✓ Incredibly unprofessional support teamI made an in-app purchase in December that wasn’t credited in the game. I immediately messaged them to tell them that I was missing what I had paid for. No response. I wrote them AGAIN 3 weeks later, and finally they wrote me back two weeks after that message with this crap: Here at Jelly Button Games, we don’t process payments for in-app purchases, or have access to any credit card information. That’s because the payment transactions themselves are completed either through Game Center, Google Play or Facebook via your personal email address associated with the account. Receipts for these transactions are emailed directly after each purchase. Any post-purchase processes are controlled by them and are subject to change by them directly. We encourage you to contact their Support system. No apology for the inconvenience or the extremely, extremely late reply, no crediting in the game which would be so easy for them to do, and not even a thank you for making a purchase or playing the game...I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted by the people that run the support team, who seem to be a bunch of defensive, unhelpful and inconsiderate teenagers. ✓ Do NOT buy the promo packs! It’s a scam!I purchased 2 promotional packs, paying a total of £5 (£1.99 + £2.99). For this, I got 20 Million (yes MILLION) coins. This is obviously more money than you can earn by playing normally and it’s too much money to spend in one go. So you have to stop playing and wait for your dice count to fill up. Within 1 hour of me waiting, someone stole around 12 Million(!!!) of my money in one go! So ONE person stole this money from me! This is ridiculous and a total scam! If this is acceptable according to the TOS, there should be a clear warning before making a purchase! I’ve written to customer care requesting a refund, and will update this post when I receive a reply. But until then, I strongly advise anyone to NOT pay for any promo packs as they can be taken away from you at any second after the purchase! ✓ Game is getting worseI’ve had this game for years. It’s getting worse as time goes on. If you make a purchase, the price goes up for the next several weeks. No option to buy the cheaper deals. The problem with this is, the roll and juice power is “diluted”. The rolls don’t get you as far, juice doesn’t take you as far down the trail, the trail bosses get harder. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 17.2.1) and every time I load this game my phone starts to get hot and overheat. Eventually it’ll crash the app. I can’t watch ads without it crashing. Only does it with this app. App is up-to-date. At this point, with the diluted roll power and crashing problems, I’m getting ready to delete this app entirely. It’s a shame because it was one of my favorites. My advice to new players, NEVER spend real money and don’t expect to finish the albums, trails, or tournaments successfully. I’ve literally been in first place with a good lead and an hour to go, then suddenly I switch to a different group of players and I’m in 7th. Extremely frustrating. ✓ The stealing money featureSo I just downloaded the game yesterday because of another app I'm on. My first thoughts were this is really cute! I might stick around after I can complete my goal for the other app....if I ever do. In the space of a few hours I've had probably 10,000 stolen from me by other players when I've barely begun. The game takes far too long to gather rolls for a player to have this much taken from them. It would be one thing if free rolls were generated quickly and therefore a player was able to get more coins quickly but it's not like that. Also most games that are similar to this give far more bonus start gifts that this game doesn't give to justify the loss of coins quickly. They think it's gonna make players actually pay for things but I can imagine anyone really doing that. All you do is going around a board. No strategy, no real planning so it doesn't make it much of a real game. If they reduced the coin loss and perhaps made it so you get 5 rolls every 30 mins instead of an hour that would be much better. It shouldn't take all day to amass a full bar of rolls especially for beginners. The only reason I didn't give it a one star is the cute graphics..SaaarrrahhhhVersion: 2.13.0

✓ Money gougingI’ve had this game on and off for a while now and it has changed a lot since I first downloaded it. It’s turned into a game that is only out for your money. You’d think the higher you get, the easier it gets to get rewards, or the more rewards you’d get but that’s not always the case. If you don’t pay money it’s almost impossible to get the good rewards through mini games or daily challenges, and every time you do make a purchase the prices go up bc they know you’ll spend the money. I used to love this game but now it’s not as fun bc I can never get anything good. Same with the card packs, i always get duplicates and when i try to trade with friends they also have the same duplicate cards as me. There are also a ton of in game ads in the beginning that want you to make a purchase and they deliberately take a long time, i have to skip through at least 5 different ads just to be able to play the game and it won’t let you do anything until you look at them all. I know I’ve only put complaints, but overall it is a fun game and if you don’t care that it’s only based on luck then go for it. I couldn’t spend it on my buildings cause they are fully upgraded and I was collecting the gold bricks to move boards. Then, someone came to my piggy bank and stole 1.5 million of that 2 million. Okay okay I know that a how the game works but couldn’t there be like a limit on how much one person can take? Maybe 500k at most? I have read some of the comments and another people are having the same problem as me. ✓ Worst Devs for a Big Potiential GameBeen playing for a while, love the concept and the ability to steal coins to upgrade your own board basically a good time waster...... ‘if’ you have rolls saved up or ‘if’ you have gems to spend on the rolls (obviously without paying to play). Not a fan of the way that some people are extremely disadvantaged in the way they receive 4rolls/hr and others receive 8rolls/hr, it really disadvantages those that get 4rolls/hr in say an event that you might get a landmark because the multiplier that you can roll by is lower that that of someone getting 8rolls/hr. The events are crazy and the pack deals also. Events sometimes don’t give rewards so say you did buy..... and you completed the event and your meant to will a lot well just hope you get your prize, the pack deals.... they sometimes give you discounts on them it would be a 50% 75% and a 100% more, you end up getting the 50% more one in the shop or like a pack that happened today some people paid 10$ for a pack that gave you 50,000 rolls after which people bought those packs they backflipped and didn’t honour the deal and gave them a 200 rolls compensation for their own stuff up. This is the last of the game for me, I have lost all trust for these devs. One job to do and seriously it’s not like those rolls cost you anything to make it’s your game. I was also extremely annoyed that the Christmas story book was impossible to complete as well. ✓ Run away. Delete forever.I’ve been playing EVERY SINGLR DAY for a year. I’m level 58. The biggest regret I’ve ever made is spending $40 on this game in total. Lesson learned. I’m reading comments on their FB page and there’s even a girl who spent $700 on this game. Sadly there’s a lot of similar posts. I’m not saying it’s the games fault for someone spending money, but look how much people are spending and getting nothing out of it. Look at the other reviews on here, it’s really sad to see. The premise of the game is to roll dice, to get coins, gems and level up to new boards, so that you can roll more dice. During the sticker album event, which ends in 3 hours, I spent another $20 as a last hurrah as I only needed a couple more stickers for the grand prize. $20 for 350 rolls later I didn’t even finish a single album, even the ones that were already at 11/12 stickers. This is with X10 rolls and gold card packs, leveling up, getting +100 extra rolls through chance cards, trading duplicates for another 60 rolls. Stay away. Don’t spend your real money on this game. What’s it for? You chase your tail for more dice so you can get coins to roll more dice. At least you can roll dice in a casino and actually walk away with something of value or toss it all away, opposed to just tossing it all away guaranteed. I really liked this game until the album event. I’m really disappointed that 40 real life $ wasn’t enough to even finish at least one more album for even a prize of 100 rolls or something. ✓ Money stealingGood game but there should be a cap on how much a person can steal from you at once eg 50k. Once you get to higher levels it takes all 50 rolls to accumulate just enough money to upgrade one property so if you can’t earn all the money in one sitting, it will all be gone by the time you get on to earn the extra few thousand needed to get the upgrade. I had 150k stolen from me a split second before I was about to press the upgrade button for a property which took me 2 days to earn. ✓ Where have my rolls disappeared?The game overall is really fun and addictive however I’ve noticed that in the past two weeks when you collect all the little tokens to receive prizes; my rolls never load. ✓ Really fun but you pay to advanceThis game is really fun and I’ve been playing it for probably over 2 years but I will be undownloading it because I’m tired of paying. I’m on level 170 and the newest board and I can say for certain that this game has gotten greedy. In order to advance in the events, you need to buy rolls if you ever hope to get the final event rewards in the time frame that the event runs. And they keep track of what you pay for the bundles because the cost will keep going up. I ran a little experiment because it started wanting me to pay $30-50 for a bundle that used to cost maybe $5-10. So I stopped paying for awhile. After about 6 months of not paying and not playing, bundles started costing close to $10-15. Ridiculous that this company plays people like that. Also, after spending god knows how much to finish that Christmas album, the developers send some of us something to “reward” our hard work. I got stickers. STICKERS! Seriously??? I pay hundreds of dollars to finish that album on time for the final reward and I get stickers?? Also, carrots for events are harder to get. I used to be able to get carrots at least 10 times across my board. There’s only 3 carrot tiles on my board right now. Absolutely ridiculous. ✓ Great Concept; Needs TweaksI literally only got this game to get to level 2 and get an award in another game’s offer wall. But wow! I actually ended up playing this more often! I like the concept of having your own little board to upgrade and stuff, along with visiting/demolishing others. What I don’t like though, is when i come back to find a large sum of my money gone, and I have to waste the remainder of it on repairs. After level 6, it became harder and harder to get enough rolls to make a difference in cash to upgrade stuff. Sometimes I could have a nice 10-minute session, going to another’s board, upgrading some towers, occasionally leveling up. Or I roll on nothing significant consecutively for like 30, then leave, unsatisfied. Here’s in final, what I suggest: make roll recharge time a bit faster, possibly make 2 train stations at higher levels or enlarge the current one, allow less money to be stolen from other peoples raids, and fix the mayor bunny’s eyes in the level up house for the love. The events are fun to play, if practically impossible to finish. But, you only get half an hour’s grace period on coins bought with real world money...and this isn’t made clear in their store. Cheering as I got to the ghost only then I realised... you still need to use a ton of juices to kill the ghost to get past it! But then there are the changes for the worse, like replacing Coin King with Piggy Heist. And now the vending machine has changed?! I used to always match my idol to the theme of my board, but I can no longer do that because the theme in the vending machine is not available. I used to enjoy collecting the different types of idols so that I could collect the different designs for the dice, but now those rewards are gone. Plus the prices of buying additional idols in the vending machine has also changed for the worse. ✓ Challenges are impossibleI love this game but I've noticed that since i completed the album and got all those rolls the challenges have been borderline impossible to complete. They were reasonable when i had 24,000 rolls but now that i'm back to 80 rolls in 13 hours it's literally impossible to play the game... my rolls haven't increased in speed or maximum capacity for over 30 levels now, I only have the 5x roll booster half the time and each building requires 10-30 million coins which takes like two days each - making the game slow and boring. ✓ New updates are slowly killing the gameI have been a long time enjoyed of board kings, one of my favorite things was the whacky customization, like all the different idols, and don’t get me started on board themes, I loved being able to pick what my board looked like! but unfortunately, I took a long break only to come back to an update that removed your choice with themes, and also put most of the idols (the games version of pieces like the hat, thymol, car etc from monopoly) behind a level wall so I can no longer finish out my collections, not to mention with themes being removed, the thousands of gems I’ve spent on unlocking those themes have been wasted (some of those gems I’ve paid real money to get) also if you do download this game, be prepared for an assault of 4-5 adverts for spending real money on things in the game. Give my money back to me that I spent in your app only to have it stolen from me by other players. I’m seriously about to delete this game. I purchased extra rolls, gems, and coins. I planned on spending them when I made it to a new board. It took time to collect the gold bricks necessary to get a new board. While playing, I had 26 million coins stolen from me in a matter of a couple of hours. Those were coins I paid for!!! I didn’t earn them on the board. Those coins should be protected. I also don’t think players should be able to steal that many coins from you in one swoop. It was only 2 players. 19M from one and 7M from the other. Now I’m only at 96 but the promotion doesn’t end for another day and four hours. So for this a solid 5 Stars, however and what is evident is that this game without paying an absolute fortune for rolls of the dice and pink gems to progress hinder the players that do not want to pay to play. My problem and this is a big problem is the the way which people can steal you money and for the hard patient player where we only have a certain number roles need to bank cash slowly. A suggestion: the number of times your coins get stolen should be limited within a 24 hour time. When offline, then can other players be allowed to steal from you or visit your board. Because honestly the minute you have enough coins while you are playing, you get it all stolen so it makes the game pointless. ✓ Too many issues with in-app purchasesIt’s impossible to get anywhere in this game without spending money, you will quickly get bored and/or lose interest because you can’t move up with the small amount of rolls they give and the fact that it takes almost a full day to earn more. Other than that, I haven’t had a lot of issues with the game itself except for occasional slowness and crashing when there is a special event happening which I attribute to server load balancing/performance issues. The biggest problem I’ve had involves dealing with their support team when something goes wrong with in-app purchases. I didn’t complain at first because originally I only had to update one board twice but so far I have updated my board 2 times already and it sent me back to the same board yet a third time. ✓ PointlessI’ve been playing this game a long time now and there’s just no point. It doesn’t give the same satisfaction as when you can play against someone else and there’s no reason to it. Early days you can “move to different boards” after a could of upgrade on all buildings but it’s also dictated by time. So it doesn’t matter how well you do and how much money or coins you get, if you upgrade the building too early it just starts over and over. If you try and save the coins for when you can “move” they end up being stolen but another player. So basically you constantly upgrade for nothing or lose what you have achieved. This game doesn’t allow you to play when you want like many others. If you run out of rolls then it’s game over until time allows you to get some more. The algorithm of this game is clever as it does entice you into a purchase and you can work out when it’s not going your way. Some of the mini games are cool but when it’s not going for you, you can much work out what’s going to happen. All in all the game is fun but pointless. ✓ MehI used to love this game, I even got my sister into it. But it only seem to get worse with every update. My sister is the only “friend” I have on the game and for months every time I landed on the spot to steal money from another player it would only take me to her. Sometimes it would be her 3x in a row. I eventually had to just start closing down the app and waiting so I wouldn’t have to steal from her. Since this last update, whenever I land on the train tile and go to another board I’ll get stuck. I’ll push the button for the dice or get cards, but it won’t do anything. I’ll just stay in the same place. Sometimes it’ll pop up that their board is protected and then one of the other messages will pop up and I can’t close out of either one. I have to close the app and just leave it till it takes me back home. It’s actually extremely annoying and I’ve lost so many coins over this. This isn’t really an issue with the game, more just a complaint. I like to collect the game pieces. Often I’ll save my diamonds and then buy out the entire machine at once. But this new update has made it where only the top row is free (when you get your free pass) and then after that the top row is 15, the second is like 30, and the bottom row is like 45. The game is also only letting you unlock certain packs once you’ve reached certain levels. It’s so dumb! ✓ Flawed limited offer systemAlright, this is one of the few games out there with “that kind of system” that have actually been quite fun for me and have me coming for more. Suddenly I notice the game has a limited offer going on (particularly the one involving this “rabbunzel” character where if you pay £3.99 you get 150 dice rolls, 70 gems and 550k coins) and I thought “hey, why don’t I get it while the offer stands?”. So I buy the pack, and nothing happens. I’ve refreshed the app, and I still wasn’t getting what I payed for. So I read into the details even further, and nothing exactly says that I’m basically buying a better chance for getting ahead of a leaderboard-systemised contest for rewards, so I go ahead and spend £3.99 again on the same deal, and nothing’s happening still. ✓ Game bugsI’ve been playing this game for a while now and I’ve noticed a lot of bugs that seriously needs to be fixed. Just now during the summer event I’ve completed it but the rewards screen or rather the whole game froze because I’ve landed on a card pack, was trying to roll, and hit the final prize at the same time and because of this the game froze and the final prize is gone. I have lost progress occasionally and lost rewards too because of this and honestly it’s getting irritating. Another thing is the vending machine. Boxes either get stuck for no reason, or when you’re opening a box and you get a card pack for using vending machine while there’s multiple boxes that’s already bought, it just freezes and causes you to be unable to open those boxes you’ve already bought. Or when you travel to a friends board and if there’s more than 3 things going on at once the game freezes and you loose things. An example was actually recently I was suppose to get 2 power cards as my event reward but apparently the event bar froze for god knows why and when I reloaded my game, the event went to the next stage and when I checked my power cards it didn’t increase. This is still one of my favorite game but the fact that I sometimes have to reload the game several times in one session and looses rewards is seriously irritating and frankly bs. ✓ They take your money, don’t botherGREED! The most money hungry company!! I have had this game for a few years and play it almost daily. I was playing a tournament in the game and was one of the top scorers. I was going to win a great prize. The game kept prompting me to update, so I did. When it updated my tournament was reset and I lost all of my points. This was after buying many dice packs to get those first points that are now gone. I emailed them about the issue and had to email them back and forth about 6 times now and they still won’t do anything to fix it. They asked me for screenshots that I didn’t have because my progress had been erased. How could I have seen into the future to know I would need screenshots because my game was going to lose its progress!!? No one would have that. It doesn’t make sense! Greedy, money hungry, selfish company. Don’t get this game, go elsewhere and find a company who doesn’t steal from you. They won’t fix the issues. They don’t care about the customers. When they respond to this review, and they will, (with some bull response) don’t believe it, they don’t care and won’t help you if anything happens to your game or packs you have purchased. ✓ Generous 3 stars...Honestly the 3 stars is for the actual game itself, going to other people’s board and “stealing coins” the whole rpg aspect of it is a lot of fun and well made. I am hooked. But the people who made this app really need to listen to the feedback given. There is a whole lot of bug issues in this app that actually affect the way you can play it. It can be something as simple as “something has gone wrong” and you cannot log back in through your FB account, another could be making purchases for packs with real money or even with the gems for more rolls and it does not give you 100% of what is advertise/stated. Again, it’s a well made app, but the developers need to listen to its consumers. It can be such a big hit but sadly relies on its “click bait” ads to bring in the money, but not worry about the consumer in the long run. Update: really sad to see that they still do not listen to the valuable feedback given fourth by the consumers. I haven’t seen as much advertising now, but even so the amount of events that run that really make you spend money on this app is not compensated when you loose out on the hyper rolls you get. ✓ Throw the whole game awayUPDATE: as you can see the developer responded asking for more feedback. When I responded back through email asking what they wanted to know I never received a response. I once loved this game and would love to play again but not until they make major improvements. And it seems the sleepovers want to look like they’re trying by not actually do anything. So if you see them respond don’t be fooled thinking they give a crap about our feedback When I first started playing I loved the game it was really fun. I even liked the introduction of new boards. But they made several fatal mistakes and I’m finally done with the crappy game. They changed the prices of stuff in the store so you pay more and get less and they added mini games that started out fair but only get more impossible to win anything from, hey do constant contests but unless your outing money into the game it’s impossible to win. This game has become such a greedy cash grab. And they don’t give players anything worth while in return. Don’t waste your time. They also don’t scale things properly. They said with the new boards we would never lose tiles. I’d visit boards at a Mac lower level than I that had significantly more tiles. That hardly seems fair. The game I once loved I now hate. ✓ Money not well spentNormally I don't like to bash a company but this one has made a money grab that isn't apparent until you get hooked. I had this game from the start and it was a good time waster that I supported but then you level up. As you level up there is no way to complete an event unless you pay or have stored up gems/dice to get bonuses. That would be fine as it is the normal for mobile games but then the game crashes and you loses ranks or bonuses. So you contact customer support which only happens via email and again this is the norm for mobile games. It takes them MONTHS to reply then the problem is on your end. I'm not the smartest person but I have built games, I work in IT and I play plenty of games. When it doesn't work after using your troubleshooting tips then it might the game and take care of the customer. That doesn't happen though and it's another several months before a reply that says the same thing that didn't work in the first place. I deleted this game and the other games I had from this company, I won't support them again because it is clear you'll take my money but not read my emails. ✓ No SettingsI just downloaded this App today and there is no settings to turn off the music, the sounds and/or both. There’s also no settings to log out of where I signed in from (such as Facebook) if I so needed to. There is also no clear tutorial; I have not much of an idea what’s happening. The Ads I’ve seen of this game show that this App has more to offer than what I’ve seen in game. ✓ Daily player has some complaintsOk ima start off by saying I do love this game. I wake up have a full count of rolls and I can play while my kids are eating breakfast it’s fantastic. But I’ve noticed some mini games on the boards seem nearly impossible to accomplish in the amount of rolls you have. With some boards only having 2 maybe 3 minigame slots some give I stand rewards if you when but some require multiple visits and with the probability of hitting them you never seems to accumulate many points towards the goal. I’ve yet to see what the mini game was on the swagga board but I’ve moved on to boot camp board and the amount of points to take down the chopper is insane! I’ve hit 2 bullseyes for 5 damage and it’s health is maybe at 2 percent. That saying with the math it has 500 hit points. It’s impossible to hit the minigame block 100 times in 24 hours unless you buy rolls which I understand you need to make money but that’s just a little too much. Make it possible for the daily player. Just make it easier for the people who pay. I’m just saying maybe take at look at the mini game values and just see if it’s possible to do some of those in 24 hours without constantly buying rolls all day..Bork bokVersion: 2.31.0
