✓ My experienceI am a new customer and I can’t even cash my check with PNC first and foremost which that made me a little upset but I was like ok I’ll just go cash it with the bank that it has on it and I’ll put it in the bank. So I do just that now I get an email stating that my monthly statement is ready for view download the app and once I proceed to do the app it’s telling me my information is incorrect after 17 tries and that I must try again later!!! I really about to just close my account this is crazy!!! I would give this no Stars but I have to choose one.Version: 1.1
✓ All the worst things about banks rolled into oneI see this up for direct deposit, I don't remember if it came early I believe it did but customer service sounded like teenagers in a garage laughing when I tried to make a dispute. They mocked me when I told them my situation and I let it go just because I knew I needed the refund for a subscription and that this card was only temporary. Customer service horse for the card is a couple hours shorter than regular account holder hours and you definitely feel like a second class customer with the card and no account attached. They canceled my card without notifying me (I assumed they would though I was always in person of it when he asked). I had funds i could not touch for as l most (if not more ocean) 2 weeks. You can't make any deposits only DD. You can't be helped at any backs (some actually try to with limited access). It's the WORST account I've ever had!.Version: 1.5
✓ HorribleThis app is horrible and The bank itself is atrocious....very outdated doesn’t do Anything but give you a balance and your last 8 transactions. I mean, I get it’s a prepaid account and set to guide u back on track financially but offer some kind of service since u charging ppl to have to the card. I get better use out of using my cash app card !! Would give it no stars but I had to select at least one....BEWARE!!.Version: 1.1
✓ Horrible Banking Experience….Worst Banking Experience Ever! Not only did it take a month to get my debit card but it took 3 trines to order it . The second attempt the banker at the branch said they would waive the rush fee of $25 … not only did they still charge me they make you feel like its your fault and don't follow through what they commit to as a bank. I had an unauthorized charge on my visa debit … its past 45 days and not a word , no temp credit no follow up nothing. Sondo yourself a favor deposit nothing with PNC . Zero Give them Zero because thats the score they get from me. $0.00.Version: 1.5
✓ Can’t see routing and account numberThis app needs to be updated. You can not see any of your account numbers or routing numbers. And if you try to login on their website it won’t let you see it either. Also you can’t make a bill payment using your account and routing number which is ridiculous!!! This is the most inconvenient card I have ever had.Version: 1.1
✓ 2It works well if u need direct deposit for paychecks, but u can’t use the card everywhere. If you’re Like me and need Uber/lift, forget it. And u also can’t make deposits thru the atm. It’s a limited card but I guess that’s to be expected with pay as you go. Those are really my only two complaints.?.Version: 1.3
✓ App Won’t Let Me Log InI haven’t been able to log into the app in months. Says UPDATE: we aren’t able to process your request at this time. So I try to enter my password manually and it says it’s wrong. I’m able to access my account via the web. What good is an app if we can’t use it. Horrible!.Version: 1.3
✓ Horrible app and subpar accountFirst of all, this app is ridiculous! I changed my password online but the app won’t recognize it. Also there is no mobile deposit option, no option to get direct deposit info, and it’s outdated in its aesthetics. The account is subpar because I can’t deposit or cash a third-party check against my account. PNC needs to do better!.Version: 1.1
✓ Seriously!!!This app needs to be updated in the worst way. I cant even log in half the time and I feel like PNC should take a page from BB&T they have a similar account but you can do so much more with it and can do deposits and all and the app stays updated with no issues. PNC needs to get it together and update everything with their smart access accounts.Version: 1.2
✓ It’s 50/50Love my Card. Love being able to take out multiples of 1’s. The app is terrible. I was using it and then one day it stopped logging back in. I used the same info because it’s saved to my phone. Called SmartAccess and was told they would call me back once they figured out the problem. That was sometime last year and never heard from them. I used the online website instead and now that’s telling me I can’t use that anymore and to download the app. The same app that doesn’t work for me. Get it together PNC. Let us cash checks and get checks or have a savings account because the virtual wallet I don’t like..Version: 1.1
✓ AnnoyedHOW does this have 4.7/5 stars? Every review that I’ve seen gives this horrible reviews. Out of the 2 PNC apps that I used the best one was discontinued. I really enjoyed the wallet and this app just doesn’t have the same features. I much prefer the old money bar in the wallet, and the over all design of the wallet. This app just looks out dated and isn’t as user friendly..Version: 1.3
✓ Bug Fixes ? ?Have been using this app for a while, use it more than twice in 24 hours and I have to reboot my iPhone 8 +... When It gets like that it will just sit on loading screen for HOURS if I don’t reboot my phone and I’m on iOS 13.1, so I’m as up to date as I can get... this “bug” has been in the app as long as it’s been in the App Store, how about fixing the bug causing it to happen. And yes I update the app every rime an update is released and this bug is still there!.Version: 1.2
✓ Never works. Please try again later.This app never works. 9/10 times I want to use it, it’s unavailable & I need yo try again later. PNC will advise you uninstall & reinstall the app each time that happens, so if you want to use this app, be prepared to uninstall, reinstall & set up the app each time you want to take advantage of it. It’s a pretty inefficient method, so save yourself the frustration & just don’t bother..Version: 1.4
✓ More featuresI am not under why this app does have the same features as the normal pnc app like we are sexy rate ppl . Y’all get fees and stuff the same as the other folks using the regular app. Why does it take. So long to get a deposit. No one waits for the day it says to be posted to be posted . I was told I would get paid two days early with this card and I have not once. I want to be able to Deposit my checks on the app stash money away like the Walmart card let’s u I mean I just think there’s a million ways to make this card be I named a few that would improve having the card. Otherwise I am not seeing the point of haveing it or telling anyone to get it . Can theses features be added . Along with better customer service.Version: 1.2
✓ Awful -ABSOLUTELY AWFULCannot use the PNC smart access card without it blocking my next transaction. I use it once and it throws me to fraud prevention. Never mind the fact that I have the ability to block it myself when something goes wrong, they just do it after each and every transaction. I am done with PNC. I get the whole “safety and security “ thing but when it starts literally interfering with my daily activities and/or bills then it’s too much of a hassle. I have a Bank of America account and a First community credit union acct and neither one goes to this extreme. They have exemplary fraud protection without it causing me any headaches..Version: 1.4
✓ Don’t bother downloading!!Until about 1.5+yrs ago this app worked great! I loved it. I was able to view my balances & see all my transactions - which is all I really wanted cus I only transf $$ that I needed. The card/acct is great for budget spending, & we treated it like cash in our pocket. But then the app just STOPPED working. To today (2019) it STILL tells me it’s unable to log me in. I even reset my password, tried creating a new account, and NOTHING!!! I had tried redownloading this app abt 1yr ago - hoping they fixed the problem, NOPE. And I see that STILL it won’t let me in. They should just get rid of this app - cus IT DOESN’T WORK!.Version: 1.2

✓ Just awful and ridiculous.Awful, can never access our accounts on mobile, it’s literally ALWAYS down or has “scheduled maintenance” that we only occasionally get warnings for going on. many other things are lacking as well, but suffice it to I’ll be moving to a new bank as soon as possible. also, I miss BBVA, the buyout was orchestrated horribly on PNC’s end and nearly cost us an apartment we needed to get and made putting cash down on a vehicle a ridiculous obstacle. ugh..Version: 1.4
✓ Fix app issues!!!!The app is really good to use, but here lately in the last few weeks it’s not been letting me log on to check everything. ✓ Very disappointed in Ohio....This app itself is fine, works perfectly well with IPhone wallet etc.... HOWEVER, I can’t even rate t because the PNC smart access account is by far THEE worst account one could have!!!! You can’t do anything but deposit cash or direct deposit! I tried to pay my capital one card and my electric bill with my account and it said the payment was processed then returned it 4 times and made me miss my deadline As well as lose my incentive for a higher credit line, the utility payment just would not process at all?! We all make mistakes & need second chances but this account is not it!! 👎🏾👎🏾 Back to Huntington I go..... 🤷🏽♀️.Version: 1.1
✓ App UpdateThis update is horrible. When you go into the app to check your available balance it is not updated. You have to go to your transactions to figure out. It also does not show your deposits. It’s a good thing I get notifications. The old app would update things as soon as they took place..Version: 1.2
