✓ Fun for months!I really enjoy this game a lot! I like how the playing field is pretty equal between those who pay and those who play for free. Everyone has pretty equal chances of advancing which is a nice departure from the pay to win model. If I had one feature request it would be being able to play/battle against your friends. I’d like to search a few of my friends and fight them pvp in either 4 or 5 team combos to test each other and have fun. Also the ability to look at other “profiles” and monsters would be nice so that guilds could help their members look through their rosters and set up their best teams. Still work to be done but I love playing daily for months now!.Version: 2.20
✓ Great gameIt’s a surprise how complex this game is! Hundreds of creatures to utilise and further upgrades and evolutions to those as well. I’ve spent nothing on the game and am still finding it absolutely playable and challenging . In fact I think the micro transactions are mostly for new creatures, whereas you get a steady supply of new recruits just by battling through each section - so unnecessary to spend real money unless you want to be super elite. “Tempting” I have only played for a week or so now and am pushing to evolve a beautiful griffin. It’s like as soon as I start the app you’ll have this small little heat wave, you’d think it’s ur palms beginning to sweat or your table is hotter than you think. (If you have your fone on the table) After about an hour my fone gets pretty warm. Then the juggling from one hand to the next, then you put it on the table. ✓ I really like this game, but...It takes a really long time to get through things. People do not want to invest tons of time into a mobile game. They are meant for the few minutes inbetween classes, on break at work, or when you just want to be absent minded for a few minutes. If you log into this game to spend your energy and arena energy, you have to be ready to invest a good hour or two. With the load times and it taking five minutes total (between menu screens and the fights), it is not worth trying if you only have a few minutes to play. I downloaded this game because I own almost every might and magic game. This is not might and magic in the slightest. The pvp arena is broken. At sub-level 20, all of my opponents are level 30+ at 1000 ranking. If they are not playing, they should be removed from combatant selection algorithms..Version: 2.64

✓ Fun SW war clone in might and magic universeLike my title states.... this is a fun summoner’s war “clone”. I got burned out by summoners war approximately sixth months ago and quit. On a whim I decided to try out this game. So far, I am glad I did. The might and magic franchise has been near and dear to me since I first played a PC gamer demo for Homm 2 back in the 90’s. So this game has been pretty fun and “slightly” nostalgic. Hopefully RNG will be on my side and give me a titan.... which are (and always have been) my favorite unit. Give it a try!.Version: 1.83

Should you want to advance faster is up to you but I haven’t come across any “need” to pay to play, large diversity of monster with 4 elements each and then glyphs of your choosing to add gives a decent amount of customizing creatures, my only complaint is guild chat seems to be glitched. The creatures are all super cool and I love the art style. My only request is that we be given the capacity to organise our creatures into groups or teams in our own gallery. ✓ It’s a fantastic gameMight & magic: elemental guardians could easily be labeled as a pay to win game, but at the end of the day, it mostly comes down to RNG and critical decision making. The most sought after creatures in M&M:EG are the rank 4 ones, these creatures have much better level scaling and states and usually more powerful ability sets. Rank 4 creatures have a very low drop chance and even if you spend $500, people have claimed to have been unlucky enough to not have a single rank 4 drop. I’ve been playing since the offical launch of the game, it’s been approximately a year now with only about two months of inactivity. I have obtained 7 rank 4 creatures and spent about $30 and that was close to when I first played the game. Having said all of this, the more you progress, the more rewards you gain. For example: the tower of trials is a 100 level sized dungeon with each level consisting of 5 waves of creatures and every 10 levels has a boss on the 5th wave that gives you a reward significantly better than the levels in between. This particular dungeon resets every month and the creatures that appear on each level change as well requiring you to change strategies. On top of that, there is two modes for ToT: standard and nightmare, so there’s 200 levels to challenge you based on you’re level of skill and luck. I usually can only get to level 70 standard and level 40 nightmare. Pvp arena is very challenging to rise through the ranks, but well worth the effort with the rewards. Guild raids are also very challenging and worth the effort. The bottom line is: this is a very challenging and very RNG heavy game. If you enjoy that kind of game type than this is the best of it’s kind. Spending money might give you a little bit of an edge over RNG, but you aren’t guaranteed to get lucky just because you spend money. So I would suggest only spending money if you feel like supporting the developers, which keeps the game alive. Which I will start doing often..Version: 2.33

The most recent one, Defiance Dungeon I believe, is so stupidly OP!!!!! Like first wave, easy just 2 shot it. Second wave the enemies attack like 20 times and destroy my team INSTANTLY. Seriously? And then it always fails to revive my team. But I bet even if it does work I’ll get destroyed again!!! Why make it so hard? Can’t you make it based on your own teams power level? The developers deserve my money - I play this game constantly (probably at least 6-8 hours per day). The rewards in this game increase very rapidly as you play. I remember some monthly reward near the end of 2018 being dark keys/glyph for summoning 150 2-star (or above) creatures and getting to around 140 creatures but not being able to reach the goal. Now I summon 150 2-star creatures every week (as of June 2020 I’ve summoned over 13,500 total)! Super fun with tons of rewards for playing!.Version: 3.27

When your fighting an opponent during the a.i storyline if your against a -rune sentinel-(any element) and you go to attack one of its allies, it attacks them instead and it’s really annoying so say: (I have a water elemental and I’m vs a fire elemental and an earth -rune sentinel- and I use my water elemental and press to use a basic attack against the fire elemental it automatically attacks the earth rune sentinel even though my attack is weak to it and it keeps attacking it until the earth -rune sentinel- is dead!!). PLEASE FIX AS ITS VERY ANNOYING AND IVE LOST LOADS OF BATTLES BECAUSE OF IT AND WASTED LOADS OF ENERGY JUST BECAUSE IT ATTACKS THE WRONG ONE!!!!.Version: 1.90

✓ Nice game but could use vast improvementsThis game drew me in more than most others in the genre, but some things about it are kind of nonsense. - That the chance of failing to upgrade a glyph even exists. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of the blue crystals just trying to get my glyphs up to level 10, and most crystals are spent around 7-10. Let alone trying to upgrade them to max level (which I believe is 16). - That there’s no ‘sudden death’ in arena. This is what made me finally write this review. My opponent and I killed all of our monsters and had the same one left as each other. Unfortunately they could do next to no damage and had massive health boosts... I forfeit because it’s just pointless fighting an AI with absolutely no way of us beating one another. - The probabilities of obtaining a monster that ranks 3+ stars on the golden colored shard things. I believe the probability of getting a 2 star is 91.4% with the respective 3 and 4 stars being 8% and .6%. That’s terrible odds. -Finally, the probability of procuring a monster AT ALL whilst battling in the shattered islands, etc... The odds aren’t listed I do believe, but they are absolute 💩when I’ve obtained ONE in almost 200 battles. Thanks for reading I know this was lengthy. ✌️.Version: 1.83

✓ Great game but annoying flawsI love the concept of the game, rewarding and fun to play. However I find the glyph system really takes away from the game, namely upgrading glyphs. You have to manually upgrade every glyph, which is incredibly time-consuming when you consider the glyph upgrade “animation” and the fact that each character has 6 glyph spots. Furthermore, glyph upgrades fail A LOT as you increase their level, which overall makes the process frustrating and feels like a waste of time. I’d suggest a “multi-glyph” upgrade feature, or some other workaround to lower the number of touches the user has to make to actually upgrade glyphs. ✓ Best gotcha game outThis game has it all and not a P2W like SW. The new towers they added has given you no reason to ever pay anything . The grind is hard but that’s how it should be and the drop rate .... stop complaining!!! If they raised the rates on nat 4’s they wouldn’t be RARE!!! This game has done a lot right for a newer game . The only thing it’s missing is live pvp . But hopefully that’s only a few updates away😉.Version: 3.24
✓ Truly great... Could use a few things.The game is pretty perfect and one of the best FREE 2 PLAY games out there. Really doesn’t require you to spend at all. Has energy but am never really limited by it. Played for practically 8hrs straight and is very fun. The Auto battle option is great for playing at work. The creatures are AWESOME! And the graphic are EPIC. The option to turn frame rate and graphics up is a very cool thing Ive never seen before. The few things I could suggest for the creators is totally revising the chat. The blue names when active is a very cool feature I’ve never seen. But chat is so broken and there’s no real way to talk to people on the game. I believe this would save a lot of people headaches. Also the guilds are just missing a little something. They’re pretty solid and the events are nice... but there’s just something missing. Other than that keep up the great work and Thank you for making such an awesome game! 10/10 will recommend!.Version: 2.0.0

✓ Absolutely addicted!As the title suggests I am addicted to this game. Much better than those ‘idle hero’ games in my opinion because it’s more interactive game-play wise. There are tons of possibilities with combining different creatures in a Final Fantasy style turn-based battle. And I like that the different element monsters aren’t just re-colors but have different abilities based on their given element. If I had a few suggestions it would be to make the guilds more interactive and maybe allow people to give monsters individual names. Also I hope more lands will be added soon!.Version: 1.84

✓ Disappointing SupportI was going to give his game a much better ranking two weeks ago. I spent quite a bit of money on it. Levelled up a few characters and got quite far. Then the issues came when a game breaking bug affected my main character. After I evvolved it, it stopped doing any form of damage. I decided to hold off on my review after seeing how this was handled. No official reply came form the “Bug” section of the official forums. Support team took more than the promised 48 hrs to reply with a simple - “we are working on this message”. They did reply however so I waited for them to deliver. In the meantime i was struggling with the game. I lost every PVP battle because I was basically 1 toon down. I could not replace it with anything substantial as I had put a lot of resources into it. PVE progress from where I'm at was also impossible without a fully functioning team. After a long wait, the day finally came today when they patched the game. And they did not fix the bug. I might revisit his game and give them better score in the future. But as of now - give it a hard pass. Edit: They have finally fixed the bug after more than a month of waiting. The fact that it took that long was terrible. But since it’s fixed I can't fault the game anymore. All in all a fun and addictive game. Although the shear number of characters is a bit overwhelming at first..Version: 1.93
