer hard (duro) tacos, but the delicious cabbage mix & lime slice, plus generous Crunchy Shrimp plus your Hot taco sauce= WOW, your chicken tortilla roll was very tasty too. Thank You ~ I don’t live near one of your Del Taco’s, I’m in Rancho Cordova, CA. BUT!!! they’re BUILDING a new Shopping Center at Sunrise Blvd & Douglas, across St. from Raleys…Chase Bank, we could use you. There are 8 Communities in Area, Im in Anatolia.
