✓ WowI was a bit apprehensive at first with some negative comments but decided to purchase this. I’m so glad that I did. It is fantastic. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long!! Great quality and also I love the features eg replay of games and past classic games with former players. If you love tennis then this app is a must. The only feature I would like is to be able to download the match for offline viewing when I’m on the train. Highly recommended..Version: 1.5.50
✓ High quality. Quick loading. Needs more commentators.Some replays have no commentary. But you'll hear at least 15 different voices from 10 different matches that do have commentary. So how busy are these people that they can only do one match a week or so? Hire more! "Oh but think of the shareholders" Other issue is that the video controls don't disappear until maybe 5 seconds, and they're big and not opaque. Let me click an open spot on the screen to hide them. Sometimes I accidentally touch the screen and forget the "touch to hide" doesn't exist, because nearly ever other app already implements it. This may sound "1st world problem", but this feature lacking in 2023 is like people complaining in 2005 when shows weren't filmed in widescreen. Get with the times, old man.Version: 4.3.5
✓ Good streaming quality but...Overall the app does well the basics but it could use some redesign and debugging: - the sign-up through the app failed and I had to use a browser instead - the app keeps forgetting you were half way through a replay and you have to find where you last left off - there is no decent way to find and set reminders for future matches in a tournament you want to watch I would say they need to invest a bit more in the app development team. One thing I was thrilled to see was an update that indicated you the app would remember your login. Once you activate the app you get a cheery message saying you are logged in the app will remember your login for you so you don’t have to! Cool features like enable spoiler free and covering all ATP tournaments (almost every week new matches!) The bad - log me out of home devices (the app on Apple TV) every week and have to re-login. The chromecast casting and Apple TV mirror are hit or miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. ✓ DisappointedI have used Tennis TV in the past with some satisfaction, but this past month I have had so many issues with it. First, I was anticipating watching matches on my new Samsung TV, as TennisTV says the app is available for my model. Well, after much trying, retrying, uninstalling, reinstalling, emails with TennisTV tech support, phone calls with Samsung tech support, guess what, the app is not available for my Samsung TV. So I have to watch on my iPad. Sort of. Sometimes I get a black screen. Sometimes I get a spinning wheel. Sometimes I have to restart my iPad. Sometimes I have to delete and reinstall the app. I like the monthly subscription option on Tennis TV. I’m not a fan of Tennis Channel, mostly because they only offer a yearly subscription, but if I have to go annual, I may go TC+..Version: 4.2.5

The weather there can be very hot, the seats are expensive, and it’s about a half hour dusty walk from your car just to the grounds. With Tennis TV you have an incredible view from your own home. ✓ Best option but some issuesI’m glad I have the option of using Tennis TV to watch ATP but wish the app was a bit better. The “Watch from beginning” option doesn’t often work with matches already going, which results in the score being spoiled. I like that you can hide match times and scores. I’ve had a couple instances though where the match isn’t showing up that is currently live, like Sinner vs Novak at the most recent ATP finals. The app has also yet to work on any smart TV I own. It just stays stuck on the loading screen. I’ve also had some issues with it loading on PC and tablet before. I keep having to flip the ipad while continuously trying to press the x button. It is impossible to exit a video unless I hold it vertically. ✓ Started Out Great, BUT!!!At first I thought: Fantastic! I can watch tennis any time I wanted now that you can watch it on UK terrestrial or satellite TV. BUT.... Developers, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix these freezing problems. It’s EXTREMELY frustrating trying to watch a match to constantly get up to close the app or shut down my phone to watch a match. And lately, while the video was progressing the sound progressed while the picture remained frozen!!! I might as well listen to the radio! And one more thing. To be constant told: "Error playing this video, check your network connection" when I switch videos is very annoying too as the only way to get rid of the error is to shutdown the app. Sept-18th Subsequent updates has now given me a very pleasurable experience using the app. I’m holding out on giving 5 stars until the fix comes that will allow the app to still work after your device goes to sleep. ✓ High quality stream….but!I tentatively downloaded this app after reading some of the reviews, here’s the thing, although you get super broadcast quality video streams via Apple TV, the app interface itself is not sophisticated enough, for instance, if you attempt to join via the Apple TV interface, the links are dead no matter how many times you swipe up and restart, lack of information about the match and when it took place and at which venue. Streaming from one’s iPhone transmits a sometimes pixelated SD quality result not worth viewing if you have a 4k HD TV (not the same as from an Apple TV), poor latency when selecting from say, players who you want to add as favourites from the iPhone menu, the app developers need to have another look and make some improvements, after all you are charging £9.99 a month for the privilege..Version: 3.0.8

✓ Fantastic service but would rather watch on pc.So first of all the actual service is phenomenal right and the developers have done a great job in creating a well designed app in which you can watch pretty much every tennis match you would ever want to. In the app form though there’s a fair bit of freezing. It’s probably because of my bad wifi but I’m sure I’m not the only one with these issues. I’d recommend watching in sd instead of hd as that reduced the freezing a bit. But hopefully tennis tv can fix the freezing issues. Until then four stars from me..Version: 2.3.6
